I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sabouni and her incredible team at Aspire HFI at the Fannin location. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff, setting a positive tone for my entire journey. Working with the phlebotomist was a seamless experience, and the nurses went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Their genuine care and dedication to their patients were evident, and they consistently uplifted my spirits, making the challenging process of IVF feel manageable. After just one IVF treatment, we were successful, a testament to the exceptional expertise and compassionate care provided by Dr. Sabouni and her team. Their unwavering support and encouragement made all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for the blessing they have been to my family. I hope they know just how special they are and the profound impact they have on the lives of their patients. Aspire HFI at the Fannin location is truly a beacon of hope and excellence in fertility care, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Thank you, Dr. Sabouni, and the entire team for making our dreams come true!
Dr. Sabouni and the nurses at the Memorial Hermann Aspire HFI office are top notch! Every interaction has been filled with genuine compassion and care. The office is clean, professionally managed, but most importantly, Dr. Sabouni and the nurses and, phlebotomist and entire staff are extremely personable and genuinely care about their patients success. Our fertility plan was carefully curated and all details explained as many times as we needed to hear them. We have always felt heard, respected, and comfortable even through the hardest parts of the journey. We have also always received prompt follow up regarding any questions we had throughout the entire process. We have achieved success and pregnancy and have recently graduated, however we plan on returning for all future family building needs.
I would actually give them 0 stars for being rude, inconsiderate, insensitive and unconcerned with my direct care. I called the office to tell them I was lost but within 2 miles 15 mins before my appointment. I called 3 times and left voicemails. No one called back. My sister in law called the office and they answered because her number registered as a doctors office from another state. They finally gave me directions but now I was 20 mins late. Front desk staff told me that Dr. Nurudeen said she will not see me because I was late. I explained I called and left messages because I was lost and I had driven over an hour for this appointment. Front desk staff said okay go ahead and park in the garage and come upstairs. I did just that only for them to say we will need to reschedule you when I arrived upstairs. Needless to say, I did not and will not reschedule. It is very disheartening being a medical professional and encountering medical staff who show no empathy or compassion for a patient.
Don’t recommend them at all. The communication here is nonexistent as they don’t answer the phone or messages. Had my initial consultation for egg freezing in January of 2023, and my process was delayed in March due to their office not answering the phone/being responsive. After that, the process no longer fit my timeline/schedule so I waited and called to restart the process in November. Dr. Nurudeen said a nurse would be reaching out with a new timeline for me but no one ever did. Left a message to follow up and it was never responded to. I have since switched clinics and the experience has been 1000x better. Go elsewhere for your fertility needs.
Today, my journey with Aspire HFI has come to an end but it marks the journey we waited to long for. We would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Hoff and her team at Memorial Hermann. As a patient of Dr. Hoff’s, I always felt heard, I always felt like a patient and not a number, which is important when going through this process. IVF is tough, both mentally and physically. Having a doctor who understands the ivf world means so much more than you’d expect. Dr. Hoff was always there to comfort me through the lows; the failed IUIs, the failed cycles, the endless injections, all the emotions that came with this. She was also there to celebrate our successes; like every single embryo, every good lining check, and of course a successful transfer. She is more than just a doctor, she is a friend, a helping hand, a listening ear. Dr. Hoff is a ray of light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Her smile is infectious and her voice will calm any nerves you may have. She’s kinda like your personal little cheerleader. I don’t think she could ever have a bad day and if she does she will never let her patients see. Her passion and adoration for what she does, doesn’t go unnoticed. Her personality is something you have to experience for yourself.Let’s talk about the staff. Everyone from the nurses, to the phlebotomist, down to the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to encounter each and every visit. Judy and Elizabeth, my two nurses who handled my care when Dr. Hoff wasn’t there deserve a medal. They always made sure I knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. They made sure I knew my protocols step by step and was always there whenever I needed help or had questions. Judy, was always knowledgeable and made every visit and scan with her so comfortable. She was a shoulder to cry on and always open to listen when you needed her. Elizabeth, was always so cheerful and inviting. I looked forward to my result calls from her and of course she always assured me that my calls with all my questions never bothered her and she was there to answer.Kassie (receptionist) and Cassandra (phlebotomist) are both absolute angels. Kassie, was always so sweet and ready to listen to our scan results. She was just as eager for our journey than we were. Our scans and results mattered to not just her but everyone. Cassandra is the best. My veins are not easily assessable and she always tried to find the best ones without hurting me. Our short talks while drawing blood were short but always sweet. All these women care, they care about you, your treatment and are wanting to see the same ending as you. They become more than just “staff” at your clinic they become family. You don’t walk in one day and walk out the next pregnant. Although I wish it were that easy it’s not. It’s a journey, it’s hard, it can be ugly, it can even be painful but it is rewarding and having the right team on your side matters. This team is the one your want on yours. As bittersweet as it is to write this, I am even more excited to be expecting my double rainbow baby in December.
I graduate from the Memorial at Gessner clinic in less than one week. I am going to miss the nurses and receptionist so much! They have been so welcoming and helpful during this time. IVF is not fun and can be super stressful, but the team here have made it as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be. Dr. Abdallah has been great from day one. He is not pushy and he gives you all of the information that you need. I truly felt like a person that mattered to him. On several occasions, he actually called me himself to tell me results. If you are considering taking the step to doing IVF with HFI Aspire, please consider coming to this clinic and seeing Dr. Abdallah (the other doctors here are great, too!).
I have no problem with the doctor I saw but the office staff at the Fannin Street office was rude and unprofessional. My husband had testing done and we wanted a copy of the results. He called them once and was told it would be put on the portal. 3 days later, he called again and he was told the same. 7 days later, I called and still nothing. After 10 days, I drove to their office, paid $10 for parking just to get a copy of the results. The front desk lady was rude to me. Oh and also, it has been over 4 months and results are still not on the portal.I am a physician myself and know that patients have the right to a copy of all their test results. The number of phone calls and pleading messages we both had to go through to get one test result made me never want to go back to the clinic.
I loved the down to earth feeling the office had and how respectful and intimate the appointment was. I didn’t feel weird at all, she shook my hand and introduced herself when I went in. She came up with a plan of care, she went tru my history and made a plan and explained what is next. Glad she’s my doctor.
Doctor Hoff was an amazing doctor to have. After having come from another fertility clinic she was always positive and helped us reach our goals without hesitation. The staff was always friendly and Ronica and Judy were always the best at making me feel welcome and taken care of. I would recommend this office and Doctor Hoff to anyone who needs that special care.
I should have written this 7 years ago but I have been a little busy with twins. I would have given 5 stars but there is a reason why I have 4. First, I want to thank Dr. Haddad, Dr. Skorupski and the katy staff for helping our dreams come true. Not babies anymore but still my babies. They were always compassionate and helpful and I can not thank them enough. The 4 stars I have are due to my horrifying experience with Dr. Witz. I was on my second round and lost our son. I was due for a D & C and headed to the office in the afternoon. I waited for hours! I got there early in the afternoon and didn’t leave until the evening. When Dr. Witz finally called me back he said I was being discharged, the secretary wrote DC instead of D&C. He NEVER apologized for his and his secretaries mistake. He was neither compassionate for the time I waited and for the loss. He checked, again, to make sure my son had passed and walked out the door. I was already grieving and then had to deal with a Dr. would couldn’t even apologize. I spoke with Dr. Skorupski and felt better, as good as I could have at that moment. I definitely recommend Dr. Haddad for his honest bedside manner and Dr. Skorupski for his compassion EVERY time I saw him. Thank you, Dr. Haddad and Dr. Skorupski!! I will forever be grateful to you both!! ❤️👩🏻🤝👨🏼
I am extremely happy with the work Dr. Sabouni and her team did during my Hysteroscopy. She made me feel immediately at ease with her cheerful personality and even made me laugh at times! She explained what was going to be done, the risks, and recovery instructions. After my procedure, she came to check on me, explained how everything went, any findings, and reminded me of the recovery instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Sabouni and her team! This was our first procedure in our fertility journey and we are so grateful Dr. Sabouni was there to guide us through it!
Dr. Witz is unquestionably one of the best doctors Ive ever had--and Ive had a lot of doctors! He is very skilled and incredibly knowledgeable and he and his staff care deeply about each and every patient that comes through their doors. Plus, they all have an amazing sense of humor! I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2006 and have been on several serious medications ever since. When my husband and I decided to try for our first baby, I had to go off of all my medications. My rheumatologist was very supportive, but we knew that we would only have a year to try before my progression became so severe that I had to get back on my meds. My husband and I tried on our own until this past August, when we discovered I wasnt ovulating at all. Realizing that we were quickly running out of time to have a baby, my OBGyn sent us to Dr. Witz at the Clear Lake office. He and his staff--Cecilia and Melissa--immediately made us feel welcome and safe. Dr. Witz took the time to go over my medical history with us in detail and counsel us on our options. After two months of unsuccessful Clomid therapy, with Dr. Witzs support, we moved on to IVF. Thanks to Dr. Witzs skill and counseling, our first cycle of IVF was successful, and we are now expecting our first baby! I can never think Dr. Witz and his staff enough for their care, consideration, encouragement and skill. I would recommend him (and have!) to anyone dealing with fertility issues--you will be in the best of hands!
After 3 miscarriages and several doctors telling me the next time will be THE time, I was fed up. I decided to make a call to the Houston Fertility Institute Katy to get some answers. I had read about Dr. Witz from other reviewers and decided he was the specialist for me. Man, am I ever glad I did! During our first visit I was a panic ridden freak! Afraid of the things we needed to do to get started - genetics testing, full bloodwork and to go over results that I had from a previous test, I soon felt at ease with him and I left his office with hope. A couple of visits later he suggested that we do a pretty invasive test and my husband and I werent so sure about it. His office arranged a phone consult and he went over everything and why he thought we needed this test. After talking with him, we decided to do it, and that procedure changed our lives! A month of recovery and 2 rounds of clomid later, we are pregnant with our miracle baby!! Thank you to the entire staff of the Katy office, and especially his nurse Lisa!! I cant say enough good things about Dr. Witz - he is welcoming, confident, smart as hell and he made me laugh at every single visit all while helping us get thing we wanted most.
Today I had a procedure with Dr. Sabouni. She, and her staff, are amazing. I felt so comfortable the entire time. They were able to explain each step and gave so much information so that I knew everything that was going to happen. I would highly recommend Aspire HFI for any fertility needs.
My husband and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we have had at HFI-Fondren office. After struggling to get pregnant, my OB/GYN referred us to a fertility clinic. The overall experience was just poor, so I requested a second referral from my doctor. Thats when we found Dr Witz at HFI. He is definitely the best doctor I have ever been to! Hes very knowledgable, caring, and has a great sense of humor. He is wonderful about explaining treatment/procedures and answering all of my questions. I especially appreciate that on several occasions, he has personally called me after business hours to go over treatment, lab results, etc. I cant forget to mention the staff, too.... they are WONDERFUL! Ashton, my nurse, was so helpful during my IVF treatment. She did so much, from ordering all of my medications to answering my constant questions. :) My husband and I are now expecting a baby later this fall, thanks to Dr Witz and the staff at HFI. We will forever be grateful for all of their help!
Caring and personal are the best words to describe the staff at the Clear Lake/Webster office. We chose Dr. Witz, after several positive reviews, to help us start our family. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that worked with my schedule. During my first meeting with Dr. Witz, he actively listened to my desires in terms of treatment options and clearly explained the steps that would be taken and why.The nurses, Cecilia and Holly, who I saw on a near weekly basis, always made me feel comfortable and at ease like I was visiting friends not medical staff. All lab results and ultrasounds were clearly explained and any questions I thought of later were patiently answered.Sammie, the offices administrative liaison, is also marvelous. She always has a positive attitude and she cared about my treatment as much as Cecilia, Holly, and Dr. Witz. Sammie was always able to help me find appointments that fit my schedule.I can not sing the praises of the Clear Lake/Webster office enough and strongly suggest Dr. Witz and the staff.
I cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Griffith and his wonderful staff at HFI - Willowbrook. We have been thru a pregnancy loss with this clinic and now a very successful first trimester and are looking forward to our precious blessing in April. This staff is very caring, compassionate and understanding. They take the time to explain everything, answer ALL questions and will spend all the time in the world reassuring you so that you can relax and enjoy your pregnancy. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Haddad since 2011. My husband and I had to take a year off due to family issues but when we returned in 2013, he was confident that he could help us figure out our issues with conceiving. Dr. Haddad never gave up, he was super positive when all looked bleak. And in 2014 we were blessed with our first child. The entire staff are super friendly and very experienced. Even when I had to go to one of Dr. Haddads partners I always felt that I was in great hands.
My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for a year. We found out that he had a low sperm count. IVF was our only option if we wanted to start a family. My doctor was Dr. Williams, although at times I saw most of all the doctors. They are all amazing, encouraging and very knowledgeable. The staff at Willowbrook always had a fast response in answering my questions. They were all really great. I enjoyed all of my doctor visits. I did get pregnant on my first try with TWINS! A boy and a girl! All the medications and doctor visits were worth it. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and baby girl on June 19, 2012. THANK YOU HFI! If you are having any trouble getting pregnant, call Houston Fertility Institute for a consult with a doctor. The consults are very affordable at $50, when compared to other places. I will always be very grateful.
After my husband and I decided to start trying to have a baby, we were very excited and eager to start! I first went off birth control because I heard it needed to be out of your system for a few months before starting to try to conceive, however my menstrual cycle never returned. I then went to my OB and was put on meds to start my period, after several months of this and a couple of tests that showed I was not ovulating, I was put on clomid. Then after several frustrating months of not ovulating using clomid, I decided it was time to see a specialist. Still at this point I had no idea what was wrong with me and why I wasnt ovulating. I was referred to Dr. Witz and from the moment we first met with him, it finally felt like we were heading in the right direction. Dr. Witz diagnosed me with PCOS and anovulatory. After our first round of IVF we found out we were pregnant!!!! Now during our treatment with Dr. Witz, there were some minor hiccups (my body/hormones just did not want to cooperate with the meds at times), but Dr. Witz was always on top of things and I always felt like he was doing what was in the best interest of me. Dr. Witz is empathetic and just dedicated. I remember one night received a phone call from him at like 8:30 p.m. just to go over some test results and to reassure me that everything was okay. Not only is Dr. Witz an amazing doctor but his staff is awesome too! They are so attentive and so polite. The receptionist knew my husband and I by name. The nurses always did a great job of returning phone calls and answering any questions I had. Im so thankful for Dr. Witz and his team! I would highly recommend him!
My husband and I tried to conceive for two years on our own and then saw our first specialist. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I did three unsuccessful rounds of IUI w/ Clomid. I never felt like my questions were answered and he had no compassion. Before moving on to IVF, we did a little research and decided to meet with Dr. Gill at HFI. I immediately got a good feeling from him. He is smart, compassionate and aggressive (in the best way). He suggested doing a round of IUI with injectibles and I overstimulated. He said that I would be a good candidate for IVF and suggested moving forward. We were eager to do so after trying everything else. We did IVF and it worked on the first try. I now have 5 month old boy/girl twins!! We would not have our sweet babies if it werent for Dr. Gill. As IVF is a very stressful and grueling process, Dr. Gill and his staff became family and always made me feel assured and comforted. Lisa and Catalina were amazing. They were always very kind and helpful, even when I was at my craziest.I highly recommend HFI, I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Gill and his staff at their Fondren office.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Williams at the Fondren location of HFI. They were able to diagnose my medical issue and procede with treatment very efficiently, and I felt like I was in great hands. They are very knowledgable and there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. My 1st appointment with them was in June and our September IUI was a success, so we are now expecting our 1st child. We will definitley be returning in years to come!
My experience with this firm is not good. In evaluating an IVF clinic, I look at:1. Outcomes2. The patient journey3. Financing optionsWhile this clinic has the largest staff in town, ask for the outcome percentages by treatment for the doctor you see based on age. I have yet to see this for my doctor. If this is not yielded, you have options in town. The patient journey is not mapped. I have consulted with 2 doctors from the clinic. The journey for a patient is not clear. The overall process, timelines and teams are unknown to me. I have asked for calls and am relegated to a patient portal with sparse information at best. If you have to pay $3K for the lowest treatment to $40 for the highest, their are profit margins in these services to have a qualified professional assigned to manage the patient journey. Not at this clinic. That’s pitiful.I’m called by staff to schedule and pay for procedures as I walk in the door for them despite multiple requests for discussion of financing ALL procedures. So is it right and patient courteous to tell and ask for money minutes before a medical procedure of surgery, a blood draw or ultrasound? I have never heard of that in any other medical specialty. It happens at this clinic. It happened to me. It’s pretty effacing.I really don’t think this practice does a good job with care and consideration which makes me question their outcomes. Volume doesn’t guarantee quantity and with a procedure like this, care and address of the items above are critical.I’m looking into alternative clinics which while smaller do provide better care at the same or lower cost.
My husband and I went to Dr. Witz at HFI knowing full well that there was no way for us to have children on our own. He was very direct about everything and in our first appointment helped us devise a plan of attack. All of the staff was pleasant and supportive throughout our journey, and after our first cycle we were successful. Our twin boys are now almost 9 months old-- healthy and beautiful boys. This journey was even more special thanks to the care and attention of Dr. Witz and the HFI team.I left an identical review on another site reviewing Dr. Witz, this does not make it any less true... trust me, if you have kids (multiples especially), sometimes ctrl+c/ctrl+v is all there is time for!
Best decision my husband and I have ever made. Referred by my OB back in 2011 we met with Dr. Gill and Dr. Witz. Their staff from the very beginning were so sweet especially Catalina. We had our first successful IUI with Dr. Witz and had our first born son on Apirl 2012 we were over the moon. 2 years later we had been trying again and now in my 40s we were getting nervous that time was passing us by.Dr. Witz always communicated with us of all the ups and downs that we might run into - we never felt lost or confused. The staff always got back to me in a timely manner and my portal kept me up to date with everything. So we opted to do one IUI, which was unsuccessful, so we tried IVF and VOILAwe are now pregnant with TWINS!!! Dr. Witz, Ashton, Catalina and every single person with HFI has been there for us from the very beginning. We coudnt be happier...they have given us so much - our life is just where it needs to be.Thank you HFISon-Tran Family
I hate to say we started at another clinic, but upon making the final decision to try IVF, we decided to look for another facility because we felt we were paying for the location and elaborate offices...we didnt feel like a patient, more like a number. My husband found Dr. Haddad and the Katy location. We were with the nurses Vanessa and Lisa since Nov. 2012, and began our IVF process in 2013. Unfortunately, our first attempt was unsuccessful. I was sure I didnt want to try again, but my husband convinced me to try again since I was off work (Im a teacher). It worked! We are pregnant with twins. The ladies at the office could not be happier for us. They literally became a part of our growing family. Vanessa is over the moon for us because I was so adamant I wasnt going to try again. It was hard to be discharged because they were so supportive every step of the way...the crying days of sadness with the crying days of happiness. My advice to those going through this tough process:If you dont have a diagnosed problem, like I did, this is unfortunately a trial and error process until they can figure out what works for YOUR body. Its not always the easiest thing to accept, I know; however, with this facility they are willing to go the extra mile to hopefully make it work for you too.Side note:Be advised, all your procedures may or may not be done by your doctor. We finally had Dr. Haddad on our last procedure. But all the doctors we encountered were super nice and helpful.
After a year of trying to make our family on our own, we decided we needed some help, obviously something was wrong. I made an appointment with Dr. Craig Witz and met the HFI-Clear Lake Team who helped me understand and explore my options. I learned so much and after much consideration, decided IVF was best for us.Our attempt at IVF was unsuccessful, Dr. Witz recommended FET since I had eight embryos left from my Egg Retrieval from my IVF. Surprisingly, the first FET cycle was not any better for us. The second FET cycle was canceled due to uterine lining bleeding. Finally, this pass December following my third FET cycle we got the news, I was PREGNANT!Infertility is heart breaking and frustrating to deal with, however, being treated by a doctor who cares, who you can trust, and who will take care of you, makes all the difference in the world. Dr. Witz and his staff are so kind and we couldnt have asked for a better experience while going through our struggle with infertility.
How can I explain my pleasant experience with HFI in Clearlake office. They all so very friendly and helpful. As far as the doctor picks, we consulted 4 doctor for our transfer and we choose Dr Witz . He is very nice, really listens, answer all your questions and takes his time with you. If you having difficult time to find a right doctor for you please choose Dr Witz so you will see the difference!
Houston Fertility Institute has been so great to me and my daughter, who is undergoing fertilitypreservation. Dr. Skorupski has been very caring and made this egg freezing process so much easier than what we expected. Thank you to all the staff and Dr.. Skorupski for taking care of my daughter through this emotional process.
We struggled to conceive, and after 2 years went to this clinic to get help. Dr. Grunert saw us, and started testing for all the basic stuff, male fertility count, female hormones, HSG, and more.. he told us that he wanted to proceed with IUI fertility treatment. he explained that it would just better our chances and speed up the natural process and that tests didnt show anything conclusive as to why we were not pregnant yet. .. after each IUI i would ask my sperm count and he would respond and i would ask is that good? and he would just change the subject.. the final time after 3 IUI I asked again about my count and what good numbers would be, and he tried to divert and change the conversation, I had to pressure him two more times to get the answer, at which time he said well. you have 6-7 million and need over 20 as the threshold.. i asked why we werent trying to do anything to treat the KNOWN problem and he said Im not a male fertility specialist.. I check to see if IUI is an option and then we do that >> we are out 6-8,000 dollars.. FOR NOTHING. and he had a diagnosis UP FRONT and hid it from us.
Staff and Dr. Abdallah are attentive and available at all times via phone and/or electronically to answer questions or see in person. Patient portal is helpful. Appointments available at all hours every day of the week. Extremely convenient for a working professional.
On behalf of Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, Thank you for taking such great care of our surrogate & intended parents! Dr. Kemi Nurudeen & Dr Witz, we appreciate you & your team. It is a pleasure to create families with you all.
Great doctor, great listener, and really understand your situation. I love the fact that she understood me and put out a plan in place for my process.
I had a great experience with them.
The entire staff at this location is awesome! Everyone from reception to the nurses were so supportive and friendly that they made the entire experience a great one! I can not say enough how wonderful they all are :)
Dr. Sabouni was very nice and made me comfortable and calm for my surgery as well as the staff.
This was the first time I met Dr. Sabouni. She was very kind, and eased all the nervous jitters I had.
Very nice and fully explained everything and the process. Very pleasant person
The doctor is very thorough with explanation.
Over 30mins process in waiting room to deliver time-sensitive specimen.
So far so good...everyones been so caring, just fantastic!!!
Awful customer service.
