Jenkins Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Medicine

First, I would like to start by saying I was referred to Dr. Jenkins through a lady I met in April, 2023. I decided months later to give the practice a call to schedule an appointment. I was very pleased with my first office visit back in 2023. From my experience, it is very difficult and time consuming to search for a provider who very detailed and willing to explain and understand your needs. These words describes the type of doctor, Dr. Jenkins is; I truly appreciate Dr. Jenkins and staff.

I absolutely love the office team !!! But most of all Dr.Tiffany Ikwuagwu made my whole pregnancy amazing. I will forever hold a place in my heart she gave me the best gift every with all of her care and delivered my babyboy!! I most definitely recommend her and the team to anyone. I hope she gets to delivery my next little one.

My only issue is its hard to get ahold of someone on the phoneAnd sometimes theres long waits.But over all every staff member is nice and the doctors have all been great. Dr Roy delievered my last baby and shes my ob again for my current pregnancy. Shes been good to me and The doctors Ive seen for fill on are very nice as well.

Dr. Ikwuagwu and the rest of the team are physicians you can definitely put your trust in as an OBGYN. She definitely has her patients best interests at heart. I don’t think I would have made it through my pregnancy without her. Sticking with her for future pregnancies.

I chose Jenkins Ob/Gyn based on a Google review and I’m so happy I did!!! Dr. Ramirez was kind and attentive to my needs. She took time with me to address any concerns and complete the exam. Scheduling was amazing and efficient. I was able to be seen within a week of my initial contact and it was a plus that it was at the Methodist medical professional building. I will continue to use Dr. Ramirez as my ob/gyn with Jenkins Ob/Gyn.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the entire staff at both locations. Dr. Roy is absolutely amazing. Almost no wait time during my appointments and I always get results back very quickly.

Loved my doctor and the ultrasound technician was very friendly. But the front desk lady was super rude. While waiting for the doctor longer than I was supposed to wait, I asked what time she was coming. The front desk lady replied rudely if I needed to reschedule the appointment I could. No thank you! I didn’t come to my appointment and waited for so long only to reschedule the appointment and come back another time to go through the same! You should be more attentive to the patients and explain the wait times, procedure and everything.Also, when I left my urine sample in the bathroom, there were still 2 more urine samples left in the window from 2 previous patients with their information on it, and clearly they have been standing there for quite some time!

I had an excellent experience at Jenkins. There was a very short wait time between my arrival at the clinic to when I was attended to. I felt like the doctor took time to listen, understand and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to friends and others.

Dr. Ikwaugwu is amazing! Having her as a provider has been the best experience I’ve had with an OBYN. Highly recommend 10/10!

Literally one of the most unprofessional and unorganized places I’ve been to. I had my appointment booked over a month and they call me 2 hours before to cancel since my doctor was going on vacation. They failed to notify me earlier and when I asked for proof they said they left a voicemail to me and my emergency contact. Neither myself or my emergency contact had received the voicemail they claim to have left and they failed to provide proof when I asked. They said that I could come in and see another doctor and my doctor would follow up with me when she returns but I’d have to pay twice for both visits. Which I shouldn’t have to since this was an error on their end. When I said I wanted to talk to the office manger they said that she was busy and would reach out to me. It’s been over a week and neither the office manager or anyone from their office has bothered to call back to discuss this. This office is one of the most inconvenient places, if you have options please do not come here. I will add that Dr. Roy is absolutely amazing and she knows what she is doing, her bedside manner is great. I would recommend you see her at another location that actually knows how to manage and take care of their patients.

Came in a little nervous to my appointment and Dr. Jenkins made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him. I did not feel rushed as he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided feedback in a professional manner. The wait was not too long or short and the staff was all very helpful, nice and welcoming! I am glad I found his practice.

Loved the fast and yet detailed service provided. Also loved the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Tiffany Ikwuagwu and her medical team.

My second time visiting this office to see Dr. Akwaugu. The first time they took two entire weeks to get me results back that shouldn’t have taken more than 3 days. They told me “the lab is backed up”. My second and LAST time was today! This is the most unprofessional doctor’s office I have ever been to. I checked into my appt at 2:05 P.M. I was the very first patient in the office. More people came in after.. By the time 2:45 P.M came I noticed that 4 people were called before me and no one had acknowledged me. I went to the desk and asked what was taking so long and why are other people being called ahead of me. The lady at the front desk said “oh you’ll be next”. I don’t want to be rude even though I was frustrated I just said ok. At 3:18 P.M they had called 2 more people and I went to the desk and said please cancel my appointment this is ridiculous and very insulting. She looked up and said “ok” very nonchalantly. No apology for the wait, no explanation or anything. AN HOUR and 13 minutes! Like are you even serious right now? I could’ve cursed everybody in there out for wasting my time and leaving work early to make this appt that I never got to be seen at! For a very serious issue too. This will be my last time ever and after reading the other reviews, I see that this is very common.

Dr. Ramirez is very sweet and she explains everything very well. The nurses are amazing too.

I was able to get a same-day appointment For a wellness exam with nurse practitioner, Nadia Alexander she was so nice a great listener and she took her time and she definitely explained everything to me regarding my concerns that I Came In with she Helped me with everything that I needed definitely will be seeing her again to become a established patient

Office staff not very friendly or welcoming. The front office clerk that checked me in and the ultrasound tech were kind but other then that everyone had a cold unwelcoming demeanor. I said good morning to a desk of 4-5 MAs to be ignored. And the other girl working up front has an attitude even over the phone. My appointment was rushed and cut short due to physician answering call and needing to deliver so left me confused and lacking a lot of information. The online portal states no information about visit for me to look back on. On top of all that they charge me 50$ for copay with insurance claim stating it should have been my regular 20$ copay. If possible stay away. I’m glad I changed OBs but things would have been much smoother if I didn’t come here in the first place

I had my first appointment with Tiffany on Monday and I love her already! She actually cares and sat down and listened to my concerns. I didnt feel rushed at all. It took me a bit long to get to the back but I still enjoyed my first appointment

I came here thinking Houston doctors have to be better than my small town ones… but I was let down front staff was great and ultrasound tech Paige was amazing … the doctor though not very personable .. indifferent tbh…seem d annoyed ..I even said I was hoping to get you doctor Ramirez and she’s like well you made the appt with me so… not warm AT ALL ! don’t know if I want to keep coming back here the valet was more welcoming than her

Great service, everyone is so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! This has been the best experience I ever had in a ob office.

My wife saw the NP Nadia and was very nervous. When she left the clinic she couldnt stop telling me how sweet she was and even followed up with her a week later to make sure she was feeling better. She use to be a pt of Dr. Falae and when we found out she left the practice we were thinking about switching until now. Front desk lady was very kind as well.

I transferred to see Dr. Ikwuagwu at about 30 weeks of pregnancy and she proved herself to be an excellent provider, by listening, being compassionate and having an excellent bedside manner.During my birth she demonstrated herself as an exceptional OBGYN by prioritizing my safety, and that of the baby, demonstrating skill and knowledge while navigating the delivery process.Im also very thrilled that she worked and listened to with me letting me fulfill my ultimate wish of having a VBAC!!!!My entire tenure with her was outstanding from start to finish.There are some Drs that do the job, and those that are living their calling like Dr. IkwuagwuIm extremely blessed that I was In remarkable care during my pregnancy and the delivery of my baby.

I absolutely love love love Dr. Ramirez. Her mannerisms are superb. She’s genuinely involved in the pregnancy. It never feels like it’s just her job. She’s really cares and very knowledgeable. Wish I had known of her with my other pregnancies. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. All star team.

Horrible patient care from both Drs and Staff. when calling no one answer or returns calls. Got rid of my daughter due to insurance error I their part but waited so far into her pregnancy making it hard for other dr to want to take over care. Refusing to release her medical record without a 2 week waiting period when they know she has a medically fragile pregnancy.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jenkins and his staff. The past two weeks have been very stressful for me with some of the results found on my CT scans and Transvaginal ultrasound. I was very nervous when my PCP told me I might need a hysterectomy. I was referred to Dr. Jenkins by a close friend of mine and I must say her referral was spot on. The whole experience was phenomenal, considering my nerves were shot when I arrived. Dr. Jenkins arrived in my room , greeted me with a smile and immediately ask what was going on. We reviewed by imaging reports and explained that the concern my PCP had, is not an immediate concern. He was able to look at my reports and explain them( which was not something my PCP did) to me. Alot of these things were not gyno related and he still took the time to ease my nerves and explain the findings. I had a immediate sigh of relief. He was very attentive, kept eye contact and did not rush through my visit. He later ordered an ultrasound , which had a little waiting period. In between patients, him and his staff kept checking in with me and making sure I knew they had not forgotten about me. He also gave me two referrals and texted one of the docs while he was still in my room to confirm he was the right doctor for my issue. Talk about great customer service!!! Ive always had female gyno doctors, for the first time in my life I am open to a male doctor and that is because of the great experience I had with this office.

Great place, very clean and staff very nice my Dr Tiffany was very nice helpful and made my husband and myself feel comfortable asking questions about our pregnancy journey!

Dr. Jenkins was timely, courteous, thorough and very professional. This was my initial visit and the last time i had a male GYN was almost 35 years ago.

The service was excellent, I was seen promptly and the doctor took the time to review and listen to me. Very professional treatment from all the staff, I highly recommend them!
