I showed up early for a 12:30 appointment. No one was in the waiting area. Only one employee, who entered my information in the computer, took my payment, then took my blood. Easiest lab visit I ever had. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

I was in need of a TB test just after Hurricane Beryl. This location was open. Even though only one employee was available and likely overworked. Despite that, she still helped me out and was able to give me what I need in time for work. I was very grateful!

My employer booked a hair follicle test at this location as it was the closest one to me. I went today and as I requested hair body test, the tech/worker there told me she didnt have razors and she doesnt do shaving. I was so confused, isnt this part of the job? she suggested I go to a another location. I did but the fact is that this is what they do and do not have to tools. Huge inconvenience. If you want to not get your head hair chopped dont come here cause seems thats all they are able to gather

I made a reservation a for 11 AM the same day. So easy access. I arrived and the lady took my information , payment and consent. Then took me to the back to draw my blood, she had a great hand! Was so smooth in and out within like 5 minutes. Would definitely be going back for any needed tests.

In for testing. Less than an hour before closing time. Yvonne attended to me immediately. Was done before I could say Boo! Results in less than half an hour. Everything done 30 minutes before closing. Would definitely go there if I have to do more testing in the future.

Great prices, quick service & fast results. 1/2 the price of Quest. I was done in 5 minutes! Got kidney function, lipid panel & A1C checked for $147. Got results in 2 days.Got to a Quest center & see how long you wait just to be called up. No comparison. I have used them before & will continue to in the future!!!

Just the absolute best..great customer service from their technicians. I wish to never go back to Quest diagnostics. The techs at Any Lab made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t need multiple pokes. Real experts! Thanks ladies!

Absolutely DONT RECOMMEND for any DOT drug screen.Driver is waiting for over the week now for a drug test result (Which was done 03/21), because collector Ana R didnt send correct form with the specimen. But the issue is after multiple calls with multiple requests to fix this they refused to even listen, never put slightest effort to help UNTIL Kelly finally took care of it. 11 days of waiting. Just today 03/31 we received the result. In the end front desk decided not to talk to me at all. Personal is rude, not helpful, doesnt respond to lab instruction. Ive never seen such unprofessional collection site in my 6 years of experience.Ifan was her name who didnt want to communicate properly. And was just waiting to get rid of me. Promised call twice and never did and stop answering.

The phlebotomist\receptionist who greeted me and drew my blood was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and made suggestions on what would be the most cost effective option for the tests that I needed done. She was also experienced and didnt have any trouble during the blood draw procedure.

Keilina the Store Manager was great! I was in and out within 10 minutes. Fast and careful. I’ve no bruising from the vaccines I received nor the site where blood was drawn. Very thankful for your assistance Keilina.

Arrived early and was seen immediately. Friendly & professional staff, results in 48hrs. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I came by today to get a Rapid Covid-19 test. The store Manager Keilina was super friendly and made me feel at ease. I did not have to wait in line and was given test right away. Results are expected same day.They also have Vitamin & B-12 shots available.Thank you for great service.

Came here straight from work so I could get there as soon as they opened. The receptionist was a little late but she was still fast and efficient. My 10 panel drug screen was completed & processed & I got a copy. All of that happened & I had only been there for 30 mins. Will return if I need more labs done!

The front desk staff, I believe her name was Yvonne, was rude and did her job poorly. Even after I expressed to her how she was being rude, she continued to be sarcastic. I work in healthcare and customer service daily and I know firsthand that’s not how you speak to or with people. She needs to be sitting in the back doing paperwork, with least interaction as possible with people.

The lab tech was so great! I barely felt the needle withdraw the blood sample and I dont like needles! She was quick and zero issues afterwards. Thank you so much 💝

The staff at Any Lab Test Now far exceeded my expectations. There wasnt any wait in the testing lab. And the results were sent to me the very next day. The cost was affordable too. You guys are the best!

The girl seemed rude. Was never told to sit down and wait for further instructions. I just stood there waiting for her to say something. I didn’t like that she was also speaking to a customer loudly where we could all hear what was going on.I thought tests where suppose to be confidential? Decided to leave, I didn’t feel comfortable.

Worst experience ever. Felt as though i was in intake at a prison. The person i unfortunately had the displeasure of being waited on never smiled or said hello. Maybe she was made because she has to stop eating and work. Poured out my urine sample and said it wasnt enough... I would never go there again and will be advising my employer not to also. Customer service training is something that is needed asap. . I could go on but why nothing is going to change anyway. That experience was terrible.

My daugther had some blood work done and the lady on the front was such a sweetheart. She even convinced me to have one of the famous b12 injections done. I will be asking for keilina next time. Great customer service!

Went here today morning to get my RTPCR Test done. Clean and professional environment. The service was very quick and efficient. Got my result in almost an hour.

I was referred by my school to visit. My school requires certain testing for my medical program. The visit was very quick and straightforward. The staff was nice as well and I was on my way after 5 min with my results in hand but also a copy sent to my program.

Large selection of Health tests. I went for a liver panel. I would suggest you do this if you drink alcohol regularly. Prevent liver problems if you catch them early. Quick service, cheap price.

The technician was so good at drawing blood it was almost like nothing happened. I really appreciate that because I hate needles. Definitely coming back to this location for any other tests if I ever need them.

The front desk person has been rude every time I came to this location, she is extremely nasty. I do not think customer service training could help her

Don’t go here if you’re looking to just get a simple employer drug test done. They wanna say only by appointments only for a drug test? Be serious…had to take my walk in drug test elsewhere when the phlebotomist had no other patients the building was empty like come on smh
