Dr. Toral Parikh - Kindbody

Worst experience Ive ever had. Not only did me and my wife have to endure 3 failed FET. Maybe I shouldnt be upset because they are so sorry. Initially we were full of high hopes and broken promises thinking these people care and or can get the job done. I was extremely pleased with them recommending a partner pharmacy in which even made home delivery for needed prescriptions. Only later to find out that it was a scam in its own. They charged $1,073 dollars for a medication that we later found out we can order ourselves from a local CVS for $12. This occurred with numerous medications in which added up quickly exhausting benefits. We were never told and or given the option to purchase ourselves until doing our own research. At this point we already had a failed FET which rolled over into a 2nd Failed FET in which is now all out of pocket expense. We were never able to get a straight answer and or Profesional assessment as to why a 2nd failed FET. My wife has had 4 natural pregnancys so raises concerns as to why these people cant get the job done. With high hopes we continue to pour our money and heart into a 3rd attempt. Sadly failure reigns once again. The sad thing is that we can be given no reasoning as to why other then a guessing game as it was with prior failed attempts. I left this 1 star review after the 2nd failed attempt at which time Kindbody failed to submit a response in writing on the review. They instead chose to call me so nothing is viewable to public. Im most certain they will not make a written response to my Review description now. What can they say to disregard this review for others not to be alarmed. In closure to this statement Ill assume anyone reading this will question the authenticity of this practice, especially of theres no response statement to discredit my 1 star review.

Where to start, our fertility journey was not the same until we met Dr. Parikh! I still remember our first conversation, and how I was able to connect with Dr. Parikh almost instantly. Her care, empathy, knowledge, and sincerity made me feel heard and understood for the first time since my diagnosis.Working with Dr. Parikh and her team has been a blessing. The amount of attention to details, dedication, and personal touch that each team member brings made a huge difference during our journey. I am more than grateful for their expertise and care. Dr. Parikh and her team will always hold a very special place in our family’s heart.

There are many reasons for this one star review. These are just a few. Let me make it clear I dont have the normal infertility issues most women have when they turn to IVF. Only reason I came to kindbody was because my previous employer changed our fertility benefits. Before then I was with Shady Grove Fertility. I had all my testing done there before coming to kindbody. The only reason I needed IVF was because I have a tubal ligation. I have now had two failed FETs. I feel like this is just about money at this place. All my benefits from previous employer were exhausted and now there is all these other things she wants to try. Some not covered by insurance by my new employer insurance. I only have one normal embryo left. Not sure I want to even stay and try with kindbody with my last embryo. I dont understand how you can not tell me about all medications and things to try after the first failed FET? Why after two failed FETs would just now tell me about it? Im truly disappointed and heartbroken. I myself have been in medical field for last 10 years, as a medical assistant/mentor/ surgery scheduling coordinator. So I understand you cant always get back same day. So if your unable to or waiting for meeting with your REI that is two days later then say so. Dont tell patient when I sit down tonight I will write it all out and message it to you. It is hard enough to find out it didnt work again, but to sit and wait for your doctor to get back to you two days later with everything you discussed over the phone for next steps is more disappointing. There are other things that upset us but I will not post. To some it may be small things but to us made us think what else could go wrong or what else is not being said. However the ultrasound tech, front desk, and medical assistants there are great.

Great experience at this clinic. Dr Parikh and her team is so thorough and responsive I felt confident in the outcome from the beginning. Appointments were always on time, no long wait so I can get in and out and to work early. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness throughout the process and the fact that I didnt have to deal with separate insurance authorizations and all that was a bonus.

Today, my journey with Kindbody has come to an end but it marks the journey we waited to long for. We would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Parikh and her team at Kindbody. As a patient of Dr. Parikh, I always felt heard, I always felt like a patient and not a number, which is important when going through this process. IVF is tough, both mentally and physically. Having a doctor who understands the ivf world means so much more than you’d expect. Dr. Parikh was always there to comfort me through the lows; the endless injections, all the emotions that came with this. She was also there to celebrate our successes; like every single embryo, every good lining check, and of course a successful transfer. She is more than just a doctor, she is a friend, a helping hand, a listening ear. Dr. Parikh is a ray of light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Her smile is infectious and her voice will calm any nerves you may have. She’s kinda like your personal little cheerleader. I don’t think she could ever have a bad day and if she does she will never let her patients see. Her passion and adoration for what she does, doesn’t go unnoticed. Her personality is something you have to experience for yourself.Let’s talk about the staff. Everyone from the nurses, to the phlebotomist, down to the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to encounter each and every visit. They always made sure I knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. They made sure I knew my protocols step by step and was always there whenever I needed help or had questions. Judy, was always knowledgeable and made every visit and scan with her so comfortable. I looked forward to my result calls and of course Brandy always assured me that my calls with all my questions never bothered her and she was there to answer.All these women care, they care about you, your treatment and are wanting to see the same ending as you. They become more than just “staff” at your clinic they become family. You don’t walk in one day and walk out the next pregnant. Although I wish it were that easy it’s not. It’s a journey, it’s hard, it can be ugly, it can even be painful but it is rewarding and having the right team on your side matters. This team is the one your want on yours. As bittersweet as it is to write this, I am even more excited to be expecting my rainbow baby in September.

I am beyond thankful for Dr Parikh’s expertise, patience and kindness. The clinic is organized and thorough. Dealing with infertility can feel overwhelming but Dr Parikh and KindBody Houston has helped set appropriate expectations and provide hope in a dark time. I am so grateful and would recommend this team to anyone in search of answers.

Dr Parikh is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. I came to see her after a friend recommended her and I could not be more pleased. She is knowledgeable, uptodate on the current literature, listens, and most importantly CARES. She individualizes patient care, and I never felt like I was part of a “standard” protocol, where every patient is treated the same. After 3 failed transfers, she brought HOPE back into my life and I am so thankful.I am a physician myself, therefore I do not say this lightly, but she genuinely is the type of physician every patient hopes to have.I TRUST her, which in this difficulty infertility journey means everything.

This has been an exceptional experience. Dr. Parikh and the nurses have been absolutely amazing and a tremendous help throughout this experience. We are sad to see this stage come to an end, but very excited to start the next one. Thank you to the staff at Kindbody for making this our best Christmas yet.

Dr. Toral helped me with my infertility, I wish I could give her 100 stars we love dr Parikh, she is caring and actually takes the time to learn what is going on with your situation. She also delivered my baby the one she helped create lol. Honestly though highly recommended!!!!

Kindbody is a scam. They will rob you of your ability to have a family then rob you financially. This company is a SCAM on a level you can not even comprehend. Stay away.

She is awesome and always attentive

Following the recommendation to have a hysterectomy and give up on expanding my family, I decided to embark on a fertility journey. It was a challenging process as my insurance didnt provide much assistance for nearly three years. However, I persisted on my own until my insurance company finally directed me to Kindbody to use my benefits.From my initial meeting with Dr. Parikh, a glimmer of hope began to shine through what had been a difficult time. Dr. Parikh patiently answered all our questions and kept us informed about the next steps. It was decided that IVF was the best course of action, which made me anxious, but I chose to trust Dr. Parikh. Despite my fears and worries throughout the process, Dr. Parikh always remained a calming presence and even offered a comforting hand during a challenging moment during my retrieval. Regardless of my emotions, Dr. Parikh consistently provided support and guidance as we moved forward.On transfer day, despite my doubts, Dr. Parikh was confident that the procedure would be successful. Despite some unexpected challenges, I am forever grateful for her unwavering dedication.I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Parikh and the entire team at Kindbody for their support throughout what felt like a never-ending journey. The comfort, support, laughter, and even tears shared with Dr. Parikh, Jimika, Taylor, Benita, and the rest of the amazing staff at Kindbody will always hold a special place in my heart. Thanks to Dr. Parikh and the Kindbody team’s perseverance, I am excited to announce that our little one will be arriving this December!
