Dr Vasquez is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. She listens and asks the right questions to determine your care. I had cancer years before and was worried it had returned. She took away my fear and treated my problem perfectly. She seemed like family. Loved working with her through this treatment

Dr. Vasques just took care of an inclusion cyst, that came back 4 times, surgically for me. She is a great doctor who specializes in complicated female problems. My main gynecologist sent me to her because she is the best at what she does. I haven’t healed from surgery yet but the fact that she didn’t just put a “ bandaid” over it, so to speak and send me home like my other doctor did made me a believer.

Dr. Vasques is an awesome doctor/surgeon. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She took the time to sit next to me to explain a scary situation to me and all my options. Her office staff is also great and very organized. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

What a challenging profession, yet she confidently performs it with grace and kindness! From the moment I walked into her office I was greeted with a smile and felt genuinely cared for. Her PA Castelo, the office staff and her nurses are friendly and down to earth. A cancer diagnosis is a very scary thing, and it was so meaningful to have the entire office give me the care and concern that I needed at the time. It was exactly what I was looking for in my medical care. Dr. Vasques explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was a wonderful surgeon and my surgery went smoothly. She gave me very specific instructions on what I needed to do to make recovery easier after my surgery, and it was amazingly helpful. It is rare to find a doctor that combines great quality of care and kindness to each visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Vasques to anyone.

She was absolutely amazing. I had everyone telling me it was a risky surgery or it couldn’t be done a certain way except for her. she made me feel safe and sure the entire time. I have and will continue to recommend her. I am not the best at understanding medical jargon which makes it all the more scary for me; she had no problems answering all of my questions but she answered them to where I could understand. Every nurse I came across for my prep-op spoke very highly of her which also provided much needed comfort in a scary time. Can not give enough stars for how highly I think of her. You want the best…. This is her.

The staff and Dr. Vasquez were more than amazing! During a time when my world hears the dreaded “C” word, they showed compassion and kindness all the way. The experience was easy to understand all the procedures that were going to happen and then it was time! Needless to say the great report for after the procedures ultimately the icing on the cake! I will forever be in their debt and recommend this doctor and staff as one to go to! Thank you all who helped me through this trying time!!

I have never felt so comfortable walking in to a doctors office. Everyone is so personable and caring. They make you feel like they have known you forever. Having cancer is a very scary and stressful thing to go through. I also lost my job a week before finding out I had cancer. Dr. Vasques knew what all I was up against and dealing with, and she cared! She moved quickly to get me scheduled for surgery. Dr. Vasques is amazing! She is direct (this was important to me), extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, takes the time to explain everything, and she is very caring. She cares about her patients and I felt that from day one. Her entire staff were amazing too. Every single person I talked to on her staff were very caring. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Vasques to anyone who seeks her expertise. Not 5 stars, definitely 10 stars!

Dr Vasques is a God send she is so compassionate and you can tell she genuinely loves her patients. I came to her extremely scared and anxious and she helped me understand everything provided me with way better options and showed me so much empathy! I will never use another oncologist as long as she is willing to see me! Their office moved and i now drive over a hour to get there honestly I would drive further if needed to feel the support her and her staff provide! Her staff is always so kind and patient and all have amazing bedside manner! I found them by searching for the best rated and I can clearly see why she is!!!! Dr Vasquez, was awesome. One of the best Drs Ive ever been to. Thorough, honest and to the point. Her bed side manner after surgery was wonderful and Im so happy I found her to walk through my journey of cancer with. If your looking for a good Dr. that cares, will treat you right and be honest with you she is the Dr. for you. Ive worked in the medical field all my life, and finding a Dr like Dr Vasquez is hard to find. Cant say enough good about her.

Dr. Vasques is following my progress through chemotherapy and will be involved with needed surgery later on in my journey. She is proactive and explains everything in laymans terms. After the initial treatment plan was decided, she followed up with a personal phone call to me to make sure I understood all the recommendations and was comfortable with the decisions.

Dr. DeEtte Vasques was very rude to me, refused to liten to me, & she was very insincere to my needs & wants. She had me do unnecessary things that had nothing to do with my Uterine Fibroids & scheduling a surgery to remove my uterus. Also the entire staff made appointments for me without my knowledge. Then they would call me to confirm those appointments that I knew nothing about. This whole place is beyond incompetent.

Dr. Vasques and her team were absolutely fabulous during my care and surgery. I am so glad I found them and was given the opportunity to have them care for me. All the way from scheduling to surgery and aftercare, every member of her team is kind, quick to respond and honest. You will receive honest but brave answers to all your scary questions. I am so happy to have Dr Vasques a part of my life now.

My surgery was such a good experience. Such good care.from start to finish. Always there by phone. Nurse practitioner was above and beyond.

I was tested positive for BRCA 1 gene was referred to Dr.Vasquez by my Gynecologist. The first day I met with her she made me feel so comfortable & reassured me that everything will be ok. Surgery was a must. I was so scared & my anxiety kicked in. I was scheduled for a robotic assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy March 5,2018. On that day all my anxiety was gone. I felt so comfortable & ready. My surgery went great that same day around 3pm I was walking by myself at the hospital, i had very little pain & released the next day. 2 weeks later I’m back to myself only restriction is no lifting over 15lbs. I have 4 incisions on my stomach area that have started to heal with very minimal scaring! Dr.Vasquez is the best surgeon ever. Very good bedside manners as well a very caring heart. Wish I could give her 10 stars. I cannot thank God or her enough! I would recommend her.

I drive to see her 5 hrs a few times a month. She has been great to me! The best doctor I have ever know. Shows great compassion with her patients and knows how to really make a girl feel comfortable! I recommend her highly!!!!

From my first visit through my surgery, Dr Vasques explained everything and made sure I was comfortable afterwards. She is a wonderful doctor and I am very thankful she was available when I needed a special kind of doctor.

Dr. Deette Vasques is decades behind in her work. She does not support any of the current work done for women. She also conducted herself very unprofessionally following my surgery. She did a very poor job with my surgery, and used a technique that has been banned by the medical community since the late 80s because it is considered mutilation. I visited the ER within days of my surgery due to how strangely I was healing and the ER physician wouldnt comment on her work, indicating it was best that I see her. During my 1 week post-op visit I asked questions regarding my surgery and Dr. Vasques quickly dismissed me as a patient and said you no longer have cancer, and you dont need to come here any longer - neither statement was true. I could not find a doctor that would see me post-op so I was left with no additional post-op care. No one wanted to take on the liability of overseeing her work or trying to correct her work. I eventually found a plastic surgeon who conducted extensive surgery to correct her work. I dont have enough words to thank him. Thanks to additional caring people within the medical community who heard my story, I was eventually connected with a new doctor who has once again confirmed that my type of cancer must be monitored and he has committed himself to making that happen.

This doctor was highly recommended to me and now I see why. She has a caring staff and spends the time to get to know what your needs are. I I’m mediately felt like she cared and I trust her. I’m going to undergo a procedure and I have confidence that I will be much better for it. I recommend her without hesitation.

Dr. Vásquez answered all my questions. Her staff was very caring and there communication was above expected. Dr. Vásquez staff called me to confirm the time of the operation and Dr. Vásquez stared my operation right on time! I’m very happy with the fallow up care as well. Beyond my expectation!

Cancer - puts fear in one’s heart. First meeting with Dr Vasques and her friendly staff helped to calm my fears. Very straight forward, Dr Vasques explains to you everything about the disease and treatment. I’d give her a 10 Stars if I could.
