Baylor Teen Health Clinic - Cullen

This is the third time this office COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. Today I had an appointment and was not informed of a meeting. Every time I have an appointment here it’s something. There is an older women in the office who showed no compassion that I came all the way here. I will be getting her name and reporting. This office is the worst Baylor teen clinic I’ve been to.

I work in a clinic myself and this was the most unpleasant experience. I checked in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork to only find out the doctor was not in after I wasted 20 minutes filling out documents. This could’ve been informed to me 24 hours before or at least opening morning of before my appointment considering they knew I was coming in for a wellness exam and refill. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I tell every young women I meet about this clinic. I am so grateful for the work the women here do. Despite this, I do wish getting a hold of someone at the clinic was easier. Sometimes you get lucky and someone answers right away. Other times, like today, you can call 15 times all throughout the day and no one answers.So hey Texas, if can you increase the funding for clinics like this so the women who work there arent slammed with work, and the women who need help get it, that would be great.

Switched to Cavalcade because they were so rude over the phone one lady kept arguing w me “Idk ma’am I’m not the doctor” w attitude when I first called to remove my implant and asked how long the bruising would last rather than connecting me to someone who does know or even try to help if you work at a clinic you should have some knowledge at least!! I guess you’re only good for answering phones the second time I couldn’t schedule an appointment to get it removed I had to call back 2 weeks later

The work that this ladies do for young teens/adults is awesome. Tracy Lee is amazing at what she do. ..... Free test, free HIV check, wells womans exams, birth control etc. BUT to schedule or talk to someone from there is almost IMPOSSIBLE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Schedules are being schedule and they say they notify you about a cancelled appointment but for some reason no call is received or voicemail. Usually they text about appointments but no cancellation text message is received about an appointment. For instance Im driving 45 minutes and get to the clinic they tell me they called about the apt being cancelled but I havent received anything. Then they want to get unprofessional/ upset when I as a patient get upset..... If you can find another clinic to go to I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I Made My First Appointment In October And Was Supposed To Be Seen November 15th , They Called Me On November 14th and they told Me They Needed To Reschedule Me Because Their Doctor Wasnt In , So They Scheduled Me For December 4th , This Morning 1 Hour Before My Appointment They Called And Said They Have To Reschedule Me Again For The 17th Saying That Their Doctor Called In Sick . I Am HIGHLY Disappointed.

Best teen clinic ever. The women who work here are just wonderful. I’ve been going for years for my birth control, wellness exams, and std testing. I wish I could keep going but I’m 25 now so I gotta look for a new doctor :(

They provide awesome free services to young women in the Houston area. They make sure everyone is safe and healthy. Its a great service! Call ahead to make an appointment.

I felt so comfortable here for my first time everyone is so nice and the process of getting my exam was quick and easy this is really a amazing thing in the community

Went with someone to get treated there. The lady in who you speak first seemed to have trouble speaking english. Everyone seemed nice ish.

They never answer the phone and always rescheduling appointments but they cool when you finally get there

Every Person that helped me at my visit was awesome ,kind and professional.

They have the best with there customer service I would recommend.
