At first, the team was responsive in setting up diagnostic testing, but that responsiveness got worse over time. I had a terrible ultrasound experience that stemmed from a miscommunication between myself, my doctor and the nurses - when I declined to receive bloodwork I didnt need, the nurse responded completely unprofessionally. When I called my care coordinator to provide feedback, my call was never returned. My ultrasound experience was so horrible, I immediately sought out a new clinic.

Maya was very kind, detailed and patient with all my questions. The front desk and the receptionist in the back were kind and attentive to all my needs. I would recommend aspire for anyone who wants to know more about fertility and building their family.

They do not give you itemized bill. They ask third party to do testing with ridiculous price and not billable by insurance. What you may get after treatment is disappointment and a huge bill. DON’T listen to them and DON’T do unnecessary test!

So far, not a good experience. The receptionist at the TMC location just looked blankly at me when I asked if I needed to fill out a sticker. The attitude every time I come here is REAL. I understand she’s in a job where she has to repeat the same things over and over again but why does she need to be rude. I watched her “greet” others and had a similar disposition. Just plain rude/unwelcoming.Communication is difficult for this place.

Dr Steward and his staff are the best fertility clinic hands down. I have been a patient for over 6 years and they are nothing short of extraordinary and full of compassion. I always felt as if I was the only patient in the clinic Thank you for making the difficult journey of IVF so much easier for myself and my family.

First and foremost, they unthawed my one and only embryo by accident. I show up to do the ERA test, and it was like woops sorry, we have to do a real transfer today. And no that embryo didnt develop, and we were left with a sorry about that and good luck if you try next time. Nothing was done to make it right. I also had so many problems with the offices and staff and communication it was absolutely unreal, especially the Pearland location. I was driving over and hour and bypassing that location even though it was closer. My actual doctor was great, and that was the ONLY thing great about our experience. I hate that our one chance ended like that and even though we could try another round, after that terrible year with Aspire, we dont even feel like trying again.

Dr. Steward And his staff are all wonderful. I was able to communicate with the staff regarding any questions I had threw their app and received a reply same day. Dr. Steward explained all of my procedures in detail so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Communication with the office about payment, insurance and scheduling exceeded my expectations! They were always one step ahead and prepared to give me the information I needed.

You are required to pay the whole fees upfront:11750$ to be exact. In return you cannot contact your doctor, if you need to call the Hermann center, good luck!, because you can only call the aspire main line and be redirected to Hermann location nurses ( even if you need to talk to front desk) and wait for 40 minutes before someone picks up the phone!The portal is terrible. If you have an urgent important question and send a message through the app to the nurses, it goes to a default person; if that person is on vacation NO ONE WILL RECEIVE IT! You are at the mercy of faith! This is not the way you are supposed to be treated in a private canter.God knows how I regret having chosen this institute, unfortunately I have already paid for all the feesTo be fair, nurses are good and nice, and helpfulUpdate 10.2022:Some changes have happened within the past few months; and now the front desk is run by a polite and very nice lady, Veronica.I had a terrible experience with Dr. Steward, who did a terrible job with my procedure.Dr. Hoff is great; as are the nurses.

Dr. Mangal is the best Dr I’ve ever been to. I came from another clinic and there is no comparison to the quality of care he provides. He studies the charts and details a plan for each patient. He explains everything and answers all of your questions. I wish I would have started with him from the very beginning. I’m extremely grateful & glad we are in his care now. All stresses with the rest of our IVF journey are gone. With God & this Dr on our team we are trustful with the process no matter what.

Dr. Steward has been incredible with us during our journey and his encouragement, understanding, support and care for his patients is unmatched. We have been patients of his for 4 years and simply put, he is not only an incredible doctor, but the caliber of human being that you need to walk this difficult path with. We never felt alone in his care; he was there for our pain as well as our joy.He gives his patients his time, answers all questions, listens, is understanding, and has wonderful bedside manner. We always felt so well taken care of during our failures as well as our successes.After our first two failures we were losing hope and Dr. Steward personally checked in with phone calls and encouraged us to try again when we were ready. There was no pressure, but he gave us hope again. Thank God we trusted in him because the next cycle we had ended up in our beautiful twins.We decided to try once more for another child, experienced another failure and the support and encouragement was still there. The next cycle we had was a success and we are now expecting our third child.We couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Steward for helping us achieve our dream of a family and bringing our children to life.

Very easy office to get in touch with when I had questions or concerns. Everyone was always so friendly, responsive, polite, and even really excited for me and my pregnancies. Very personable. Results always arrived same day, messages were answered same day, and everyone was always professional. The nurses were always smiling, and Dr. Steward put me at ease. His colleagues were also top notch.Thank you for both of my pregnancies and both of children :)

I have felt very cared for during this entire process. I never felt like I didnt know what to do once I got home and all my questions were answered promptly and clearly. Dr. Steward was at pretty much every appointment and this made me feel comforted. The nurses and other staff always had a smiling face and made my husband and I feel very welcome, from the moment we walked in the door. I would recommend HFI to anyone who is struggling with infertility!

Dr. Steward has been amazing throughout our fertility journey. He is a phenomenal doctor and we are so blessed to have been able to work with him. He has helped us complete our family and we are forever grateful to him and his wonderful team.

This location is the worst. The doctor is okay but as a good doctor you should definitely hire staff that represents you better.They take so long to even submit prior authorization and no communication between staff and billing department. You really have to be on top of things as they tend to drag things.I ended up switching and my new office submitted prior authorization in 4 days and was able to start process a lot sooner.They made me believe all offices take so long until I switched.It is hard to get ahold of anyone in the office and they are just very disorganized.

Nursing staff is amazing - incredibly empathetic and supportive - would share highs and lows with the patient so it really felt like a family. You are going through a very high-stress and emotionally draining process with fertility treatments so it is so important that you have staff outside of your doctor helping you along the way!I always had the highest confidence in Dr. Stewards prognosis/treatment from Day 1. I am one of those people that google and research every little decision made and every dosage/medicine prescribed and he was always willing to discuss in full detail my findings and to make me comfortable. I continuously felt like I was getting the best care/treatment for our particular situation. I highly recommend Dr. Steward and his team!

Dr. Steward and his staff are incredible! They are so very kind and caring. The IVF process can be an emotional roller coaster at times, but Dr Steward and his staff were always there to answer questions and provide support. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with fertility issues.

Worst receptionists I’ve ever met. Rude; disrespectful and inconsiderate. Asked a simple question and was cut off and ignored. Fiancé asked reception for water after bloodwork and was told to hold on while the receptionist finished a personal call. Then double billed because she was too busy looking on her phone. Dr. Kriseman is very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions and made us feel safe and confident that we will achieve our dream of becoming parents. I’m so glad we found her and I look forward to working with her. Staff was also very friendly.

Dr. Steward and his team have been extremely amazing through this whole experience. They were there for us every step of the way and any concerns we ever had. They made this experience magical for me and my family. We will be back for our next round in the years to come. Transferring to an OBGYN is bitter sweet as we are excited to move on, but we will miss this entire team.

HFI: Communication is terrible. Dont expect to be able to contact the team for any reason. Dont expect them to contact you. We had a question about medications dosage it took almost two days to get in touch with them. We left multiple messages with no response. Also, Dont expect them update you calendar with corrects steps, meds, or dosages! FYI Dr. Stewart office doesnt currently have any nurses!

I am a patient of Dr. Anaya at the Fannin location, Dr. Anya is amazing, her nurse Ashley and Amanda are amazing as well as the staff. This practice makes me feel like family they greet me by name when I come to check in my for my appointments without me even having to tell them my name and even though it’s not expected it makes me feel very comfortable. They play great music in the waiting area it’s very clean and they take care of every situation. I observe every doctor and it seems like each doctor has a great relationship with each of there patients. I love Houston Fertility Specialist.

I love the Aspire HFI The Woodlands Office. Everyone is so professional and you really feel like they are on this journey with you. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else with my fertility needs. This is my third miracle baby working with Dr. Steward and I am so thankful for the amazing people in this office that helped me and my family grow each time.

Dr. Clapp has been wonderful. She walks you through the entire process at your pace and makes you feel like family. Her team is amazing as well: Amy, Brandi and Sherri were so helpful and positive. This journey can be rough but everyone in this office always was there to make you feel taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Clapp and her team. I cant thank them enough

I was called a week ahead of time for my insurance information. They didnt call and verify my deductible was met because they didnt have a picture of my insurance card. You dont need a picture to verify my insurance deductible.Then she wants me to pay 100 for an appointment. I ask how they plan to refund my money once they find out my deductible is met. She then stated it would be a credit on my account. I am not ok with this! You want my money but dont want to give it back when its not needed. This is a bad buisiness practice. Im not paying you what I dont owe.So complete waist of my time and money because I also had to find a babysitter to come to your office since I cannot bring my 3 year old with me.

Dr. Stewart and his team of nurses were amazing during our entire process. He was very patient, reassuring and answered all of our concerns and questions. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart and his staff at HFI. He helped us make our dreams come true!

What can I say about this office, besides that they are completely awesome!! I started coming here in 2005 and saw Dr Valdez and decided to come back again 2015 with Dr Dunn, he is an awesome dr who doesnt give up on you. He made me feel special and important always sensitive and polite. He really is the best, I can go on to tell you how awesome he is.. Hes staff OMG is wonderful, caring, sensitive and I see them as my friends (Carmen, Cynthia, Gloria, Maria, Jackie and Kim) are all the best, love yall so much girls. Thank you so much for being so patient with me cause I know I can bother each and every one of you but not once you made me feel that way.. Well let me stop cause I can really go on with this whole office and staff.. They are the best, your in good hands

Words can’t express how amazing my experience has been. I went into IVF with an open mind but doubtful and from day one I was comforted by Dr. Steward’s and his nurses’ knowledge and experience. Dr. Steward was thorough from day 1 and explained all options to us; we couldn’t have been more pleased.

Dr. Mangal has changed my life!!! I am so thankful that God put me in his path. Ive struggled with severe stage IV endometriosis for years and before I found Dr. Mangal, all other Ob/Gyns acted as if they did not care about my pain and the daily struggle of living with a chronic illness....they would simply recommend a hysterectomy and send me on my way with some type of prescription medication that I didnt need! Dr. Mangal took the time to listen to me and throughly explain everything every step of the way! Im 3 months post abdominal surgery and I feel great! Ive lived with debilitating pain for years, and for the first time in my life Im pain free!!!! Im thankful to God and Im thankful for Dr. Mangal! Its a blessing to feel like this.....when Dr. Mangal told me my life would change dramatically after the surgery and the pain would go away, I honestly didnt believe it, after years of pain and several surgeries by different Doctors promising the same thing, Id lost hope and didnt think I would ever experience a life free of pain, I am so thankful and truly grateful that Dr. Mangal proved me wrong! God is so good, just when I was about to lose all hope and give up, He brought Dr. Mangal into my life and what a blessing he has been!! Dr. Mangal, Thank you for showing love, compassion and understanding! You are absolutely amazing!

I see Dr. Mangal for stage 4 endometriosis and fertility. He has been so amazing. When I first reached out to his office to become a patient he read my paperwork, saw how severe my case was and immediately got me in for an appointment (this usually takes 3-4 months). He regularly calls me about my case and has lengthy conversations (sometimes at night or on the weekend). His work and plans are very detailed. It is clear that he is an expert in endometriosis treatment and that he really cares about his patients and their quality of life. He has given me hope and I feel like I am in the best hands. I highly recommend him.

I had a very poor experience with the Houston Fertility Institute. As an initial matter, HFI gave the appearance that they cared deeply about each patient, but this is not the case. I met the Doctor Stewart only once during consultation, and was unable to even speak to him by phone until I solicited the help of another provider.Notwithstanding the lack of focused care at the upper level, the nurses and other professionals with whom I interacted seem to mirror Dr. Stewarts lackadaisical approach. It is unfortunate that i have to seek fertility care elsewhere.More importantly, from a medical perspective, the service i experienceVery unorganised. Not welcoming / calming. No follow up from appointments / prescriptions. Told me pregnant

Our family is so thankful for Dr. Dunn. He is a wonderful communicator and is patient in answering questions and explaining all processes in regards to fertility treatments, testing and procedures. His peaceful demeanor and reassuring bedside manner are unmatched.We happily welcomed a son to our family with the help of Dr. Dunn’s expertise. He helped us to navigate our way through the IVF process with a course of action designed just for our specific needs. We never felt like just another “number”, but really cared for and championed by Dr. Dunn.We have referred many to him and his thoughtful care.His tenure, success, ongoing research, expertise and personality make him the whole package!

Dr Steward and the Woodlands staff are amazing. They are so caring and answer all questions my wife and I had. They made this process as easy as it could be and explained every step in detail. My wife and I are extremely happy and grateful to finally have success in getting pregnant under their supervison.

Dr. Williams was my doctor and he was absoluty incredible I reccomend him his bedside manners were great he was always there too answer every question we had.. my husband I and I had too take a break from fertility due too financial situations and will be going back too see him this month too do IUI we are so excited too go back. We loved all of the staff they made us feel at home and comfortable during the ultrasounds and talked us through everything and always answerd our questions. I reccomend them. They are wonderful.

If I could give Aspire a 0 I would.. run from this place. You are nothing but a number! I guess the people that gave it 4.5 either paid cash or have a hell better of an insurance. They are super slow, you have no one to be able to contact no follow up, unresponsive on email or phone voicemails. Portal a complete JOKE! Find something and somewhere where you will be made feel something other than more regret.

I have been wanting to make an appointment for a very long time. My online contact requests, online appointment requests, calls, and vm took forever to respond to only to be questioned by an unidentified rep why I need to make an appointment. I recieved a call back today to schedule an appointment only to be transferred to another line to leave ANOTHER VM. Yesterday I was on hold for 1 HOUR beforei hung up!!! Unfortunately, I can only review this part of my experience and not the Doctors or services provided....

I have thoroughly enjoyed my care at hfi in Pearland. Their team of nurses is the best (especially Rene and Ashley)!! They keep me well informed and always feeling welcomed. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Kovanci and his entire staff have been amazing to work with. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and calm my nerves, which is a lot of work in itself when going through IVF. If you have a question, you can call or message them through the portal and the response time is quick. Dr. Kovanci had a plan set out after our first consultation, and explained it thoroughly and made sure any questions I had were answered.

Words can’t come close to how much I love HFI and their staff. Thank you Dr. Steward for always being direct when it came to the challenges that we would endure. HFI and their team of nurses will always have a tender place in my heart. They celebrated life and every victory with us! After 3 IUI and 2 IVF, we have a baby boy thanks to Dr Grunert and his team. During this long journey, Dr Grunert always took the time to explain and communicate with me- excellent bed manners! The office staff, his nurse Nancy are so helpful with scheduling and billing that you don’t have to worry about it. I recommend the place to friends that we all have babies now!!

I cannot recommend Dr Kovanci enough. I have been seeing him for over 8 years -before I was even thinking of having children or married. I knew I had woman issues so I wanted to get those issues addressed before I got started on the road to a baby. Fast forward to many cycles and drugs and time, we have the most beautiful baby girl. Dr Kovanci was with me every step of the way. He would call me directly when there was a real concern and he was always there when I just needed some time to talk about the plan or what we were doing. He would listen to every concern and made us all very comfortable. We knew one day we would have a baby of our own. Go see Dr Kovanci to help make your family if you want a compassionate, caring doctor with a great listening ear.

Disgraceful place. And ignore all the 5 star reviews - I realize now that they try their best to get 1 star reviews removed. So I am reposting here.Firstly, I am not a big complainer. We have had consultations cancelled, long waiting periods and trying to sell us as many additional extras as possible with them but all I cared about was me and my wife having a baby, so these things I can put up with.They charged us over $1000.00 in advance for a procedure just so they could do a little more analysis. We were in an out of the operating theater in a matter of minutes. This was unnecessary and a way of getting as much money out of us as possible - we have since got to other doctors who have confirmed this. On top of this, 5 minutes after she woke up, the nurses were trying to get us to leave so they could have the bed back.Overall, I have lost count of the amount of thousands they have charged just for putting her under anaesthetia for a few minutes and literally doing nothing. Our insurance paid a good majority but we have still given them over 2k out of our own pocket.My wife just got off of the phone to them after seeing the most recent bill and they claim she was under anaesthetia for hours and had several doctors attend to her. This is a complete lie, I was waiting for 15 minutes before they woke her up and there was one doctor there.Since paying all of this in advance, we have been inundated with medical bills. One, then another, then another. All for putting her under anaesthetia for a few minutes. These people are greedy, nasty and uncaring. These are not the people that you want to be dealing with when you are going through something as important as this.The doctor also told us that my wifes chances of conceiving were very low. However, she is now pregnant thanks for going to another clinic. I have found from our current doctor and from looking online that we were completely misled by this company and the Doctor. In my opinion, they simply didnt want to give her IVF because it may not make their statistics look as impressive. As a result, instead of turning us away, they decided to do something completely pointless and get as much money out of us as possible. Avoid this place.

We’ve been patients at HFI for three years now. Despite being such a difficult case, Dr Steward stuck with us (when other doctors wouldn’t) and here we are at graduation after our third cycle was a success. All the doctors we’ve worked with at HFI have been great (Dr Bello and Dr Clapp). We have recommended HFI to friends and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top notch fertility treatment.

Dr. Mangal and his amazing team are very attentive, kind, and hands down the best endometriosis specialists I’ve ever encountered. I’d highly recommend Dr. Mangal to anyone struggling with endometriosis or infertility. Thank you for giving me hope and a clear path forward!

I want to thank Dr. Chauhan and all the staff at the Houston Fertility Specialists. Dr. Chauhan is a wonderful, caring and amazing doctor and I would recommend him to anyone needing help with fertility issues. I am a firm believer on customer service. I will definitely not visit this place or recommend anyone. Very poor policy regarding appointments. They are charging for new patient rescheduling. Come on, you just demotivated me even before visiting the office. Also, there phone answering system is horrible, always have to leave message to talk to anyone for appointments. Please don’t even waste your time talking to them.

Dr. Schenk and her staff are the most amazing people. There are very responsive, comforting bedside manner, and simple the best group of people I could have hoped to work with through this emotional experience.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! After heavy bleeding and chronic pelvic pain from 9/2017-11/2017, several ER and GYN specialists visits, it was discovered I had multiple fibroids. I went to see Dr. Mazen Abdallah in October 2017. I told him my husband and I wanted to start a family but the heavy bleeding, pain, and fibroids were preventing that from happening. He reassured me he was going to FIX the problem by removing the fibroids in efforts to start fertility process.Long story short, Dr. Abdallah sold me a dream! He put a BANDAID over the problem by putting me on birth control to stop the bleeding, gave me a narcotic for the pain and approved me to be on bedrest starting 11/9/17. I had surgery dates of 11/21/17 and 12/5/17 but he canceled it saying it’s not going to help the pain—he thinks it’s something else going. He ordered an MRI but still didn’t tell me “what else” is going on. 12/1/17 Dr. Abdallah said he can’t help me and referred me to his colleague Dr. Zied at a completely different practice. I became frustrated, still on bedrest, no surgery, still taking the birth control and over the counter pain medication, and had to start over with another physician to get the fibroids removed!Because of all the time wasted and the horrible communication between Dr. Abdallah and Lauren Reed, Head of Patient Financial Services, my short term disability was denied which left me in a financial bind with the fibroids and pain. Lauren Reed (who is NOT a physician or RN) said it wasn’t medically necessary for me to be on bedrest, therefore, she can’t fill out the forms for my short term disability. This was such a waste of time and I still have the fibroids!**Think twice before settling with Houston Fertility Institute**

We concluded our 10 years journey of trying to have a baby at Houston Fertility Specialists. Upon recommendation received from a family friend, we decided to meet with Dr. Randall Dunn, and he seemed such a warm, friendly and professional doctor right from the get go. We did a FET in 2014, with 100% success, but unfortunately, the twin pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage at about 20 weeks due to some infection.Finally when we were on the verge of giving up, because we were so emotionally and financially drained in 10 years of trying, Dr. Dunn convinced us to give it one last try, and here...we now have a nearly 6 month old baby who lights up our lives.No words will ever be good enough to thank Dr. Dunn and let you all know that after multiple failed IUI/IVF/FET cycles in Boston & Seattle, Dr. Dunn gave us a 100% success both times with FET. He is an amazing doctor and an amazing person as well.

Not good business!First, they told us our insurance will cover procedure, and then at the second visit they said no coverage. Ok, we paid out our pocket. And then our doctor left us because she moved to the other state. We agreed to other doctor. At the day of procedure we havent seen our new doctor and nurse did our procedure. As a result, 2 times procedure unsuccessful. 6-7 months later they billed us extra 800$ for something they forgot to include.

HORRIBLE! waste of my money and time! They never return your calls! I had to be the one calling to ask about my lab results and request more information. They are quick are charging my insurance $$$$ but are the worst at customer care. I regret ever coming here.

Terrible. Dr. Leah Schenk has no personality whatsoever and is more concerned with getting women to use a sperm donor than she is with truly examining her patients. Leah misdiagnosed me with PCOS. She basically gave me the diagnosis based on speculation. There were no X-rays to show me proof of the syndrome...nothing but a picture she drew on a piece of paper. Yesterday I went to get a second opinion because I did not trust her. My ultrasound proved that she misdiagnosed me. I do not have PCOS. I will be requesting my medical records and will not be returning.

Office staff are always pleasant and attentive. Dr. Steward kept me informed and was very reassuring and calming throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Steward.

I am very happy with Dr. Abdallah. He makes one feel vey comfortable and takes his time to explain all the treatment and procedure to his patient. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Dr.Mangal is great.He’s very soft spoken and listens.Just follow his instructions and you will do fine.He got the job done along with his nurse Rita.They all are great.

We had a great experience with Dr. Grunert. He personally handles all appointments which put us at great ease. He is very methodical and honest and I would highly reccomend him.

I’ve been waiting on a refund for a credit for months now. Bloodwork was done April 14th. I’ve called the billing department several times and no one could give me a clear answer. My husband and I have decided to not go back to this facility.

$200 for consultation... Must be nice to earn $200 in less than an hour and all you do is talk about a plan. Try Houston Fertility Institute they are more reasonably priced for consultation.

I’m really having a terrible experience. Aspire is hard to get in contact with ppl even during office hours. I’ve called and messaged two days in a row multiple times and I am not getting the help I need.
