Dr. Dunn sent in prescriptions with incorrect doses and instructions two days in a row. These consistent oversights led to verbal abuse of my pharmacy staff due to the patients emotional distress related to delays in care.

My husband and I had our first tele-medicine appointment with Doctor Dunn. While we have never met him face to face, his information was very thorough, he had a clear plan how to start our assessment. Dr. Dunn’s energy is very warm, friendly, and understanding. I honestly felt like I was speaking to a family member. We are very excited and already feel safe with him being our doctor.

Dr Dunn has been our doctor for the past 4 years. We came to him after having not the Best experience at another practice. He was really good at understanding our case as much as possible and tailoring our treatment, explaining the medical basis of his recommendations.After a loss during our first treatment, he was very kind, empathetic , and did a thorough review of possible causes and how we could address them.We had our healthy baby soon after, thanks to Dr Dunn extreme dedication. Everyone has been really nice to my husband and I. Dr. Dunn had been very honest to us, and we are really happy with everything. I was Dr Dunn patient 1995/96, with all hope lost that we cant have another child, Dr Dunn with God support made it possible. The employees were also very supportive, you can call anytime of the day 24/7 and you will get to speak to a real person. Our son is 19years, healthy and strong. We have recommended many to Dr Dunn and will continue to do so as long as he continues his practice. He is the best fertility specialist. Highly recommended.

There are no words to explain how grateful we are for Dr. Dunn. Infertility is an emotional journey. Dr. Dunn is the nicest, most caring and brilliant doctors I know. He helped me get pregnant and I have sent 6-8 couple as after that who have all gotten pregnant. He is there to help you reach your goal and not about making $. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dunn was very nice bit the nursing staff is non attentive and fail is follow up. When you go thru this process their are a lot of questions and being able to reach someone is important. You can never reach someone if its an emergency at Dr. Dunns office. It is only a 50/50 chance you will get a call back. So if you want the best Dr. then Dr. Dunn is up their. But of you want great service this is not the place you should go. They are too busy to care about the small questions.

Dr Dunn is an amazing dr! He helped our family through surgeries, miscarriages, and we have 4 beautiful children because God is good but also because He used Dr Dunn to be there for us. We did chlomid & ovidrel & I had multiple surgeries for endometriosis. Couldn’t be more thankful for him!

Dr Dunn helped us successfully conceive after 2 years of early miscarriages. He went through the process of trying to pin point things that could be wrong via blood tests, then ultimately starting medicine for a stronger ovulation is what worked for me. I am so grateful we never even had to try iui or ivf. Unlike other fertility drs, dr Dunn will look for other options besides pushing IVF immediately like other drs ive went to in the past. I had a successful healthy pregnancy and now have 1 month old twins thanks to Dr. Dunn.

A doctor who actually cares, helps, and walks his patients through process and understanding. He is patient and compassionate. Two huge qualities you want when going through this process. You walk into his office and you immediately feel comfortable and safe. He is second to none! Highly highly highly recommend!!!

Dr. Dunns office is terrible at answering the phone and communicating billing. I was not told to be looking for bills from several different companies and testing labs. I moved in the process, and one of the bills never made it to me. Since I did not pay this bill within 30 days it went from $87 to $980! Thats a hell of a late fee, especially for something I was not expecting and unaware of. I was told by the lady at the front desk that everything was paid and I had zero balance. This other company they use (Reprosource) promptly had many collection agencies calling me. I thought my identity had been stolen! I will not be returning to this group of doctors as the communication from the beginning was TERRIBLE.

First of all I was so happy with Dr. Randall. This was when we met with him twice. After that, all the contact was with the nurses. I have suffered from three miscarriages. I was able to conceive for the fourth time. When I called to let nurse know that I was pregnant they requested an HCG and progestorene levels. Everything was going well. They repeated the HCG levels but never mind on requesting progestorene levels which I thought it s highly important. I had to request for a progestorene level every time i went in for blood work to check my HCG levels. Well My progestorene levels began to drop, I began having bad cramps, and spotting. I always called concern with all the symptoms I was having. The answer from the nurses was that can be normal. It was not until my progestorene showed to have dropped again that I knew things were not right. I Was never able to see Dr Randall to talk about my concerns. That day I recieved my results I began to search another fertility doctor. The new fertility doctor was able to see me that same day. She performed an ultrasound and knew that things were not right but gave me the chances that everything could turn okay. And surely did. If it was not due to this new doctor I changed to, I would have suffered from a fourth miscarriage. I was very disappointed with the nurses at Aspire and more not been able to discuss my concerns with the doctor. Communication with a doctor and nurses is not same.

The worst IVF clinic in USA. THe doctor doesnt care!!!!The doctor said the embryologist would call on day 3 and no calls on day 3 and day 5. I kept calling the clinic and kept going to voice mail, nobody returned the call. MY two embryos just died on day 5 without being frozen. The nurse in charge was Maria. For her this was the biggest joke. This is the obamacare IVF place. No instructions.... so lazy, and absurd!!!!NEVER go to this doctor, he has the worst staff in the world, its like going to a third world coutry.I wish I knew. THe good nurses dont stay here , I think. So all the LVNs and the lazy med assistants, sitting and talking about their born and unborn kids and boyfriends.. PLEASE!!!!!!
