I have been a patient of Dr. Ronens for a number of years and I absolutely love him, his son and all the staff in the office.. You are greeted with smiles throughout the office as well as when you call.. Whether you are bringing life into this world, maintaining your reproductive health or maintaining due to aging, Dr Ronen and staff are there for it all.. It’s the little things that make a difference, the nice paper gowns that don’t rip before your exam!!! Top tier. Thanks for all you do!!

Dr. Ronen is kind and has a genuine compassion about him. Make no mistake though, he is up front and honest, after my first visit I knew I could trust and respect this man as my doctor. Dr. Ronen literally will leave you speechless. He is a true angel. His demeanor and care in regard to true concern for his patients is so genuine. I was feeling horrible for so many reasons from low iron and all. He didn’t rush or anything. He literally simply made me feel so comfortable, confident a bit and took care of all concerns including referrals. I’m more than grateful to him and his son, who’s also a doctor I’ve seen before.

Dr. Ronen is very thorough, takes his time to answer questions, and is an excellent diagnostician. Hes earned my trust in the many years Ive been under his care. The office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been under Dr. Ronens care since our twins were born, 16 yrs. He is always genuinely interested in my family, my health and overall care. He takes as much time as needed to answer any questions I have and I appreciate his bedside manner.

I recommended Dr. Itai Ronen to my coworker when she was having issues with her birth control method. The practice had great Google reviews so thought itd be a good experience. She told me she absolutely loved her experience there and highly recommended Dr. Itai. I was in need of a new gyno so decided to see Dr. Itai. I could not recommend him more. He has a great bedside manner, addresses all your concerns, and truly cares that you feel at ease. From the nurses to the front staff, everyone is very welcoming and professional.

I believe my experience here could have been a success if only the front desk staff/ the lady who made sure she collected the money before walking back to the waiting room was more informative! My situation again may have been different if I was aware of what was happening! Ultrasound lady barely talked to me so I assume that was normal! This being my first time I was expecting a more kinder treatment from walking in to waiting over an hour to see a doctor I never knew of. I take part blame for me if emotional as well and I’m hoping for a better outcome moving forward with new care.

Dr. Ronen and his team is great!! Always greeted with warm smiles and taken care of! I always feel comfortable at my appointments. Dr. Ronen and Dr. Itai are both very informative and answer all questions! Very respectful and generous!

Our experience with Dr. Pinky Ronen has been nothing short of a nightmare. He was my wifes gynecologist throughout her pregnancy, but he failed to follow any of the plans we meticulously laid out for both the pregnancy and the birth.When my wife went into labor, Dr. Ronan didn’t even bother to show up. Instead, he set us up with a replacement doctor, despite not being out of town or dealing with an emergency. His excuse? He was babysitting. Babysitting, while my wife had severe complications that led to our newborn son being in the NICU for days.To make matters worse, a crucial procedure that was part of my wifes pregnancy plan was completely ignored and not performed. This added even more stress and potential risks to an already traumatic situation.The follow-up care was equally appalling. Dr. Ronens idea of post-operative treatment was asking my wife to send a picture of her C-section via text message. His response? This level of care is not only unprofessional but downright negligent.After all of this, having paid him thousands of dollars for his so-called services, Dr. Ronan had the audacity to claim we owe him an additional $100, and this supposedly overdue amount is from four years ago. He even threatened to send us to collections over this absurd charge.Dr. Ronan’s practice is nothing more than a mass production birthing clinic. There is no personal care or attention given to patients. Every time we met with him, it felt like he was seeing us for the first time, always asking the same questions. Is this your first child? No, it’s our second child.Shame on you, Dr. Ronan. Shame on you for your unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for the well-being of your patients and their families. Avoid this doctor at all costs if you value your health and peace of mind.EDIT: He actually didnt respond to my wifes picture, he just gave it a thumbs up.BTW I also can see a lot of generic (questionable) 5 star reviews. DONT FALL FOR THEM.

You will NEVER find doctors like Dr. Pinky & Dr. Itai Ronen, ever! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing and gifted these doctors are. I will forever be thankful for each one of them overseeing my pregnancy and making sure my baby was born safe into the world. They kept control and calm no matter how often I felt uncertain, how many concerns or questions I had, no matter how many times I had to go in when I felt something was off. They never shamed me for feeling uncertain at times and had welcomed me into the office just to put my mind at ease every time. Not even female obgyn’s that I’ve experienced in the past could emphasize like them, maybe because they are fathers or maybe because they are genuinely great individuals who love what they do, but they set the bar high in my opinion. They both individually treated me and my family kind and each have the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen, hands down. Professional, kind, yet confident radiates off these two and it’s not hard to pick this up from the Ronen’s. Aside from their exceptional personalities, both know what the hell they are doing, not only for pregnancy, high risk or not, but other gynecological issues, and that’s the most important key factor to finding a great doctor. I have never felt such doctors need the upmost respect as the Ronen’s. They are the whole package. On top of that, their staff in my opinion is phenomenal and they to me kept their demeanors and personalities professional and kind till this day. I will always recommend the Ronen’s, you will not be disappointed. Thanks to the best doctors and staff at Ronen OB/GYN.

I have been a patient with Dr. Ronen for quite sometime. I am receiving impeccable care. Dr. Ronen is very concerned with your physical and mental being. His bedside manner during my recovery from surgery was from the days of old. You just don’t see this type of personality in most doctors today. Both my daughter and I are patients and share our sentiments. Both pleasant and personable with a caring spirit.

I was having issues with my previous OBGYN. So I decided to make a change to Dr.Ronen. I’m glad I is he took his time with me. Explained what’s going on and treatment plans of needs be. My questions were answered and the pain issue was resolved!! I’m so happy I made the change and he took the time to listen to me. Forever thankful!

Both Drs are excellent clinicians. They are kind, thorough and considerate. I have been a patient for 20 years, and now the next generation are patients.

This office was amazing! I walked in a couple minutes before my appointment and I was seen right on time! The office staff was so nice, and Dr. Ronen was amazing! He is a great listener, and is great at getting right to the bottom of things. I was impressed that all testing I needed to get done was offered in house! I’ve had trouble finding a good Dr., but I most definitely recommend him to anyone considering coming to the office!

Love this office! Everybody is super caring from the time you check in, to the area where they take your vitals and then in the exam room. I’ve have had the experience of Dr. Itai Ronen the last two appointments for the last two years, and he was the especially caring. I have been extremely happy with my surgery, a hysterectomy. It has been a wonderful three years. I also do like Dr. Pinky Ronen who performed my surgery. He is also wonderful as well. But the staff is completely caring and does a great job the entire time you are there to make you feel comfortable. The prescription nurse is also quick to refill my prescriptions and this is a great thing as well. I love this office and I have to drive a little bit from Bellaire but I wouldn’t change a thing! They also have a phlebotomist (Quest Diagnostics) on site so everything is very convenient. Free parking and a lot of it too!

Let me tell you about my appointment. I arrived early and waited over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. No communication from nurse of front office staff about the reason for the delay. I was checked in with a nurse who rapidly fired multiple personal questions at me w/o any care or concern of my responses. Dr. Ronen (Sr.) came in before I undressed and asked me about my concerns. I admit I had quite a few things to ask about because I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my body. He stopped me in the middle and asked me to get ready for my exam. This went as expected until the end when he asked me to stand up fully undressed to point to area of midsection weight gain that I was concerned with. Then I was asked what was more important my weight gain or my sleepless nights because he could only treat on issue! If this wasn’t enough improper bedside manner as he was leaving the room he made the comment “Just how long do you think you could weigh 125 pounds?” He smirked and left the room. I collected myself, got dressed, and headed into the hallway to get my bloodwork done. I couldn’t contain it anymore and the waterworks started. I was crying in the hallway while waiting for my bloodwork. The same hallway where Dr.Ronan and multiple nurses were going in and out of rooms. Nobody stopped, cared, or even offered me a tissue. They just acted like I wasn’t even there. I waited for a week after my appointment and asked about my bloodwork results. They said I would have to come in to discuss. I told them I would not be coming back and I just wanted a nurse to review the results with me. They said they would call back. They didn’t. I called several times without any answers to questions about my bloodwork results. I gave them ample time to respond to me and they did not. This is why I’m choosing to write this review.

I have been under Dr. Ronen’s care since my youngest son was born, 21 years. He’s absolutely amazing at making the patient comfortable.

It was my first time seeing a gynecologist so I was very nervous but my experience here was so amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they answered all my questions and concerns. My experience wasn’t as bad or scary as I thought it would be. I would definitely come again and I would 100% recommend others come here as well!!!

Dr. Ron has been my doctor for over 20 years. I would never change him for anyone, I have gone with him even when I have not had health insurance. He has always been my doctor for all these years.

This is the best OBGYN Ive ever been to, the entire place was decorated with comfort and women in mind. Theres huge plush couches in the waiting room and they even have slip covers for the stirrups which I had no idea was a thing. Dr. Itai Ronen was extremely pleasant, gentle and answered all of my questions instead of just pushing me out the door, wonderful place!

The best place I have ever visited! Dr. Pinky and Dr. Itai are very professional and kind. The rest of the staff is good and the atmosphere is nice.The only thing that I don’t like is that they don’t accept Medicaid.

Everyone is absolutely wonderful here. The doctors and staff couldn’t be better. I’ve been coming for 17 years. My only complaint is they are consistently behind. I waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Pinky Ronan is nice enough but has done nothing to educate himself on the latest Hormone Replacement options for women. He will try to prescribe Paxil (an antidepressant) to you for menopause symptoms and will discourage you from drugs proven to help your symptoms. The ridiculous idea that an antidepressant is going to solve all the symptoms women have during menopause is not only an archaic method, its irresponsible. The only thing depressing about being in menopause is not being able to find doctors educated on the topic!

Very welcoming and encouraging. Dr Ronen made sure to get a full work up with detailed questions and actually listened to my needs and addressed them all individually making a plan for resolution. Will 100% be switching to him full time (as I was going in initially for a second recommendation).

The staff(Except the Dr., they smile.) doesn’t smile but they are friendly. I had a no show due to the storm and they still charged me. They didn’t offer it back after having me wait past my appointment time.

Check in was easy and wait time was short. All staff was friendly. They were helpful as well. Dr P Ronan listened to my concerns offered next steps to meet my needs.

They are super kind and efficient. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated their good energy. Would 100% reccomend.

Dr. Ronen office staff is attentive and provides excellent patient service. Dr. Ronen has provided care for myself, 2 sisters and 2 daughters. He is an great doctor with excellent skills. I got the privilege of being the patient of Dr. Ronan’s son, I can tell you now, you are in good hands with the son. He is attentive and concerned with your care.

Dr Ronen called me for some magnetic imaging in 2021 and I ended up with open hysterectomy. It was totally unplanned and not expected. I had all the symptoms of endometriosis and doctor failed to diagnose. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

Ive been going to Dr. Ronen for many years and he is great! Well knowledged, extremely caring for your needs, his staff is awesome and his son is following in his footsteps and is doing outstanding. My daughter has been going to him and just had her first baby. She said he is the best!

This practice, and both doctors are the best of the best! The office staff, nurses and doctors are friendly, caring and professional. They respond quickly and professionally to all my questions, concerns and issues. I’d never go anywhere else!I’ve been with this practice since 1980!

I don’t even know where to begin with describing my experience with Dr. Itai and Dr. Pinky. Both of these doctors and their staff are truly incredible at what they do. I have anxiety, even when not pregnant, and both doctors handled my concerns and my anxiety so well. They are very thorough but they aren’t alarmists and they put you at ease with their knowledge and experience. Dr. Pinky decided to do another ultrasound because it appeared that my baby was growing very fast and thankfully he did because my son ended up being 10lbs and a week early. My delivery was not as smooth, as you can imagine, but Dr. Itai was so poised and calm and helped me immensely through a very challenging delivery. My son is now 3 months old and I truly miss visiting their office so often! It was such a pleasure to see the doctors and their staff on a regular schedule! I will be a patient for life and will continue to refer friends and family to them as well!

Dr. Pinky Ronen has been my OBG for 10 years. My two pregnancies were great thanks to his care and advice. He delivered my first child and it was a GREAT experience. For my second delivery, I didn’t make it to the hospital where he was waiting for me. I missed him a lot and I appreciated him much more than before. There is a great difference between him and most other doctors. He is patient, kind, well mannered, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Now he’s helping me deal with menopause. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live here.

As I transition into a different stage of my life being an empty-nester, Dr. Ronen provides a level of service that meets all of my needs as I want to maintain my health into retirement. I would highly recommend his caring yet professional services for women’s health.

I love this family practice. My only suggestion is using fragrance free products to clean and sanitize. I had a migraine from all the perfumes. The doctors and staff are great. Wait times can be a bit long if you’re later in the day.

I’m sitting at the parking lot and I’m very upset. Scheduled an appointment last week and I called called and called to make sure my insurance was accepted.i was even persistent and forwarded it to their email. Sometimes they pick up and hung up but I wasn’t too offended by it. Showed up for my appointment this morning after driving miles as I had a short sleep last night, only for them to say my insurance was out of network. They obviously do not care, I was barely attended to as soon as I walk in.

Kind, professional, quick and empathetic. If I could give 10 starts I wouldFrom the front desk (Vicky and all the front desk), the medical staff and all the way to Dr.I came in for a biopsy and I was so nervous and scared. Every one put me at ease and the Doctor explained everything to where I could understand it. It was uncomfortable for a second when I had the biopsy but quick and painless .

I love love loved this office. Highly recommend. First visit. I felt seen and not rushed.

Dr. Itai Ronen has been such a great doctor since the beginning. I told him what exactly I wanted and my previous experiences with previous OBGYN’s. He knows how to listen and doesn’t mind explaining things to you. He gave me so many different options on treatments so I could get pregnant. My daughter and I have been with Dr. Ronen for many years. He delivered both of my grand children. The visits are very thorough, including bone density, blood work, ultrasound, and whatever else you may at your yearly well woman exam. Great environment and a very efficient kind staff!

The office is very nice and cozy and I’ve never had any issues with front desk, but that’s about it. Dr Ronen did my surgery, after I woke up he never showed up, to let me know how it went, I was sent home, totally confused. Scheduled post op visit, and he walks in, greets me and says what’s the purpose of your visit??!! The nurse behind him had and omg face, so did I… I’ve never went back

I think it’s getting harder for the overall medical industry to genuinely care for and focus on the patient. However, I ALWAYS feel comfortable and relaxed about my experience with Dr. Ronen. TRUST is something that takes time to build. Dr. Ronen is about to perform a 2nd unrelated surgery (after 8 years), and I feel 100% confident in his assessment and skill as an OBGYN and surgeon. I love the warm environment / ambience of the waiting area. When bloodwork is drawn, they always nail it without pain.

There is nobody like Dr. Ronen. Father and son. Itai is caring, kind, genuine and truly listens. This practice is the best hands down. Im so blessed to have Dr. Ronen as my obgyn.

Dr. Ronen was great! Recently, I gave birth to my first child and I was worried about not wanting to ever give birth again. Those worries were surely put to rest, thanks to Dr. Ronen! The delivery was quick and I was well taken care of. I’m healing extremely well, and my baby is as healthy as can be. He has always been caring and thoughtful. Every appointment he gave me the absolute best care I needed for any situation that transpired. Highly recommend!

First time meeting Dr. Ronan & I was pleasantly impressed by his professionalism and GENTLENESS! Appointment for yrly started @815 sharp. Pre check was a breeze and I was placed in a room right afterwards. During the exam, Dr. Ronan was very attentive and empathetic. Dr. Ronen is the best OB/GYN I could have hoped for, and everyone at the office is great! He was so encouraging in the delivery room when I had my son and I had total confidence with him! He has a very calming presence, which I found to be pretty invaluable when you are delivering a baby! After having my son, I was running into a lot of issues with nursing, and Dr. Ronen and his team helped patch me up and were so supportive! He really listens to you and is at the top of his profession in knowledge and skill. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Both Dr. Ronens are great Dr. My situation was a bit difficult with having prior prematures. They were able to help my last daughter be at term and on track with the one coming. Very very grateful for finding them.

I was not happy with the service back in May. I was given a medicine that caused a reaction. I wasn’t upset at first. My issue was when I needed to know what was happening to me. I called, no answer. Left messages, nothing. Finally got a call back Tuesday and was able to go in. The doctor was nowhere to be found and his son saw me. He ran some tests and a week later I still had no answers. I called and eventually a very rude nurse called me to tell me everything was negative.. negative to what!!? I thought you were trying to see what was wrong with me due to the medicine Dr Ronen gave me!? She had no answers. Doctor eventually called me after giving him negative feedback in an email. I told him my issue and I decided to just move on and never go back nor bother reviewing them. Four months later I get a surprise bill from the second visit, when they were trying to find out why the medicine gave me a reaction. The visit I never even got an answer about.Bottom line, I eventually went to my own doctor who discovered I was actually allergic to the medication and treated me to get my swollen glands back to normal.In September, When I called regarding the bill, I tried to explain that I wasn’t treated and shouldn’t have a second bill. I had to pay MY Doctor to test and treat me correctly. However Janice would have non of it and hung up on me. I called back like 4 times and finally someone picked up and I was able to pay my bill. This was a horrible experience and I’ll never go back to those people. I paid the bill with the hope to never hear from them again. Good luck if you decide to try them. I wish I wouldn’t have.

Dr. Ronen is an excellent doctor!!! I have been his patient for over ten years and I could not be in better hands. He always takes his time to listen and has excellent bedside manners. He took care of me through my two high-risk pregnancies and was always available for questions. I would recommend him to anyone anytime!!

He has an credible bedside manner, hes very calming and gives you the time that you need when he is with you.And his staff follows to suit. They are very kind, thoughtful, understanding, eligible extremely understanding with their patients.I recommend him to all who ask for a referral. And I always will.

I had the best experience at this clinic. I felt that Dr. Pinky and Itai Ronen really cares about their patients.I was considered low risk, so I thought everything will go as I had planned. I had my birthing plan which I shared with Dr. Itai and Pinky and they were on board with it, but both of them told me to keep an open mind.I ended up having C section but we had exhausted other options and I’m grateful because with their help, I felt empowered to make decisions that I thought were best for me.My baby and I are healthy because of their care. If you are looking for an OB, don’t look further. I recommend them and I would have my baby with them again.

Dr. Ronen became my doctor in 2010 , for my very first pregnancy. He and his staff were always very welcoming, and never made me feel uncomfortable. His office is very clean and has a great atmosphere.This is my first time going into his new office on Threadneedle. I love it! The office is a lot bigger, and there is more space in the waiting room.

Ive been going to Dr. Ronen for almost 10 years now! Great waiting area and rooms always feel warm and cozy. I would ideally only deduct half a star for this (but only had to the option for either 4 or 5 stars) because I have had some less than pleasant experiences with some of the staff in the past and you do have to sometimes wait FOREVER; I was there for almost 3 hours for my most recent appointment. Many of my well-woman exams and minor check-in appointments have been with the nurse practitioner, who is absolutely phenomenal and seeing her will save you time! But if you want to see either Dr. Pinky or Dr. Itai? Make sure you have ample time in your day. However, I will say it is very worth it. They are both incredibly kind, have great bedside manner, make you feel very comfortable and hardly ever feel rushed once your visit begins. I have had a successful IUD insertion & removal experience with Dr. Ronen and am now expecting my first child! I do wish the office had midwives or access to midwives, but there is no doubt that this is a very reputable OB-GYN practice in Houston and I have been very happy with my care here over the years.

I felt always in good hands with Dr Ronen! Our daughter was delivered safely with warm care. Dr Ronen was doing everything to meet my desire to deliver my baby in the most natural way. Once it was clear that I had some complications, Dr Ronen shared the go forward options, with his recommendations, and next made an excellent safe and accurate c-section. My scar now is very small and almost invisible. All staff is very friendly and always were available to answer questions - with a very personal and caring approach.

Moving from another state and having to find new doctors is often a hassle, but I found ease coming here. The office is very clean and the staff here are very professional. Dr. Itai Ronen was very informative and patient when it came to answering any questions or concerns I had. I felt comfortable the whole time. I’d recommend his practice to any woman out there.

I have been coming here for the last 8 months. I had a high risk pregnancy with multiple underlying issues. Dr. Itai and Dr. Pinky were both amazing in their care but Dr. Itai was my main doctor, his calmness and understanding was vital for me as I went through a high stress pregnancy. Dr. Itai delivered my baby boy via C section. I am grateful for all his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Itai. If I ever decide to have another child, I would definitely choose to go with him.

Dr.Ronen is simply the best! I just had my first baby and Dr.Ronen was there every step of the way. I was so nervous about every little thing constantly asking questions and messaging him and he was always there so calm, nice, never annoyed, and took away all my concerns and anxiety I had. He addressed every concern I had and I always knew and felt he had my best interest at heart. My husband also likes and has the upmost respect for him. We will definitely need to have our second and last baby before he retires because I only trust him to help me deliver my children. I recommend him to everyone! Also, the staff there is wonderful! I was nervous going into the appointment due to past experiences but Christine was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and talked through what she was doing as she was doing it. Terrible experience. New patient. Greeted by asking date of birth, no good morning or anything. Followed by asking for insurance and a urine sample. I stated I was there for a well woman exam, and when I explain i wasnt due for a pap, they said that it was a problem visit. You still get a well woman every year regardless of if a pap is due or not. Given paperwork and sent to a waiting area. Waiting area literally had like 14 women in it with 2 physicians. Nowhere to sit. I walked out. Wouldnt recommend anyone here. Terrible customer service and scheduling.

This office was great! This was my first time going to a male doctor.. Iusually prefer to see woman but when I saw his good reviews I thought why not! The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I had a few questions and they all were very helpful, from the front staff to the back. Dr. Ronen was very kind and quick ! But not rushed if you know what i mean! Definitely will be back. Although it was a little far for me, its definitely worth the drive !

In January I had to have a breast biopsy, the hospital called me and let me know that the biopsy came back benign, but I should be referred to a breast surgeon. They let me know that they had sent my results to Dr. Ronen‘s office after a couple of days not hearing from Dr. Ronnie‘s office I called they said that they had not received results and did not see them. This went off for several days. I called the hospital back and they sent them again after two weeks I still do not get any information. The only information I was getting was from the hospital later that week. I finally get a call back from Dr. Anna‘s office and was told that my results were benign which I knew but they didn’t say anything about the breast surgeon referral. I asked about it and they said well he didn’t say anything about that. Maybe you should follow up. After talking to the hospital again, they suggested that I go in and gave me a referral of a doctor a month later I saw the breast surgeon and decided to change doctors. A month later I get a call from Dr. Ronen’s office saying that they looked at my biopsy told me again that it was benign and that yes he I need a referral to a breast surgeon. I told them that I had moved on because I felt like I was being blown off the nurse. His response was that he was out of town when she gave me their biopsy report which makes me feel like she wasn’t honest with me about him not being there at the time and now here it is a month later and you all want to update me on the report. Very unprofessional I don’t feel like I had anyone in my corner, and it was just totally unprofessional being blown off this way.

This doctor is, by far, the best ob gynecologist. He delivered my son 14 years ago and my daughter last year. He goes above and beyond for his patients and he listens. What prompted me to write this review is that I went for a follow up check up today. I told him I wasnt feeling well, he drew blood and long and behold... I have an infection that im now being treated for.With my second pregnancy, I was high risk at 37 years of age, he always ran test and recommended the best course of action. I highly recommend Dr. Ronen. He is a sweet, caring, knowledgeable doctor.Thank you for putting into practice all your years of expertise ♡... 2023, I continue to trust Dr. Ronen with all my needs. Im glad to hear that he now has his son following in on his footsteps in their practice. Dr Pinky Ronen is very knowledgeable, caring, and kind and so are his staff. Ive been a patient for more than 5 years, both my daughters were delivered by him, and my experience has always been great! Anytime I have a question or concern, he and his staff always provide sound solutions and the best care. His son, Dr Itai Ronen, recently joined his practice and Dr Itai Ronen is also very warm and caring like his dad. There is also a lab tech on site to collect blood work and all that, so it definitely saves time from having to drive to another office to get any lab tests done.

I have been seeing Dr. Ronen for 18 years, and through all 3 of my pregnancies and deliveries. He is very attentive, caring, and professional. I always feel like/ felt like I was in good hands. Celina, Hannie, Janice and the gentleman in the lab are also all awesome. I always look forward to my visits and have really gotten to know everyone over the years.

Can the wait time in his office be a little long at times, absolutely but I just look at it as, if it was me that needed his attention a little longer, I would want him to take that time and not rush me along.Last but not least, If you are struggling with Conceiving or High Risk , Hes your doctor ! My Son and Daughter-In-Law were struggling for a long time with another doctor and once I she switched to Dr. Ronen, Well.... Doctor Ronen is a wonderful, knowledgeable and experienced doctor, I have been his patient for 11 years. He delivered my 4 kids. Nice location, clean office, friendly and helpful staff (Selena is always super helpful and care a lot for all the patients). Ultrasound and lab test are done in the same office.

I am third tier in my family who has seen Ronen, and for many years he was pleasant and tended to my every need.After 12 years of seeing him, I finally stopped. My last two years have been tough. Every appointment it seemed he had forgotten what we recently discussed just a week ago. So, I started to see Dr. Katie instead and she was wonderful. She is no longer there and seeing Ronen again was still not top notch for me. His bedside manner was off, his patience and memory - It just didnt seem like he cared for me as his patient any longer. If I am dishing out $50 a week to see someone for help in an area I need my monies worth. I would take questions in a book to ask and it was always a rush rush rush to get in an out. Ive stopped seeing him and have let my family know that I wont be going to him any longer.Many times when I walk in these days the staff up front are either having loud personal conversations or on their phone and not dealing with who is in front of them. That is very unprofessional. It is sad to say I am breaking off the family branch of having him as my OB/GYN.

I’ve seen Dr. Pinky in the past and he is amazing. My last few visits I met with his son Itai Ronen. They both have amazing bedside manner. They are both very informative. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the office is way too busy for my liking. No one ever answers the phone.

I have been seeing Dr. Ronan for around 4 years. I am not the easiest of patients as I have a lot of questions and I read a lot. Dr. Ronen is not only superb at what he does, but he is empathetic with his patients and is open to discussing whatever the patient wants and needs while still making sound medical decisions. Additionally, he is kind and his staff has been with him for a very long time. He is the best OBGYN I have ever worked with.

I have been going to Dr. Ronen for a while now. I am currently pregnant with my first. He has been great! He spends as much time with you as you need, and answers all the questions you have. The only issue I have is that when you call and leave a message with the office staff, you rarely get a call back. There have been several times that we (my husband and I) have called and left a message for the office staff or the nurses and never had our call returned. This has nothing to do with the doctor, but it makes things stressful. I would give 5 stars if my calls were returned.

The office, staff, and atmosphere is so pleasant and makes going to the doctor a less frightening ordeal. I changed to Dr. Ronans office because of negative experiences in the past dealing with insurance and staff members and they have addressed all my concerns and needs and have made all of my visits warm and welcoming. They genuinely care about their patients and I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been a patient since 2013. After being horribly cared for by another OB, Dr. Ronen took me as a patient in my 2nd trimester. He is very attentive and extremely intelligent. He has a great sense of humor and delivers good news and bad news with compassion. He has done 2 surgeries on me and now is about to deliver my third child! He is so caring and always available. I have seen both Dr. Pinky and Dr. Itai Ronen. I am a patient of Dr. Itai, I am happy to express my gratitude for both doctors and the whole office staff. I had a lump for 2 years that was causing me pain and pressure, and causing me mobility issues when I walked or worked out. I did try to go to other doctors to get it diagnosed and taken care of, no one would help me because I did not have insurance. Both Dr. Ronens saw me, diagnosed me, and treated me as a patient with care as well as the office and nursing staff. Despite me being uninsured. Turns out the lump was a non malignant tumor made of connective tissue. I ended up having to have surgery which we were able to schedule in office due to my high pain tolerance. They helped me and worked out a payment plan with me for my surgery.The surgery went well, both doctors were helping with my surgery and the nursing staff was on it with tools prepped, and ready as well as checking in on my needs during the process. Both of the doctors and the nursing staff were checking on my comfort level through the whole process. As hard as it was to have surgery in that area I was in the best hands. We had a great conversation during the surgery both doctors had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Itai is on top of your questions and has a plan he also asks you about your thoughts and feelings on your health. Both doctors treat their patients with dignity and respect and they truly listen to you and your needs.

Had a good first couple of appointments and initially really liked Dr. Ronen and the team. However, communication is a HUGE issue here.In addition to never getting your blood work, ultrasound reports or lab results unless requested, you can literally never get someone on the phone by calling. You always have to leave a message and wait on a call back. In one instance, it was taking a long time to get labs back and I called and left voicemessages 3 days in a row asking if they were in. NO ONE would call me back.I finally made an appointment with a new doctor because this is just too stressful. What if I had a serious issue and wasnt able to get in touch with the team?I went in to request my medical records and cancel my last appointment. I shared with the team up front my frustrations and asked why no one had called me back. Dr. Ronen came out to and said Im sorry you werent satisfied with the standard of communication. I said I wasnt and I thought it was unacceptable that no one would even call me back just to say the results werent in yet. He responded in the most condescending tone Well Im not going to change the way I run my practice just because youre worried about your labs. I literally couldnt believe that the way the staff handles communication (or lack there of) is actually something he supports.If youre someone who has a very standard pregnancy, has no complications, is very healthy and only needs the standard appointments, Dr. Ronen might be a great one for you. But if you think youll need any extra time, communication or lab work, go somewhere else because you wont get it here.

After visiting many obgyn practices and doctors, I was very fortunate to become a patient of Dr Ronen.I was coming with a very long and complicated medical history. I had bad experiences where previous doctors did not listen to me and had they done it, maybe the outcomes might have been different.Dr Ronen always listens to me and does everything to address my concerns, never dismissed anything I said or asked. He was very understanding of my history and accommodated my requests and needs. He is very caring, warm, knowledgeable and professional. His attention is personalized, he never rushes me out of the room like at other practices when they seem to have limited time allotted per patients. And I saw him at every appointment.His staff is just as caring and attentive and professional. Thorough when they need to be. I can’t never thank them enough for helping me and supporting me during my pregnancy and helping me enjoy it and delivering our first child. They really made a difference in our lives.The medical system in this country would be much better (and the world would be a better place) if more doctors were like Dr Ronen.

I had my first visit today at this office and highly recommend it to everyone. Katy did my exam and was referred to me by a longtime friend. She was so pleasant and came in and sat down to discuss things prior to the exam which put my mind at ease. Dr. Ronen came in after the exam was done to meet me and if I had any questions or concerns, and as with Katy, also so pleasant. The gentleman who did my bloodwork, I didnt get his name, was also pleasant and funny as I am squeamish during that process, so were talking about Starbucks which got my mind off of the process and it was over quickly and painlessly. I can honestly say I have never been more comfortable going to a doctor and the hospitable environment they provided.

I had an appointment at 2:15 came in .45 early to fill out the forms if needed not only that my husband took the day off to bring me so I won’t have to drive since I have a lot pain. When I’m checking in the lady ask me to wait few minutes and then tells me that they don’t accept my insurance I ask what u mean? The was verify when I made the appointment last week and she clearly said and made me the appointment she ask me to wait, another lady tells me they don’t accept my plan .. I tell her again the was verified last week! she said well we did the things right so we don’t accept your insurance. At this my husband not only took Time off his work to come with me lost a whole day why wasn’t this verified better when I mention I was in the emergency room and needs to be seen immediately by gynecologist she said we did the right thing and at this point my husband got mad and said to her you didn’t since she can’t see the doctor because someone didn’t do the things correct and she reply in Spanish we did. This people needs better customer service experience and not to treat you like you not worth it just because they see your Hispanic. Came in at 1:20 when I had my appointment at 2:15 left at 2:00 without being able to see a doctor 😔 so frustrated cause now I have to find another doctor wait longer since this people are not efficient after I have gave them my insurance info since last week😡

Dr Ronen is the most caring, professional and attentive OBGYN around. He delivered all 3 of my children, 2 within a year of each other and I could not have asked for a better doctor. His office is amazing as well! A+++++

Dr. Ronen diagnosed me with PCOS and didn’t tell me anything else about it. I had to ask the nurse to fill me in on what’s going on at the following visit and what my options were. Most of what I learned about PCOS was from a Google search and not from this doctor. I found out about inositol and the risk of insulin resistance and diabetes but not from this doctor! He’s got to be doing something right because I always wait at least an hour before they even get to me when I have an appointment (they overbook their patients). One time I waited TWO HOURS after my appointment time in order to see the doctor. Absurd. Will not be coming back to this place and instead will try to find a doctor who wants to help fix these types of imbalances and issues, not just prescribe birth control to cover up symptoms. Maybe he can deliver babies but this doc is not interested or familiar with informing his patients with PCOS about the condition, treatment options, and associated risks

The doctors are the best but Im giving one star because the office staff including billing is something else. I called to verify an insurance and I was told it was accepted. 9 months later, Im getting bills left and right and having to pay more than self pay despite having insurance. If I was told ahead of time that I would be paying 400 for a gyn visit then it would have been cheaper to go to the ER. The deceitfulness and lack of knowledge or awareness is appalling and sad because as stated prior the doctors are great.

As always very thorough, listens to my concerns and addresses them with the upmost care. Truly has the patients best interest for their situation at heart. Fantastic bedside manner. 25 years and counting, best obgyn I have ever seen, used. Will not prescribe for pharmaceutical perks and benefits, only that which is needed and safe, tailored to the school patient with all underlying issues and conditions in mind.

Absolute highest quality of care. Yes, you may wait occasionally to be seen but you are dealing with a doctor that delivers babies. We all know that children make their own schedule without regard to whatever you may have previously planned. The PA on staff is fabulous. I have every confidence I will always receive the best care possible with Dr Ronen and his staff.

He has been my OB/GYN since 2014 when I got pregnant with my 1st daughter, he was so understanding and compassionate throughout my entire pregnancy. I am PCOS and hypothyroid, I didnt have to worry about any of that through my pregnancy because Dr. Ronen monitored me closely for any complications that might arise because of it (as he is doing now with my second).I love that Dr. Ronen and Katie are so easy to talk to and will take their time to answer your questions and explain any issues that you may have with such patience.I truly appreciate that he kept involved with the process when we were ttc with our second just to make sure everything was ok with me. Although he could have pushed me to start taking medication to help out the process, he never did and assured me that he believed that we didnt need it and Im glad that he didnt because a couple months later we were pregnant with our 2nd little girl!!!I feel that Dr. Ronen only hires the most amazing people for his staff as well, not a single person there is less that wonderful, so kind and so helpful! Janice is probably one of the first people I met at his office and has always been such a pleasure to talk to and be around, I love walking into the office and seeing her smiling face!I would and have recommended Dr. Ronen to ANYONE that would ever need an OB/GYN, he is nothing less than phenomenal!!

Kristen (my PA) was so sweet and amazing! Kristen was so gentle with me when I was in extreme pain. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. The waiting room is very nice and comfy! I literally have nothing bad to say about Dr. Ronen and his staff.

Dr Ronen is the best OB/GYN in Houston!!! He takes pride in his practice and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Katy, the nurse practitioner, and the entire staff are equally as wonderful and friendly.

The entire staff was great. I enjoy chatting with the tech while my blood is being drawn for tests. Dr. Ronen was thorough, personable, and gentle. Glad to have found him. My last visit was with the younger Dr. Ronen. He was great too.

I originally posted a detailed review of why I rated this practice so poorly. Dr. Ronen called me personally telling me how it could hurt his business. He said things like there is no reason to post a bad review. And he made me feel pretty bad... which I think of now as being kind of manipulative. But I agreed to take it down. After thinking about it however, I feel that I need to put a condensed version back up.I first came to this practice earlier in the year for an exam and to talk about my PCOS (based on all the 5 star reviews). I was waiting for approximately 2 hours to be seen. When I asked to leave because I had class I was constantly told he was on his way. Finally when I began to just walk out, he showed up.Long story short, I felt that in my experience he had bad bedside manner, he kept suggesting hormonal birth control which I had informed him I couldnt take because of my medical history. He denied this in the phone call but I remember that he informed me several times that hormonal birth control would be the best course of action. When calling I could never get in touch with anyone. I had to leave a voicemail and sometimes it was days before someone called me back. Dr. Ronen also uses the outdated BMI scale and informed me that I was obese. I lift weights and therefore I am just heavier with more muscle mass. I am anything but obese. But he left me feeling bad about my physical appearance after my appointment. I doubt this was his intentions but he seems to have no awareness of his patients feelings (again from MY personal experience).He ordered an ultrasound for me in which the technician had no idea what she was scanning for because it wasnt written in his notes or instructions. She had to leave the room to ask.I would say that the only positive experience I had here was the guy who draws blood. I forgot his name but he is really good at what he does and hes funny.I ended up going to another doctor who is doing a much better job at addressing my PCOS.

Just be aware that a huge bill will come to your house even you did not request a lab test. I had an appointment with doctor Pinky Ronen. I did not request lab test but suddenly I got invoice 225$ for the service which I did not request..!!!! I paid my visit, I paid for diabetes test but for the test which was billed to me even doctor said no need for test and I said okay, then lets not to do this test. He told will subscribe me medicine. Thats it! And suddenly getting invoice! Just a big shame

I don’t know where to start, we made this appointment because we were looking for a new doctor for my second pregnancy (the last one has a no children policy so we had to change). We chose this doctor just because of the google reviews that’s why I am leaving this one.The day of the appointment I had to wait a lot for the doctor to see me, which didn’t bother me. Dr. Ronen was super nice, gentle, personable, talkative and listened to everything I said and ask, I seriously don’t have any complain about him sadly I couldn’t know him better. The lab guy was super polite too. Surprisingly they don’t use any app to show any of the test results they make, I didn’t like this I was so used to just check them very easy through an app with my other doctor. But I said it’s fine.The thing is, I tried to call them SO many times and they don’t answer the phone it was a nightmare just to ask about my results (we were expecting de chromosome and gender test), to ask about any insurance doubt or anything even to reschedule an appointment. It was seriously so annoying and frustrating. It got me very concerned because I am not the type of person that calls the doctor for no reason but when you’re pregnant you want just a decent communication to the doctor staff at least.My husband tried so many times and when finally got them on the phone he was asking about what’s going on that they never answer, when he started to complain about it the girl hang off the phone, didn’t reach back and my husband called back and even left a message, it was just so rude. Very bad experience I really hope Dr. Ronen gets to read this and he can do something about his staff.I finally got them on the phone and I asked to release my medical records and they told me it could be 15 days after I sign a form. Which I understand but seriously 15 days😳Maybe I just had bad luck with his team, not sure

By far the best bedside manner of any OBGYN! Plus his staff is unbelievable. I felt so comfortable with both my c-sections knowing Dr. Ronen was the one doing it and he was with me every step of the way!!

The best team ever! We really love them, so thankful we met them on time for our baby girl.

Please go elsewhere if you’re pregnant or planning to!!!! The doctors are nice but good luck trying to get FMLA or short disability papers completed for your employer. They don’t respond or confirm receipt of papers. You’ll have to call them continuously and even so, they don’t follow up. They called me back once but I was unable to pickup. They Left a voicemail- my papers were completed. They never sent them though because they’re pending payment of $25 for completing the forms. I called them back 30 min after their call and have been trying since and no luck. The doctors are nice but they don’t compensate for the lack of customer service.

Dr. Ronen is avery patient and gentle doctor, and it was my first visit to OBGYN in U.S. He made me feel that I could 1000% trust him.Definitely recommend him as the best OBGYN doctor in the world.🙂

Ive been looking for a physician who would take my issues seriously. He was adamant about getting to the root of my issue so that we could work on it together. I have PCOS and most doctors put you on birth control and metformin and send you on your way. We are working on the best plan that will suit me personally once we get my test results back. I love Dr.Ronen ! He has always been kind and honest. He delivered my now 3.5 year old when he was born and has the best bedside manner..... I had gestational diabetes and i managed to keep my blood levels normal and he was always very motivating when I would go to my appointments ..... he never once pressured me to get a c-section when or to be induced bc he wanted it to fit his schedule.... he wanted me everything happen naturally and that is rare to find.. Last year I was pregnant again and unfortunately I lost my baby and he sat in front of me comforted and hugged me as I broke down and cried. He was so sweet and reassured me that it wasnt anything that I did. Now that we are trying to conceive again we are having a hard time but instead of immediately putting me on medication or just getting all these tests done he wants to make sure that I give it a little more time.....having a Dr that really cares about his patients and not just about getting money and pushing medicine on you , is so rare to find now a days and I am so blessed to have him as my Dr..... I dont know what I would do if he ever retired!

Dr. Ronen is the best! I was so fortunate that he happened to be the on-call doctor when my tube was rupturing from an ectopic pregnancy. When my OBGYN couldnt be bothered with me, and dismissed my pain as bad period cramps then left for vacation. Dr. Ronen performed emergency surgery in the middle of the night to repair my tube. That was 11yrs ago. Subsequently, Ive had great pregnancy/delivery experience with Dr. Ronen. His bedside manner is the best, super caring.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ronen for several years now, and just met his son (new doctor to the practice). I was a little nervous, but the level of care and kindness remains the same. I never want to see another doctor.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr.Ronen and his entire staff. He delivered both my children and has been much more than just my Obgyn. He takes care of making sure I stay healthy from other aspects like cholesterol and Vitamin D. He is so knowledgeable and provides insight as I age which is difficult to find these days in healthcare providers in such a large city as Houston. Dr.Ronen has been my doctor for 12 years now and I cant imagine ever switching. Janice at the front desk is a sweetie pie-she is always so friendly and welcoming. Will never return went one time but I personally had no clue What all OB/GYN did I needed to see one at my age it was the first time and I was recommended by a coworker that says they’re really good and they can help you with any other issues that I have just let them know.However when I did I felt really dumb because I talked about my anxiety, I asked about my blood work ,my heavy periods as I was asked about my Menstrual cycle and the doctor had a blank look as instead I felt now knowing that the doctor could’ve just told me you can talk to your primary doctor about these issues however I only treat so-and-so which I would’ve totally been fine as I will be more educated but not knowing And overall the lack of communication the front office had which now my physical turned into an office visit and yes I’m upset because I wasn’t expected to pay a lot for just a check up which they could have explained on my way out and I could have payed this that year I was seen and getting a bill a year later without work as the Reason I went when I had money ,also I walked out the front office lady mistaking me for another lady saying I have my mammogram and I told her no it was only a physical and she said Yes your right that’s all we need and then they sent our text saying your bloodwork from Dr. Ronye is fine What is this? there’s no explanation on what’s fine! I just get a text and just after that text I just decided never to go back please really get to know your patience and communicate better

The only reason i will not give this place a five star review is because of the office manager jeniffer. Dr Ronen and the rest of his staff is amazing. I have been going to his clinic for over six years and have had enough. Anytime I would have a billing question... she said she would get back to me and never would. And when I did finally get ahold of her after leaving multiple voicemails she is rude and mean and be belittling! she will act like she is too busy for you. I was supposed to have my yearly in February but have taken my business far far away from that woman!! worst manager ever. ruined the entire experience for me.

I was referred by sister, and I wish I would have known about Dr. Ronen sooner. Pleasant staff and the doctors (speak to you with a genuine smile). Dr. E. Ronan, took time to talk and LISTEN to me. I was not rushed or interrupted while explaining my concerns. Great Doctors!!!!!!

Both the dad and son are great doctors and very nice, they delivered my daughter and everything went pretty smooth! I have never had any bad experience here. Majority of the time they are fast also, rarely have long waits in the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronnen for more than 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about him. He will listen and answer all your questions, he will respect your birth plan and your visits will never feel rushed. His calm demeanor will always put you at ease. His diagnosis and suggested treatment has always been on point.

Dr. Ronen delivered both my girls I would not go anywhere else and before I came to his practice I had seen 4 different OBs in 6 years. His wait times aren’t terrible and if there is a longer than average wait time I’ve always been informed. (And it’s because there is an emergency with a patient more than likely)

I go to Katie Ackerman for a Well Woman Check almost annually. I feel comfortable every visit. Katie is upbeat, friendly & caring. She is sensitive and thorough. I appreciate her. If there is a question for Dr Ronan, he is attentive. I recommend both!

Dr. Ronen knew how important it was for me to have a natural delivery, so he gave me 4 days at the hospital to have the baby naturally unfortunately due to some unforseen issuse i had to get a unplanned last minute c section. With my second child Dr. Ronen knew how badly I wanted to try a VBAC delivery and he supported me in that decision and helped me have my second child naturally

I would highly recommend this office, its staff, and the doctor. Even though I was not aware of the fact that it was a father/son team, I was still very happy with my visit.

This is one star because of the staff and their callous view of patients. After I shared with the staff about the need to refill my prescription and my situation is one that the doctor was aware. He seemed to indicate that my prescription would be refilled. I talked to the staff on a Monday.The staff promised to call, email or text me.They didnt do any of the three.On Wednesday, there was no email, call or text.They decided to call the pharmacy.I guess showing concern or care for patients is too much to ask. They do, ask for your payment first thing upon showing up for an appointment.

He’s a great doctor, very knowledgeable, and it’s never a rush doctors appointment visit, he always takes his time.I will keep driving to Houston to keep seeing him as my ob/gyn doctor. And his staff, overall they make you feel welcomed from the beginning to the end.I love how happy I feel when I leave!

When I first went to Dr. Ronens office Dec. 2019, I was quite satisfied with my visit and felt like all my issues were address and had set a follow up with them for March 2020. It wasnt until I received a bill in the mail from their medical labs the first week of March alerting me that they were getting ready to send me to collections for a payment I knew nothing about. Firstly, the Doctors office had the correct address on file but the medical labs did not and claimed they had sent out numerous Bills but if they had the address they sent it to (which was 2 apartment doors down) would have gave it to me because I knew them. Secondly, I remember paying $200 in office and asked if there was anything else that was due. They never informed me that I would be charged for so called labs (which I have not received any results for.) The office itself has an issue answering the phones and claims if you leave a message that they will try to contact you by the end of the business day which is a lie. It took me 2 days to get someone on the phone and I still had to be transferred to get to the labs. When I tried to ask about my labs results I was told that the results were conclusive and somehow got contaminated and I would need to do the test all over which will be another charge. The medical field is a joke and they really just give you the bare minimum to get you to come back so you can pay their bills/payroll. It does not matter how good of a doctor you are, if your patients are having issues with the system (office assistants and labs) that will make them not want to come back.

Dr. Itai has been absolutely lovely to be a patient for. Their office is always wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Itai really listens and cares for his patients. Im very grateful to be his patient.
