They are wonderful, kind Spanish speaking clinic who goes above and beyond for non Spanish speakers as well made me and my family felt heard and welcomed when we came in.

Took our 6 year old here for the 1st time as a walk in with out insurance and I have to say we had a great experience. The clinic is clean. The staff is really pleasant and professional, and the doctor saw her right away. He was very attentive and at no time did we felt rushed. The cost was very fair .I highly recommend this clinic.

Just an incredible experience overall. Its a legit Drs office and if you dont speak Spanish, thats okay. Theyll happily translate. Im very, very pleased about what they had to say and how they handled my situation. Both the doctor and the nurse were very professional, very kind and sweet, but also exhibited extreme human compassion for me. They were willing to work with me and let me choose which services I thought I needed now vs. later or not at all. I dont have insurance but that was no issue here and I feel like what I paid was fair and reasonable. Ill absolutely come here again if I need medical treatment. They are fantastic and truly care about their patients and Im looking forward to hearing from them soon. (Also, a very clean and quiet facility.)

I had no wait to be seen during my emergency. My experience overall was amazing! They literally pretty much revived me from a severe infection within an hour or so. The staff asked all the right questions to determine the correct diagnosis for me and not just guess hat might be the problem, I am now on antibiotics that the doctor sent me home with and feel like a whole new person. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this facility!!!!!

I came in today. I didnt wait no more than 5 minutes. The receptionist, nurse, and Dr were extremely friendly. They treat you like family. The best customer service ever!! Gave me 2 vaccine, barely felt them. Extremely professional staff at Clinica RubyMed. Very clean Dr office. I was coughing like crazy, and sneezing! They are attentive they gave me water and tissue without even asking. They speak English, and Spanish. I recommend this Dr Office to all my family and friends 100%!!!

**Update: the previous doctors and nurses are apparently no longer there. I have no idea why but there was no notice to the patients who regularly go there, like me. I absolutely did not feel comfortable with the new nurse. She obviously did not want to be there or tend to anyone. She kept getting frustrated and would constantly roll her eyes at me and my husband. The doctor, who now is a MALE doctor, was okay. The only down fall is that he is a male doctor. I was very much comfortable with my previous doctor, which was a female. It worried me that he didnt even understand some medical things i mentioned. As if he didnt know these medical terms existed.Over all, will Not be returning to this establishment. Its very unfortunate that they just replace good people like that. Wishing the best to all. **This place will forever become my primary clinic! No one likes going to the doctors but I am one of the few who fear them because of health conditions I present.This place. These warm hearted people, might just have changed my expectations of doctors completely.The entire visit, they explained what they were doing, frequently asked if I was okay, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.The doctor felt like the most caring and protective mother. As the nurse felt like a right hand sister who gots you no matter what.I am eternally grateful for not only their professionalism but their genuine hearts!God bless them and this clinic.

Came here because I was in terrible stomach pain. I felt horrible weak and when I came inside I felt taken care of. The staff is so nice and friendly had me do my paperwork very quick and I was immediately back in a room. Got seen and treated when I left I felt so much better. Its a clean atmosphere not the best looking I will say needs updates but with the staff here I dont mind coming back. Thank you ladies for all.

This clinic is wonderful, the staff is amazing, I came in to have my blood pressure checked and get started on medication to control it, and from the first visit, to my most recent visit, Ive felt very comfortable, they have explained everything being done thoroughly, and I am more than thankful my BP numbers are looking more normal than they have been in quite a while, and this was accomplished within 2 visits in 2 weeks, prices are very affordable for services, needless to say, its great to find a doctor and staff, who really care about your health, I look forward to making this my go to clinic in the future, thank you to the entire staff again.

I highly recommend this place for your immigration check-ups and exams. Super Delighted with the staff, especially with the receptionist JENY, she answered my calls. Every time I had any questions... she helped me find the places to get my vaccines since it was a stress for me... also many thanks to the Doctor, very kind at all times. I 100% RECOMMEND them. They are open from Monday to Saturday. 9 to 9 and Sunday from 9 to 5 for those of us who dont have time in the day...infinitely. Thank you for your good service.

I called to ask the cost of removing stitches from a surgery and they told me that it costs 10 dollars each stitch (like in most Hispanic clinics that I had already called). When I got to the clinic they told me that maybe they made a mistake when giving me the information or that I made a mistake and called another place because that was not the price, which was $40 each point.It seemed very expensive to me and I left the place.Fortunately, I found the Hispanic clinic for my family and I left that place happy, it was economical and had excellent care.

First I want to thank the staff. They treated me very well. This was my first time here. Just wait an hour. I entered at 2:20 and left at 3:40. The consultation was $20. I went to refill my prescription. The doctor was kind 😌 and explained to me how my medication works. Clínica Hispana Ruby Med is not close to my house, but I return anyway because you can see that the patient matters.

Yesterday I took my mother to this clinic, when we arrived they gave us two sheets of paper, one to fill out with personal information (the information they required was very limited) and the other with an authorization to receive care online, my mother She refused to sign said sheet and the receptionist insisted on it. After she realized that my mother did NOT want this service, she was forced to explain that the person who would assist her was a doctors assistant (who is a doctor from another country, without a license). to practice in this, so a real doctor would support her online.I dont know if this is legal in the US, but I personally believe that it is a fraud to treat patients and make them sign a document delimiting any future lawsuit, (we must remember that some people do not even read what they sign), and DO NOT explain to you that said summary paper is a document that DOES NOT explain THAT YOU WILL BE ATTENDED BY AN ASSISTANT AND NOT BY A CERTIFIED DOCTOR IN THE US.Of course we walked out the door and did NOT accept their fraud.
