We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Elise Rex, who is truly one of the nicest and most wonderful human beings. At our first appointment, she patiently guided us through every question we had. Throughout the entire pregnancy journey, she was incredibly helpful and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional care. Dr. Rex is AMAZING! Beyond hospitable, kind, patient and competent. Ive never experience a doctor quite like her. She has restored my faith in quality care and genuine doctors.

I’ve seen a hand full of providers in the past year and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found someone who makes me feel heard and comfortable. Dr. Rex took her time and did not rush the appointment. She listens and is very easy to talk to. Can not recommend her enough.

Dr. Rex has the absolute BEST bedside manner. She is super compassionate and makes you feel so comfortable being at an OBGYN appointment. I am 25 and had never been to any women appointments before this year due to fear, and she made me feel so at ease. She is very informative about everything she’s doing and makes it known that she cares about your wellbeing. She has a great personality and gives you the most friendly attitude. I would highly recommend her to ANYONE, especially if someone has never been to an OBGYN before and is nervous about it. She’s definitely a wonderful doctor and I will go out of my way to see her if need be from now on.

Amazing Doctor (I saw Dr Pico) and super-friendly staff. Everyone was great, positive/happy. You dont always get those vibes in doctor offices, but this one had it. I did wait awhile in the lobby before I was called, but the staff let me know after it had been awhile that I wasnt forgotten and would be seen soon. Thats always appreciated. But the wait was worth it, because Dr. Pico is the best OBGYN Ive ever seen. She actually listened, no rushing, and had good advice for my situation. Shes very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. And she makes whats normally an unpleasant exam, totally tolerable. 10/10!

Dr. Arevalo was so kind and knowledgeable during my pregnancy visits. She was eager to answer all my questions and took my concerns seriously. Also, her nurse responded to my messages promptly whenever I had questions. It was reassuring as first-time parents to have that support. Dr. Arevalo went above and beyond during my induction/delivery.I would highly recommend Dr. Arevalo to others navigating their pregnancy journey. Thank you so much for bringing my bundle of joy into this world safe and healthy Dr. Arevalo!

I had hope this facility would be able to help my wife. She is a high risk pregnancy and frantically trying to find a professional to help us. She found grace obstetrics & gynecology. They told her it would be no problem and they would take her at 23 weeks. We were so happy out son was in good hands UNTIL no response for 3 weeks...finally a doctors call and says because she is high risk they will not take her very unprofessional. We could have been searching else where. This is just a mess and the run around is uncalled for.PS then calling to speak to a nurse no one answers.

Dr pico was amazing! She took her time getting to know me before starting anything. She answered all my questioned and listened to what I was saying. It was a quick visit but didn’t feel like she was rushing me.

Dr Manning was super sweet and thorough when I had the opportunity to speak with her. The 1 star is for the rude and unprofessional front office staff. I will not return to this office because of the way I was treated by them. They are more of a SCAM ARTIST than a doctors office and will try to demand payment that is not due, then charge you an appointment cancellation fee when you refuse to pay over $1000 to see your doctor same day. They just want your money and they don’t give a darn about their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The doctor herself is amazing but the staff is horrible, I called wanting to get my test results bc they came back abnormal and called to get a more indepth understand as what was going on and how this would affect my pregnancy but to my surprise when I called a nurse answered and asked if I could please hold, I agreed I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer I hung up tried again the next day, I called and was sent to a voicemail I left a voicemail and never got a call back. When I went in for my doctors appointment the doctor came in and from what the nurse told her she thought I already knew my test results because one of the nurses noted on my chart that she explained it to me when she in fact did not. I asked her about then and even the doctor was shocked when I told her I didn’t get to speak with a nurse I left a voicemail and never heard anything from the nurses or got a call back.Point is that as a doctors office who cares for pregnant women and non pregnant woman in the case of a emergency or just for peace of mind shouldn’t I be able to call my doctors office and get some help? This made me want to change my doctors office and I ask still looking for another office to switch to because this was very unsettling that I couldn’t get a call back.I hope they offer their staff training and give them write up for lying or just not doing their job.

I absolutely love the staff here! They are always so nice and polite. Dr. Rex is such a gift from God. I’ve been through so much since I’ve been her patient and she have been with me every step of the way. She always gives me encouragement and support no matter what my circumstances are. She takes her time and hear me out and never rush my visits with her. The name Grace definitely defines this place ❤️

Dr. Pico is young, professional and so kind. Grace OBGYN is in a great location. The front office staff and nurse are amazing. If you are looking for a new doctor, she is it!!

Dr Rex was very detailed and took the time to listen. She was kind and made me feel comfortable as well as offered several options for treatment.

Grace OBGYN is a wonderful office! The front desk lady was super kind and the waiting room was quiet. I saw Dr. Rex, her and her nurse were amazing. Both of them were very patient and made the whole visit a breeze. As someone who has rough doctor anxiety they made me feel extremely comfortable. I am so grateful to have found an OBGYN I love!

Dr. Pyco is really nice and friendly. She doesnt push you take any treatment but answers your questions and lets you come to your own decisions. Ladies at the office are always nice and even tho Im always clueless as to what to do once Im in, they always manage to get me seen promptly!

I had been using my OB/GYN since I was 16 years old so when I learned that she went straight medspa, I was completely devastated BUT I found Dr Rex and I’ve been using her for a year now. I’m so glad that I found her. She has been nothing but amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and she TAKES THE TIME to listen to her patients. She will not leave the room until all questions are answered. I absolutely love her. The staff is friendly as well and so helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Grace OB/GYN.

Dr. Pico is wonderful! I was just there for an annual well woman visit but she listened to my concern and gave me options which we will explore on another date. I’d definitely recommend her for your gynecology needs!

Dr. Manning and her team have been so great! My experience with my second pregnancy was so much less stressful and more enjoyable than my first pregnancy because of Dr. Manning. Thank you for all you do!

As a woman, trying to find the right OBGYN can be extremely difficult. Myself, I have certain expectations when looking for a doctor. Dr. Elise Rex exceeded my expectations. She is friendly, she made me feel comfortable from the very first time I visited her office. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything she is doing. I will NEVER see a different doctor as long as she is in practice. I have recommended her to my friends as well. She really is that good.

Dr Rex is so awesome!! She is very nice and caring ! she now sees my daughter too on my visits. Dr Rex took really care of me and my daughter during birth and made it very quick and easy! I was a bit scared but she kept me calm and so did her staff ! She is the best!

I am new patient and my first visit went excellent. Got checked in and seen very quickly. All the staff were very friendly. Especially my doctor, Dr. Alyson Pico! She made me feel welcomed and reassured that I’d be well taken care of! The office was/is very very clean and the energy in their establishment is very warm and positive! I have been in the waiting room for an hour for my appointment. They keep telling me I’m next and then calling other patients. There is now no one else in the waiting room and staff are leaving.

My recent visit was my first visit with Dr. Rex she was so knowledgeable and very sweet. She made me feel heard and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Rex for my annual Well woman and I am so extremely satisfied with the experience. I was pulled back for my visit within 10 minutes. Her medical assistant was both knowledgeable and sweet. Dr. Rex is so incredibly sweet and a great doctor. She answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’ve already recommended her to a few friends!

From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was kind. I didn’t wait long at all but I also arrived early to complete paperwork. I was ready for a three hour experience because it’s busy everywhere but I think I was there for only 40 minutes including time to do paperwork. Once I was in the room after speaking with the nurse, Dr. Pico entered within maybe 5 minutes.Dr. Pico is the kindest. She answered every question thoroughly and she took her time. She even gave me information I hadn’t received before from my primary doctor. She was funny and she was considerate. I never felt judged or as though something was being overlooked.The next day I even got a call from the office about their recommendation for me to do preventative screening due to family history, told me where I could get that done in regards to my finances when they could have easily just told me to do it without further helping me. I am very satisfied and happy with my experience.

Well they definitely live up to their one star reviews. I’m having somewhat of a medical crisis and I’ve been bleeding heavily for 17 days. They canceled my appointment due to an emergency… i understand that things come up but you have multiple doctors at this place and if I were to cancel Two hours before an appointment I would have to pay a fee!! I told them I didn’t want to reschedule since I read the other reviews and it seems like they constantly bump people. The lady on the phone also called me love and sweetie which is frankly belittling and inappropriate. I needed this appointment. I’m concerned for my health and at this point I think I should just go to the emergency room. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else.As my fiancé just stated: you can have good doctors but if you have bad receptionists the whole practice falls apart.

If you are looking for an OBGYN, Dr. Madeline Manning is IT!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and so caring.She delivered my second baby recently and I didn’t realize how horrible my first experience was until Dr. Manning. She is so caring and patient and everything you’d ever want in a doctor.Unfortunately, my mom was out of town when I went into labor and she missed her flight to get to me on the big day. I’m super close with my mom so for her not being there broke both our hearts. Dr. Manning was so sweet and ENCOURAGING during one of the hardest and most PAINFUL days of my life. She is the reason my labor went so well without my mom.I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. If you want a doctor who actually cares, Dr. Manning is it.

I have been coming here for almost three years and have always had an amazing experience. Dr. Alyson Pico is the best OBGYN I have gone to and recommend her to everyone I know who lives with an hour of here. I would highly recomend coming to Grace Obstetrics & Gynecology and going to Dr. Pico if you can!

I’ve only had one appointment so far but I already absolutely love it here. I had made an appointment a week in advance for 8:30am. I somehow completely got my days mixed up and thought it was Tuesday when it was actually Wednesday aka the day of my appointment and of course I wake up at 9am. I call and ask to schedule an appointment for asap and the closest date isn’t for over 3 weeks. I was obviously upset because this was my first appointment and I royally messed up but I accepted the appointment and came to terms with the fact Id have to wait even longer. About 10 minutes later I receive a phone call back asking if I can come in at 10am today, I was over the moon I couldn’t believe my luck. The fact they went out of their way to call me back as soon as there was an opening meant the world to me! Totally saved my butt and helped me ease my mind. I’m already 13 weeks pregnant and had to wait to get my insurance figured out in order to even make the appointment to begin with so I was thrilled I didn’t have to wait any longer. I was able to get in to my appointment and had an amazing experience. I had my sonogram done by a super awesome tech, she was so nice and friendly and made great conversation. I was super nervous being a first time mom but she made me feel a lot better and made the experience great. My OBGYN was Alyson Pico. She was very professional and nice and I’m very excited to go through the rest of my pregnancy journey with her and the rest of the staff at Grace OBGYN. I would 100% recommend especially to any first time mom who is worried about feeling comfortable with your OBGYN. They were so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back for any future pregnancies. They are 100% willing to go above and beyond, they’re absolutely the best.

I was initially with Dr. Pico and switched to Dr. Manning in my last trimester since Dr. Pico would be out having her own baby close to my due date. I wasn’t thrilled about having to switch and establish a relationship and trust with a new provider, as I really liked Dr. Pico, but Dr. Manning was amazing.My appointments with her leading up to delivery were informative (I always came with questions and concerns) and she was open to my desires for labor and delivery. She was accepting of my doula being present and she was very kind and encouraging leading up to labor and during my delivery.My birthing experience with her exceeded my expectations.I’m glad I was able to experience being under the care of both doctors, and I’m thankful for how well everything went.

Front desk staff are 110% incompetent and don’t even know how to answer a phone. If you need anything done go ahead and drive there in person, and be prepared to be disappointed at their unprofessional and rude staff. If it wasn’t for our doctor, we would’ve have gladly chosen another facility purely based on any lack of human empathy and friendliness as soon as you walk in the door. You won’t find me in your system, seeing as this is Mr. Schwartz and it’s my fiancé that is a patient of yours, not me. Yes, I’m certain that the 6100 Harris Pkwy. office is the office we use,and have had issues with. After the ice and weather issues in early February, obviously our appointment was cancelled, but we were never contacted for rescheduling, and for three days straight could not even reach anyone via phone. We had to drive up there simply to reschedule our appointment, and just for grins tried calling the front desk while in the waiting room, and the phones had been silenced, which explains why our calls were never answered. I understand being busy and backed up due to the weather, but to not even answer the phones for three days is unacceptable and unprofessional. Luckily our doctor and one of the nurses actually reached out to us and they were able to help us out more than anyone at the front desk did or attempted to.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Manning today, she is absolutely sweet, she does not rush you at all! The staff is very respectful. The wait time was a little longer than expected, HOWEVER in regards to that and all the comments below about the same thing, i would much rather have a provider who is willing provide the time needed to explain and answer any questions you may have than go in and out of the room and treat you like a number and doesn’t care. Again, personally i didn’t mind the wait, now a days it’s is hard to find a provider who actually takes their time and gives you their undivided attention, which in my opinion is much better than an express appointment. If you dont mind the wait, and would like a provider who treats you like an actual human being and takes the time needed then i definitely recommend Dr. Manning and her staff. Thank you for seeing me today!!

Dr. Manning was very kind, gentle, & professional. She has a wonderful bedside manner & makes you feel at ease immediately. She was so sweet to my toddler daughter, & she was very knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated her expert advice. The nursing staff and front desk staff were also very kind, polite, pleasant, professional, & helpful. Office was very clean & well-organized.

It was my first time going to a new facility since my previous doctor no longer accepted my insurance. I was a little nervous about seeing Dr. Rex, but she was so reassuring and caring! She spent like 20-30ish Minutes sitting with me and answering every single question I had, and was very thorough about going over my medical history. Dr. Rex, her nurse, and staff were all so nice, welcoming, and very professional. It actually felt like my doctor was listening to me and caring about the things that I cared about.

Going to the obgyn is horrifying as a trans man but they made me very comfortable. They was all very nice and respectful. Dr.Pico is especially amazing! She took her time and talked to me about everything. She’s helping me reach my goals with my transition. I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first time at this office and with Dr. Pico. Ive been avoiding a well-womens exam for years because I had a challenging experience with my last doctor - so I went into this very nervous! At Grace OBGYN I was met with kindness at each touchpoint, from the front desk to the lab. Dr. Pico was SO patient and educational and made me feel like she really heard me, without judgement. My nurse Diana and lab lady Lena were both so sweet and knowledgable. Overall, I will be recommending Dr. Pico and her team to everyone I know!

I literally have call this office 6 times within the past hour needing help. The nurse finally picked up dropped the phone as I can hear her talking with coworkers she pick up the phone and just hung it up. This was at 3:39 I called back and was placed on hold, but she muted my call and never came back. Yet again I called back twice to the front desk and the nurse line and not one answer. Can’t leave a message because the phone just rings 🤦🏾‍♀️

I had doctor Elise Rex. She was so sweet, she always gave me plenty of time to ask questions. She has excellent bedside manner. I was truly lucky to have her on call at the hospital when I delivered my son!Also, the administration (ladies who check you in and out for visit) where always really nice.

Ive been seeing Dr. Manning for about 3 years now and its always a great experience. I like how she is so easy to talk to and friendly at every step of procedures and examinations. She seems to be in a great mood every time I see her and she never rushes you or makes you feel like what youre asking is dumb. I always feel like Im in good hands when I go see her for routine check ups or for any exams. Highly recommend you come see Dr. Manning for your OBGYN needs!

The office staff is wonderful easy check in. I totally forgot the name of the lady who took my sonogram but she was Soo soo sweet! She made me feel so comfortable. This is my second time around with Dr. Pico and she is so understanding with everything very sweet also and will answer any question I got. Thank you for everything Dr.!

It’s about that care and I had the best one in a difficult time.Dr. Manning is a wonderful and most compassionate doctor I ever met! She made me feel secure and helped me go thru whatever came my way during my pregnancy. Grateful for her and her team especially Erika for taking good care of me!

I had Dr. Pico throughout my whole pregnancy and I loved being her patient. She always took the time with me, I was a first time mom and had tons of questions and concerns. She has great bedside manners and always listens. If I get pregnant again I will definitely go with her

Dr. Manning has been my doctor for the last few years as I’m now about at the end of my second pregnancy. My family and I adore her. We actually live an hour away now but couldn’t even stand thinking about finding another doctor so we make the drive. She’s so professional and makes you feel important. It’s a great feeling knowing when you’ve found a doctor you’ll use for life! I think everyone can agree that she is amazing. I’ve also seen Dr. Suba and Dr. Pico in the past when Dr. Manning was out and they are great too. The nurses there are excellent, the sono tech Britney does a really great job, the facility is very clean and cozy. One thing I will say is the newer front desk lady, Stacy, is kind of rude and I’ve heard other patients in the waiting room mention they feel the same way. I hope she can learn from Diane, the other front desk lady, because we all think she is amazing too. Overall this place deserves 10/10 ratings.

Dr. Pico at Grace Obstetrics & Gynecology was thorough and clear re: all my treatment options, especially risks and benefits. She walked me through the whole process and was great and supportive before and after surgery. I understand Dr. Suba was also in the operating room, but I didnt get a chance to meet him. The office staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend the practice, and Dr. Pico in particular.

Dr. Pico delivered my first child via C-section and will be delivering my second. I have always been 100% satisfied with her and felt completely comfortable. I have always had great experiences with the staff and love them all besides the new woman at the front desk. Shes not very patient friendly in my opinion. The other front desk woman whos been working there forever is much more friendly and caring . Other than that I highly suggest Dr.Pico and her other amazing staff.

Dr. Manning is so great. She is kind, knowledgeable, and cares about me and my baby. I havent ever waited too long to see her either which is nice. Her MA is very friendly and fast but thorough. I highly recommend Grace Clinic and especially Dr. Manning.

Dr. Manning is wonderful and I absolutely love her and the office staff are nice as well, however, I’ve never waited less than an hour passed my appointment time to be seen. The waiting room is often overflowing with people waiting, they’re short on chairs and they don’t tell you how long the wait time is when you check in. I understand doctors having wait times, but an hour wait time (at the minimum) for a 15 minute appointment is extreme. I enjoy the staff and location a lot, but no matter the time or day, the wait times are insane.

I was a former patient of Dr. Pico’s. I called their office for this pregnancy to establish myself as a patient again. I got the run around from the entire office and then was told that they could no longer see me as a patient due to my due date. I could go on and on about this office and the poor office etiquette. Do not recommend.

I chose Dr. Pico to be my OBGYN for my first pregnancy based off these reviews and I am so happy with my decision!She is absolutely perfect! Great bedside manner and answers any question. She made me feel very comfortable. Her staff is very sweet and friendly. I also love the fact that she is a high risk OBGYN so in case things go wrong, she should still be able to handle the situation. That gave me a piece of mind for sure.If youre recently pregnant and looking for a solid OBGYN in Fort Worth, stop looking! Youve found her. 😊

Dr.Manning is the best OBGYN I have ever had. She take her time to talk to you explain things if you dont understand. Makes it easy to ask questions. Ive never waited more than 3-5 minutes to be called back to a room or wait for her to come to the room to be seen either. She is definitely stuck with me as a patient.

Today was my first appointment. At 27 weeks they gladly took me in when I needed a new OBGYN for my pregnancy. The wait time wasnt really bad. My doctor is Alyson Pico & she absolutely eased all of my fears away of having to switch doctors so late in pregnancy. She is very attentive and sweet! She seemed very considerate. I am glad shes my doctor and she definitely made the drive worth it.👍☺

Awesome Doctors and staff that brought the meaning of, “Good Customer Service” back!! I have experienced NOTHING less than EXCELLENT patient care and am consistently impressed and extremely grateful to Dr. Manning and Ericka, along with the entire staff in Fort Worth! From scheduling appointments to working with the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors...it’s so refreshing to deal with a staff that gives EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE with proficiency, efficiency and consistency! I have referred my family and friends and highly recommend Dr. Manning! My daughters and I are treated with respect, listened to, and responded to in a non judgemental, caring, educated way. Oh!! And I love that I can easily hop onto their patient friendly portal to view test results, schedule appointments, review my health history and view each appointment I’ve been to and read the summary from Dr. Manning, ect..If one ever has a question about a result or in need of a prescription refill or whatever, one has the option to send a message/question or request via the site, and will be responded to quickly! Overall great experience! Staff was friendly and efficient. I loved being able to do all paperwork online before appointment. Dr Pico was super nice and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and did not rush at all. I have definitely found my new gynecologist and will recommend to friends!!

I had Dr. Suba. And he is the first OBGYN that I felt super comfortable with and was open to share my history fully without getting any judgment. He educated me on things that as a woman working in healthcare that I didn’t even know, surprisingly. The annual exam went very well and he was very gentle!!!☺️ 10/10 recommend and have made the decision to keep Dr.Suba as my doctor .

I love my doctor! Dr. Pico has a very welcoming spirit and she is great at what she does! She never leaves any questions unanswered and she always ask how I’m feeling! I am new to this town and I knew no one to get a doctor from. So I began to look on the internet and find a high rating doctor. I read over Dr. Pico page and she looked very professional and friendly. Well women examines are very uncomfortable anyway but I was comfortable with the exam today. She is kind and very personable with her patients and takes time to listen then respond. Im glad I found her and will continue to use her for all my needs.

Love the Cleburne location. Its very hard to find a good doctor but when you do your willing to travel. Being an hour & 45 minute drive it was worth it all. Doctor Glover delivered my last baby 5 years ago & only met the day of delivering her so I had to find him for my baby I just had. He made sure we were taken care of & respected my birth & health wishes. Never felt rushed during my appointments & if he was late due to another birth he would apologize for being late. He made sure each visit he would make sure if I had any concerns he would take care of them. Husband & I just love Doctor Glover & his stories, you get to know him more each story he tells.

I was treated very well at this place. The environment was clean, and I was seen in no time.Dr. Pico and her nurse were so welcoming and gentle with me. I definitely will be back.

This review is conditional depending on the outcome of my daughter’s FIRST Gyno appt. We drove 40 mins and got to the hospital ON TIME and spoke with two different staff members while inside the main hospital to try and locate the suite. We finally found it and walked in at 9:57am just to be told she was past the ‘15 min mark’ and they would have to reschedule. I literally spoke to two different people in THIS office to let them know we are here and trying to find them. The receptionist asked me to wait to see if Dr. Pico would still be able to see her and came back and said we would need to reschedule. Again, this is my daughter’s FIRST EVER Gyno visit and she is very nervous and this has made it exponentially worse. I complained to the receptionist that we drove across town and were here on time and also just spoke to other staff that knew we were here. We have been asked to take a seat and they will “see what they can do”. I am a nurse myself and this is absolutely ridiculous, even for finicky dr offices with strict time limitations. We have now been waiting for 10 minutes and haven’t been asked to fill out any new pt paperwork or had my ins or Id copied. If things improve I will return and change the rating. This is a horrible first impression.

THE ATMOSPHERE WAS SO WELCOMING. The ladys was so nice and professional. Dr Manning was so positive and informative with me. She took the time to sit and listen to all of my concerns and made of list of everything she wanted to check following my concerns. Even the ladies taking lab was very nice.

Dr. Pico is the absolute best. She is very knowledgable and compassionate. She really takes the time to make sure you are heard and she is never rushed. I always felt she took time with us and genuinely cared about me as a patient. She always answered my questions thoroughly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an OB. If only all doctors were as wonderful as Dr. Pico.

OH MY GOODNESS THE BEST DOCTORLike most other women, my well woman exam is not something I was looking forward to. But Dr. Pico and her nurse both were so kind and took the time to talk with me before the exam - both settling my nerves and also just making me feel humanized.I was seen right at my appointment time, and I was out of the office in less than an hour.Definitely recommend, and I won’t be dreading my Gyn appointments at this office as much as I thought that I would be!

This place is not for me. I understand doctors having emergencies and go on vacation but too many bad experiences back to back. My first appointment, I took off work and sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was told to reschedule due to the doctor having an emergency. Okay, no big deal, I have had emergencies. Second appointment went fine except she didn’t look at everything I went in for. The third appointment I needed imaging and blood tests. The doctor went over the imaging just fine and told me that she would refer me to a specialist. She had the referral for a week then she went on vacation before sending the referral. The office staff called me to let me know the blood work is back but the doctor needs to read it and will call me when she gets back. Well, it’s been 2 weeks since she told me that she can’t help me but never sent the referral and it’s been a week since the test results came back. I’m sorry when your doctor tells you it might be cancer and does seem to be in any kind hurry it’s unsettling.

Great staff and Dr. Madeline Manning is the BEST! My appointment was scheduled for 9:15. At 9:53 I was back in my car leaving! No long wait time and everyone is super nice. The nurse and Dr. Manning are patient and explain exactly what they are doing. They will listen to your concerns and address them, never making you feel rushed.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Pico is smart, personable, and makes time for her patients. I never feel rushed or that she is annoyed when I ask questions.

I was in search of a new OBGYN after feeling like mine wasn’t listening to my needs or concerns. After doing some research, I set my appointment through ZocDoc and was happy to find an appointment fairly quickly at Grace Obstetrics & Gynecology. I met with Dr. Rex-Hull and was so happy to finally have someone listen to my concerns. She talked with me about everything and gave me many different options for birth control as that was what I was seeing her for. I did not feel rushed and she took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know. Such a nice change from my last doctor! I will be coming back here again and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new OBGYN to see Dr. Hull!

When I found out I was pregnant, no doctor office would see me halfway through my pregnancy except for Dr. Elise Rex at Grace OBGYN in Fort Worth. She takes the time to listen to your concern and needs throughout your pregnancy. She is the sweetest, most caring obgyn Ive ever met. I had some pains during my pregnancy and what she didnt know and couldnt help me fix, she researched it to help me ease any discomfort I was having. When she explains something, she is thorough and tells you everything you need to know and definitely answers any question you might have for her. She is such an amazing doctor but a phenomenal human being. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rex to anyone. She is always happy and when your around her, you cant help but smile. I couldnt have picked a better OBGYN for my last pregnancy.

I saw Dr. Pico for the first time a little over 2 months ago when my previous provider retired. She was great and I don’t have any complaints about her. The office staff on the other hand has been very difficult to work with and unprofessional following my initial visit when I needed follow up care. Had billing and follow up issues that were not resolved due to office staff giving repeated wrong information to me and my insurance provider. Was finally told by the office staff that my insurance provider was too difficult to work with, so I now have to pay everything 100% upfront, and then deal with my insurance myself afterwards, if I want my follow up care. My previous provider had no problems dealing with my insurance company. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disheartening. I will not be returning back to this office and it’s a shame because I really did have a great visit with Dr. Pico.

Dr Pico is awesome I dont have any complaints about her, but the receptionist on the other hand is very rude each time I come in. I went in today for a follow up with Dr Pico. The receptionist told me in a rude way that I was not active (which I am). I had to call my insurance so she could talk to them & see that I was active. She is the face of the office & represents the doctors. She is supposed to be kind to patients. I work at a clinic and I also do front desk and I don’t treat patients like this lady treated me. She needs to be replaced, she is very rude. I would ask her questions & she would answer me in such a rude manner or just completely ignore me. My doctor is great & very helpful but the receptionist makes me feel very uncomfortable each time I come in to my visits. You can tell she does not like her job & is a very unhappy person.

I genuinely can’t say enough wonderful things about this OB/GYN office! From the ease of making our appointment, to the simplicity of check in, and the shortest wait time in such a clean and inviting office - I knew from the start that I made the best choice when researching a new doctor!The entire staff was so kind and welcoming, making my family and I feel comfortable, as if they’ve known us forever. Within a few short minutes of getting situated in my exam room, I answered a few routine questions and was quickly (and SO kindly) greeted by Dr. Pico - she is truly the best! She answered/addressed every question and concern I had, and gave me the confidence that I was in the best hands. Dr. Pico, her nurse, and the ultrasound tech were unbelievably patient and sweet throughout my in-office procedure.I’m SO glad we found the amazing Dr. Pico and her sweet staff! Dr. Manning was very helpful and patient with ALL of my questions, I wish the nurse would have been a bit slower and understanding with my nerves about visiting a lady doctor by myself. The nurse didnt really introduce herself before asking several questions. I wish I could give 5 stars overall because Dr. Manning really helped me understand all of my womanly options for birth control and fertility.

I had doctor Pico shes the best i can honestly say its the first doctor that i loved the way she treated me always answered all my questions always took very good care of me she very nice, sweet, and kind, caring. This is the first review I have ever written for a business, my experience at their Granbury office last week inspired to me to do so.Dr. Manning was my OB for my first baby and delivered her just over 4 months ago. She was really great and I liked her, I really only have good things to say about her. The people that work the office desk however, are what ultimately caused me to find a new doctor. In the last year that I have been going to Grace OBGYN, I have ran into a handful of incidences where the front desk ladies have been rude and unwelcoming. However, my experience last week is the straw that broke the camels back..I showed up to an appointment I had made due to some complications that have persisted since I gave birth which again, has been a little over 4 months, so as one might imagine I have been slightly concerned. When I called to speak to a nurse they told me that yes, my complications shouldnt still be happening and that my concern was valid, I needed to come in for an in-person visit and check up.Last week, my normal sitter was out of town, my family is all out of state, and my husband also was traveling for work. I had luckily picked my mom up from the airport otherwise I would have really been in a bind. When I got to my appointment, I was the only person in the office besides the lady at the front desk and a nurse, and the first thing they said to me was that my baby wasnt allowed to be there and needed to leave. This was my fault, I didnt thoroughly read through the emails and my head was honestly thinking that I wanted her to come with me to see Dr. Manning, since the last time we had it had been the day she was born... typical proud first mom lolI called my mom, who had left to go run some errands in my truck, to come back and pick her up. Problem resolved, we loaded up baby and off they went - I was free to go back to my appointment. When I walked back in, still the only patient in the entire office, the front desk girl, whose name I reluctantly didnt get, looked at me and said, do you have a mask? I said, No I dont have one on me but I will gladly put one on, do you have one? (Ive since become laxed on carrying them since the vaccine has come out). She said No. She didnt have a mask for me. She then told me to drive to the store to go get one - But because I had my baby get picked up, I didnt have a vehicle there. I clarified, you dont have a mask I can wear? .........I mean this is a doctors office isnt it???? She said no, she didnt have one for me. She then asked me to leave. So I was kicked out of the office and I had to go sit on the curb, to wait for a ride, on a day that was 100 degrees in Texas when again, I was the ONLY patient in the entire office. I was upset and on the verge of tears. I understand that I didnt read the print well in my appointment confirmation emails with my baby, I was able to get that resolved; however, they were just as unprepared to help me out as a patient of theirs and the worst part being how absolutely so rude she treated me and made it obvious that my health and wellbeing was of no concern there.I dont care to go to a doctors office that makes me feel that way. I left and made a new appointment with a well regarded office in weatherford. They were very kind and prompt and professional. They also allow infants, in carriers. It was a win all around. I would have liked to stick with Dr. Manning since she delivered my first baby but I no longer see any sense in caring to be loyal to a doctors office that quite literally, left me to sit on a curb in the heat of Texas.

I love DR. Rex. The only thing I’d say they need to fix is the wait time. My appointment was at 10:10 and I didn’t se my doctor until 11:00. So maybe they need to hire more staff or figure out a better system.

Love dr Pico!!! She was really sweet and helpful for my first annual exam and very knowledgeable! Plus when I brought up an issue I was having she took it very seriously and talked me through all the steps she would take to figure out what was causing it and how to fix it! Great experience and I will definitely be coming back!

I had my annual wellness visit today with Dr. Manning. I had never done one before, but my mum insisted I make an appointment with an OB-GYN. Needless to say, Dr. Manning is very kind and caring. I was a little nervous, but she is very easy going. Highly recommend Dr. Manning!

Dont get me wrong. The doctors are amazing!!!The staff is what needs to be serious worked on. Double booking apt. Being rude and un professional, lack of being able to explain what is even going on.. The list goes on and on. Again the doctors are amazing but good luck working with the staff..Extremely disappointing they need to clean house and re do the staff at the front. Even when you have referrals faxed they will claim it never came in. They will call you right before closing so when you try to call back the phones are already turned off.These are but a few horrid experiences Ive had with this location.Amazing doctors, maybe try to see them at different locations because this one needs work.

So far so good! Breath of fresh air compared to the last Dr I was seeing for the same pregnancy. The nurses are friendly & personable. Office is welcoming. My needs are being heard & met. Im grateful!!

So disappointed in the office staff of Grace OBGYN. I did a lot of research in choosing the right OBGYN in 2019 to prepare for pregnancy in the next few years. Upon my first visit at the beginning of 2020, I was all ready to complete my annual exam with the doctor, and as she was about to perform the exam she received a call for a mom in labor. (totally not her fault.) However, there was no nurse practitioner or other doctor to complete the exam so they made me reschedule for 2.5 weeks out to come back. I took time out of work again to get this completed. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, I received multiple notifications that it was time to schedule my appointment. I tried booking online, but they made someone call me instead. I received the call and was scheduled for my appointment. I showed up, and they had no record in their system for an appointment even after I confirmed it on the phone 2 times. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not have the time to take hours out of my day at work to keep rescheduling due to their office staffs incompetence.

Amazing Staff!Dr.Rex Hull is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. The compassion and empathy and the level of respect n how she can make you feel so secure, so safe! Thank you, you are by far an amazing Doctor!

Dr. Suba immediately made me feel comfortable as a new patient and took his time to get to know me during my first appointment. He explained birth control options in more detail than I’ve heard them explained in 15 years of being of childbearing age. The staff was kind, the check-in was painless, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. The bathroom was clean and well organized, and the office was easy to find. I would highly recommend Dr. Suba and his office staff to loved ones.

Dr. Alison Pico is the best. She really takes her time with you and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed. She has great bedside manner and is personable. I really like how she takes her time with me and makes sure I have everything I need to make the pregnancy go by smoothly. The only thing I don’t like is when you first walk in, the office feels unfinished. It doesn’t have any pictures or colors on the wall, almost like a bachelor pad feel to it. Also I don’t like having to sign in to a kiosk versus checking in with a receptionist. That makes it impersonal. But other then that my Dr. Alison Pico, makes it worth it! I hope she will be on call to deliver our baby.

Dr. Manning and all of her staff were absolutely wonderful! I am leaving in a week to move to a new state, and they got me in promptly and were able to go ahead and squeeze me in for a sono to find out how far along I am! I am so grateful for them and their services. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, comfortable place for a positive pregnancy experience!! Thank you guys so very much!!

I was a new patient and they treated me great. The staff was so welcoming and very professional. Dr.Pico was so friendly and made me very comfortable, she made sure I understood everything she told me and definitely was open to any questions, shes a wonderful person!

Do not answer calls, very difficult to get ahold of someone. I was running 15 minutes late due to a car accident and called and someone quickly picked up and were understanding. However the the next ten times I tried to get ahold of someone no one answered.I got to my destination before the time I’d given but did not realize that the clinic was in a hospital as it was my first time and could not find the clinic, I called 10 times and no one answered. I finally was able to find the clinic on my own and waited for 15 minutes just to be told that the doctor was canceling my appointment because I had arrived 5 minutes later than the time I had given them.I understand that I was late and am at fault for that however I was never told in the multiple amount of messages I got that the clinic was inside a hospital and could be complicated to find. The respect of time consideration should be mutual from Dr. Arevalo to her patients.I was looking forward to meeting Dr. Arevalo but have lost the desire to come back as I found it deeply unprofessional and disrespectful that all of the 10 phone calls I made to not be answered and for an additional 15 minutes of my time to be wasted just to be told “the doctor is canceling your appointment because she gave you 5 extra minutes” .

If you’re pregnant AVOID this clinic. I had gone to the hospital because I wasn’t feeling well, they discharged me and told me to follow up with my OBGYN, I tried calling the next day, left maybe 6 messages with the receptionist, supposedly she labeled them as urgent, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. finally I called and the receptionist just told me to go back to the hospital. I had developed preeclampsia and because they never reached back out to me, I developed HELLPS, my organs started failing me. I ended up having to be transferred to another hospital and gave birth to my baby at 27 weeks. I now called them to get screened for postpartum depression & was told that the dr. DR. SUBA, said I was out of the time frame for postpartum. THEY ARE THE WORST CLINIC AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS.

I came to Dr. Pico to get my Mirena removed and it was a bad experience. She said she couldn’t find the strings which I found odd because my bf said he can feel them so she recommended surgery after 2 hours of trying! 2 HOURS! She even had me moved to a sonogram room, hurt me for a long time (I know it’s not ever comfortable but keep this in mind) and had all these lights for a clear view but nothing. Then was very pushy about surgery so I can get it removed. Well thank God I didn’t, luckily my insurance changed and I had to find a new doctor and well guess what? My new doctor saw my strings RIGHT AWAY! The whole thing didn’t last 5 minutes, I only experienced the minor cramping, AND she didn’t have all the fancy lights Dr. Pico did! My assumption is that they just wanted money because how is it that another doctor did it fast, not as painful, and easy? Let me remind you that even though Dr. Pico was nice she was not honest. I recommend going to different doctors just to get a second opinion! Never coming back here and will never recommend her, I had my family leave her services. Now I don’t even trust the Pap she gave me. My new doctor is Deborah Lehmann off of Bryant Irvin if you’re looking for an OB GYN.

Dr. Manning and the staff at Grace Obstetrics are simply wonderful! It was easy to make an appointment, I was seen quickly, and Dr. Manning and her staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Grace Obstetrics.

I have seen 3 of the doctors in this office, and I am a fan of them all, but I can’t say enough kind things about Dr. Suba. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, he will treat you like a member of his own family. His bedside manner is one that does not get worked up or leave room to build any worries or fear that can creep in with health and especially babies. He will answer any question you ask him honestly, but you do have to ask. I learned that after a couple of visits feeling like I did not get any information - that I just had to ask and he was happy to answer. The staff and nurses in the office are equally kind and helpful, but I’d like to name Amber especially.

Dr Pico was really great with me. She took her time explaining to me what my issue was and the options for treatment. She was very honest with me and said my condition was a little to advanced for her and had no problem saying so. She referred me to another Dr. that she would use herself. I highly recommend Dr.Pico!

Dr. Elise Rex ! Is the best hands down .. it was very hard trusting someone with my pregnancy after 14 years I was nervous at first but as I kept on going to my appointments she was very knowledgeable caring and understanding… I am currently still her Patient I don’t miss any appointments and I’m little late going because I stay a hour away and she still sees me so very thankful for her ….

I had Doctor Phillips for my first appointment. She was so kind and she listened to what I had to say unlike previous doctors I had seen before. I got emotional during the exam and she stopped what she was doing to make sure I was okay. I’m glad I came here both staff and doctors are extremely kind.

Love Dr. Phillips she keeps me calmn and optimistic, I plan to do a VBAC and am very Hopeful with her by my sideUpdate 8/30/2019With the help of Dr.Phillips I successfully has a VBAC, baby and I are home recovering well. She was so calm, supportive and helped me through it. All of my appointments leading up we came up with a plan and a back up. She answered all of my questions honestly and gave me her best advice for my situation. I am so glad I changed doctors to have her help me through a normal birth and not just get a csection like many other doctors prescribed just because I had one. They didnt even consider everything else and that I would be a good candidate for a VBAC, they didnt even refer me to other doctors that could help me

I gave them multiple chances but seems like they just constantly create a bad view of their clinic for me. Some of their front desk personals act like I’m just a number and just dismiss whatever I ask them... had billing issues.. had them cancel on me multiple times the DAY or an hour prior to the appointment..I completely understand emergency surgery that is different but this was a procedure that was preplanned and schedule... they had to know prior to that the doctor is called for a procedure but yet they wait till the last minute to notify me of this? Will be switching providers just because of all this! The provider was good but all this just cause me to look for somewhere else.

Dr. Manning is truly a blessing, and I’m so glad I found Grace Obstetrics & Gynecology! I’d recommend them to any woman I know. Dr Manning specifically takes the time to listen and take CARE of you. It’s so comforting, especially since this is my first pregnancy.

I am very disappointed! I arrived to the doctors office at the time of the scheduled appointment they have tablets to sign in, for some reason the tablet I was using was not working i asked for help and the nurse just told me to sit down. Soon after another patient came in she was having the same problem she asked for help and they stepped right out to help her. I got up and requested assistance and signed in. The lady before me reported she was a new patient and stared filling out all paperwork I had done mine online before the visit to make the process faster soon after signing in the front desk called me and said that because I was a new patient I would not be able to be seen. Needless to say how disappointed and frustrated I feel not only did they not help me when I asked for help they literally made me wait for Someone to ask for help sign them in as a new patient now they can’t see me. I read nothing but good reviews and I think they might not be real front desk was rude. If you schedule here make sure you can reschedule because they might just ask you to come again.

I called the OB coordinator 2 weeks ago & have yet to get a call back. The lady at the front desk (Raquel) that may or may not be her name, is extremely rude. She mentioned that usually you get a call back in 48hrs, so i explained that it’s been longer & she basically just told me to “wait” i asked to speak to a office manager & she denied me that. Go elsewhere. I’m currently pregnant & shouldn’t be having to hunt down the OB coordinator to get a call back.

I have been seeing Dr. Suba for over 10 years. He is very knowlegable and willing to answer any questions you have . He has great bedside manner and walks you through step by step on a procedure so you know what to expect. He also explains things in a way that make sense to everyday folks and not lots of medical jargon. I truely recommend him to all my friends who need a new lady Dr or are expecting a little bundle of joy. Dr Suba has always made me feel comfortable in lets face it an uncomfortable situation. The staff is helpful, curtious ans nd office is very clean.

Just had my first appt and Dr. Pico is AMAZING!! So personable, takes her time getting to know you, and her whole staff was very nice and professional. As someone new to the area...I’m SO glad to have found my Obgyn!

Made an appointment here and waited two weeks for it, even gave my insurance number to her on the phone after they told me they could accept it. After receiving a text that morning at 10 am about my appointment I showed up at 2pm (30 min drive) only to be told they don’t accept my insurance (same insurance a friend seeing this dr has) and that they ran it that morning. Just don’t see why I was sent a confirmation text that morning instead of a rejecting phone call if they already knew before I made the drive.

Dr Alyson Pico is the best no else can tell me different !!! She has been my obgyn thru my high-risk Pregnancy. She helped me understand every lil process along the way ! Lupus can be be tough but being pregnant and getting thru it ! She has been the best. And she even listen to my fears of my past C-Section! Which she told me about the gental C-Section now all my fears have been put to bed ! Cant wait to meet my lil man less then one week !!! 😍😘💙

What a horrific experience. I was so sick during my pregnancy and I kept telling my dr something was wrong. She didn’t listen to me and kept dismissing my concerns. She was aware that my mom was an OB nurse and I’d spent several years working in an OB clinic but never acknowledged that I had experience in the area and this was not my first pregnancy and I knew what I was talking about. I scheduled a visit to try and get to the bottom of things and once again she was dismissive. My husband became upset and instead of being understanding and LISTENING to our concerns, told my husband that he had to leave. He left without incident but she subsequently fired me as a patient in my third trimester high risk. Because of nasty notes she put in my file, I couldn’t find another dr to take me. A couple of weeks later I ended up with pancreatitis because of a horrible gallbladder. At 35 weeks I had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. I spent 10 days in the hospital on fluids unable to eat or drink. Because of her dismissive and frankly stuck-up attitude, I very well could have lost my baby. I continue to be disgusted with this practice.

Where do I even start?? First of all, the entire staff at the front were Very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Secondly my OB Dr Michelle Arevalo was extremely INSENSITIVE. Probably one of the worst doctors I’ve ever visited. If I could give this facility a 0 star I would.

Great Doctor! She was very comforting to my Autistic daughter who was scared to death to get a female exam. She explained everything to my daughter slowly and step by step. She also was very knowledgeable.

Love Dr Pico! I am high risk, and she took any extra steps necessary to ensure a smooth pregnancy and healthy baby. I love that she takes time to answer questions and does not rush.

I love this office. My doctor is Dr.Manning and she is amazing she cares very much about her patients. Ive never been treated as great as she treats me I highly recommend her 😊 Im so sad that my Aetna insurance is dropping them 😭 P.S. I love the women staff they is the BOMB dot com

Dr. Pico is by far the best OB/Gynecologist I have ever seen. Very personable and genuine. You get the feeling that she is actually listening to you. Which can be a hard thing to find in a doctor.

Great service and staff. I didn’t wait long. The process was easy and mostly digital which made me t very convenient. But the real star is the doctor. I’ve used Dr. Suba since 1992. He’s welcoming and expert. He’s fair and thorough. I can’t think of a better physician.

I did research on High risk OBGYN offices and this came across. Absolutely love Dr. Suba. Very professional and personal. If I had questions he answered them honestly and made sure I felt comfortable. He delivered my 3rd son in November. Love this office.

Dr. Manning is fabulous, I would recommend her for anyone having their first baby. She’s very upbeat and personal. I’m due in a little over a week and I am very much looking forward to it!

Poor service. Hour wait to see the doctor, plus another 30 minutes in room. Also dr was leaxy and tired . Weary eyed. Elderly man. Needs to retire if he has that kind of low energy. Also the bed are too small and really uncomfortable. I gave a urine soeciemen.only to find out tge receptionist lied to me about none other soeciemen cup being in the cup slot. Most ridiculous thing Id ever seen.

Dr. Manning was absolutely wonderful! She delivered our baby boy in April 2020 and we couldnt be happier with her service and patience.

First and second appointment went alright which is why I gave 2 stars but we were never told what was wrong with me. I was given birth control to get my symptoms under control. I was told to call the office immediately if the issue persisted. I called during office hours multiple times on multiple different days before finally getting an answer, then I was put on hold for so long I was sure they forgot about me. Ended up having to go to the ER because I could never get ahold of the doctor like I was EXPLICITLY TOLD TO DO. I will never return to this office.

To further detail how this office handles things and treats their people (including those of us who have just paid them a lot of money, I did after all use them for all my OB appointments AND birth) - shortly after I posted my initial review on here this morning, they went in and deleted my patient portal and therefore, all records and lab results etc. that I have accumulated through doctors visits with them over the last year and a half. I was notified of this via email. I am honestly astounded at the pettiness of this doctors office, its like nothing I have ever experienced and I will be adamant about spreading the word about my experience.

Dr.manning has been my ob for a while now and I love her shes super sweet and really understanding. Even the girls are the front and the nurses are amazing!!

Dr. Rex/Hull is so so so sweet, empathetic and tried to make me comfortable. She listens to my concerns and explains everything so well. I never feel like she’s in a rush. I am so glad that I chose her.

I went with my wife this past week for a pregnancy confirmation and the girl at the front appeared to be asleep or nodding off. When my wife waited 10-15 seconds to get noticed she knocked on the glass and said excuse me but the girl was just rude and asked our last name and said yeah i got you checked in... THEN the same girl (red or pink hair) was appearing to be asleep AGAIN and was apparently on something because she was slurring her words at the end of the visit. We did get confirmation that we are expecting but wont be returning here due to the fact that the rude and condescending nurse (also had funky hair color) was very rushed and didnt even wear gloves! ! Wont be returning

Ask for Dr. Pico. She’s incredibly kind and listens to you. I’m really grateful I got to see her last time I went in.The front desk staff are super helpful.It’s a little difficult to find the suite if you’re coming in the front of the building- but if you ask any Hospital Staff they are able to point you in the right direction.

Absolutely love Dr. Rex! So nice and she has a fantastic bedside manner and sense of humor. She is a fantastic fit for me and I highly recommend her!

Love the new office, although it’s just down the hall. I have been seeing Dr. Suba for at least 17yrs. His staff at Grace is wonderful and very efficient from the receptionist, nurse, the phlebotomist and obviously Dr. Suba. His bedside manner is unmatched.

Recommend this hospital I had some wonderful nurses , Ms. Sally in the Labor and Delivery was So wondering,I had a hard time & she made everything so easy I wish I Could Give her a 10000 Hugs , I felt like I knew her it was the comfort she gave me Ill never forget her. Dr.Rex was very detailed and patient. I never felt rushed or hurried. Very outgoing and pleasant staff. Only drawback was zoodoc. I did the pre-checkin online but it didnt transfer over.

Every time I make a call, I get a very condescending attitude from a receptionist. Theyre the same way in person. Its very embarrassing having anxiety and trying to schedule a pregnancy test and someone smacking gum in your ear saying, just buy one from the store? Zero compassion, very rushed, and rude.

From scheduling to the appointment the entire Grace OBGYN team is absolutely amazing. They make you feel important and respected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Suba and Jennifer were wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. S for 23 years. This office is professional and detail oriented. They also ask questions to nurture a woman’s overall health. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Manning and to my surprise I was denied service with no explanation as to why. I have never been denied/excused of care but that shows what type of people we have in the health field. I was upset at first but then realized everything happens for a reason and was maybe meant to be that I dont be seen by a obgyn like that.

I Called the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I asked her about the pay without health insurance and had a couple more questions regarding the same thing and she simply hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Im so glad I decided to go to this office.. Dr. Suba was the nicest and down to earth doctor that I have seen in a long time.. I was so nervous and started to leave, but once Dr Suba came in I was so happy. He joked with me and addressed all my concerns, he is amazing.. I finally found my doctor, and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Has called and ask for medical records to be released due to an emergency move to houston informed the rep it was a family emergency wen i cancelled an appointment never received medical records they also never got my records from a biopsy that was done on my cervix in june from a dr in cleburne texas ended up having to be medical induced with an emergency c section due to my baby umbilical cord being wrapped and knotted around his neck. Will contact hospital regarding records

Their covid policies are hypocritical. They force expecting fathers to wait out in the main lobby and only allow them to participate in the sonogram. Yet when you walk behind the door walking to your room they have staff not wearing a mask!? If you are so concerned about the pandemic don’t be a hypocrite about it.

I saw Dr. Hull today, and had a fantastic experience. She was very kind and informative. Explained things so they are easy to understand and was just very nice and pleasant to talk to.

It was my first time here. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Pico was excellent. She took her time answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. I am so happy I found this place.

Dr.Pico is hands down the best OB I have ever seen. She listens to concerns and allows the patient to make decisions, well informed decisions.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Philips for miscarriages and D&C, Dr. Glover for Ovarian Cyst removal surgery, and Midwife Juve for child birth.I highly recommend them!

Waited 3 weeks for this appointment and I was canceled when I got there. Melina had such of a horrible attitude. she treated me as if didn’t know my appointment was with a doctor, she shouldn’t be at front desk if she can’t treat patients with respect. Fortunately, there was another lady who was kind enough to reschedule me.

I love Dr Glover and the team in Cleburne! He is super smart and is always eager to share information. The ladies at the front desk are a ton of fun!!

Dr. Suba and his team have always been kind and professional. After leaving Texas for over 13 years I choose to come back to only Dr. Suba because he is like family.

Dr. Phillips was nice and very informative waited in the waiting room 15 minutes and took 10 minutes for her to come see me. She got me out in 45 minutes go see her she is great!

The lady was rude and hung up in my face I kept trying to set an appointment three times. first time nobody answered second time Im on hold for 30 minutes, third I finally got the lady on the phone to set my appointment she hangs up in my face

Waste of time!! Never got a full exam. Filled out forms and peed in a solo cup. No labs and didnt even here my babys heartbeat after waiting for over 2weeks for an appointment.

They will not take you after 19 weeks. That information should be included on the website.

My doctors have been nothing but helpful through my entire pregnancythankful I came heredefinitely worth the drive for such great care
