They definitely did a great job!!! My primary doctor normally has issues with finding veins and drawing my blood which results in multiple sticks, here was one and done!!! Very professional!

This location is amazing! Super sweet staff and quick results. If you’re like me and struggle to be patient when it comes to results on lab work, I def recommend this place. All three times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten my results in less than 24 hours. 10/10 recommend!

Ladies, be careful. For certain tests, they need to do a swab test, but only do a urinalysis on the males and claim it is accurate... 🤔 Nowhere do I see that a simple urinalysis is okay for the test. Men, dont waste your money if youre really trying to find out whats wrong. WOMEN, dont trust the tests you so called partner presents to you from here.

Went today. The man that helped me was so sweet! He took my blood for work for my doctor and made it painless as possible! He talked to me about if my Vitamin D is low I can go there for injections. Felt like they really cared. Thank you!

The staff is great on Western Center. Explained in detail a test I needed, in addition to the lab work, with an at home kit. Appreciate their knowledge and understanding.

Norma and Alexis were awesome. The service was great. My tests were done quickly and efficiently. The cost was less than at any other lab. AnyLabTest Now has monthly specials on their lab work. I was able to get 3 blood tests for the price of one.

Called to set up an appointment for panel testing, with questions regarding a couple types of panels. The receptionist gave a very roundabout response of, “just choose the one you want” instead of answering my questions to help determine which test I need. So I asked if there was any practitioner I could talk to when I come in to ask for recommendations. Her response was, “we don’t have doctors here we’re just a testing lab.” So the same people that have no real medical knowledge are the same ones handling these tests and my biological information?

First time here at Any Lab Test Now and it was a quick and flawless experience! Excellent customer service and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Worst experience! Booked an appointment for 8:30am, and reached there before time. I checked-in and had to keep waiting as the lady kept saying that she would be with me in a minute. Finally decided to walk out of there at 9am WITHOUT getting my lab work done, as the customer service is awful.

Great experience! Came in last min appointment. Felt bad for being the last patient and for them waiting for me but I was greeted in a friendly manner.I always feel nervous going to any office but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She also explained everything of how it would go and how I would get my results. Recommend for anyone needing to get tests done.

I needed to go in and was going to be quite a bit later than they normally accept walk ins and after speaking to Rich on the phone he said it was perfectly fine! Once I got there he was very welcoming and nice! Even though it was close to closing, neither him nor the other lady working did not act like I was inconveniencing them when most people do these days. They were very kind and made me feel welcome! Wish there were more businesses and people like them still around! This was very important to me and they made sure I was taken care of!

I showed up at 5:07 and the lady at the desk said the new employee drug test is cut off at 5. Then I show up at 8:29 am and office is closed. The lady told me they open at 8 am. Meanwhile 5 people are waiting outside for this place to open. People have work and things to do. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Rude receptionist. Right word is BRUTAL/IMPOLITE. Online rate for test was $99. When came at location with online confirmation she asked to pay $129 MSRP as per their rate chart. Asked to cancel appointment she honor online rate.

Morgan was very helpful, very knowledgeable during both of my visits! During my initial visit, I had a ton of questions concerning testing after prolonged exposure to mold. She kindly reviewed my options, even contacting the specific lab where the specimen would be tested when she wasn’t sure about a certain detail. She didn’t rush the process and even excused herself to help other clients who were checking in. This kind of attention to detail and patience is what made me confident that I chose the right testing site. Thank you!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went for my blood draw kit and my doctor/clinic called me and let me know I needed to redraw because the lab that drew my blood did not spin it correctly.When I got there the receptionist and the nurse were talking about some drama in their personal lives. Which I get. But when a customer or patient walks in, don’t make them wait and listen while you slowly process and finish your conversation.When I asked for a refund, they said they did it. However I reached out to them when it hadn’t come through on my bank after 6 days. They told me they can’t do anything and I called my bank. My bank let me know there was no refund as well!

Saw patient demographic forms just laying out across the front desk. Patient name address phone it was just right there. Big Hippa violation. I hope my information wasnt shared with everyone in the lobby.

Super quick testing location! They always have appointments and the process is super quick. Jon helped me today and was awesome! He explained and guided me through the process perfectly!They have quick results on the rapid tests too! It’s all paperless now so you fill out paperwork from your phone ahead of time, then and you test without leaving your car. This place has the entire process down so well, making it completely seamless. I don’t think they can do anything to make it better than this!

I had a blood test done here today. The owner and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Jose did my blood draw and he did an awesome job! Most labs have to stick me 3 or 4 times to find a vein, but Jose got it on the first try. He was also very gentle and I barely even felt it. I wish Jose could do all my blood draws.

I’ve had to go twice for rapid covid tests and been thoroughly pleased both times. The staff is friendly and efficient. Jon helped me today and he was direct and thorough with his explanation of the process, and the whole procedure including getting results was less than 30 minutes. Well worth the $$ for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Dissapointed to say the least. I had called ahead of time and explained to the young front desk lady what I needed done plus the order I had with me. I asked her twice what I needed prior to my 20 minute drive and she said nothing you are good to go. I get there only to find out I was in need of a kit which she seemed bothered by the fact that she needed to explain why!!! Seriously? Then a second lady comes out who was a bit more understanding but yet not very patient nor helpful.I know not all locations are this bad but I would go to a different one vs this one. They need to improve their communication skills and customer service. If you dont like dealing with the general public and helping patients then dont work here.

I had a very pleasant time at this establishment. I was greeted rapidly and was taken care of immediately and they were so patient. Even though it was busy and the wait was timely, I felt no problem with occupying myself with reading the provided magazines. The staff this time and which was very communicative. And for anyone wanting to get any lab results done I would suggest leaving an hour of your time available, so in situations where there are rushes and unexpected dilemmas you won’t grow impatient become frustrated at situations you cannot control. They are working very hard for us.

Highly recommend Any Lab Test Now Fort Worth Location specifically. Jose is an amazing phlebotomist. I’m a veteran and they never have a successful stick the first time. This was not a issue for Jose. The process was quick & the staff was helpful and professional and genuinely kind. I appreciate the service I was rendered today.

This is not a company that I would use again, or refer anyone to use. Some people are using these labs for their future, their health, their jobs, etc. Very important conditions. Never have I ever been told by the owner, when I called about the mishandling of a specimen, that I should not have signed the seal where I was told to sign to confirm it was my name on the paper. I was give a cup that did not come from a sealed package and told to fill it to a certain line. After complying I was told to set the cup with my specimen on the counter and wash my hands in another room. I came back and my specimen was already poured into another bottle that I did not see where it came from. And the lid was secured and a piece of tape was sealed over it. I was told by Haley to sign the sealed bottle if it was the correct spelling of my name. After doing so , and knowing I had a clean specimen , I got a call later saying that it contained a specific metabolite 6-MAM . For anyone who knows what that means, that is not good. I committed a lot of time on tests, studying for tests, and passing many screening stages too turn around and recieve a positive urine sample. . And only to get it retested I would have to pay 250 dollars. No way. Not only was this a completed fumble and incorrect handling after researching online how they are suppose to be handled, but the owner told me I should not have signed the sample then. I understand when there is only one person working that mistakes can happen, but to dismiss the outcome and devastation it has caused is completely unacceptable. I urge anyone that is assigned this location to think twice, and let whoever sent you there know about the unprofessionalism, and the large amount of mistrust they have ensued upon theselves.

Jose took our blood for some tests and he was awesome!! I couldn’t even feel the needle go in and he was very gentle. He was personable and funny! I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now! Pleasant experience.

Great service and staff! Jose in particular is super nice and has great customer service. I needed blood work done for school and he made it really easy to get that taken care of.

Have had the opportunity to use Any Lab Test Now more than once. All staff have treated me in an outstanding fashion even to the point of remembering my name. Dana is a very personable lady who is always pleasant, even when standing outside your car in the wind and cold while you complete your test. Great people, great service!!!

Jorge spoke with me on the phone and gave me very thorough directions regarding the process of how to take the Covid Test. I decided to have the rapid test, in which we received the results within 20 minutes, for both me and my daughter. It was well worth it for my peace of mind. Again, Jorge was very patient and calm walking us both through the actual testing. Thank you for making this stressful time a little easier!

Went in for a second drug screening and my experience was nothing less than stellar. The staff was warm, friendly and made me feel as calm and comfortable as possible. In particular, Mrs. Anna made my visit super comfortable and honestly, a joy. Just the sweetest person! All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough.

We stopped in as a family of 5 in different cars and trucks and Dana helped us all. Sorted us all out and gave us all time and answered all our questions. We ended up taking both tests and were probably a bit of a hassle but Dana kept right up with us and made us feel good and safe about everything. I was honestly leary about going here and doing all this but its caregivers like Dana that make this tolerable and even as enjoyable as possible. Thank you.

I recently went to this facility on short notice. Filled with emotions , I had lots of questions and concerns. I was attended by Jennifer Reid who never seemed bothered or dropped the smile on her face. Not only was she professional, kind and patient, she followed up. A few days later , Jennifer called me with my results and asked if she could stay on the phone with me to discuss any future questions. I can’t explain how much this meant as I didn’t want to bother her but truly needed that explanation. I always say how kindness makes all the difference in this world and Jennifer you demonstrated that perfectly. Thank you for all you do and how well you do it !!! The world needs more helping kind hearted nurses!

My tech was personable, friendly, and had over 20 years of experience. Needless to say, I felt very well taken care of by her. I wish I got her name, but she crushed it! Thankful for tech’s like her. This place was very helpful. They were open when no one else was and offered decent pricing. I am very afraid of needles, but Dixie was really great with me and I had no issues! Definitley will be coming back to see her when I need more blood work done!

I have really small hard to get veins. Two nurses couldn’t get them so they called Jose over and he got it extremely easily. I was on the verge of passing out before he started but right away he got it. Any other tests I need in the future and I’m definitely asking for Jose!!!

Went in for a drugscreening for my employer, no appointment and I was in and out less than 15 minutes! Great customer service, great atmosphere, very clean and organized, was greeted as soon as I walked in. I do recommend you to go here! Also have B12 shots for great prices and great prices and specials for everything else they offer! I will be back and I will keep my business relationship going with the team!!!

Came in for a pre employment drug screen and was greeted by Richard, he was very friendly and enjoyed the small talk while waiting. The office is nice and clean, and was in and out in a timely manner. They offer a variety of tests with reasonable prices.

I found these folks by luck and I couldn’t be happier I did. I was under a lot of pressure and needed emergency I was attended by Estela who was beyond helpful and professional. She was considerate and attentive to all my needs. I felt very taken care of with this company. Highly recommended !

Quick and easy sign up online. Stayed in the car for the full service. Jorge Aries did an amazing job walking me through how to do the NP swab test. Results came back quickly.

So excited to find this place! Went to a nearby restaurant for lunch with co workers and we saw this place. We went in and got B-12 shots. Nice facility and very clean. They dont take insurance, but the prices they charge for blood work and shots are much lower than other labs. Dixe was great! She took us all back in the room together and we had a B-12 shot party. 1 star is for friendly staff but results are very bad. Had an expensive blood test that was supposed to take 2 - 3 weeks and then emailed to me, that never happened, after months they say I was supposed to pick them up, that they don’t email it personally but automatically. I don’t know, but if you need an important blood test done, I wouldn’t come to any lab test.

The guys on 2700 western center were phenomenal. Never had an all guy crew of phlebotomists at anytime ever visiting an Any Lab Testing center. I think my fiancé made new friends while we were there lol keep up the good service👍🏾

Very disappointed in this establishment. Went in for a sneak peak gender test on a Friday morning and was told it wouldn’t take long to get the results. Tuesday evening rolls around and I still haven’t gotten an email so I called. They said we would get the results Wednesday and if we didn’t to call back the next day.I called Thursday afternoon at 2pm and was told that they didn’t know why the results weren’t in and would check on it and give me a call back. Thursday at 5pm we called to check in with them and were told not to call back again until Monday. We asked how long it typically takes to get results back and they said 3-4 days or at most a week.We have gotten so many different answers from the same people and quite honestly it’s been very unprofessional. Definitely feel like we should get our money back for how many different answers we’ve been given. Will not recommend this place to anyone.Edit: They refunded us our money Sunday night 12/26. I called the next day and was told they would check on my results and give me a call back. They never did. I’m assuming they’re not going to give me the results to my gender test, nor answer my questions about whether they even sent off my blood sample.

The main lady up there was nice enough to let me stay later than close after I accidentally flushed the toilet and she was also very generous with giving me some pizza after. In n out besides the fact I had to pee twice and highly recommend for any test needed for drug/alcohol and beyond

Very friendly and professional service, I felt like the staff were very knowledgeable and I even learned more things about the process, even though this was something I had done many times. I will be sure to recommend others to this great service.

Wouldn’t trust them again.Paid to get a particular test done and was given results for a different test, one of which I researched to be very unreliable. I called and asked what the deal was and was reassured that they would retest my blood for the right test. After 4 days of anxious waiting, I called again to get my results and they gave me THE SAME EXACT RESULTS, like the date was the same and everything. I called again to see what was up and it was like nobody was communicating to get me the right test…anyway, I was promised they would get it right the third time and that I would be refunded due to it being their fault. I had to wait 3 more days and called to get my results, they still hadnt come in and I didnt get any answers. I said ‘screw it’ because the anxious waiting wasnt worth it and just got my blood done somewhere else.As I was walking out of the second clinic I finally got my results—great, days after I was promised.Still haven’t gotten my refund back and it’s been about 4 weeks. I have called every week since and am reassured they would talk to someone—still nothing.

I went in to have some lab/testing done & was greeted by Dixie. She was the only member of their staff that was in at the time & I found her to be extremely friendly & professional. I will use this company again in the future & highly recommend them for these type of services.

After finding out I was exposed to Covid I was a bit panicked to be texted even though I had no symptoms. I have to say that Dana calmed my heart, she walked me through the process and even made me laugh a little (great way to ease the heart), after I waited for what seemed like forever (was like 15 min). Dana came.out with a smile.on her face and told me the best news ever...y test was negitive! She made this whole process easier and less scary! I will come back if I need to be tested, always ask for Dana!

After going to Vital Care Clinic for a COVID test and finding out they were closed (even though their website site open). I went looking for a local place to get a rapid Covid test. Any lab test answered their phone. And was very helpful. And their website was actually updated with there New Year’s Eve hours! Jon came out for the test and did a great job!

They misplaced my sample and told me like 4 days later that I needed to come back in and give another sample. However, I have an appointment with my PCP in two weeks so going in next week wouldn’t make a difference. I would like a refund of my $200.

Worst place ever Ive had blood drawn. First, the lady had a bad attitude from the beginning then she was incompetent in sticking me with the needle. She tried drawing blood by my knuckle which is un heard of until she gave up and then she proceeded to draw it from my forearm. In addition to this she didnt apply any gauze and left my hand in pain.

John and Jamila did such a fabulous job and were so accommodating. My mom needed an very short-notice covid test on christmas eve. Even though they closed at 2 they still tested her when we got there right at 2. Thanks so much for your help you guys!

I took my test today and I was helped by Jamilha, she was very professional, friendly and helpful. I got lost trying to make it to the lab and she came outside to guide me. The paper work was quick and easy and I was done in no time. If I ever need to get my test done again, I would definitely come back and requestJamilha.

Wanted to check for covid exposure so I came here for an antibodies test. Upon entry, I was warmly greeted by Jamilah who explained the different types of tests and what each offered. It helped me make the best decision of which test to take. It was a quick process, and it was easy. I highly recommend this place for any of your testing needs.

Jon was super nice and helpful; walked me through shoving a q-tip up my nose which was fun. I was seen right away and got my results back within 20 minutes.

I was able to schedule for a rapid COVID test half an hour out, and everything was done very efficiently. Jon did my test and helped answer my questions and made sure everything went smoothly.

The phlebotomist is never on time. I showed up on two different days and they said she was running late. I still havent been able to get basic blood work done because they are so unorganized and need more staff. The wait is so long that Id be late for work. Dont waste your time.

Went in a week ago to get a next day Covid PCR test for my daughter and I, $159 each. They called the next day and said it was delayed 24 hours, understandable. 2 days later I still didn’t have results so I called and the receptionist took down my information and never called me back. I’ve called 2 other time since then and no answer and voicemail box is full. I want a refund. I would’ve gone to get a free Covid test if I knew it was going to take this long. I haven’t been able to go to work for the last week so im out that money too.

Dana was wonderful and very efficient with the test. She explained the process very clearly and helped me complete the formalities. She made the experience seamless.

Everything online says they close at 6 pm. I walked in at 5:35 for a CMP. Extremely easy blood test, I’ve had it performed there before, multiple times w no problem. But the desk girl said they don’t take walking after 5:30. There was literally not another patient in the entire building. Pretty sad customer service.

I had COVID-19 test taken on 12/17/20. It was extremely easy, the staff was very cooperative. Special to mention Jamilah, she was an exceptional person to deal with.

I was running late to have a drug test for a new job before they closed for the day. I called and they actually stayed late to get me taken care of so I could start my new job. Everything was explained clearly and the staff and owner are so friendly!

I forgot to fast for labs for my annual physical, but ALTN saved the day. Dixi was amazing! She was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out in no time. And ALTN was surprisingly affordable. I definitely recommend this location in North Ft Worth to anyone needing lab work or testing. Oh, and BTW, I noticed they also carry DNA testing kits for dogs! How cool is that?!?!

Prices are comfortable and Anna Pernyak was extremely kind and courteous, she knows how to draw blood with one poke, never felt it!This location is the place to go! This company refused me service today based on a breathing disability that l have. Doesnt the American disabilities act prohibit being refused serviced based on disability? Then attempted to violate my hippa rights by wanting me to submit my private medical records to them. Horrible experience.
