Wow! I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care Clear Lake Houston! I came here because it had great reviews and it definitely did not disappoint! I was so nervous because I hate visiting the doctor but they went above and beyond to make me feel calm and safe! All of the staff members were so kind and professional! My FNP was Janice Cobo and she is the absolute best at what she does! I highly recommend her! This urgent care treats you like family! I will definitely be coming here for any medical needs!

Misdiagnosed my son with a broken wrist. Told him after the x ray everything is fine and no fractures and a week later at another doctor was told it’s definitely broken. Please get a better staff. Unacceptable

Brenda at the front desk was the sweetest most caring person! She got me checked in so quickly and really showed great customer service. Mrs. Hain was so helpful and friendly, she took great care of me and really cared about my well being. The back office, Madison, was super nice and caring. She was quick and efficient, made me feel comfortable.

I have never had as positive an experience at an urgent care as I did at this location. The front desk staff and the nurses were kind, quick, and very helpful. I was in and out in under 45 minutes with testing and test results. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule and quick/cheap for school physical! Great that we could go late (8pm). Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not the fanciest place, but perfect for our needs.

We went for an ear infection, the Dr was great, the nurse was very nice, the people at the front were great. The only bad thing was the wait, we were the first ones there and it took like a 40 minutes wait from the time we got there to the time we had to leave . The dr only took like 5 minutes, or less. Thats the only reason Im giving 3 stars.

I took my daughter here last week for a foot injury. They were so good with her. Sp. Needs. They also followed up with a call the next day. A week later Derrick Bonn called. He was concerned about the xray. Told me to bring her in to check and see how she was doin. Turns out, she needed an ortho shoe. He was quick to take very good care. I will go here whenever I need urgent care. Thank you Derrick Bonn and the girls that helped me on that Monday when my daughter needed that lil extra. Highly recommend this place. Nice to know there is still really caring health professionals that still care.

I called ahead of time and told me that if I made it before 9 they’d see me.I made it with 3 minutes to spare and the doors were locked. The nurse/doctor asked me what I needed and I said to be seen and he said they were closed.I said that I called and they told me that as long as I made it by 9 they’d see me.His response?“It’s nine”Makes me feel better I wasn’t seen cause I don’t want medical professionals like that taking care of me.

Visiting for work, had a pinched nerve from injured discs and was in pain. Needed to fly home the next day. Was able to get an appointment and be seen right away. Brenda at the front desk was friendly and efficient, Madison was friendly, a good communicator and gave me the LEAST painful steroid shot I’ve ever had… and they are pretty big! PA Sheri Hain was gracious, caring, but narrowed in on a medical solution quickly, and with kindness. They did great!!!!

First time visiting this urgent care since moving to Nassau Bay. Great experience overall. Everyone was efficient and personable, from initial reception to sending me on my way to getting my sinus infection fixed up. Will be back, but hopefully not too soon…Thanks Mayra, Laurel and Sheri!

The staff was friendly and attentive. The wait was not long and they were able to do an X-ray of my sons leg to make sure nothing was broken. We were in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend!

My oldest son was just seen by Dereck. Him and his staff were all very friendly. They were patient in helping me fill out the paperwork. Especially after Hurricane Beryal they were all smiles and very happy. Definitely made this trip easy.

People were great!Girl at front was very nice and helped me get my insurance right. Nurse who brought me back was super nice as well! I was nervous going in and he made little conversations with me while checking bp and vitals. PA was awesome and made me very comfortable. Also helped my issue very quick. 10/10 recommend this place

Madison and Sherry are a great team. The nice lady at the front desk was also extremely pleasant.I highly recommend. Got treated in/out in less than 1 hr.

Sunday noon visit. Low stress event. Used the qr code sign-in/registration method instead since receptionist was on the phone for about 5 minutes; no dig meant. I could tell it was important, with the same attention and patience I would have appreciated if I was on that call. This sign in method turned out more convenient for sure. Lucky I noticed this poster next to this window. All in all, respectfull, professional, and efficient team,, with an x-ray on site. Thx! Edit: received f/u x-ray results a few hours later the same day. VERY good stuff! Changed to 5 stars.

Tried to schedule an appointment for last night but received a call saying they did not have a provider there and had already stopped takes virtual appointments.  Made an appointment for the next morning where I waited over an hour to see the doctor provider. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and all the rooms were open when I went in - the waiting area was empty.  The doctor said there was a rush of people that came in.  Highly unlikely.  I’ve used this facility for years but it’s fine time for a change.

Hidden Gem been going here for years for late night early morning weekend appointments every one is friendly and efficient. Normally out in 30 min . Great staff

This was my second or third time being seen at this urgent care clinic. I was called in a timely manner (called back within 15 min) and everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They called and texted to check on me in the days following as I got better.

I saw Sheri Hain, after a short wait. She ordered x-rays, and found that I had pneumonia in both lungs. She offered to get me an ambulance, but we went home to get some things, first. I always like seeing her. She’s intuitive and knowledgeable, & kind. I’d have been in serious trouble, had she not been a thorough and caring practitioner.

I come to urgent care for chest xray due to have breathing problem . Everyone was very helpful and professional. They queued me right direction , explain everything very clear . I recommend this place and will be my next go to , when in need.

Called ahead because my mom had a spider bite. They got her in super quick and took care of her urgent needs in a kind and compassionate manner. Highly recommend!!

They are my go to for same day care. When Im sick or injured, and my doctor cant see me for days, they are amazing and fast. My daughter got injured and the Pediatric urgent care had an hours long wait. NextCare saw her fast, X-rayed, diagnosed and braced before we would have been seen elsewhere. So glad to have them nearby!

I’m a veteran and it’s always hard to find a good place that will take our insurance and actually care about our well being. And this place does exactly that! From the front office clerk to the staff in the back, everyone is always so kind and helpful! They even call you a couple days later just to check up on you after your visit! I love that! Derrick, the dr that took care of me on this last visit, was amazing! Very caring, gentle, kind, and informative! Made me feel safe and well taken care of! Thank you to all the staff at next care! Y’all are the best!

We went to get help after paying our insurance required payment of $216 went to see the doctor for a virus, the doctor decided to send us to the emergency room which we did not go!! She would not help me saying I was dehydrated and having gut pains!!! Hell I was having Diarrhea  and wanted medicine, we went across the street “Walgreens “ and got meds went home and doing much better after being ripped off. I will go to the emergency care before going back to this worthless doctor and place

Wait time was ridiculously long! Service was horrible! I inadvertently booked this Location rather than the Webster Location. I will never come back here for urgent care needs! They were already 3 patients behind when we finally got to a room! After waiting for almost 2 hours we have yet to be seen!

Wasn’t impressed at my visit…guess they can only serve people with cold/flu issues. I was definitely impressed when I received a voicemail message this morning checking in on me. Who does this any more? Even though they couldn’t help me, they did want to find out how I was doing.

First time going to an urgent care and it was very simple and quick. PA Sheri was very sweet and treated me with care.

NextCare is a God send, its always a good smooth and caring experience and its amazing that they work with my VA benefits.

Great experience here. We traveled to Houston for Spring break vacation from Fort Stockton and my daughter got sick at the worst time. They were very tentative and efficient. I appreciate the care you all showed her. They even called to check how she was doing. We dont get that level of care down here. Again, I appreciate all yalls help.

Went in with dehydration from stomach bug.  Am 5 months pregnant.  Could not do any sort of fluids so suggested I take Pepto and electrolyte drinks, which I had already been trying at home.  Was uncertain if this clinic could just not do any kind of IV or if they wouldn’t?  Seemed like a waste of time, but wasn’t sure if it was out of their scope. My OB did not seem happy I was just given advice and no treatment.

This place was a joke went in for a pre-employment drug screen and physical took the drug screen passed said I was clear to go no physical got home got an email stating I needed to go back for the physical then they said I need to take another UA failed for numerous amount of drugs and then when the doctor gave me the physical took them all but two seconds not very thorough at all and say he didnt really do his job thanks for wasting my time and my gas and potentially my employment would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Y’all need to pick up the pace or hire more people, waited over an hour with one guy ahead of me. Ridicules . Wife had the same experience when she went, and when the kids have been sick …same. We go a y’all one more shot and then we will never be back again. We can drive another 10 min away and be in and out in 30-40min.

The clinic is dirty no doctor on site you have to see a Physicians Assistant and they don’t tell you this prior to appointment. Front staff was rude and not helpful. I would not recommend this clinic.

I’ve been going to this place for 20+ years. Never had an issue til today. The receptionist could use a class on etiquette. So rude. After sitting there for an hour she asked me to email front and back of my insurance card. I was there weeks earlier with no issue. And months earlier w no issue. Yet she pushed that I complete this task. I left and will no longer use their service. All it takes is one rude person to screw up a good thing. Peace out NextCare

I chose NextCare Urgent Care, Clear Lake Texas, only because I am a Veteran 🇺🇲 (100% Service Connected )and this clinic is in the Community Care VA Network. I have been there twice before and have always had great service, respectful staff. I Thank you for medical care for Americas Veterans. 🇺🇲 🇺🇲

Forced to go here on Easter Sunday as our regular urgent Care was not open. My left knee was in excruciating pain and all I got was a shot of toradol. I was told that he would be sending some anti-inflammatories to my pharmacy. Turns out, it was just ibuprofen, which I had already been taking loads of at prescription strength for the past week. Did not get any prednisone. Did not get any x-ray. Spent the last half hour of my evening sobbing in pain until my double dose of Benadryl kicked in and knocked me out. Managed to get an appointment the next day with an orthopedist. After an x-ray, it was determined I have advanced, bone on bone arthritis in both knees. Finally got the cortisone shot in the knee and the course of Prednisone I had been looking for when I wasted my $50 the night before. 🙄 Wont be back; Id rather pay the money to go to the ER next time. 😒

Attentive not much time, waiting. Good understood the issue, prescribed the medication required to give me back on the road to recovery.

Made an appointment online for a sports physical for my child. I was able to go the same day as needed. Appt was smooth. Not a long wait. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also accepted my daughters insurance which is United healthcare community plan thru CHIP. We were in and out. Thank you!

Fast, short wait, took my visit seriously and worked to find me a resolve. Concerned about the patient and practical in approach to be able to return to sports participation!! So nice they are so close to our home. Easier to get into than our own doctor and they took time to listen and assess! We felt heard and understood!

There isn’t a long wait period. They do not hesitate to refer you to ER if need be. The staff is professional and courteous.

Shouldnt be allowed to have urgent in their name, i came here specifically for a strep test yet have to wait almost two hours for her to just say its not strep do you need a note for work. And that was 30mins ago!! Urgent, yeah right, lazy more like it. Waiting until i get my note to post this but as of now just for the freakin note im at 32 mins wait time. Just to see the doctor i literally took a 30 min nap.... unacceptable, unprofessional poor customer service. Ive came here for year and never will again. EVER! GET NEW STAFF AND MAYBE ILL COME BACK!

Not a lot of waiting, doctor was clear and recommended a prescription and some additional instructions and I seem to be feeling better.

Filled out an online check in form .. The wait wasnt very long. The staff was very nice and informative. The doctor is well knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. They even call to check up on you a few days later to see how youre doing.

The team was very warm and welcoming when I was very nervous and in pain. They helped me feel at ease.

I highly recommend this NextCare Urgent Care. I stopped there on late morning of November 8, 2023, with congestion and coughing that had persisted for weeks. An x-ray indicated I had pneumonia, and was given prescriptions for meds. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Total time was 45 min. from entrance to exit.

This place is so wonderful!!!! They are thorough, kind, educated and just all around comforting. I was just not feeling good and they reassured me and had me feeling at ease.They may not be super fast but they are not at all slow. They care about each and every patient and are not rushing to get u out.

They were really respectful and understanding of my needs, took care of me really fast and friendly..

Friendly service. Took a awhile to get seen but it was late in the day on a weekend, so kinda expected.

Arrived without an appointment 40 minutes before closing. We were treated with courtesy and professionally. Our wait was reasonable. They acknowledged a limit to their capabilities and sent us quickly with information and enabling paperwork to a local ER. Pleased with our visit.

July 11 I fell and injured my shoulder. NextCare promptly examined me and took X-Ray of my shoulder. All staff were prompt, professional, kind and very helpful. They referred me to a MRI facility and to an Orthopedic Doctor. I highly recommend NexCare Urgent Care.

They have always taken great care of me. The doctors and assistants don’t ever make me feel rushed as they take the time to spend with me. I have always been pleased with the front office and the medical assistant and the doctors. This time of year, there is alot of sickness going around so there might be a wait even if you have a scheduled appointment (just be prepared). I saw Dr. Burris for the first time today and he was great! I definitely recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

Ive taken my daughter here 3 times in the last 8 months. Our most recent trip was for an infected ingrown toenail, before that a torn ligament in her ankle and first trip was a pulled muscle in her back during a volleyball game. Every time we were in and out. She got great care from all the different drs and they made sure she had the meds and equipment she needed before going home. They even do a courtesy follow up call to make sure you or your loved ones are doing better and have advice on next steps if things havent improved. You can can easily make appointments and fill out paperwork online and it saves info so the next time you visit its even quicker.I definitely prefer visiting next care over ER trips where we wait for hours.

Compassionate, caring staff and doctor.The facility is decent. Could use updated flooring and work surfaces to bring it into the 21st Century. Great patient services help smoothe over aesthetic shortcomings.

The staff had the attitude of just here for a paycheck (which is fine but dont show that energy especially for new patients). There was a long wait time. The lobby room was clean (bit dated) and plenty of room to sit and keep social distancing. The doctor was great and friendly where she really try to get to know you which made the process quick and easy.

Had a bit of a wait but really what do you expect in a urgent care? Once I was called back the doctor came to the room pretty quickly, was attentive, and asked lots of questions. Waiting room and care area were both clean and well kept. Got my prescription and out of there with no issue or hassle. Really liked the phone sign in system. Fingers crossed I don’t need repeat urgent care visits but I’d definitely come back here.

This place is awful. I made and appointment. Came in on time. Received a text that I was checked in 20 minutes AFTER I got here. Sat here almost an hour and the front desk clerk was a rude aggressive bitter human being. Nurse was efficient and attentive but we sat in the exam room another 40 minutes. What is the point of an appointment? Why were we not entered into the system for a half hour after we arrived? Are they trying to make it appear that the wait time is lower?

Absolute SCAM - prescribed me boot/crutches and didnt tell me they billed it through a 3rd party that wasnt covered by my insurance AND didnt tell me it wouldnt be covered. After asking for a review of the charges I was informed by the billing office that because I signed something saying they could do that without consent they wouldnt adjust anything. When I asked for the records and signature they hung up!Had I been informed of ANY of this I would have sourced my own for a fraction of the price. Stuck me with a $475 bill that went to collections immediately.Avoid this place like the plague.

Went to NextCare after having gone to CVS Minute Clinic twice and I most definitely should have started here first! They were very professional and comforting while I was sick. The nurses and the doctor were very thorough. I really feel like I’ll be recovering a couple days after three weeks of being sick and two visits to minute clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend!

You will receive excellent care and service with top notch professionalism starting with the sign in desk. She was super nice and very inviting which was appreciated. The app is great and easy to use and the process is very well thought out. The main nurse was super nice and on time and explained instructions very well. Finally Dr. Burris nailed it out of the park with his award winning humor and top bedside manner. This place is my new go to for rapid emergency or normalized care. Way to go group keep it up!!!!

I couldnt get an appointment with my regular doctor for 2 more days. I went to Next Care as a walk in and was seen right away. The ladies there took excellent care of me and found out that I had strep throat. They prescribed me antibiotics and now I am feeling much better!

My son needed stitches after an accident. They took care of us quickly, and did a great job caring for my son (7 yo) and keeping him calm. Highly recommend for professionalism, friendliness and quality of work.

Dr Burris at Next care-urgent care was great. He treated my infected s cyst promptly with least pain. This a great facility for urgent care. I paid my Co-pay at the time of treatment.However, when I returned home and the Next care Urgent Care sent me a bill for the total amount, because they didnt put the right code in their claim to my Insurance. I have tried to contact their billing department several times and last two time waited more than 20 min at each calling, and they dont pick up the phone. It is a nightmare!

I had a drop in appointment and was in and out in about 2 hours. The MD and staff were great. They were nice and once I was in the treatment room I didnt have to wait long for the nurses. It probably would have been a little quicker if Id used their app to set up an appointment ahead of time. If I need medical services again, Ill come here.

Seen quickly. Expert care and compassion shown by intake, RN, and FNP that I saw. Derek Bonn, FNP, did a thorough exam, asked questions, and listened. Great bedside manner.

My wife was able to get in quickly and get viewed and prescribed an antibiotic.

They gave me nothing for post-nasal drip that was my problem. They put me on the most powerful antibiotic and I didnt need it. Now z pack may not work for me in the future. Lost sleep and work over this place. Avoid at all cost.

The facility was clean and the check in straight forward. They use the Solv app which keeps track of your appointment and status. The whole staff was courteous and caring. The doctor knowledgeable and tested for flu and covid on site. They accepted my insurance, and there have never been any surprises on the cost. Doctor offered prescription for cough and a back to work medical note. Usually just a copay with no hidden financial surprises later. I have been burned before at other medical facilities on surprise charges. That’s never happened at this place, and I’ve sought medical help here probably 8 times in the past. A little bit of wait for test results, but overall it’s a reliable place to seek medical care.

I had four other people ahead of me when I checked in but the receptionist did let me know that I would have a pretty lengthy wait time. I was a little upset that I waited for more than an hour to be seen but once the doctor did see me, my disappointment left instantly. She was very warm and engaging and seemed like she truly cared. I went in for severe back pain. I only wanted the pain gone but she offered to do X-rays which I refused but she gave me a cortisone injection and a shot of toradol, which did the trick. My insurance covered it too so I was happy when I left. I recommend NextCare Urgent Care but be prepared to wait.

I absolutely love this place. Dr and staff are very professional and helpful as much as possible. If there might be a delay, its because theyre very thorough and helpful. Only down the street from me but it not the nearest but because of its good nature and expert caring, I will always come here.

I am very pleased with their services. Its the second time here and all the staff was nice and polite. They assisted me in a short amount of time. I came for COVID testing and had the results in less than 15 minutes! My children were afraid of COVID testing because they have had bad experiences in the past, but the nurse was so kind that she made the experience pleasant for them.

I love the staffs especially the nurses and front desk. Very fast and they make sure you are feeling good before leaving the Most caring and respectful staff I ever been too. I love it here and I highly recommend it.

My first time at NextCare. Everyone was professional and friendly. It is clean and seemed well equipped and maintained. Easy and fast check-in and a fairly short wait considering I was a walk-in. The nurse was very professional and nice. Efficient. The PA who treated me seemed very thorough and professional. Great communications and I felt both she and the nurse cared about my health. Overall a very good experience. Very pleased.

AVOID this place. I tried to cancel my membership and they made it extremely difficult to do. Phone numbers do not work. All numbers say Your call cannot be transferred, as I called them during regular business hours. The email they sent me with information about my account DID NOT include my Username, so I am unable to login to my account and cancel. I tried cancelling on-site and the lady was dismissive telling me to try again through email. Definitely do not come to this Urgent Care if you do not wanna be constantly billed with no ability to cancel.

The staff there showed deep concern for my well-being and insisted that I needed to go to the hospital immediately.

Made a 3:30 appointment from home for a rapid COVID test for my 8 year old. We got there 15 minutes before the appointment and were called in at 3:30 on the dot. The lady working the desk was so friendly and reassuring to my scared little guy. The PA was so wonderful! She talked him through the whole thing and we were in and out in 15 minutes. They emailed and called our results within 1 hour. I highly recommend them!

Made an online appointment for a Covid test. Everything was handled safely and efficiently. I was able to wait in my car until my nurse was ready. Very little contact with the clinic and none with other patients. I would highly recommend this clinic.Update: my husband had a completely different experience! He also made an online appointment (his was Saturday, mine on a Friday). He waited for an hour in the waiting room with other patients and was not given the option to wait in the car. Once he was seen by the PA, he was very happy with the care they gave him. But, having to wait so long after making an appointment was ridiculous!

I fractured my foot (on Mothers Day) and went to NextCare. The staff there was AMAZING! Nataly (X-Ray Tech), Rose (Nurse), and Latoya (Provider) were awesome! They were very professional, caring, and even funny! I know some of them are mothers (Happy Mothers Day!!!) and was working on Mothers Day, but they still had awesome attitudes serving the people on that day. Julia even called me a couple of days later to check on me! I dont ever recall having that happen after a doctors visit! I dont plan on having to go to Urgent Care anytime soon, but if it has to happen, my plan is to go to NextCare! THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING WHO YOU ARE!!!

The ladies at the location we visited were professional, had great customer service, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. My daughter and I were there to get a last minute Covid test so we could get on a cruise ship today. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back if I needed their services.

This is an amazing office! I have never gone to see a doctor and the office staff make you feel so welcome! And they were great with my extremely fussy 2 years and worked him to make him feel comfortable. Just an amazing experience all around and we will definitely be going back when need be!

I will definitely go back if I need urgent care again. I got a same-day COVID test there when most places were scheduling 3-4 days in advance. Everyone there, from reception to the nurse and care provider, we’re all great - friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I showed up on a Thursday night about an hour before closing time to get swabbed for the flu. The front desk was very welcoming, and I was the only one in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly. The nurse taking my vitals was very sweet and listened to me. Then I was quickly taken back to be swabbed and was given a Tylenol and bottle water for my fever while I waited for the results. The PA Sheri was very caring and I felt very well taken care of. And my prescriptions were digital sent to the pharmacy across the street. We were in and out in less than an hourThank you again

Brought my daughter to NextCare Urgent Care, since she got bug bite and had fever /swelling. Waited more than one hour there, finally saw the doctor, she just saw the bite one eye, didnt check anything, then told us to go ER. I brought her to ER, doctor said everything just normal bite side-effect. Not professional stuff there, only waste time and money, not recommended at all.

Online scheduling is a breeze. I arrived well ahead of my appointment time and I was seen within 10 mins. Dr. Burris is very patient, personable, and has a good sense of humor. Thanks for getting me fixed up and setting my mind at ease!

Always a great experience to be treated here. The staff is highly competent, and every problem Ive ever been seen and treated for, gets resolved. I prefer care at this Urgent Care over my PCP s office.

The Nurse Practitioner was very good. She appropriately sent me on to the ER, and sent paperwork to help smooth the process.

My experience was horrible, I called to see if they took my insurance and they said yes, when I got there they told me they were out of network and there would be an additional copay. I had told them I was severely constipated. they took my credit card and put me in a room. When the physicians assistant came in she said she would not be able to treat that. I said well are you going to keep my money and she said yes Im afraid so. She showed no compassion or caring at all. She should not be practicing medicine.

Sunday evening. Short wait. Had a physician there and he was a great guy. Nurse and receptionist the same. All easy going. Blood draw was painless. The on-line appointment scheduler showed it was full through the night but it was not accurate. I guess people can make appointments and not cancel them.

I’m so use to going in and out for these things with little to no attention. As a provider in the medical field myself I was pleased with Latoya Abernathy, PAC. I felt she was patient, heard my concerns and suggested other ways of relief. I was also pleased with her bedside manner and personality.I also was pleased with the front desk as well as the easy check in process online. In a establishment like this, when the front desk comes off rude or unhelpful it doesn’t matter how good the Doctor or PAC is— that itself will ruin the whole experience overall. So, I would say very good job all around.

Jennifer, Laurel, and Sheri Hain took good care of me. They didn’t turn me away for having covid-like symptoms. Turned out I had the Flu type A. Overall took about an hour, they treated me like they were my mom.

Took my daughter here for her tonsils and the male half doctor guy asked if I had insurance, treated her for something else and told me to go buy the medication over the counter. I hope Derek isn’t there long. He made me feel so uncomfortable especially asking if I had insurance, and I have great insurance Derek

Amazing service! Everyone there was so kind and happy. I never felt like they just wanted to get me out of the building. In and out in an hour without an appointment. Great facility!

Would not recommend. The website claims it can remove superficial foreign objects but cannot. You are not allowed to know the capabilities of this place and ask a doctor if they can fix your problem. You must go through a whole office visit. I spent way to much money to be told by the doctor to go somewhere else. I will make sure all of my friends and contacts bypass this place.

I completed my online paperwork before my appointment and was in and out within almost 45 minutes! the staff was also very nice

They were very kind fast and efficient I walked in I was greeted very friendly by the lady behind the desk then the nurse took me back took my vitals and explained everything too me, after that the pa came in and she was no nonsense! I explained to her. my symptoms and rather then just prescribing me meds and sending me out the door she ran some tests to make sure I didn’t have the flu, because I thought I had the flu, she reassured me I didn’t told me what I should do to feel better, and sure enough I feel better.

Walk in, no appointment to have abscess examined. Drained, bandaged, provided prescriptions and instructions for home care. Very pleasant personnel. Efficient.

This was a great experience...until check-out. I waited as long after seeing the provider as I did for everything else (check-in, paperwork, waiting, nurse and provider). I had to prompt them to find my checkout paperwork even though there was only a couple other patients in the building.

As a Veteran, this was an amazing alternative to having to go all the way to the VA Hospital. I was seen immediately upon arriving and able to resume my day shortly after. The staff had my paperwork ready by the time I arrived to check out and they were very friendly.

Everyone in my family has been treated at NextCare. We love Dr. Burris and PA Sheri and PA La Toya. The front office ladies are friendly and efficient. The nurses are kind and sympathetic. Thank you!

I was a walk in no appointment, as with any health care filled out general information forms insurance etc, they took me to back and went over my symptoms after examination they were quick to identify sinus infection and prescribe treatment and sent to my pharmacy, their call in made those ready for pickup when I arrived. I’m glad they did generally your handed your packet to take and get filled, this extra step reminded me of years ago when all offices did this.

I was a bit panicked and annoyed that my hearing aid ear bud was stuck in the ear canal. But the doctor and staff did a good job getting them out. It took probably an hour and am glad they kept working on it. Saved me the time and $$ of going to an E N T doctor. Turns out there were two in one ear and one in the other ear that I didn’t even know about.

The visit was quick the facility is clean. The staff are very polite. The doctor was very unformative. I had a serious sinus infection, and once I was treated that night I was able to sleep better I recommend this place 1,000,000%

I took my toddler here for the first time this morning and the staff and doctor were fantastic. No wait, got us in immediately. The staff made my daughter feel very comfortable which was a big relief since most kids hate going to the doctor, especially when theyre sick! We saw Sheri Hain, PA and she was very sweet and thorough. We will definitely be returning !

Sheri is incredible! I literally only go to this location because of her and the rest of the amazing staff. They make you feel comfortable when your having to deal with harsh things like covid tests. Smooth, easy, and painless! I recommend everyone to this location.

All of the staff were professional, attentive, concerned for my specific needs, and answered questions with expertise. I have been there 3 times in 8 days. Wait time was minimal. My results were promptly reported to me verbally by phone following HIPAA guidelines, then by email.

Everyone was nice, but the physician seem to be in a rush. Came in for a sore throat, fever, headache, and congestion. They didn’t even take my temperature! When I got home after a 3 hour wait I took my temperature and it was 103F. I have a full deductible plan and paid so much to just get referred to a pulmonologist and get steroids. Online it states they treat all my symptoms, but was told that they can’t do much.

Made an appointment and was in very quick. Did what they had to do and very kind and understanding. Will use them from now on! I am a Veteran and used the new Veterans Community Care program with them. So very easy to use and convenient. I am happy and very thankful for NextCare and their partnership with Veterans

We have seen Sheri, the PA at this location, several times. She is always friendly, knows what shes doing, and we get well when she treats us. The other people we interacted with (Nataly and Rose) were great too.

Having recently moved to the area and without established primary or speciality care providers, I went here twice in a 10 days for help with an intense flare of an autoimmune disease. The registration staff was polite and efficient and the care from the tech Timo and the NP Angela was excellent and fast. Would not hesitate to return if I had additional issues. Highly recommended!

From the first phone call I made to when I walked in, the staff was very friendly & helpful...place was very clean. I was taken back to a room within 15 min of walking in & was seen by the Dr. a few minutes after that. She was very kind & attentive, answering any questions I had. I would definitely choose this place over going to the ER any day.

They are very professional and work proficiently to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible with care, mind you. All of the staff treated my son and myself with the upmost care and compassion. I would definitely recommend this place every single time.

I have literally never felt the need to write a review anywhere until coming here. Came one hour before they closed, I even called ahead of time to make sure this would be fine and they -with an attitude- told me yes. My one year old was running a 101 fever so we were just asking to have her checked out for a quick flu & strep test. After the receptionist and nurse both made us feel unwelcome, the nurse took my daughters temperature and told us, since her fever is so high, we would have to run a few tests to find out the cause, and that would be a lot of work. So were just going to send you to the ER since were about to close. It was still 40 minutes until their posted closing time at this point!!! I was so furious! They really told us it would be too much work that they didnt feel like doing because it was almost time to get off. I work in customer service and have for 7 years, never have I decided not to do my job because I was done for he day. And the fact that my daughter is a baby made me even more mad! Needless to say we went to the utmb urgent care in league city and they took PHENOMENAL care of my daughter, even patiently keeping her in 30 minutes after they were closed to ensure she was okay. Would never come here again.

The ladies are kind, caring, and, thank goodness, have a sense of humor! They have taken excellent care of me whenever I have come in with a new “boo-boo” that needs looking at. (I seem to have a serious problem of “klutziness.”) I’m very glad they are there!!

Went in with a broken ankle. The nurse who treated me first was not nice in the slightest bit. She then takes me into a room and sits me down where I waited 45 minutes to get an X-ray after waiting an hour in the waiting room. When she takes me to get an X-ray she does not touch the area of pain carefully she was not professional at her job at all and put me in more pain the way she ripped my ankle around. Still sitting in the room waiting for the results. Do not recommend this place at all. Should not be in business. The nurse is the first person you counteract with and this being a place of business and costumer service she should be the nicest person you speak with. Very disappointed with her and the place as a whole. Have not talked to the doctor yet but I will leave a separate review for the doctor himself.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 8 years now. I started seeing the Doctors here because the flexible hours they offer and my clinic is always so booked up. I usually get in and out in a few hours...sometimes quicker if they are not busy. Expect to wait a bit but they stay open til 7 and weekends. I have always got the best most thorough service and really love all of the Doctors and RNs. I will continue to use this clinic and would recommend it highly.

My husband had an eye infection over the Memorial Day weekend. We went to Immediate Medical Care and he was seen immediately (no pun intended.)The nurse practitioner was great and he got us and out of there in no time.My husband got a steroid shot and his eye was better the next day.I highly recommend this place.

Was worried my 8 year old broke his finger after his brother stepped on it. They had a appointment sign up online and we’re able to get him right in. Everyone was so nice! And super fast in about 30 mins he was seen x-rayed and wrapped up!

Quick at getting patients back but the front desk staff was insensitive. I didnt have to pay for my visit which was okay because they said they couldnt treat me and that I should go to ER. I shouldnt have even bothered to attempt this particular urgent care. Apparently all they can do is feed you medication or patch you up thats about all. They would not give me a doctors note for work because they referred me.Disappointed with this place tbh.

Schedule Appointment online near my location. Wait time minimal, limited physical contact, results quick. However I never received results to email as they said I would, nor in text with a link to results. I need to have a hard copy in order to return to work. I told them this. They said, they would send to email the results of testing. So that is a crucial part that hasn’t happened yet and it’s been 2 days. Today Sunday I’m supposed to return to work tomorrow. But no results, so I can’t contact anyone or return to workNot good, not happy... wonder if they pay me my lost wages?

Been going there since Dr. Luccket owned it. They have always been great always will be. The vibe is years of good old fashioned real Doctor PA ECT. There was never a problem if you needed other medicine you just call them ASK for something different. As far as price I have always had insurance that always covers there.

The wait is about a hour and yes they are nice at accepting you money. The unfortunate part about this Urgent Care is if they give you the wrong medication that doesnt cure your symptoms. Urgent Care ON THE PHONE -Oh well you can come back so We can Reevaluate your Symptoms After the fact that I already paid for the service.. Its not hard to call in a different prescription.. Lost my future service after this visit.

I was in the initial stages of influenza A, they were totally understanding of my condition which was not great. They did a few test and had my diagnosis within 15 minutes. My prescription was ready for me to pickup within the hour then it was back to bed for the next few days.

Showed up with a swelling foot and waited for almost over an hour where no one else was there but me. After they decided to see me they said they can’t do anything for me and they said I should go to the ER. I was surprised that they still charged me and when I said that there was nothing done to be charged for you simply just said I should go to the ER. They said that’s the policy. Not sure if no service was provided why was I charged?

There must be different staff at different times. I would make a virtual appointment again but will never use this location. I scheduled an appointment at 6 and waited almost 2 hours. If you are a walk in, you should have to wait behind appointments. Otherwise what’s the point of an appointment. Second, I came in with Covid symptoms and I sat in the waiting area for those 2 hours with them knowing I had Covid symptoms even though the Covid room was empty. Third the staff, specifically upfront, are rude as hell, telephone and in person. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. One of the ladies that brought me back talked so fast-through a mask- that you couldn’t even understand her yet she acted irritated when you asked her to repeat it; then she responds in sarcasm. Five days and no response as to my test and so I have to call to get results and ask for a copy. The lady up front says we’ll thats bc you didn’t fill anything out. I wasn’t given anything to fill out? So I was told to email a request. I do and they call me 20 min later to “give me my results” like I hadn’t just called lol a disorganized, rude, and unprofessional mess.

Been to this clinic a few times and everytime the staff is rude .. do not bring your children here they really dont care enough my son came in with his tummy hurting and shortness of breath didnt tell me anything about the plan of care could have just went to the hospital should have saved so much more time. When we left they gave me a prescription that isnt recommended for children and no follow up care went to another urgent care and they helped my sons breathing and had to prescribe steroids to fix it

I had some Covid symptoms and came here to check myself. The nurse asked me what kind of test do you want? I told her that I had no idea. You are professional and do whatever that need. They got a strep throat test and told me that I had an environment allergy, and they advised me to get some over-the-counter allergic tablets. I told the physician that other people in my house also have mild symptoms, but the physician insisted it was an allergy. When I came back home, I got two covid tests, and both of them were positive. Based on my experience, this place and its staff are unreliable.

Came to this location after contacting the Veterans Administration about getting seen and them referring me. I get here, waiting room is PACKED. Social distancing is not taking place. Give the receptionist my information, fill out necessary paperwork, and then am told to go wait in my car, so I do. 45 minutes pass, nothing. After an hour I went inside and got my ID cards as I hadn’t heard anything. The receptionist apologized, but that doesn’t excuse how they are running this urgent care currently. People wonder why veterans are passing left and right, it’s in part because it is next to impossible to get care sometimes. Do better, Next Care.

I had one of the best experiences at this location! The staff was very accommodating and the doctor was so personable and understanding. Out of every experience I have had with other urgent cares and primary care providers, I would use this facility over a typical office. I’m so thankful to have found this place!! I’ve used them in San Antonio and now in Webster, and great experiences both times. Very reasonable rates for service, quick visit and wait, excellent staff from the front office receptionist to the medical professionals.

This is the only Urgent Care facility my girlfriend will go to anymore. I tried them for the first time today. I am so impressed with their staff. I really felt like my nurse and doctor cared about my well being. Next time I am sick I will be going back here in the future. I hope this is helpful.

I would not recommend this clinic.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.When I arrived at the clinic the receptionist told me that they would accepted my Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Insurance card.One month later I got a bill and a notice that the clinic does not in fact accept my insurance card.Now I am being asked to pay the bill out of my own pocket.

Doc had amazing bed side manner, quick and friendly. Checked in online was seeing the doctor within 15 mins of the time slot I had reserved. Great experience. Doc even asked me to call and update him the following day on how my little one was feeling.

I went in with a bad gouge in my leg. The nurse Rose was super friendly and the Nurse Practitioner Mrs Albernathy did such a good job of stitching me up and with a very caring attitude.

I was so delighted visiting the NextCare Urgent Care for the first time in Clear Lake.Dr Burris and his staff were very professional and attentive!I waited around 5 minutes ,before being seen by the Doctor.Dr Burris was very detailed and carefully listened to my concerns .I would definitely recommend this Clinic.

The senior woman on the imaging side of the building is really rude. She definitely has no people skills. Dane (my technician) was amazing explaining everything and making me feel good and relax.

Everyone here is very polite and friendly. They go above and beyond in ensuring you get the best care and treatment.

I will never recommend this Urgent Care. About 2 weeks ago I took my wife in at about 8:40pm because she was in very bad pain when she went to the restroom. My wife would cry. So I took her in to get checked out, and when they took her in the PA’s medical assistant asked the Dr if she was going to do a culture test on my wife and because they were in a rush to close at 9 the Dr said no. So 5 days later I had to rush my wife to the ER due to she started bleeding and the ER right away took her in and did a culture test, and admitted my wife into the hospital for 3 days. The culture test found the correct infection that was hurting my wife, and the Dr at the hospital had to put a PICC LINE in my wife to kill the infection. If my wife would have gotten the proper treatment at this urgent care she would have never had to go through all of this.I will definitely contact the Texas Department of Health and report how my wife came out worse.Doctors are paid to care for the people and help find the cure no matter if it’s almost time for closing, and this urgent care did none of that, but were real good on taking my money and making my insurance pay for not properly caring for a patient which is my wife.

This place doesnt deserve any stars! Natalie was very rude and hasty towards me on my first visit. Very unprofessional! Her attitude showed that she didnt want to be there or that she didnt like her job. There was no common courtesy, just attitude. She talked at me! Madison, the nurse who took my vitals,was very sweet to me and empathized with my situation. She made me feel that patients come first. The male PA also had a good attitude. If Natalie continues being ugly to patients, there will be more complaints and thats not good for business.

I normally come here when my asthma acts up due to weather change, etc but yesterday had to be my worst experience there. The PA LaToya had to have been the most absolutely rudest staff member I ever met in the medical field. I recommend this place as long as she is t the one helping you.

I arrived at this UrgentCare location at 1pm on Friday, February 15 2019 to see If I could have a laceration stitched up. When I told the lady at the front desk that it had been more than 12 hours she told me that I had probably waited too long to receive stitches. When I was about to leave she told me to go ahead and stay to see if they could stitch me up and if not I would be refunded my fee of $183. I decided to stay and after waiting 2 hours was finally called at around 3pm. I was told that I could not receive stitches and was given a nonstick gauze pad and a wrap to hold it in place and sent on my way. I have yet to receive my refund as promised and have called the local office and the business office several times and keep getting the run around and have been told 3 times that someone would call me back. Needless to say, no one has called me back, I have NOT received the refund as promised and I cant even get in contact with anyone who can tell me the status of my refund.

Professional and efficient staff. Nurse and Dr. Burris were very professional, yet personable! I appreciate this! Quick and responsive to getting me back to 💯 % soon! Thanks to All!

Decent urgent care. The doctor was very funny and listened attentively. The service was kind of expensive. They ran tests and ultimately did not find any results, also prescribed ineffective medicine. The interior didnt feel very clean. Needs to be remodeled.

Went in for a leg injury that I was 99% sure wasnt broken, but wanted to be 100% sure. The care I received was good, I even got a tetanus shot. But, this doctor told me to man up, which I did not appreciate at all. How dare you invalidate your patients. Unprofessional.

I hate to give this place 1 star because usually the doctors there are very helpful and kind. I usually go there when I am having signs of a bacterial infection. There were no doctors there tonight just a P.A and she was very rude, not friendly at all, I got the feeling she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t seem confident in what she was doing. I went there tonight after a long day at work with signs of a bacterial infection. First she told the medical assistant to test me for the flu and strep throat. Then she changed her mind and told her just to test me for strep throat. I told her I know I don’t have strep but tested me anyways and it was negative. It was just a waste of time. She told me to just take over the counter medicine and was going to prescribe me cough medicine when I didn’t have a cough. I usually like this place because the doctors are right on point and they help me but this P.A seemed really unsure in what to do. I went tonight to another urgent care because I knew I didn’t have the normal cold and luckily I got the help I needed. This doctor prescribed me Azithromycin. I’m on my way to pick up my prescription and I look forward to feeling well soon. I just hope I never have to experience bad service again. It’s horrible when you go in not feeling well, you’re in pain, wishing you were home with your family but knowing you have to get medication to get better and then get treated unkindly for no reason. I have United Healthcare and paid $30 to get misdiagnosed.

Ive been to this facility twice. Ive always recieved excellent care with the best customer service. Today, New Years day, at 8:00 am. I still got great care with excellent attitudes. I wish this was primary care.
