Very happy with Dr.Kaufmann and his staff. Everyone is extremely kind, and make you feel like family. Meghan- ivf transfer nurse is the best. I recommend to everyone asking.

UPDATE: In September 2023, I was finally able to talk to Leesa about my billing situation and she provided me a breakdown of everything. She was very kind at first but when I started to ask questions cause I dont understand how the numbers from my bills didnt add up to the amount the insurance claim states, she got annoyed, saying she is doing a lot more than she should, she never had this happen before and even brought up the bad Google review I gave them. So I assume the only reason she was talking to me was because she had to? Anyways, at the conclusion, insurance was a little messed since the clinic doesnt file secondary and when I filed myself it created a whole other issue but insurance ended up accepting the claims so in turn I did get a partial refund check and had 1 claim still pending and I was told they would get back with me when they hear something. Fast forward to March 2024, I still hasnt heard anything from them so I reach out in a simple email. I am following up on my last insurance claim that was submitted. It has been over 5 months and have not heard anything back. Was the claim filed? What is the status? I recieve an email back in a couple of days later saying You will be getting a refund in the next couple weeks. Awesome right? Nope...I recieve a cerified mail with a check and a letter stating ...The conversation with our billing department over the last year and half makes me believe our practice is not the correct place for you to plan future fertility care. Break up letter for asking the billing department to do their job so I get the amount Im rightfully owed.ORIGINAL AUG 2023:Dr Kaufman is great which is the only reason they get 1 star. If Dr K or Dr Patel reads this, yall seriously need to hire new staff or retrain.The billing department is absolutely useless. Ruth and Leesa never return calls and just drag their feet to do anything. They are too lazy to file secondary insurance so I had to do it myself. Insurance came back and said I over paid them and when I asked for a refund they told me the insurance would be the one to issue me to refund. Made absolutely no sense, I played telephone for over a year and since they created such a mess all my insurance claims are being questioned. Ruth said itll be quick. Youll get a refund in a few days. Its been over a month since then and nothing. They refuse to answer phone calls or return calls. All together its been 2 years and Im starting to feel like they are trying to drag it out as long as possible so I forget they owe me $2000+. Feel like the only reason they are in business is cause theyre the only clinic in fort worth.0/10 do not recommend going here unless you like to deal with inept service. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT, youll never get your money back if youre owed a refund.

Really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kaufmann, Dr. Patel, and their staff. They were willing to adjust my medication protocol when needed and I’m happy to report a successful transfer and pregnancy! Would definitely recommend their clinic.

Gladys has been amazing to work with. She is my nurse and answers any questions I have quickly and kindly. The entire staff has been great in all other aspects too which is important to me when dealing with something as stressful as infertility and pregnancy.

When I was a new patient everyone was so nice I guess because they’re making so much money since I am out of pocket , long story short I had a failed iui and they didn’t even bother calling me to tell me the bad news did not bother comforting me at all , I asked to speak to the doctor they told me doctor was not in the office , how convenient!!! And they just emailed me oh “it was negative test”, … definitely will be looking at different clinics that care for their patients …P.s please stop justifying what I just wrote.Clinic that doesn’t care about their patients should not be in business especially when women are going through what they’re going through dealing with infertility.

Worst doctor experience I have ever had. My husband and I went here to see what our options are and what timeline we had to keep in mind for childbearing. At the consult, he talked about baseball for 10 minutes with my husband, and then turned to me and, laughing, said, “Well—let’s talk about why you’re here. You don’t have eggs, so…” not only was this not funny, but this is the first time I’ve been told I didn’t have any eggs. Months later, and he still didn’t know my medical history (the reason I needed treatment in the first place)—even after I had been going for hormone treatment and for months. And, after a vaginal ultrasound, he said, “Your body isn’t responding the way I wanted it to. Come back when you’re ready ready to try getting pregnant.”

Went in for a consult with my husband and we took our two children along. they told my husband children weren’t allowed and he’d have to leave. i obviously indicated we’d be going a different direction if children aren’t permitted on the premises. they then tried to keep my $25 deposit. no one told me this on the phone when scheduling. the manager indicated it’s in the paperwork i hadn’t gotten to read over bc i scheduled less than 24 hours before my appt. after a bit of back and worth they gave me my deposit back.aside from the financial deposit issue, i’d like to express disappointment in this policy. my support/ other person involved in this process has to leave or we have to hire a babysitter for EVERY visit? we went through ivf at dallas ivf in frisco and i brought my son to nearly every visit because it is not realistic to have my husband stay home from work or hire a sitter or never bring him to any appointments when he has questions and would like to meet the dr/make sure it’s a good fit etc. now we have two boys we’d have to arrange for expensive care for on top of paying for ivf out of pocket. IVF IS a two person process. we have a family. i’m a mother. i can’t ditch my kids as frequently as IVF appointments are because it might make others sad. children are all over the world. this is overboard. very, very overboard and in the process of being overly sensitive and catering solely to individuals without children you are excluding individuals with children facing infertility trying to further grow their families. needless to say we will be going back to dr my at dallas ivf as we had an excellent experience there (we moved further away but it’s worth the drive!)

I only gave 1 star because of the hospitality of the office… as far as business.. they aren’t great . At all . I’ve been trying to get a hold of the billing department after emailing Leesa Three times… It’s been months now and we haven’t gotten any pricing for reciprocal IVF. After leaving A voicemail to the billing department with Ruth I finally got a call back… Four days later and missed it because I was at work. Tried calling back of course didn’t get a response and still haven’t. Called back today and she was at So let’s pray that I finally get an answer after making this post as I see that they sometimes get back to you after getting a bad review :( again… hospitality wise they are AMAZING . Just horrible at communication :(

If you feel like being a burden to staff and googling all of your questions because the nurse makes you feel stupid for asking for clarification, then you’d be okay getting treatment here. My husband and I never got a good vibe from as early as our first consultation, but our doctor referred us here and we had a few friends that used him. We were desperate to get pregnant after trying for 2 years and figured “it doesn’t matter how we feel, as long as we get pregnant.”After 2 unsuccessful rounds of IUI, I started contemplating if we should get a second opinion. It was then that I started googling other fertility clinics and then discovered the reviews about Dr. K’s office, which was the final nail in the coffin for me. A lot of reviews validated how we were feeling, but then I read some traumatic ones and decided to change doctors.We went to Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates in Southlake and it was a complete 180!! How it should be. It was then we were given the real statistics of success for IUI and it made more sense why we were unsuccessful.We did one round of IVF at Dallas Fort Worth fertility and were successful on our first attempt.Since leaving Dr. K, I’ve asked my OB GYN if she still refers there and told her about our experience and she said she’s had several unsatisfied patients this past year. I also know our friends dealt with different staff than we did, so that could be why.My biggest issue with this clinic was the fact that I was having to google answers I needed, which should NOT be the case for this journey with how emotional and expensive it is. Check out Dr. Gada at Dallas Fort Worth fertility Associates in Southlake - even if it’s not close to you. It’s worth it, I promise. He and his staff are phenomenal and feel like family.

I wish I could give Dr Kaufmann and the team 6 stars. Dr Kaufmann has the best bedside manner and knows exactly how to make his patients feel important, comfortable and at ease going through treatments. I worked with him and his IUI nurse, Gladys, and loved them both. I am just “graduating” from their care, and I know I’ll miss seeing them and having Dr K do my ultrasounds. The front office staff have been wonderful with me as well, every time I call or email I get my questions answered. Highly recommend Fort Worth Fertility and Dr Kaufmann if you are considering starting treatment or exploring your options!

I would highly recommend Fort Worth Fertility. After 2 years of trying, we were referred to Dr. Kaufmann. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and kind. The nursing staff too. They worked with us and were sensitive to both my husband and myself. Both Dr. Kaufmann and Dr. Patel took great care of us. We were walked through every step of our IUI and it worked! We are now safely expecting our first child. The empathy and compassion through a stressful and emotional experience were so appreciated. I would tell anyone struggling with infertility in the Fort Worth area to use them.

I was married very young and had a tubal ligation at 24 years old after my 3rd baby. Fast forward 10 years, I remarried, my husband had no children so we decided to do what we thought impossible and get a tubal reversal. Dr Kaufmann was very knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process. His bedside manner is impeccable! We now have an 8 month old little boy and we are so grateful to Dr Kaufmann and his staff. This wouldn’t be possible without him.

After almost 3 years, and much healing, I’m now able to leave this review. Worth noting, I’m a very easy customer and I will put up with a lot. Afterall, I believe that if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all. However, this post I make so other mamas and future mamas out there don’t have to ever experience what I went through.Communicating with the nurse and staff:First and foremost the office staff to include the nurse were unorganized, unreachable, rude, and had no empathy whatsoever. Throughout my IVF cycle, I spent countless hours/days trying to reach the nurse or anyone else in the office for that matter without success. I always had to wait for my in person appointment for any information on lab work, instructions on medication administration, test results, guidance on what to expect during the different stages, and clear instructions during key stages of the cycle. Needless to say some of that information is needed before arriving to your appointment.Missed Misscarriage:After initiating the IVF process with Dr. K, getting pregnant, and having the first 2 ultrasounds, I was then seen by Dr. P. (Never knew why Dr. K didn’t see me again) At my 8 week ultrasound, Dr. P did not find a heartbeat and proceeded to tell me I had a missed misscarriage. I requested a picture of my last ultrasound as my baby already had eyes and what looked like would be their arms and legs. Dr. P stated that would be no issue, however I never received pictures of my last ultrasound.D&C procedureI was quickly scheduled to get a D&C around the 10 weeks. Before completing the procedure I had given consent to have the fetus sent out for genetic testing. After weeks of failed attempts to contact the clinic to obtain updates on the genetic testing, I decided to contact the hospital where I had the D&C. Turns out the hospital had been trying to get in contact with Dr. Patel and the clinic for weeks to let them know that there was not enough genetic material to send out for genetic testing. I was devastated as not only were we left with uncertainties about possible genetic issues but we were never able to find out the sex of our baby.I hope no other woman goes through what I went through and I hope the clinic puts the effort to solve these constant and common issues.

Dr was great but the office staff was terrible as the reviews of the office on Google state. They are very hard to get ahold of, I tried getting my results and it took 3 days for a call back after leaving a message. Finally I called again and the girl who was supposed to go over my results ended up yelling at me and hanging up on me. I called back to let the office mngr know and she said theyd have a talk with her. They refused to give me the Drs email address Luckily I found his card. We decided not to go with this office since this incident and theres nothing to remedy the issue. This clinic is getting sued, saw it in the news and at this point the staff should be on their best behavior because of the lawsuit ...So many issues not even worth the time to continue.

We love Dr. K and could not recommend him enough to others. He is caring, compassionate, funny, and very professional. We have 3 sweet baby boys from successful IVF transfers with him and we would choose him over and over again for our fertility doctor.

Clinic is very slow compared to other clinics. The doctors seem decent, though the front office has been hard to work with in sending us wrong paperwork, having us redo paperwork 4 times, not returning calls, not following up and moving to next steps, scheduling appointments we didnt ask for and charging more for them. Overall has been a disappointing experience on the business side. Not worth the cost.

Really enjoyed my first visit with DR.Kaufmann, super understanding and willing to listen to all your concerns which i really loved!

I went through my first round of IVF almost 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience with Dr. K. Recently i got pregnant again and decided I’d like to get seen. Shortly after, I found out I was miscarrying. The nurse called to tell me my beta levels, swear she didn’t have an empathetic bone in her body. I asked her if Dr. Patel would give me a call before the weekend so I could ask him a couple questions, after all I’m losing a child. She brushed it off and said he’s not going to call you (even though he had called me two days before), she wouldn’t even ask him. I understand, but their nursing staff is ruining their facility. Wish they would hire smiling, fun, energetic people, instead of miserable ones who don’t know what they are doing and make their patients feel like a burden. I proceeded to see my OB the following week, they tried to obtain my files from ft worth fertility. The front desk told them they had said I had only been in once within the past month. I had been in for 2 ultrasounds and 3 times for bloodwork. Their staff is negligent and has absolutely no clue what is going on. It’s such a shame for two incredible doctors who I love and appreciate. Unfortunately I’ll be seeing a different clinic for my next pregnancy. I hope Dr K and Patel see this and decide to hire a phenomenal office manager who will hire quality people who want to help and serve women during a sensitive time in their life.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Patel. His bedside care is out of this world and he is always real and honest. It was a bittersweet day when I graduated the clinic. Forever thankful to him and his staff for their excellent patient care.

1st of all dr Kaufman is awesome!!!! He spent a lot of time explaining options to my spouse and I but honestly he speaks to you like your family. 2nd leesa his wife is just wonderful and calls you personally to set up a consult. 3rd. Roseanne at the front is awesome and is practically my go to person when I call the office. We have a lot of thing to consider but when we are ready Dr Kaufman is going to be in go to person.Update: Still working with them. My first IVF cycle did not go as planned. What made the process easier was the support and empathy of the staff starting from the front desk, Leesa, Dr. K and Dr. Patel, and Priscilla. i am looking forward to starting my next cycle soon. I genuinely love this office.2nd update: my second cycle worked! Got pregnant and had my miracle baby.. dr kaufmann is the best!

Edit: changed from 5 stars to 1 star they did not mail my sample to the lab in a timely manner. Would have received results today if they sent it out the next day as promised. Now my transfer will canceled. Lab just received sample this week. Procedure was 4 weeks ago. Who knows if my sample is even viable. This place is ridiculous. Havent received a response from them after reaching out directly.Drove 4 hours to have a procedure done in office. They seemed to be running 30 minutes behind, a full waiting room with a long check in line. Besides that the staff was incredible. I felt comfortable and at home.

Dr. Kaufmann has been here for me every single step of the way. He is Compassionate, funny, and he understands. I have to say he is on point with treatment we switched things up and it took the first try. Dr Patel and office staff are great everyone works really hard and everyone has always been so kind to me: After 5 years of trying to conceive my dream of being a mom is finally made a reality thanks to this amazing team of people.

I have deep admiration for Dr. Kauffman, who Ive found to be caring, charismatic, and extremely knowledgeable. However, Ive faced significant challenges in communicating with the nursing staff. My condition, POF/POI, isnt just a medical diagnosis; its a deeply emotional and personal journey that impacts every facet of my life, especially my hopes of becoming a mother. The weight of this condition makes every missed call or unreturned message feel like another heavy stone added to an already overwhelming burden. Consistent, compassionate communication is not just a preference for someone in my position—its a lifeline. Despite my genuine respect for Dr. Kauffman, the gaps in communication have intensified my emotional distress, making it hard for me to continue seeking treatment here.

Dr. Kaufmann and Dr. Patel we’re both extremely helpful during this nerve wracking time in my life. We did 2 iui’s and were unsuccessful so we moved onto IVF. I got pregnant after my second transfer. My daughter is 18 months old now and I am 6 months pregnant naturally! What an incredible blessing. Thank you everyone on the team. It’s hard to deal with anxious and moody patients day in and day out. The dream of motherhood is attainable, don’t give up hope.

I have PCOS and after a year or so of trying naturally my obgyn recommended Dr Kaufman and Dr Patel to me and I’m so glad they did. Dr Kaufman and Dr Patel are straight to the point and very compassionate. I’m a nurse and can read through the BS quite well usually and there was none of that here. I had a lot of questions and I truly felt like they really took their time to answer my questions, get to know me and my husband, and made me feel comfortable with all the treatments we did. We did three rounds of timed intercourse and then two rounds of IUI before we got pregnant with our beautiful twin girls that will be making their appearance sometime in November! I can’t thank them enough for giving me and and my husband our dream and would recommend them to anyone. If we decide to have more children I will definitely be back.

Where to start... I find it necessary to write this very positive review during one of the toughest times in our lives.. Why you might ask.. Because Dr. K and his Amazing staff have helped us through getting pregnant and then loss of pregnancy(ectopic) with concern, compassion, and grace. They have been absolutely amazing. Some people’s fertility journey comes easier than others. While ours hasn’t been easy, it’s nice to have somebody like Dr. K in your corner. Good or bad, this office has been great. We will continue to use them for our fertility journey. Although Dr. K sees thousands of patients he has a very special way of making you feel like you’re his only one. Although this pregnancy did not turn out how we had anticipated, we are still greatful for your patience, your great attitude, and for how much you truly do care. Dr K and his team are amazing! My husband and I were diagnosed with male factor infertility and we told we needed IVF to have a baby of our own.I felt that Dr K was honest with me throughout the entire process, and didnt beat around the bush. He didnt waste our time/money on treatments that wouldnt help improve our chances of success. After every egg retrieval / embryo transfer, either the embryologist or Dr K would call with updates and results. Our first 2 transfers were unsuccessful, and Dr K called me personally to break the news to me, sometimes at 8 or 9pm at night. We would talk about what we could do differently in the next transfer, and he was open to trying things that I had researched as well. It is such a great feeling to have a physician who welcomes his patients input. I felt like we were a team together in coming up with the best treatment plan.Priscilla, his IVF nurse, was awesome as well. She is THE MOST optimistic person I know. She was also great at answering emails/phone calls promptly, and I always felt like she was in my corner throughout the entire process.I am happy to say that I am now in my 2nd trimester, and its all thanks to Dr K and his team at Ft Worth Fertility. 100% would recommend Dr K to anyone going through infertility.

I’m not certain I can put into words how amazing Dr. Kaufmann and his staff are at Fort Worth Fertility. Dr. Kaufmann is polite, respectful, approachable, and straight forward. He let me and my husband know immediately what our options were regarding treatment and set realistic expectations for success. He was absolutely wonderful taking his time at each appointment, and answered any and all questions we had. Our nurse Barbara was outstanding as well! She was so patient and encouraging throughout the process and shared in all of our excitement from day one. Tiffany at the front office was excellent, along with Ashley and every other staff member we worked with. We had our second IUI in August 2017 and are expecting our first baby on May 7, 2018! Without Dr. Kaufmann and his incredible staff, we wouldn’t be where we are today and certainly wouldn’t be days away from becoming parents!

My HIPPA was violated when the receptionist Cassie decided to yell my name and notify all the families in the waiting area about my account balance for a new patient visit. After stating previously she needed my email address and sue not want everyone to hear when I first arrived. I notified the manager on duty Ruth/Ruby of my concerns and she gave me the email of Leesa Kaufmann. Needless to say Leeds was no more help then that first manager. Leesa told me she would investigate the situation and failed to do so. She called to ask me “ What did I need from her?” I have been waiting for a appointment since April and came in to the office as a new patient. I was referred and didn’t get the referral to a day before my appointment. They treated me as if I was no one for going on 2 months and to be treat in such way when they finally made a appointment for me! This was the worst experience, I don’t even plan on having children due to the service I received!

Well Im not one to write reviews, but I felt that my story needed to be heard. I have had time to heal and its been about 3 years since my miscarriage. I went in and started IVF treatments about 3 1/2 years ago. Dr. K. (Kaufmann) was my doctor through it all. He was very nice and hopeful at first. I had 5 frozen embryos from my previous retrieval in California. I had recently moved to the DFW area and my husband and I wanted to try and have another baby again. We went through the whole IVF process, I received my positive pregnancy test and on my last follow up with Dr. K. thats when he told me the babies heart had stopped. I was a mess!! We had scheduled a D&C so I wouldnt have to go through the traumatic pain of losing the baby at home. Dr. K performed the D&C and sent me home. I started to feel a lot of pain about a couple days later. I called the nurses line and she had told me that this was normal. Well, I have had many D&Cs before and this was a more serious pain. I called again a week later and she had said that everything is fine and that this is normal. At this time, I was clotting and having a tremendous amount of pain. I couldnt even walk. So I decided to call my OBGYN and he got me in right away for an ultrasound. During my Ultrasound the tech gasped and had her hand over her mouth. She then asked me if I really had a D&C. I said yes. Well, what was done, because that baby is still in tacked. She showed me the screen and pointed to my baby. There she was! Again, I had to see this and I was hysterical. My OB performed another D&C and removed the baby, I had almost lost my life because I started to bleed out as they were performing the surgery. Oh, and had to pay another surgery and hospital fee on top of all the other expenses with Dr. K But thank God, he was with me through it all! I normally dont write bad reviews or even write reviews for that matter. But I feel that Dr. Kaufmann was careless through this situation. I never even received any type of follow up call or curtesy call. Sorry my review is so long but I felt anyone who is contemplating IVF to seek out another facility. Im starting my IVF journey again and will be going to another IVF facility. Best wishes to you all!!! :)

Dr. Kaufmann and staff are amazing! They give up so much extra time to make sure you are comfortable, knowledgeable and ready for the process. I seriously can not say enough amazing things about this place. They took my less than 1% chance of having a baby into me now holding my sweet girl.

My husband and I have seen Dr. K and his team many times. He is extremely funny and his staff are super nice. Is it always cheerful and upbeat? No. Some days you can tell the staff is having a serious day but thats life! Overall I enjoyed my experience and Id recommend anyone to see Dr. K who is considering IVF or pregnancy help. Ashley is great too and so is Laeahna!

Went there for consultation. Did my thyroid test and havent gotten my results. They nurses are so slow and unresponsive. They dont answer or return bavk your calls. Very terrible customer service. I chose this location bc its close to my house but i regret ever going there. I Wouldnt recommend.

We saw Dr Kaufman for two rounds a fertility. One fails, and came back a year later and was positive. We did a lost cost procedure so we knew what to expect. The staff and nurses were amazing. Dr. Kaufman was wonderful and guide us through. We have a healthy 3 month old thanks to him.

Infertility is the hardest thing Ive ever gone through, BUT Dr. Kaufmann and Dr. Patel are the literal best! They were there for me on the bad days and were just all around a joy to work with. The nurses are all amazing too! If you are looking for a fertility treatment center please go here. You will not be disappointed. Also, Im happy to report I am now pregnant so it was all worth it! Absolutely the best clinic. I’ve gone through IVF at another clinic so I have prior experience to compare to. I just got done with my egg retrieval at Ft. Worth fertility and I feel Great. Ashley was my coordinator through the whole process and did a great job of keeping me informed even when we had to be delayed due to covid. Dr. Kaufman has great bedside manner and did a great job at explaining procedures and checking in after. The anesthesiologist did a fantastic job with sedation and I was prescribed pain medication for after to manage any pain. All of the staff is very friendly and organized. I highly recommend!

The nurse was wearing an IPod earbud in one ear while asking me questions during initial consult. Very unprofessional! The nurses do not return calls after 3 days. The front desk is dismissive and not helpful. As much money as you pay for the services you should get better customer service and hire better staff.

We enjoyed our experience with Dr. Kaufmann and his staff. I may have enjoyed it more than my wife since Dr. K and I got along so well. I guess the best review of him is to say that he got us pregnant and we have a beautiful baby girl! Thats what matters!

Dr Kauffman and his staff are amazing. After years of losses and physicians who just blew me off they helped us get our little one. During our time with them we had a terrible event happen that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, however the office was there to support me and walk me and my Husband through it. Dr Kauffman was able to explain all the issues in layman’s terms, the office was there to help no matter what. Victoria was attentive and always answered my questions. Tiffany was always welcoming and helpful. Ashley was also kind and caring and informative. All the staff are stop notch, caring, and attentive. Helping keep the atmosphere fun and light. During some of the hardest times they lend a caring ear and a hug. Whatever you need they help with. I have recommend this office to several people and will continue to do so. My family wouldn’t be without this office. Also the financial department was awesome calling me after hours to help us with insurance and pricing. Never once did I have a surprise payment request or billing.

Dr. Kaufmann is one of a kind. I was very hesitant to start down the road of fertility to have our third child. Dr. K and his staff made this such an enjoyable and easy process. I cannot say enough nice things about him but I feel like my husband and I really made the right choice with him.

Edit / update on my original review. I completely 2 cycles of treatment here. The end of the first cycle I left my original review. Very upset that I was having such a hard time even just talking to them. After I finalized got a return call after weeks of being ignored I did come back in for another treatment. But the same thing happened when it came time for me to call them again .. no one would answer or return my calls. Weeks went by and someone finally called me and she told me she had no information she could tell me and the doctor would have to call me. He literally never did. Idk what kind of place their running here. I stopped trying to call. We don’t feel comfortable or wanted here.————————————started receiving treatment here.. i would like to say that so far dr. Patel is very professional and nice.... but so far i am not happy with my experience. Dr.Patel instructed me to call them and let them know the results of my pregnancy test on a certain date... i have called muliple times.. my husband has even called for me and we cannot get threw to a nurse or Dr.patel. my messages are not being returned and every time i speak to the front desk staff they are completely useless and act like they dont even know what i am talking about... when literally all i am doing is what my doctor instructed me to do. Weve paid them alot of money and i feel that this is unacceptable. Going threw fertility treatments is hard enough without being treated like this. . I will update my review after more time with this place.

I had a consultation in which the doctor told me to come in the following week for bloodwork and and follicle ultrasound. These need to be done within a certain time frame of course. No one contacted me, I called the office twice and no one returned my voicemails. This cycle is entirely out of range now. I definitely won’t be using this office for treatment. Ridiculous and negligent patient care.

Dr. Kaufman had a way of giving us hope with his optimism and we felt his staff also took time to cheer us on. We did a round of IUI and are currently pregnant. We are very thankful for the knowledge of the team and their dedication. I think questions are best to ask during your consultation so you dont go in wondering and questioning the process. My wife was able to stay calm because she felt confident that her concerns were addressed by both Dr. Kaufmann, for individual ART advice, and the team to help with the insurance process and costs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire office! From the first phone call they impressed me, the girls made my appointment via email because I also work for a specialist clinic (it’s hard to take a phone call during the day) and I was at the office within a week. Dr. K made my husband and I feel comfortable from the start and made sure we were all on the same page. It’s very apparent that his treatment plans are tailored to fit each patient and not just ‘one process should fit all’. All of the nurses are great, but Priscilla was the one who was always one step ahead of my IUI process. She made sure my medications were ordered and at my house before treatment; if I ever left her a voicemail during business hrs I always heard back before the end of the day. As far as the wait at the clinic, some days were a little longer than others but you have to keep in mind the quality of care each person receives. After two months of treatment we are expecting our first bundle of joy in June!

We love Dr. Kaufmann and his staff, all of them. My wife and I had to go through two rounds of IVF with this clinic roughly four years apart and thankfully the second time around was the charm. However, my positive review is NOT solely based on the fact that we got pregnant but because this place is filled with love, compassion, understanding and empathy. Dr. Kaufmann is a fun light-hearted man that made us feel special every time we visited, my wife ended up making a new friend during our visits, the technician that drew our blood knew us by face and name throughout our visits and asked for updates, the receptionists were always kind...I just cannot say enough positive things about this establishment. If youre looking for a fertility doctor/clinic, this is the place!

I have to thank Dr. Patel & his staff for the wonderful journey. I started seeing them Nov 2018 and just recently fallen pregnant 7 weeks & 2 days with twins! I prefer 0 stars. I went in to have a dye test to see the quality of my tube. First, sit in the waiting lobby and look at the ac grilles, they are filthy! The front desk lady got my name wrong and asked why I was there. Lady walking us back was extremely unprofessional, and we almost left after that. The room where the procedure was performed looked liked a store room. There was filing cabinets and boxes stacked in the room. There wasn’t even a sink in the room. The appointment was for dr k but dr Patel performed the procedure and brushed it off when I mentioned it. I would never go back there.

Horrific experience. The doctor was great. The horrific experience was due to the nurse (Ashley). Do not let her influence any of your decisions (or allow her to change your mind about what you choose). She does not have the patients’ best interest. The office manager defended her behavior. That says it all. It’s obvious money is their priority. You can expect disappointments.

Dr Kaufman stopped my daughters progesterone too soon. The placenta hadnt taken over nourishment yet. The baby died. He was so very cold about it. We switched to a different IVF facility and have 2 beautiful babies now. I wouldnt ever recommend this doctor.

After seeing multiple IVF doctors over the years, we were immediately impressed with Dr. Kaufmann and his staff. Our first try with him ended up not working out, and he was extremely up front and clear about what was going on and that things didnt look good. On the 2nd try he took a different approach knowing our struggle, and we had a complete success. Dr. Kaufmann and his staff were very professional and transparent on both outcomes.

I started treatment with Dr. K last year and am so pleased. He’s such a character and really knows how to put his patients at ease, even when he has to deliver tough news. He is also very empathic as he and his wife also struggled with fertility. I underwent corrective surgery with him in Oct 2017 and we are looking forward to continuing our fertility journey with them this year. Ruth and Barbara both are absolute rockstars! I consider myself to be high maintenance with way too many questions and second guessing and they are both so patient, responsive and reassuring. I highly recommend the the clinic if you are in their area or West Texas (we travel from Abilene).

Omg!!! Dr. Kaufman Vibes were everything. I felt at home, I felt at ease, I felt like Id known him for years when this was my first time ever meeting him. Cant wait until my next appointment. Explained the entire process to me and ensured all my questions were answered. He is just simply AWESOME.

Trying to get pregnant is exceptionally frustrating and very emotional. It seems like everything is going against you and then you find out you need to go to a fertility clinic to get pregnant. Not that much fun, but there are good people out there. Dr. Kaufmann is a really good doctor and I know of 5 people who went to this clinic, after several failed fertility attempts with different doctors not related to this clinic, and got pregnant with healthy babies in this clinic. He is a good doctor and his staff are human too and make mistakes sometimes. Forgive them. Dont punish the doctor by writing a bad review for a mistake his staff made. Talk to the office manger, or the owner and give them a chance to fix it. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He definitely deserves it.

Do not pay them any money in advance. I doubt you will not get any unused funds back. Be aware that Texas Consumer Affairs just keep stats; they dont react to any consumer complaints. Explains why this business behaves the way it does. Admittedly, Dr Kaufmanns advice all seems good. But that wont help you when it comes to how you are dealt with by the other personnel. In summary, fraudulent?

I keep calling in the front office to talk to the nurse so I can get my results since it’s been about two weeks and it goes to voicemail. I did get to speak to the nurse after calling maybe 10 times but she told me she will call me back with the results I left her my name and number twice and still have not received a call. Either hire more nurses or replace this one.

Terrible experience from a customer service standpoint. Zero guidance regarding medications for my wife and I. It was impossible to get a call back unless we called three times a day. Save yourself the frustration and find another place to help you on your journey.

Horrible experience. I have been in extreme pain from fibroids and have been working with the clinic since before Thanksgiving to have a surgery to have them removed. Well it wasn’t until after New Years after I had to follow up several times because I never received a returned phone call from the messages I left Ruth to find out that the hospital that Dr. Kaufman wants to have the surgery at doesn’t accept my insurance. Being in the military and timelines being extremely important I feel that so much time has been wasted that I could have found another doctor to perform the surgery by now. It doesn’t take two months to find out the hospital doesn’t accept Tricare. I’m so upset with the experience, the time wasted plus I’m still in pain and still waiting on a call from Ruth from last week.

Be extremely careful and ask about prices before your consultation. We were told by two different people that our consultation would be a little over $400. Dr. Kaufmann and the nurse was very persistent that my wife have bloodwork done, as we thought this was part of the consultation since they did an ultrasound as well. Within a few weeks, we received a bill from Quest Diagnostics for over $2000! It was more than our individual treatment for IVF! The sad part is our records from her OBGYN were sent over a few days before our consultation. They did not read over them well because they were wanting to do additional testing such as thyroid and sperm analysis, which was done just a few months before this consultation. I am sure our bill would have been way more if we did not tell them to look in the file to see it was already completed. The staff is nice however it can be a money pit if you do not watch out!!!

I was referred here by my OB/GYN and how to do a specific test. When I called to set up the appointment the lady on the phone was very short and unknowledgeable. I needed to go in for an hCG test I asked her what it in tailed I asked her how much it would cost I also asked if they would file to my insurance or if there is anything else I needed to know. I was informed that someone else would call me with details. I never got a call so I arrived just to find out that the test that I needed done was almost $500 and once again the lady at the reception desk did not know if they would file the insurance how long it would take or what it in tailed I just ended up leaving.

Dr. Kuafman, Dr. Patel and their entire staff is amazing. We are lucky to have Dr. Kaufman as my RE. He took great care of me, guided me and adviced me well and with his help, we are now expecting our 2nd child. He is amazing. He even checked on me during his time off. His nurses are super nice and always ready to help. I highly recommend this practice, cant go wrong.

Dr. Kaufman is an awesome Dr. Straight forward and gives you all the information you want. He explained everything for me and is so sweet. The staff is amazing and understanding. They remembered things about me and my family. If I could give higher than a 5 I would.

I have a hard time putting into words how appreciative I am of this doctor because there are no words that I could say to thank him enough for the change that he made in my life. I am 26 years old and found out a few months ago that I had a fibroid in my uterus. I was recommended to Dr.Kauffman to remove it because I was still wanting more children and didn’t want to undergo a hysterectomy at such a young age. My first appt with Dr.K I immediately knew that he was the one that would help me from the months and months of excruciating pain, embarrassment because I would bleed profusely at any given time out of nowhere, and that he would remove my fibroid and keep my uterus intact so that I could still carry another baby. And that’s exactly what he did. I was TERRIFIED going into all of this. I want more children one day and i didn’t know if i would wake up from surgery being unable to carry another child. He subsided all of my fears and anxiety in that first appt, the personal phone call before my surgery, and going into surgery. His humor kept me from losing it and his confidence and skill has given my life new meaning. He hugged me at my follow up appointment last week as I was leaving and I genuinely felt that he cared about me as a person, that I wasn’t just another patient and that he felt for me and what I have been through. He’s outstanding and if you’re looking up reviews because you don’t know if you should go to him or not- YOU SHOULD. I’m forever grateful for you Dr.Kauffman.

I had an appointment set for today 9/26 that was scheduled OVER a week ago and I was unable to be seen. I was initially told that I would only be paying $95 for my husbands sperm analysis & if there were any additional charges that they would let me know before the appointment. So I take time off from work & go to my appointment get there and they tell me I have to pay $400 to be seen! I never received a phone call regarding these additional charges. Otherwise I would have rescheduled. This office staff is VERY unorganized and inconsiderate of peoples time. I would not refer anyone to this office.

Went here for IVF treatment Dr. Koffman was a great doctor when we went for consultation, however we then tried going through the motions of what to do next, this was our first time doing this.Lisa is the financial advisor and when I asked for pricing ect. I could never really get a close amount, (like almost everyone else we had to pull a loan for this procedure) it would variate by 2 to 5k with out having a donor. We asked about the donor portion and was sent to a nurse that was limited on the questions we asked and ended up steering us into a donor agency, so after a downpayment with said agency (out of savings), I contacted Lisa and was told we couldnt move forward until we put a downpayment with the clinic, (still didnt know full amount) and therefor wouldnt secure the agency to the clinic, and after x amount of days our agency would terminate our contract costing us our downpayment.We called IVFMD whom gave me a full price breakdown and secured our agency with NO DOWNPAYMENT, all in all IVFMD saved us over 8k (based off quotes given by Fort Worth Fertility), and helped us not lose the downpayment we worked so hard for.

I came to write a bad review about one person in the office and saw we are not the only ones who have been completely turned off by Tiffany (at the front desk) My husband was just dropping off a specimen which turned into a 30min wait (and 20min past the maximum alloted time for the sample) and she was very rude too not acknowledge him, was very rude when speaking to him and told him it was fine when he asked if the sample would still be ok. We will drive out of our way to go someplace else from now on.

My husband and I have been working with Dr K and his nursing staff, and office managers and financial managers. They have been professional and easy to talk to. I am starting my Ivf process now. I recommend them. I also hate see they have a bad rating for silly reasons, like someone answered the phone wrong. I’ll review again after our ivf.

I did not find good coordination between the team members . No one is sure about what they r doing . They just r counting clocks for their hours . As far the treatment is concerned they consider money, only nothing other then that . I found them they are solely money driven or oriented. They consider nothing about their client or patients .I spent my $13000 for the clinic and $4500 for meds. Not knowing that they r fake people which is my biggest mistake I have done in my life . I spent my 10yrs hard earned money for no result . Felt shattered. Cheated and broke . Don’t recommend any one .

I saw Dr. Kaufmann last year for a consultation for a tubal ligation reversal. I had my surgery 10/31/2019 and got my positive pregnancy test on 11/01/2020! Thank you Dr. K for making miracles happen!

Dr. Patel is the sweetest most understanding IVF dr. I have had in my 3 years of trying. He has helped me to understand my situation and the whole staff is nice as well. Their positive attitude keeps you motivated.

Dr Kaufmann did a great job but the office staff included IUI coordinator not doing well. The worst was the team work was bad there.

Fort Worth Fertility is an amazing place. My husband and I have finally found hope that we will have a baby. Everyone is extremely nice. Dr. Kaufmann is funny and easy going. Dr. Elkins very nice. This place is very affordable for us as we have to pay for everything out of pocket. I wouldnt pick any other place to go.

Ive been through 3 cycles at Fort Worth Fertility: got pregnant twice (first, with my son, second time with triplets). Because the fertility clinic here in Tulsa, OK is so outrageously expensive, we drove 5 hours twice a week to see Dr. Kaufmann in Fort Worth. He is amazing. We didnt expect triplets, but are so blessed to have him. He gives cash-paying non-insurance covering customers a great discount on IUIs, so that is what we did. I dont regret a moment coming here. I have my four children, thanks to Dr. Kaufmann!

Among five (5) fertility clinics considered in the Fort Worth-Dallas area, we initially selected Fort Worth Fertility. After discussing the fit and comfort level with our surrogate mother and agency, our final decision was another fertility clinic and doctor. We had an initial medical consultation with Dr. Kaufmann. Dr. Kaufmann has great medical knowledge and expertise and provides excellent medical advice. Both Dr. and Ms. Kaufmann are very eager, understanding, and customer-friendly, as they might have gone through the IVF process themselves to conceive. We were adamant about transferring only one embryo, but we eventually decided to transfer two with their advice. An asset, Dr. and Ms. Kaufmann will tell you what you need to hear to conceive a child, not necessarily what you want to hear.

Fort Worth Fertility is considerably more expensive than other local clinics. The financial counselor Lisa was rude and unhelpful. My wife and I have since gone to IVF MD in Irving. They have a much more pleasent staff and prices are more reasonable. Our new clinic is still trying to obtain a record of tests done at the Fort Worth Fertility facility. It seems the staff there is delaying the process intentionally in retaliation. Fort Worth Fertility also tries to charge for services not rendered. Be careful if you decide to use them.

Its a shame how one bad apple spoils the bunch: Dr Kaufman was very accommodating and kind to us. And after experiencing multiple MCs, he truly was the sensitive physician we needed at the time. BUT, a lady by the name of Tiffany (front office) forced us to seek an alternative physician in the area. On multiple occasions she was extremely rude and discourteous to my wife. Granted, I may be an overprotected husband whos overly sensitive to my wifes situation. But under no circumstance should such ill-behavior be tolerated; especially such that causes anxiety and emotional breakdown from my wife. Had it not been for Tiffany, we would of stayed with Dr Kaufman. Kudos to anyone who can accept this behavior....I couldnt.

My wife and I just started with them and so far it has been ok if you dont mind waiting 30 min to an hour after your appointment, and if you were to say anything the dr just says well Im not sure if you have gone to a dr before but Ive had to wait pretty much rude and that was seconds after meeting him. Dont bring samples to them, they will make you wait in the waiting room and fill out papers and pull out your sample in the waiting room in front of other patients to put a sticker on it, very embarrassing and unprofessional in my opinion, Im sure most guys would agree in and out would be best....the dr himself after being a smart ass because we had to wait for an hour after our appointment just to be seen by the nurse was pleasant....I had higher hopes and expected more from this place probably my own dissalousions with the reviews Ive seen....hopefully it gets better

Dr. Kaufmann is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I’ve ever been to. I recommend him without any doubt to everyone I come in contact with that is dealing with infertility.

We loved this place.. all the nurses and Doctor Kaufman were all so amazing. we wouldn’t have our family with out them and of course our lord and savior. We can’t wait to go back to them to make our next baby in a few more years!!!

My husband had testing on Monday, he called Tuesday and they told him they would send the results to our primary as soon as they were in. We called our primary on Wednesday still no results. We called FWF again and they stated they were ready, but had not been sent? She said shed send them over. Nothing yet so well see. *UPDATE CALLED 4 HRS LATER BECAUSE THEY STILL HADNT SENT THEM TO BE TOLD IT TAKES 48 HRS I INFORMED HER IT HAD BEEN 48 HR SHE DIDNT HAVE MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THAT AND COULDNT EXPLAIN WHY THE GIRL TOLD US INITIALLY THE RESULTS WERE IN AND READY. SUPPOSED TO BE READY YET AGAIN TOMORROW, BUT WE WILL SEE.

So thankful for Dr. K and his staff. They are nothing short of amazing. They are with you every step up of way through the ups and downs. 100% recommend Fort Worth fertility!

Very terrible customer service due to how unorganized their staff is. They weren’t efficient with their record keeping and try to find any way they can to charge you additional fees. They are also known for being in the news recently as well.

I am trying so hard since last four days to schedule new patients appointment with dr. Kaufman it just doesn’t work the office stuff keeping putting me on hold or transferring me to voicemails no answer looks like I will go with someone know what they doing .

Hello, I am new to this clinic. I started in May, 4 months ago. Well, now that Dr. Patel told me to call him on September 5, they answered me and sent me to another voicemail machine. I have called 4 times and no one returns my call. I left a voice message and they told me nothing that I have to speak English for my calls to be heard. I already did it and until now I am waiting for the doctor to take the time to find out why he no longer I went there with him if we were fine. I have recommended this place because they helped me in some way but I see that people dont care and each appointment I was paying 250.00 I think if I am paying why they dont treat me well
