Baylor Teen Health Clinic - Cavalcade

As a young adult this was a Very great experience , easy going! The 👩🏻‍⚕️ was very informative and comforting! Not only us women but men are able to be seen for NO COST!

Today’s visit was much been with the nurse. Ive been coming here since 2015 & I’ve always experienced rude service even with the hispanic lady thats been there for years. Im happy they gave the new young lady an opportunity she was very informative & was very gentle. I forgot her name but please keep her & the front desk receptionist was nice as well. I was happy not to see Ms.kay today.

The clinic is helpful & the staff is pretty nice. The only thing I would say is, the doctor that took care of me came in greeting me but for some reason seemed slightly bothered right after that. She told me to cover my face in weird way (my mask was low). I started feeling bad when I felt like anything I asked was bothering her. This is my health & I really wish doctors weren’t like this and could try to educate and inform us better. I told her I’ve been having pain and she basically said it had nothing to do with what she was doing. Okay I understand that but why not explain in a nicer way.. I had another main concern and she was like “that’s nothing” and I’m just like wow… What an experience. Regardless of the person, why not help with better information & overall just a tad bit more compassion? Be friendly in these types of things. The visit was in and out but I would say I’m pretty sure this is why people say a second opinion is definitely worth it.

Very slow service, many of the staff sit around and have conversations about none work related topics (mainly their personal lives) where everyone can hear. It is ok to chat to one another but only for a quick moment. Many clients have things to do the rest of the day and don’t have time to waste at the clinic. Many services are in and out and many clients would like in and out service like myself. I would like the service time to speed up. I’m very disappointed.

I love this clinic so much, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend if it is your first time getting checked or need assistance/ guidance. I’ve been here a couple of times and have never had a bad experience.

I used to go to the one on LBJ and they were a lot nicer. The staff is really rude and they take forever, what used to take 30 mins-1 hour takes 2-3 hours here. I had made an appointment and they didn’t let me know they were going yo be closed, they made me waste my time. And lose a day at my job. So unprofessional.

Very rude, had me waiting 30 minutes because they was in a meeting but really just stood behind the counter talking about people.. told me i would get assistance by 1 but didnt see a nurse until 1:40 literally everytime i come to this location theyre being rude & unprofessional.

Overall very helpful but always clear an extra 30- hour wait but still show up early. I’ve been here with them for 2 years now I believe and always helpful.

Very professional and friendly! They answer any of your questions to the best of their knowledge and there’s never shame upon you. Highly recommend, their facility is clean too.

The staff is very professional and they answered all my questions and they are super confidential. I wish they would be open on weekends cause alot of people work during the weekdays. Never the less im.greatful this type of lil clinica sxist to educate and help out the youth

Staff is always nice and very helpful.Ive always come here for my Well Womens and they treat me great everytime!I would definifely recommend to Family and Friends!!

New phone receptionist IS horrible her attitude IS very RUDE and CONDESCENDING Mrs . Kay that used to answer the phone was such a wonderful and pleasant women .. they for SURE NEED HER BACK .. overall this place is pretty good

Considering the location and resources available they are really helpful and professional.I always feel taken care of!

This clinic has friendly staff, they keep very clean and everything is confidential.
