COMPLETELY 100% UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEIVING. First of all, Christian is not my real name, but with that aside, what happened was that I live in Austin, TX and needed to get PEP medication. Since their website is advertised as the only clinic in Texas that provides free PEP medication, I booked an appointment and stated in the online form that I would cheerfully drive from Austin to Fort Worth just to pick it up. To me, the 3 hour drive was worth it since their services are apparently free, and I did not want to get my insurance involved.Just for context, something I want to state upfront is that I am a night shift worker, which means that I work from 10 PM to 6 AM everyday, and sleep from 7 AM to 12 PM. From 9 AM to 11 AM the day that I booked my appointment, I received SIX REPEATED CALLS from this clinic (possibly from NATALIE GORDON) while I was trying to get some MUCH NEEDED SLEEP, which is ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL of my personal time to rest. This was on top of receiving an email with the subject line as Urgent!!! Call regarding appointment ASAP!!!, in which the excessive use of EXCLAMATION MARKS made the tone of the email appear unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary. If anything, this manner could have been EASILY ADDRESSED by either leaving a simple voicemail message, or actually stating what specifically needed to be so urgently addressed in the rude email.Nevertheless, I let that incident slide, and when I work up around 12:30 PM on that day, I called them back as requested. The person that I spoke to (once again possibly NATALIE GORDON) started the conversation by saying that they had been trying to reach me all morning and then asking if I had insurance, in which I responded by stating that I do, but that I dont want to get them involved. Immediately after I said that, the person on the other end explained to me that the PEP medications were only free if the patient did not have medical insurance because of the high cost of the medication, and that if the patient was to insist that they were uninsured even though they actually had insurance, then the electronic system would be able to catch it.In other words, the instance I called them back, they SET ME UP and CORNERED ME by purposely asking if I had insurance, without stating that the reason for their question is because they would only provide free medication if the patient is uninsured. Upon finding out about this, I immediately requested to cancel my appointment.This clinic is ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL, both in terms of the way their services are advertised, and the way that they COMMUNICATE and GET IN CONTACT with patients. The information on their webpage is ENTIRELY DECEIVING, as there is not a SINGLE SENTENCE that indicates that their free PEP medication ONLY APPLIES if the patient is uninsured. If anything, it would make sense to CLEARLY INDICATE this on the website somewhere, as opposed to DECEIVING potential patients, and then FREAKING OUT 100% TO CONTACT SOMEONE when they plan to make a long distance trip just to receive their free services. This experience was a COMPLETE WASTE of my personal time, was DISRESPECTFUL, and DISRUPTED my sleep. I will be telling everyone I know about this clinics deceptive advertising and unprofessional behavior, and will never use their services in the future.

I scheduled 2 TelePrep appointments with these people. Both times the appointment link didn’t work until after my scheduled appointment time. To think they’re getting any kind of city / state / federal funding while routinely wasting people’s time is CRAZY. Good luck to anyone else dealing with these people. You’re better off just making the trip to Dallas where they actually care about queer people and people of color.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They explained everything from side effects, treatment and testing, to financial information with extreme care and attention to detail, and took great lengths to make sure I was at ease. I drove an hour to visit this clinic, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

I love this place. the people treat you as a fam. they helped me with everything. whatever they are doing is a great service. I hope govt. helps such organizations so that the care goes to every individual across the country for betterment of peoples health. I want to say Love yall. thanks for everything you do.

Really good and convenience get counseling and heath care by video conferencing, Lab order by email, send medication to your home.. so LGBTs you can count 100% with HELP Center. Take Care Riggio

The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They had excellent communication and interpersonal skills which helped me with understanding important information about my health. I truly apréciate the care and treatment I received at this locations. Trio and Josephine are the best!

Definitely a great place to go get tested. Ive been here a couple of times and I love the staff. Definitely a judgement free zone and they make you feel welcomed.

I am on PrEP because of this organization and their amazing staff.Please spread the word about their services to every gay man in DFW. This place is so great. Everyone there is completely professional and its amazing that this service can be provided to the community for free. Also, the staff is very knowledgable about HIV, STIs, Transmission methods/rates, and Prevention. They make sure to educate every patient each time without judgement. Its wonderful.

I am so thankful that this organization exist, This place is so great the staff and doctors are great . Id recommend everybody to go there. Lab test for all STD and I get Descovy for free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was very easy-going, and was not stressful at all! I felt judged visiting other doctors, but I did not feel this way at all visiting both their Fort Worth and Arlington locations!
