I went to this doctor back in 2018-2019 and it was the worst experience I ever had. So much that to this day I still think about it. I went because I had an abnormal Pap smear. My general doctor recommended this clinic and I had a terrible experience. A male Asian doctor that I don’t remember the name of saw me. But before I saw him I waited in this weird room that seemed like a storage room. It had lots of furniture and it was strange. This is in addition to waiting in the lobby to be seen. Later he and a medical assistant came and took me to the actual room where he would observe me. Well when he started observing me the shaming, and chastising started. I won’t go into detail but it was super uncomfortable and rude. Then without my consent had the medical assistant who was not a doctor or resident look inside me as if she was a student he was teaching. I think she could tell I was super uncomfortable and didn’t like it so she tried to tell him it was okay she didn’t want to look. But he insisted so she did. I also didn’t like his suggested next steps for my diagnosis. They seemed drastic. So I went to a female doctor further north and it was night and day. She became my obgyn and my experience was the best. In retrospect I should have advocated for myself. However I was super young and scared about my diagnosis. I’ve never had doctors treat me this way so I didn’t know how to handle it.

When I tell you I love doctor Xydas and his entire staff its unbelievable. I had each one of my kids with this amazing doctor. 2012, 2014 & 2021 and each time the experience have been great. If I ever planned to have another child in the future (late 30s close to my early 40s) I would most certainly return. Each time I had a natural birth and the experience got better in time. The entire staff is heaven sent. I remember one day I was so emotional because I received some bad news and the nurse prayed over me. I was only 21 at the time. I mean she prayed like a mother and I will never forget that. She prayed over me and my body as if we was in church. When I tell you this office is God sent. Please come and give the staff a chance. Also, what I love most about the experience is that you can choose any doctor you feel comfortable with. The office is very diverse, friendly, spiritual and knowledgeable. To make you feel even more comfortable, you can ask as many questions as you would like and I promise you, you will feel like you speaking to your parents. Also, when I had my first baby I was 19 years old and I cried because I felt bad and Dr. Xydas told me do not tie your tubs. I can honestly say that was the best advice he could give me being young at the time. I had my 3rd child in 2021, and I can honestly say the experiences was one of the best experience I have ever had. In fact, I was sad after I had my baby because, I did not want to stop coming to the office. Thank you guys so much for having me as a patient. I love the entire staff whole heartily!My favorite experience was with Dr. Thompson he was incredible. I went into labor after I went to dinner. My water broke at home so my husband and I rushed to the emergency room. When I laid eyes on Dr. Thompson I felt I was safe and in college all over again. He was incredible and made me feel like I was in a comedy club. Dr. Thompson made my birth super fun and memorable. I did my last appointment with Dr. Thompson and I can honestly say I was grateful and pleased that he delivered my son.The doctors that delivered my babies were Dr. Kelly 2012, Dr. Ross 2014 & Dr. Thompson 2021.Brittany Lacy

I lost my baby under his care when everything could of been prevented by sending me to a specialist 😩🥹 Not to mention I was in surgery from 12 - 6pm he performed surgery and was very careless I lost lots of blood and I also still suffer severe pain a month later . This was the worst experience of my life . Then there communication is horrible.

My mother was on birth control for over 30 years straight without a break because this Doctor recommended. She would complain about issues and he would say that it was “normal”.He should have his license revoked!!!!!

I feel like the job gets done and right the 1st time. Dr doesnt beat around the bush, will tell you steps that you will need to take. Staff was always friendly, especially for a place where there are kids who get impatient and the families looking after mommy that is due. i have 1 daughter with them and another one on the way, and still using Dr Xydas. everything went fine the 1st time and expect the same 2nd time around.

I would like to thank Dr.Xydas and Dr.Ross for the excellent care they provided me during my pregnancy and making the whole process so smooth.I had my both delivery done by Dr.Xydas and Dr.Ross, 2 years apart. They also have a wonderful team at their clinic. My Appointment schedule and follow up were taken care by the team.Thank you once again and would highly recommend it to all. Make sure u consult their clinic first before going to some other clinic, whatever is your case they are the best people with years of experience and expertise, they always keep patience interest at first.Regards.

Very good Dr.Xydas, He is been my gynecologist for 24 years, he deliver my 3 kids very good experience. And he still take a good care of me now.

Wonderful experience! Busy but staff is very efficient. Came for a well woman exam and was seen by the Midwife Robin. I did not feel rushed during my visit. She was very attentive and answered all my questions.

Dr. Xydas delivered my baby and he was so patient and made my delivery feel soothing. He is a very sweet and professional OBGYN. I would recommend any and everyone to try him out for yourself.

Dr. Xydas is by far the best OBGYN in the city! He has delivered all of my wife’s kids! The office staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. From the doctors to the nurse practitioners, expect great care and service when you visit. The front staff are extremely helpful in keeping my wife up to date on her results and scheduling her follow up appointments. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the city of Houston! They are very caring and understanding. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here. 5/5 stars.

I love Dr. Xydas! Hes a wonderful doctor and genuinely cares for his patients. He delivered all 3 of my children, and Id never consider another OB/GYN besides Dr. X.

A clinic who understands busy lives outside of here, fast & friendly consultations. Haven’t had a nurse who doesn’t care. Xydas is brief but professional and good at what he does, he takes the time to answer any concerns if you have any. Not a big question person so he’s in and out with me. He delivered my last baby his calmness helped me stay calm during delivery. Really enjoy his clinic set up with my daughters doctor I waited 4 hrs on average to be seen not the case here.

I was disrespected and humiliated. I am 39 weeks pregnant. I was told to leave the office. I was also naked when they busted the room And told me that they couldn’t see me I wouldn’t recommend.

Great doctor been a patient over 16 years 3 babies down. Really cares about his patients all around well being! Love him!

I’ve been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy. This is my first baby and everything was wonderful, Dr.Xydas is a great doctor but as I’m approaching the last few weeks of this pregnancy I’m starting to have doubts about continuing to come here. There’s always a different doctor attending you every appointment and the hospital was great at first but they don’t really listen to your symptoms or how you feel. It’s almost as if you just explained yourself for no reason, my concerns get brushed off like nothing. I spend more time waiting to be seen then actually tended to. The other doctors really give off a vibe that they rather be doing anything else then being in the room with you. I literally didn’t have them spend more than a minute tending me. I wish Dr. Xydas could see his patients more rather than other random doctors who don’t show the same professionalism as him.

BEST OBGYN IN ALL HOUSTON! i get attended fast and all nurses and doctors are so sweet. The front desk ladies as well! They are so so patient too, and will answer as many questions as you need!

The best Obgyn in Houston, always outing patients first and cares about them been going to him for over 25 years and would t change doctors for the world. I highly recommend him.

Sitting in my post partum appointment and cannot wait to run out of here ! My situation was a unique one I was transferred to xydas office at about 24 weeks in pregnancy due to a move and my primary (VA) not offering women services. This was the worst place they could send me as a black women I always felt cold and isolated in this office I am a nurse and have been in the health care field for sometime there back office staff has no bedside manner or patient etiquette they would greet women that spoke the same language differently then my English speaking self they also let one patient transfer records but wanted to send me on a rabbit hole when I requested my records be transferred. Front desk will give you as little detail as possible . The ultrasound tech went so fast and sloppy during my ultrasound every single one of them are blurry you will be bounced through several doctors and nurse practitioner with no hope of creating a rapport after spending about 10 weeks with them planning out my planned c section as best as I could all the providers I seen wasn’t even the one to deliver my baby nobody from the office waist of time but was easier to finish up here and go on my way I highly suggest this be your last resort it’s giving low budget

I normally do not post reviews, but I would just like to say I had an amazing experience!! The doctors and the staff were great, and helpful. Being a first time mom i did not know what to expect so I was nervous, and had many questions. They took care of me during my pregnancy, and after. Unfortunately, my milk supply has been going down. Thankfully they recommended me natural products that I can take so it can boost up. I definitely recommend Dr. Xydus.

Terrible, if I could give negative stars I would. First off it’s almost impossible to get someone over the phone to set an appointment or answer a question anytime after 11 they go on a “lunch break” which I’ve seen last in between a hour to two hours at a time. They are unprofessional and give off the energy that they are just there for the check and it’s nothing you can do about it. Appointments always late, his wife also works there but refuses to do anything online so it inconveniences the patients you have to go in for any type of paper work for her then on top of that she is only there 4 days a week 8:30 am to 11:30 then it’s her “lunch break”. You need a lunch break when you work 3 hours a day and you are getting off immediately afterwards… real funny sounds a lot like you do a lot of nothing for a free check. This establishment is a embarrassment if my spouse hadn’t been going here before we met trust and believe we wouldn’t be here. Don’t waste your time here it’s much much better options even if you have nothing else don’t go.

He is absolutely amazing! He is thorough, caring and to the point. He has been my physician for 16 years and I refuse to allow anyone else to be my physician for my OB needs (including others in his practice). He has delivered all 3 of my healthy babies vaginally with no complications. He has addressed every issue that Ive ever had. He has impeccable bed side manner (which is rare). Dr. Xydas, thank you for all that you have done and continue to fo for me. I am forever grateful for who you are as a person and as a physician. Q

Go somewhere else!!!!This entire office is crazy unprofessional. I wish I had gone anywhere else but here!Here are my experiences with Dr. Xydas office:(1) Super sketchy location and very poor upkeep of the entire building, including waiting areas and exam rooms. Feels very, very dirty.Also, be prepared to wait for hours while other people who came in after you are seen before you, even though you made an appointment.(2) They do not honor the hours they advertise.His office does not answer the phone before 9:30 am or after 3:30pm.The staff takes a 3-hr lunch break from 11am-2pm or, like today, even longer. When you call, an external answering service answers. Unfortunately, they are USELESS! They cant help you, take messages, or answer any questions! Literally just there to say, Sorry, Dr. Xydas office isnt available. Call later.(3) Aside from a huge lack of bedside manner, they forgot to do one of my blood tests.This was my very first OB visit after learning I was pregnant for my first time ever. I was walking toward the door to exit the building after finishing up at the front desk when the doctor popped out into the lobby, and said Oh, wait!!! Didnt you say you had [a condition]? We have to do some labs on that because of the medication you are taking!.How scary to think something as important as a blood test couldve been completely overlooked! The entire visit felt rushed and careless.(4) I have desperately been trying to get my medical records transferred to another doctor for more than 3 weeks, but the staff still has not done anything! I am told the doctor has to look over my records first, and to call back later. Somehow, he is never there--no matter what time of day I call. Its ridiculous and crazy unprofessional that it is taking this long to simply send a fax. Talk about apathy!Bottom line: maybe this is the place for you if you are undocumented, desperate, without medical insurance, or otherwise struggling to find a doctor.This office has made a fairly simple process extremely stressful. If you want compassionate, knowledgeable, professional care, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Love the experience been going there since my baby was in my stomach she is 14 now And I’m still going there I’m always in and out

The only Dr. I trust with my pregnancies!He delivered all nieces & nephews & I always said he was going to deliver mines too! 3 beautiful girls later & in my opinion the best dr & staff team around. Dedicated to his work & passionate on what he does! Yes theres a wait to be seen, but its worth it. Never had any issues with scheduling appointments & the staff is nice, theyve all pretty much been there for a while which is another reason why I like this office too. Always recommend Dr.Xydas to friends & family & Im really happy with hows hes handled my pregnancies. 😊👌

Ive been going to Dr. Xydas since I was 15, Im now 35 living in another city but will refuse to get another doctor due to Dr. Xydas being that amazing. I have 8 beautiful babies who were all delivered by this doctor, 3 of which I was living out of town. The facility are sweet, very friendly, and they all listen to your concerns! When I got pregnant with my twins Dr. Xydas didnt push a csection on me, he allowed me to make my birth plan without making me feel like I was choosing wrong. I was able to give birth to two healthy babies naturally. I promise you will not be making a bad decision when choosing him to care for you or your unborn baby.

One of the most unprofessional Experiences I’ve ever had during a pregnancy staff makes faces and laughs in your face and isn’t even considerate about how a pregnant woman would feel , don’t communicate correctly and honestly just had horrible service. THIS OFFICE LITERALLY WRITES THAT THEY DID A PAP SMEAR ON EVERY SINGLE SINGLE , FALSE INFORMATION AND DONT EVEN OWN UP TO IT …. Won’t be going back here ever again and I would strongly recommend not to seek services here they write down false information on your file that was not performed !!! Negative stars

I’ve been to several of doctors. My cousin referred me here and I just wann take the time out and say . Dr. XYDAS took the time to listen to my symptoms, and my concerns he accurately diagnose my condition He is a WONDERFUL doctor and I’m very grateful.

I have been going to Dr. Xydas since 2002. He is a great Dr. He delivered all 3 of my kids. He also saved my mom when she was going through Menopause and I couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone. He detected I had hyperthyroidism after going to the hospital 3 times and they could never find anything wrong with me. Thanks to him Im still alive, living healthy, and on my way to remission. Hes amazing!!!

This place was good to me my 1st 3 pregnancies but my last it seemed as though they were more concerned about money than my health . I paid them out of pocket for my 1st 2 visits in March and April then my insurance kicked in it is now August and I’m just now receiving a refund . I’m also pregnant w twins and they waiting until I turned 22 weeks to refer me to a specialist. Kept me working when one of the doctors claimed I wasn’t supposed to working at all . You see several doctors not just one and only for about 3 mins if that . Each visit is a mystery you never knw which doctor you will see . Also had a struggle w asking the doctor about switching my iron pills and got completely ignored . I used to love this place but now they’ve become very unprofessional.

I would never go to this doctor again. For anything at all as a black women i can feel the prejudice at the door . I’m 32 weeks pregnant and since I’ve been transferred to this doctor i know nothing at all about my babies health or mine . You think they are running one test on you and you later find out they’ve tested you for the wrong thing not once but twice . They will call in just about anything to a pharmacy. The facility is dirty and the front desk will hang up on you and not call back

If I could give Dr. Xydas 10 stars I would. Very excellent, professional, kind, patient. There are no words to explain what a magnificent Doctor he is. Takes the time to address all my concerns. its just a wonderful experience. All the staff are ready to help, greet me with a smile and awesome they posses great customer service. I have been going there for 8 years and drive from the other side of town to go see him and YES!!!! I would highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!!

Giving them 3 stars because this like the only place that could accept me late in pregnancy. But it’s like an assembly line , no matter how often you go there , they won’t remember you (this goes for both locations) they mainly work with low income , you don’t get to meet the doctors til you need to ( when you give birth) or rare cases . But these people are just doing their jobs ✔️ in my opinión, I need someone to care for me & mines when it comes to having a baby

He was my OB Throughout my pregnancy. Everything was super smooth and very reassuring. He also delivered my son, super fast C-Section delivery. Great experience. Crazy how people SEE how packed this office is... and yet expect a 30min wait?!?! Hahaha please, yes it’s definitely going to be a wait. He’s had SEVERAL years/patients of experience and by that it gave me so much ease with him as my OB -knowing, he knows what he’s doing. Thank you Dr. Xydous

Hes the best, couldnt ask for a better doctor. He has been my doctor since 97 or 98 and delivered my six handsome sons. ( six different births). Hell be my doc until he or I are no longer around. Thanks for everything doctor Xydas, youre a blessing and dont even know it!

Had an appointment at 9:45 its currently 11:30 and haven’t gotten seen!! This happens every damn time!!! Floors are dirty, windows are dirty, and those rooms are disgusting as well!!!! DONT COME HERE!!

This man is a gift from God he n his wife Allison are sweet kind caring n very professional they treat us like family he delivered my brother back in the 90 s n he also delivered my son in 2006 he saved my baby from passing away n recognized I was going into early labor staff is always friendly too 😜

Have had 2 great pregnancies and deliveries under the care of Xydas and his team. First delivery was natural and Dr.Ross did an amazing job, Ill never forget my sons delivery. Unfortunately, had to have a scheduled c section 2nd time around but Dr.Xydas did an amazing job. Im 3 weeks postpartum and healing up great. I always recommend Xydas and will go back IF I plan on anymore kids.

Let me start off by saying this is not a good place to go to I went because my friend recommended but it was not a good idea, the waiting time is always 3-4 hours I always scheduled my appointments at 9:30 am or 10:00 am and I would leave the clinic at 1:30 pm, every time I would go they had different doctors speak to me. This is my second pregnancy and came here for all of my 39 weeks , I had to tell them I couldn’t deliver at their hospital because I moved to Conroe towards the end of my pregnancy that I would be delivering at a hospital closer to my house , the lady at the front desk told me it was fine, but I would pay 30$ to get all my doctor records then also added that once I got all my records I wouldn’t be able to go back to that clinic any more for my last appointment for the 40 week appointment , I am 40 weeks now and haven’t given birth and can’t be seen anywhere else because I’m far along in my pregnancy. I went to the hospital last night by my house as an emergency to get checked and they told me their selves it’s illegal what you guys are doing to call the clinic to ask to be seen but the front desk lady keeps stating they can’t see me anymore because i asked for my records already.

Dr Nicolas is excellent and very professional, he explained me every thing to do.he was very kindthe nurse Monica, amazing very kind. I am happy to have found an excellent gynecologist

I so LOVE Dr. Xydas he delivered my two boys and Im most definitely going to him with this pregnancy. Hes the best OB Ive ever been to and I have 5 kids... Wouldnt change him for no other doc... So yeah the wait is a lil long but well worth the wait...😁😁😁😁

Never seen an OBGYN just nurses which was alarming as I was following up from ER where I was seen for pain finding out I’m pregnant and have a hemorrhage. I inquired about it and the NP had no clue what I was talking about. I had an ultrasound done for 30 seconds and then “okay the nurse will be in to explain” before I finished wiping myself the muse was back saying everything was fine yet I’m still in pain and apparently no sign of a cyst or hemorrhage that I clearly still feel pain from. They pronouncedmy last name wrong and said “okay?” When I corrected my last name pronunciation and my first name. I sat there waiting for two hours before being seen and rushed out. My sonogram is blurry and I know it shouldn’t be not my first pregnancy

I go to the doctors office in Spring off of Cali Dr. Its fast paced, the doctors are so nice, the staff works together and they are all supportive. There main concern is you , the patient. You are priority the moment you step into the office. I would recommend for any expecting mother to go to this office. My mom was referred to Dr.Xydas for a surgery and she liked him and staff so recommend my sister with her pregnancy then also recommened me as well and i must say i love him and his services he is the best ever and his staff as well so kind polite and caring Dr. Xydas delivered all 6 of my kids i will highly recommened him to family and friends. My other 2 sisters also went with Dr. Xydas as well and love him and his services as well we highly recommend him and wont change doctor for nothing

YOU LIARSSSS YOU SICK LIARS This is the worse doctor office ever , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! LAZY PEOPLE DOCTORS BARELY THERE . ONLY SAW THE DOCTOR ONCE! & when I did he didn’t check me just talk and was trying to rush I couldn’t even ask questions I wanted to and after that day it was my last day going I started getting weird feelings about this place because it just didn’t feel right . They lieeeeeeedd about my baby health ‼️‼️‼️Took them long to fax over my records to Texas children they kept lying to me and said they been did just be lying. IM HURTTTT CRYING BECAUSE THEY LIED ABOUT MY BABY HEALTH! saw a doctor only once & your supposed to see one through out your pregnancy! There’s something going on with my unborn baby and this place never mentioned ‼️ They don’t do nothing here but pee test , bloodwork and short 5-10 mins ultrasound and don’t check nothing important , my baby is so small she’s been small for a while they lied saying she doing good and my baby not ! My baby hasn’t been doing good and this place don’t check nothing important Im crying all day because I wish I would’ve been knew something with my baby, the problem my baby having I was supposed to been see a specialist! Texas children will check EVERYTHING, I don’t recommend no girls to come here not saying something is wrong with every girl baby but you won’t know cause this doctor don’t be checking to know themselves and I’m so far along I wish I would’ve been able to do something for my baby . WORSE AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC EVER ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Also the hospital they were going to send me to doesn’t have the equipment if something bad was to happen to your baby !!! This doctor is not worth it I wouldn’t send my my worse enemy here ! This place needs to be sued , I’d be looking forward to about that if I have to be the one to speak up about this lazy unprofessional place i will ! The doctor is friendly and concern about your health the staff was very helpful and clean office I would referral him to my family and friends!

I love this office! Every concern Ive had was treated with respect and taken care of properly. The assistants are so sweet and friendly. I have noticed that the wait time on certain days was a bit long, but since moving to the larger office upstairs, wait time has been more than cut in half. I love Jill and Dr Duoang ( dont think I spelled that right) the best out of the doctors. I never met Dr xydas during my pregnancy but he delivered my healthy baby girl at Houston NW. He listened to me when I said my induction wasnt working after 25 hours when the hospital staff wouldnt listen and gave me a fast, safe c section. My only complaint is that perhaps one of the doctors spends a little extra time examining your cervix during checks, but Im easily creeped out so this may just be in my head. What i most like is that i was never treated like a medicaid patient, I always had great service and care. Ive recommended a few friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

I have been seeing Dr. Xydas for 16yrs now, and as always Ive received excellent care!!! This is the most kind, caring, understanding doctor I have ever come in contact with. The staff is great and hes the best, he doesnt forget a face!! Dr. Xydas Aisha loves ya, please do keep up the good work!!!!!!

This place is very unprofessional and they are LIARS. I had to go through my miscarriage with ZERO PAIN KILLERS and have the worst pain i’ve ever felt. the norse practitioner lied and she said it would only feel like a “heavy period” It was so painful i called out of work with no work excuse either. not only that but i never got my pee test and no bloodwork was done

Im 39 weeks pregnant now, Dr. Xydas is Wonderful. I had one of the ladies get me a ultrasound and some pictures of the baby and believe me I was happy of them.But when he walked in he saw the baby on the screen and said I dont like these lets get you some better ultrasound pictures lol. Thats the best OBGYN ever !

Dr. Xydas delivered 4out of my 6 kids and I couldnt be any more satisfied. I had a very bad experience at another Drs office who had done my first c section. I had actually felt them cutting me during surgery and after discussing that with Dr. Xydas he ensured everything went well with my last 3 c sections. They even went as far as correcting my scar since it was crooked from me kicking during all that horrible experien with my first c section. Their staff is amazing and very kind. All around great experience!

Like having to wait long times to be seen? This is the place for you and not just that!I went to Dr. Xydas for my 7months of pregnancy and only saw him TWICE! His staff and the girls on the front are amazing but if you want answers on any questions that you might have well, good luck getting an answer from him. He tries to make your appointment as short as possible and will just ignore any comment or any concerns you might have.I almost misscaried my son when i was around 4 months and he just said that my symptoms were normal and that i should be ok and to keep taking my parentals.Turns out i had the flu....Honestly i wouldnt recommend this doctor at all.

He is a great doctor. i had one delivery with him and everything went smooth & came back for my second pregnancy. i would recommend him as a doctor. office staff is great and nice. i love that they do ultrasounds every visit.

I believe this is a great clinic to go to. I especially love Dr. Xydas! Best obgyn. There are many girls who say that they never saw their doctor for delivery. Well I sure did and I was happy I did! He is very defensive with his patients too. This nurse in delivery was saying some stuff to me and he defended me. He cares for his patients! Ill be going to him in the future.

Dr. Xydas is a great doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an awesome doctor. Been going here since 2008. My older sister has been going here since 1999. He has delivered all her babies. Highly recommended.

Dr. Xydas has horrible bedside manner. He made my birthing experience really uncomfortable. Not a personable man. The ladies at the front desk and the techs are amazing and work harder tha the docs and manage to keep a smile considering how busy they are. Sadly this is the only office that accepted both of my insurances. The office is in the ghetto and is sketchy. The hospital is even worse! Avoid this place like the plague. I guess because I’m white he didn’t like me. Every time I saw him he called me Barbara, Samantha, etc.. He was soooo terrible. He barely stepped in the hospital room after I had my baby. I really wished I could’ve been in a position to have a better obgyn. He ruined the entire pregnancy and birthing experience. He acted like I was wasting his time in the delivery room. Just awful.

Dr. Xydas saved my wifes life when she almost bleed out @ the North West Medical center back in 2009 from a complication on when we lost our pregnancy. We started going to his clinic and he aided us the whole way until my wife got pregnant again, help us with tracking and managing gestational diabetes and other complications until a successful cesarean by Dr. Xydas my son Leo was born in 2011. He is almost 6 now! It was my wifes third cesarean and he even took care of the aesthetics to remove previous scarring tissue. We are done with kids now (he also took care of that) but if I even did have another, I would definitely go back with him.

This is the absolute worst gynecologist to come to extremely unprofessional the females that work in the front and nurses are so rude you could be asking them a basic question and definitely expect for them to act like your bothering them when sweetheart this is your JOB!!! The office manger Yolanda is such a unprofessional disrespectful woman , she was making comments about me to the nurse saying if I had a attitude then I could reschedule for another day when I was upset because every time I come up there its a ISSUE they are so unorganized if your appointment is at 8:00 definitely do not expect to be seen until past 9:00 on top of that I live over a hour away from this office I only came her because my mother n law recommended me too Im currently 8 months pregnant and big fat yolanda stomped into my ultrasound while a nurse was doing it putting gel on my stomach and she proceeds to mumble that if I had a issue they a are a private office and now I could look for somewhere else for someone to see me & my baby when I tell you how stunned I was that her 300 pound self couldnt have the decency to wait until my ultrasound was done. They dont even practice standard medical needs for pregnant patients like checking my blood pressure measuring my stomach checking my heart they dont do any of that ! And they all walk around without face mask but scream at patients if they dont have one on. Sadly this is the worst hole in the wall gynecologist building looks like it will cave in at any moment DO NOT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For my first of anything, I wanted to do a 4d ultrasounds, cost is $80. I understand that if the baby face is cover they can’t do anything, but the staff didn’t even try, they didn’t ask her to cough, move, or even drink something cool. They rush us in and kick us out as soon as they see the baby face was cover by her hand. It’s not about the money but this is my first child and I just wanted to see her before she was born.

Service is great in the morning. Evenings is a nightmare. The lobby is pretty old ND dusty. Just dont look up at the ceiling fans and Window blinds. The tables wit the magazines are super dusty as well. Dont let yur kids touch anything. Try to keep them home or wit some one. Tvs dont work. I dont know why they even bother turning them on. Nurses are super nice but they laugh and talk loudly as if we need to hear them not working to make us feel even more impatient.

Dr. Xydas is the best OBGYN he delivered all my kids the staff is very professional great care and extremely helpful what I need I recommend this clinic to anyone

I had good and bad experiences hes been my ob/gyn since I was 18 I am 30 now and love the fact that hes getting better in being available for me. The bad thing about his office is the wait, theres waaaayyy too many pregnant women there when I go for a quick papsmere. I hate that i have to wait for hours to be seen, I like to make my appointment early in the morning and still get out of there after 12pm I am a prediabetic and I get very dizzy when I go without food for more than 3 hrs after I wake up I feel like they need to manage their amount of patients on a daily basis and stop being lazy and open monday through Saturday instead of over booking patients. Probably not coming back this year😢

Dr. Nicolas Xydas, his wife and the other doctors are very nice and great doctors, how ever the staff at the front desk are extremely rude and have terrible customer service skills. I choose to go to a different ob-gyn my second pregnancy. Hopefully he hires better receptionist.

I just called Dr.Xydas office and was told because I used another doctor with my last pregnancy I can’t come back to him. First off that’s very unprofessional and it’s discrimination!!!!! You can’t tell a person if they get services elsewhere then they can’t use your service. You don’t know the reason why I had to use the other service and I will never call your doctors office again . Just unprofessional as ever !

Dr Xydas has been my doctor for almost 16 years, he is the greatest Doctor in the world! Will forever refer him to all my friends and family! His staff are also beautiful ladies with excellent customer service!

I definitely would not recommend this doctors office. The wait time is ridiculously long (about an hour 1/2 to 2 hours) just for you to have an ultrasound done. From my knowledge they have 4 doctors which I cannot stand bc Im not able to build a relationship with them. You never know which Doctor you will see during your appointment so they basically only know me by paper and not personally. The only reason we chose this doctor is because he was the only one accepting patients and my insurance at the time. Now Im thinking they should know their limits and have a cut off to no longer accept new patients because of the absurd wait time and how super packed it be. This is my 2nd pregnancy and it is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of my first one so a lot of stuff is new to me, and when I express it to each doctor, they literally brush it off. Yes I understand each pregnancy is different, but I would like to at least feel theyre looking into it. smh why am I still even going there you ask? Because I was too far along in my pregnancy to switch. :(

Will never go to this clinic again … they never answer phones and if they do they answer and hang up or put u on hold for long time then hang up. I did not receive the experience with my prior pregnancy with other doctor. Only went here due to location. Would not recommend this clinic at all

I havent seen the doctors. I spent 2 hours in the waiting area and then they closed for lunch. I arrived at a scheduled time and was asked to wait. After 50 min waiting they asked for my insurance card and informed me about the co-pay amount I have to pay, which I knew smth wasnt right. So I got on a phone with my insurance company to double check. While I was on the phone, they closed for lunch. I do not know how good are the doctors, but their front staff is unorganized. I cant understand why in some places they think that a pregnant woman can wait 2-3 hours to be seen.....

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This place was recommended to me by the hospital for a couple of checkups. when i call for my first appointment the secretary asked me what was the reason of my visit. I told her in a couple of words what was happening. The day of my appointment i got to the place and i filled out some papers, wait was so long. and the funniest thing was that when they call me everything was done so quickly it was like they where in a hurry to take me out. Doctor J Ross had talk to me and told me what was going on so when he did that I try to ask what was best for me to do and he told me to come back three months later well I was back three months later and he said that by three months later whatever I had was going to be gone. he told me that something was wrong so he had told the lady to do some ultrasound. when the ultrasound was done he told me that whatever I had was something different than what he had told me at the beginning which whenever he told me what I had or what it was it freaked me out I didn’t know what to do I didn’t know what to think and honestly if I would’ve known earlier what it was or when I first came in and he had been taken his time to check and see what it was. Long story short I went to a new gynecologist when I arrive to the new gynecologist they did exactly the same thing that was done at the beginning when I first visited Dr. Ross.My new doctor that I’m currently seeing now told me that whatever they have told me that I had was a completely mistake and it wasn’t what they had told me. to be honest I was traumatized it was the worst experience ever and I don’t want anyone else going or having to go through something like that because knowing that you have something really bad and having to go through and then later on they tell you that it’s not true but you been through hell and back.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VAYA A CUALQUIER LUGAR PERO AQUÍ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!El hospital me recomendó este lugar para un par de chequeos. Cuando llamé para mi primera cita, la secretaria me preguntó cuál era el motivo de mi visita. Le dije en un par de palabras lo que estaba sucediendo. El día de mi cita llegué al lugar y llené algunos papeles, la espera fue muy larga. y lo más gracioso fue que cuando me llamaron, todo se hizo tan rápido que parecía que tenían prisa por sacarme. El doctor J Ross me habló y me dijo lo que estaba pasando, así que cuando lo hizo, traté de preguntar qué era lo mejor para mí y me dijo que volviera tres meses más tarde, así que volví tres meses más tarde y dijo que a los tres meses, lo que sea que tuviera, se habría ido. En pocas palabras, fui a un nuevo ginecólogo cuando llegué al nuevo ginecólogo, hicieron exactamente lo mismo que se hizo al principio cuando visité por primera vez al Dr. Ross. Mi nuevo médico que estoy viendo ahora me dijo que lo que sea me han dicho que lo tuve fue un completo error y no fue lo que me dijeron. para ser honesto, estaba traumatizado, fue la peor experiencia de mi vida y no quiero que nadie más pase o tenga que pasar por algo así porque sabiendo que tienes algo realmente malo y tener que pasar y luego te dicen que No es cierto, YA has pasado por el infierno y has vuelto.

I went there for my pregnancy and I loved it the workers are really nice and stuff I loved how they would always give me ultrasounds and especially the 3D ones , the only thing is that they do take a very long time to many pregnant people but other then that a good place to go check yourself !!! I would recommend dr xydas , although I don’t like the hospital they only deliver at , I think they should also deliver at Methodist willow brook hospital

Not bad but the wait time is much and you dont get the luxury of having a relationship with any doctor because you meet different doctors in your appointments which isnt good. If its your first baby, you might just go for another obgyn that will monitor you closely instead of changing from doctors to doctors.

I delivered both my girls here. Great staff! Never had a problem with appointments, I may have had to wait 2 hours but he has so may patients thats how you know Dr Xydas is great! 👍

This is for the 1960 location . I never saw Dr. Xydus at this location but I saw the other doctors at this location. First of all I gained over 50 lbs in my pregnancy and no one ever addressed it even when I asked multiple times if this much weight gain was normal. Theres hardly any education offered at this practice also. I had to go here because I had obama care insurance and very few obgyns near me took that insurance .Some of the bad......when I asked the technician girl that I need the docs to fill out a form from work stating when I would be going for maternity leave she said that would be a twenty dollar cash fee for filling out paper work. I gave it to her but now I wonder if she was just stealing from me. At the time I didnt care because I needed it filled out. My pregnancy in the hospital was horrible. The hospital they are affiliated with sucks. I had two huge vaginal tears because so many nurses were trying to put their hand in me and rotate my babys head. That didnt work so they had to stitch me up before I went off to a c section. The doctor who did the c section was someone I never met before. My husband told me because he saw the whole thing so beware....some of these docs are not certified in c sections....although that may be a blessing because that doc i never saw before was excellent. Another thing ......after my delivery i had a bad UTI....i called the office and the same tech who got my 20 dollars from me before....she said i may have to pay some fee if i come in so she said to just wait until my appointment to be seen. I dont know what she was talking about paying some extra fee. i was so annoyed and suffered in pain for two more extra days and went to see them at my appointment. that tech really should be fired. I think they just didnt want an extra patient for the day. Another bad thing about this place is that they do ultrasounds all the freagin time....i bet it is just to bill the insurance. Ultrasound is not safe at every visit nor is it required. Becareful if you go to this place. They are used to their patient population not being educated and not speaking english. If you have education then please go to an experienced practice with professionals.anyways I finally got great insurance through my empoloyer and will be going to another practice.

Dr. Xydas has been my ob/gyn since 1997, I recommend him to everyone I know. Hes delivered all my six children. 2 c section 4 regular delivery of your think about a ob/gyn I would definitely go to his office.

I was recommended by my mother, and went for both my pregnancies. Great experience with Dr xydas and everyone else. Theyre very welcoming and will answer all our any questions you have without an issue!

Horrible staff and definitely not an environment you want your pregnant wife gf sister daughter etc. they made my fiancé wait an hour because i was with her in the waiting room. I understand because of Covid you want to limit people in the office but don’t be childish and make a pregnant woman wait when you don’t even have the nerve to tell the other person to leave. There not friendly and someone there was actually leaving to not return because of they’re poor people skills

I wish I could give 0 stars. They take so dam long to even call you. You come on time and it takes them a whole hour and minutes just to even check blood pressure. Ridiculous. What’s even the point of scheduling appointments

The staff can be very rude sometimes, they don’t even greet you when you walk in, and when doing your ultrasound, they don’t even clean the equipment they just wipe the gel from previous patients off with a napkin. Then they rush your ultrasound pictures & don’t even capture the baby

I went there for my entire 9 months of pregnancy I loved it. I felt over all comfortable. This was 7 years ago. Now I am pregnant my 2nd time around and I still see same faces great customer service and over comfort. Keeppi up the great work guys. I appreciate it all. Thank you.

Staff members were nice although when I went for my appointment the place was dirty. There was a lot of people waiting in line. It can be overwhelming waiting for your name to be called because is so loud in the waiting room. The building doesnt even have a name outside so it can be confusing if is your first time.

Very unhappy today. Felt like I was rushed out. And the Doctor act like he had no idea what I was talking about, from my prior visit. I asked for a specific test and they stated I had to come another day for that test. And the prior year they didnt even do the test I asked for and they stated to me they did, and what I got from them was SORRY..! NOT ACCEPTABLE. Just called about 440 and a girl answered stating it was the answering service and said yes we will be open money I asked if its the office she said no but they close at 5 smh

This recent time was not my first experience with this clinic or Dr. Xydas , he took care of my first pregnancy quite well and I had a healthy baby boy, I understood he had a busy clinic and always had my questions ready right away so that he could go about his day. I had been having unusual menstrual bleeding which unfortunately turned out to be a miscarriage, I went into his office I he referred me to the ER for further evaluation, so I went test done which I didnt mind rather be safe then sorry, my second visit I went for blood to check HCG level, so I can honestly say I was devastated because of having a miscarriage but didnt show, well took more blood again to see if my level would drop, I called Monday morning and the girls were very oblivious I said I was calling for results and it was like I was talking a foreign language so I was instructed to call in an hour and talk to the nurse so I did was transferred from person to person till I finally broke down and cried at the rudest one because I had already explained I needed to know where to go from here. Should I set another apt, is there anything else that needs to be done, and still just a ok well you can come in. So, I asked should I set an apt and no just say you are here for results and the doctor wanted to see you and you wont wait, so ok I show up 2 hours into waiting I get seen and I am already very sad and just wanted to more answer and to talk to someone even after, the receptionist looked at me like I was completely stupid for coming for something like results even though I was told to. So I waited get back to the room and I can here them talking about me in the hallway, what is she here for back and forth like they couldnt understand why I would need to talk with someone about results so at this point I am crying in the room alone and trying not to completely lose it. I left with many question unanswered even after talking to one of the providers because I literally felt small and insignificant. I cant believe I wasted my time like that and hope those girls are never in the position I was in with that type of customer service. I have referred people here but never will again and nor will I ever return.

Xydas delivered my first born back in October 4, 2015 and let me just say Im lucky to be alive. My second pregnancy went with a whole different office and dr. And it was a breeze

I always have a prejudice feeling when i Come , i could be early to me appt and they’ll see others who come after me and always leave me waiting for a long time. The staff goes out and discuss your personal business in the hallway publicly , I’ve been coming for years because my family always did but its time to let go

The clinic its always full even if your appointment is at 8 am there will be 10 more ladys with appointments at the same time so you always have to wait if the appointment is in the afternoon the wait time is worst and Im talking with an appointment already, when pregnant they do ultrasounds every appointment the employees and doctors are nice, the hospital they are affiliated with has excellent service the nurses and all the personal were excellent and Dr Nicolas Xydas did an excellent job on my c section it looks amazing you cannot even see the incision

Making a long story short Excellent doctors but sometimes it seems some of them can be a bit unconcern...Been coming here since 2012 now its 2021 with baby #3 on March 31...Not so happy with most of my visits with pregnancy #3...Doctors wasnt on the same page when it came down to my documents about my blood pressure etc...Went to Dr.Xydas on the other day to get my incision checked.I were seen by one of the doctors only for 2 mins and told to go home and clean my incision myself...This person didnt even try to give me a chance to ask questions or try to clean the incision a little...I know theres other patients to be seen but try to be a little more professional thats why doctors get paid to help etc.So with this being said I do recommend this place but also be a little careful...

I started going to Dr. Xydas since 2001, i was just 18 yrs at the time, Dr. Xydas and his wife were very nice and helpful answering all my questions throughout my entire pregnancy, Im so thankful I found a Dr. That does ultrasounds every visit because it saved my babys life, I went in for my 40 week checkup and ultrasound showed i was low on fluid, have i been going to another dr my baby would have not made it, he delivered the rest of my babies, so yes sometimes the wait is long but I think for my health and babys health its totally worth it, Staff there is also very friendly, I highly recommend Dr. Xydas womens center

No point in having an appointment if it’s for 9:00am you won’t be seen until 10:00 I’m 8 months and been going here my entire pregnancy was very confused on who my doctor was due to me only meeting him once out of 8 months …… I’ve seen 4 different doctors since going here so me and my doctor (xydus) don’t even have a bond but that’s who’s delivering my baby the front desk just moves awfully slow and multiple woman have the same appointment time as you they need to do better if I ever get pregnant again I WILL NOT be going here !!

Ive been going to Dr,xydas since 2008 had my first baby girl, Hes our family obgyn all of us have been going to xydas since day one so far best doctor i had went to him with my second pregnancy in 2013 had my son 2014 also best experience only from my third the transfered me due to complications with my daughter but other than that i would say is the best doctor i have had so far they take a bit long but other than that the best...we all have diffrent experiences many dnt like it nd many do but theres always more obgyn around where yall can transfer to...have a blessed nd safe day

Dr xydas and the staff at northwest medical are amazing he was my doctor with all 4 of my children and always took great care of me and the staff was amazing!!!

They take forever to answer the phone . I made a total of 33 calls.. I think I will be changing doctors this is unacceptable.

Been there since 2012 loved it. Staff is incredible answer calls in timely manner. Always have all my questions answer. Will definitely recommend him.

The staff and doctors are very friendly, but they take too long to serve and the place never looks 100% clean 🧹 that is the reason why I dont give 5 stars

I have had 3 of my children with them, excellent personal clinic and doctors.

They have a lot of nurses or I know what they will be, terrible, I took my daughter and 3 hours for an ultrasound, they put them in then they tell them to wait again and it takes just as long. BAD SERVICE... NOT ONE 🌟 I WOULD GIVE THEM BUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE WHAT TO PUT SOMETHING TO COMMENT.

I feel that the lady who draws the blood is very abrupt and sarcastic, she needs to be more patient and kind to the clients.

Personally, they took good care of me during the pregnancy process except that when you go without insurance you have to pay and sign a paper that supposedly they return the second payment that you make and then they charge the insurance and return the money to you and they never They gave me nothing back, they just brought me round and round and the insurance did pay them and until now they didnt give me anything.

The truth is that he never took care of me, it was supposed to be that I chose him for my prenatal care and the day I went, a girl almost my age took care of me and he only had an ultrasound and took my blood and he didnt even give me the papers because he didnt do it or how much I didnt even have time for when I was going to get relief or anything and I came back to go and the same thing and the girls who are serving outside are very poorly educated without professionalism and when you call to make an appointment they answer you very unpleasant and they tell you that we dont even have an appointment for two weeks and I told him I was about to get better and I wanted to see the doctor and he told me to go see another doctor because. We do not have an appointment before, without a doubt, a clinic without professionalism, they treated me super better when I was taking prenatal care for my first daughter at the OBG at the Lyndon Johnson, it hurts me to stay so far away
