Walked in to get a mold test done because I have been exposed in my apartment to unhealthy levels of mycotoxins for some time now (+/-8 months). So, I go it and they sit me down to take get what they needed to conduct business (filling out virtual questionnaire). Shortly after being sat down, some guy walks in and says I can get a flu test done here, I called a lil while ago. They brought him to his cubicle, not sealed rooms, and upon my ears gathering intel; I made a wild guess he had no mask on because he didnt sound muffled at all. I ask the nurse aide if he had one and she said no. So I ask can I please get a mask if he doesnt have one, as the flu is an airborne sickness and he is not masked. They came back and said they didnt have any and theres a chance he may not have the flu, as they are both (both nurse aides) are fully masked. Poor english skills ans they just looked me like no one was home and could not comprehend the dangers of letting a non masked patient who may have the flu, to sit unmasked in a non sealed room 8 feet away, next to someone with a potential compromised immune system, as the last virus last 4 weeks of heavy symptoms, imagine what the flu would do.Professional thing to do would have told the gentleman to scan the QR code with his phone and finished everything from his car and be called when they were ready to see him or ask for him to go and get a mask. But what kind of lab doesnt have extra masks, as they must be worn with every blood draw...

The service was way beyond my expectation. I had a blood test for male panel to observe my general health. Results came pretty quickly and it was way cheaper than the other labs around. Irina explained me everything about the test results and even gave a referral to me how to improve my health. She was super helpful.

My 90 year old mother fell in the complex and hit her nose. We had walked into the business at 5:00, when they were closing. They checked the condition of her nose and kindly put antibiotic ointment inside and outside the nose. They also gave us supplies to maintain it. The doctor hand wrote me a document that my Mom was fit for traveling since we were getting on a cruise ship the next day. Since they had already closed, their computer and printer was down. They did not charge us. It was all so sweet and kind. I can not thank them enough!

Definitely recommending this place for blood work. They are work very organized, fast. And all nurses are super nice and kind. Prices are fair too.

The ladies that work here are so wonderful, efficient, and helpful. Lab Doctor takes walk-in appointments and that made my pre surgery lab testing situation so convenient as effortless. The prices were affordable and my phlebotomist and nurse made the experience comfortable.

This place is great. Very professional, pristine clean, great prices and they offer all kind of blood tests. Their results are very quick too

The PCR test was around $170. Low stars for high cost.Youll fill out a form, pay, theyll ask you to blow your nose then wipe a swab inside each nostril. Everything took under 15 minutes. My results were recieved within 9 hours.Very pricey but handy if youre in a last minute rush (work, travel etc).Tip: Do your research online well beforehand. There are places that do it for free (like the airport, Rite Aid, Walgreens).

The one and only medical/healthcare office that I have been with for years and have never once been disappointed. Best service at affordable prices anyone can manage. They take time to listen to your concerns and prescribe/recommend the appropriate specialist, diet, exercise, medications etc, because they actually want to see you get better. I came in today to get blood work done and was quite nervous. Right off the bat, I was welcomed with warm calming energy that made the process seamless. The staff were understanding, held my hand and talked to me throughout the few minutes that it took. Thank you Zina, Irine and Raquel you were all beyond patient and kind. I will definitely be coming back here if I need anything done in the future.

Had to get a PCR test done asap for travel purposes. The staff was very greeting and polite, was in and out by 5 minutes even without an appointment. If anyone needs a fast result test completed- I highly recommend this place.

Amazing doctor and lab! They really go above and beyond to help their patients, and educate you if they see any anything bad with your results. Also, they are extremely quick and efficient in obtaining your results. They had my results in less than 24 hrs, which the fastest I ever recieved test results. Dr.hill did a great job at thoroughly explaining the results to me, and went above and beyond by providing me with tips on how to help my issues.

Amazing place! Took my son here in Sept/Oct 2022. I can’t remember the doctors name however my understanding is that it’s only one doctor. He was VERY patient and took his time asking my son questions. I will definitely refer others. Thank you.

I was on the cruise ship with my daughter and I went to this clinic four years ago to test the poo for her because she was not well. When I was there the doctor, ( I wish I remember his name) heard that my daughter kept having gastrointestinal problems and recommended her Genova test. I know its late but I want to say thank you for that. This is how we discovered that she had many food intolerance as they did not show up in other tests. They were fabulous and I remember today, as we took the correct measures afterwards and nowdays my daughter is great!

This place was fabulous! So well run and the ladies that helped us were all absolutely amazing. I can not stress how easy they made the COVOID testing (we needed it for travel) for us. They explained things, made helpful suggestions, and were just great. There were 3 of us in my family being tested, and all of us felt the same-this lab is tops. My 79 year old mom even felt comfortable with the process, thanks to the wonderful staff. The test did not even hurt any of us, as it was very expertly administrated.. So speaking and reviewing for three people, let me say if you need tests, this is the best place ever. Lab Doctor, thank you from three very happy travelers.

Awesome service with a quick and easy turn around. I ended up in a jam on Saturday and they came highly recommended as I required my results within 24hrs for travel. A little over 13hrs I received them and was on my way. The nurse was extremely helpful, patient and informative. She explained the results process and listened to my concern. Definitely will stick with them for my testing ALWAYS!

My family and I had a great experience with the Lab Doctor. We were a family of 5 that needed an RT-PCR test done for next day travel. Everywhere we went an appointment was needed and there was a 48 hour wait time for results and prices were expensive for expedited results. But Lab Docor took us in with no appointment needed. We walked in and served quickly, great price and results were received in an hour. I would highly recommend the Lab Doctor to anyone looking for low cost testing and fast results.

I got in and out quickly, the staff was courteous and professional, and I got my results in less than 8 ½ hours. In order to get back to my country of residence, I needed to be tested within 72 hours of departure and have specifics of time and date tested, etc., so a fast turnaround was essential. Lab Doctor delivered even more quickly than I had anticipated, lowering my stress level in the process! I highly recommend them.

We have been twice now to get our Covid test for travel. Received our test results within 24 hours both times via text and email. The staff are so wonderful. This is the second time I visited Lab Doctor for a COVID test. Both have been positive experiences. The process, from registration, to testing, to receiving the results simple was simple and straight forward. The staff was efficient, caring and professional.

Extremely efficient, professional, clean, easy and friendly. I went for a PCR test in the morning and got the results in the evening of the same day by email. Only took 15min to do the test. You dont need to make an appointment, and surprisingly the wait time is much shorter than most other places with online appointments. I was honestly very impressed how good the experience was. 5 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic service. We went for our covid test for travel (non-US citizen). We turned up, completed a form then went straight in for our test, the nurses were efficient and very friendly. Our results came back via email in under 24 hours. We didn’t book but you can reserve a test online. Would definitely use again.

I had to do a last minute COVID PCR test for travel and Lab Doctor was the only place that could take me as a walk-in. I arrived at ~4:45pm and there was maybe a 2-5 minute wait.The nurses were very nice and were great at giving the nasal swab PCR test, it was the least painful one Ive ever had done!I got the results in less than 24 hours via email.Very convenient, nice AND skilled staff, quick turn around time; the perfect place!

Anytime I’ve needed testing, whether it’s blood work or even covid testing, I’ve chosen Lab Doctor. The staff is both super friendly and extremely professional. The facility is always clean and very welcoming; and I’ve never had to wait more than 15-20 mins to be seen, which is always a plus. I love Lab Doctor. I have been able to travel a few times during Covid and it has been critical to the trip to be tested with timely results. If not for Lab Doctor these trips would not have been possible. The team is outstanding, They are friendly and make the whole procedure easy and even fun. I have been pleasantly surprised how an invasive up your nose procedure has been no big deal. I have used them 3 times and they are well worth the trip across the county.

Awesome experience for same-day turnaround on a CBC I needed to have done on a Friday morning, so I could find out if I was recovered to complete in an event Sunday. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the cost was also AWESOME-- I get blood draws every week and have often paid more with insurance coverage than I paid without at Lab Doctor. If I lived locally Id go here for my weekly blood draws. Excellent service, cost, and overall experience!

Excellent service! Arrived at around 0900, waited for about 20 minutes in a small line. Inside for less than 3 minutes total and results before 19h00 same day. Nurses were friendly and helpful. I am flight crew and needed a last minute PCR swab required for a Caribbean flight. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are going to the Bahamas and went to Lab Doctor yesterday for the Covid before traveling. We were very pleased with our experience...they made the very unpleasant nasal swap test as pleasant as it could be. We waited less than 5 minutes, the staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility was clean. We got had our tests at lunchtime yesterday and negative results were emailed to us before 7:30 am today. Would recommend Lab Doctor to anyone who needs a COVID test.

Definitely go to Lab Doctor if you need a PCR test for travel! We were very concerned about getting results back in time (where we were traveling required a test within 96 hours of travel) especially during the holidays. Lab Doctor got it back to us in less then 24 hours! The staff was also very friendly and the line moved efficiently. Dont think twice about spending the money and having peace of mind.

We went in for a sinus infection and we’re treated so well just being there made me feel better. Dr. Hill and his staff are extremely accommodating, patient and thorough. I was a person, not an appointment and it felt like how I imagine a Dr’s office use to be, before it became about money. He brings honor back to the profession.

Our nurse was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. The building‘s offices are clean & the staff is clearly taking Covid-specific precautions with their spaced out seating, masks / gloves, etc. We received our covid test results back within 12 hours via email and can now go on our trip with that peace of mind. This place is awesome! The only downfall is that we had to drive 10 hours round trip to get there / back to our home town but that’s no fault of LabDoctor. 10/10, would recommend.

Been here twice now when I needed a quick turnaround for Covid test to travel. Both times they have gotten me in and out quick I’d say less than 30 minutes and both times the test results were emailed to me within 12 hours. Exactly what I needed. Tests are $179 each. I think there is a way to apply for your insurance company to cover it but they don’t deal with insurance so you have to pay on spot.

Outstanding service. Location easy to find and accessable. Followed guidelines for social distancing between patients as we were quickly instructed how to fill out the brief information sheet. There were about ten people ahead of me, yet my wait from beginning to end was only about 12 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. I had the Real Time PCR covid test for international travel. I took the test at 5 pm and had the results via email early the next morning. The actual test was the least invasive nasal swab covid test I have had over the past ten months (and I have had several due to having a couple medical procedures). It cost $179 but was worth every penny to secure a quick, reliable and accepted test for international travel. Highly recommend the Lab Dr and would definitely use their services again.

If you are traveling to Japan (and traveling in general), use this place! My family and I used multiple times and they know the requirements to enter Japan.They are always professional, efficient and reliable. We never had any wait time and got the results within the timeframe they gave us. More affordable than other travel testing places.

Super friendly staff! No appointment needed. Quick testing. You have to fill out a form where you upload an ID and/ or doctors note, and fill in some personal information. For that you got to scan a QR Code so make sure youre connected. Open on Sundays. I had no waiting time. Result came per mail as requested in the form. Additionally, they told me to write an email to ask for the results. Got mine without asking. I am very pleased and would recommend this place. Cant say anything about the reliability of the test.

Ive gotten 2 PCRs for international travel from this company. The second time was around Christmas time. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. They even recognized me the second time I was there! The test comes back in less than 24 hours, so its worth the price ($179). Ive tried other places before using this company and no one else that Ive found can guarantee this quick turn around. (I looked in 3 different cities) I would go back again.

We needed a pcr test for traveling outside of the United States. Of course, testing sites are in high demand at the moment but lab doctor had a very organized, clean system for waiting and simultaneously filling out paperwork. Everyone was super efficient and pleasant. Our results came in the middle of the night and I woke up to a text message from lab doctor telling me to check email. Make sure to check spam folder that’s where mine were. All in all great service!!

Needed rapid antigen tests before our cruise in 2 days time. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. They are very professional and super nice and took great care of me. I have tested for covid with this company a total of 5 times in the past couple of months. The results are given in 12-24 hours via email which makes things so efficient. They are very kind and answered all of the questions I had. I will only go to them if I need any blood work done or anything.Keep in mind, it is very busy due to the increase in numbers. I would definitely recommend going before 7:30 to wait in line. I was in and out in 30 minutes with arriving early. If not it can take an hour and a half at the least. If you are thinking about doing a covid test, I would 10/10 recommend lab doctor.

Our experience at lab doctor was great. needed to get a PCR Swab test done 72h prior to departure and access helped us achieve that. we went in to get our swab at 8am and they emailed us results at 5:50pm, same day! would not hesitate to use them again.

This location is awesome. It was extremely fast I only waited like 10 minutes. The Nurse Princess was so pleasant and the front desk staff was very receptive to customers. Thanks for the prompt results as advertised, I got my results before 24 hrs. I HIGHLY recommend.

Oh my gosh! LabDoctor is amazing! We paid ahead of time and requested in car testing. We got there at 9am and were done by 9:20am. We were concerned about the actual nasal test because of all the stories we’ve heard. I have to tell you it was so much better than I anticipated. They definitely did not go to my eye socket or brain as I had heard. Just a little swabbing of the nostrils. Our nurse was very professional and gentle. We got our results back by 6:30pm the same day. Now we can go to Bahamas to swim with the pigs. Thank you LabDoctor, I will recommend you to everyone I know that needs testing. Don’t go anywhere else people!!!

Dr. Hill is incredibly unprofessional. Especially when it comes to his staff. He treats them like a rotating door, he hires one to fire another one. After the flood he has ignored staff with no updates or news on new schedules or when employees are set to come back in. As if people don’t require stable income to live. What a horrible way to run an office. Stay away, Dr. Hill is unprofessional and inhumane.

I have been PCR COVID 19 tested here three times and I’ve gotten my results by morning (within 24 hours) every time. That is huge when you need a result for work or school. I’ve also had my kids rapid tested a couple of times. The staff is great, friendly, and again quick results!

It was a seamless process. I went there on a Saturday morning because I needed to fly out on Monday and needed the covid test to travel. I got my results Sunday morning. I emailed the nurse Saturday at 11pm and she not only responded five minutes later but gave me proven assurance that I would get my results on time. I am finally taking the time to review Dr Hills office because I recently received some particularly wonderful service. He has been taking care of me for over 6 months, and I needed to go in to be examined and refill a prescription. Unfortunately, my mother had just passed away a few days earlier, and life had become incredibly busy. Before my prescription could run out I called the office. They were extremely kind and efficient and went ahead and refilled my prescription by telephone to save me driving across town while so much was going on.You can get many things done at Dr Hills practice, including lab tests, which makes paying your bill much easier than receiving bills from numerous sources. Mainly, I would recommend anyone to go there because Dr Hill and his nurses and assistants are professional, thorough, and friendly. And I mean thorough, they know everything about you and they keep careful records. They are very kind and discreet and understanding, so if you have to take an embarrassing problem there, its no worse than a splinter! Theres always someone at the office during their posted hours. If it looks busy when you walk in, dont turn around and go back another time. Just give them your name and youll find that they will quickly get you sorted into an office and get you started. Finally, I would like to point out that one reason I feel loyal to this practice is because the young ladies and Dr Hill always say thank you when you leave. As a newcomer to South Florida, Ive noticed that many of the younger people dont say thank you at the end of business. This is another thing that makes them stand out from the pack. You always feel like people who were well brought up will take better care of you and be more conscientious.

A great experience, the doctor sees you first, then a kind gentle nurse performed the nasal swab. My covid 19 pcr results were ready in 24 hours. I will go here for all my medical needs, and refer patients here also. They are professional, the center is very clean, the wait was less than 30 minutes.

Excellent service, quick and professional! I was two days away from traveling to Colombia and had an Antibody test done during the week but it wasnt enough for travel clearance as I needed the PCR test. Lab Doctor made is easy for me to pre pay my test, I showed up and 10 minutes later it was done. 16 hours later I had my results by email and was able to travel to Colombia without any issues.

Love this place! They are very comforting, and efficient. Tests only take about 3 minutes, and you get the results that evening. Best times to go are after 11am and before 4. They will email you the results sheet! We travel a lot, so we have to get a new test every time we fly.

This was our second time doing a PCR test for travel. Did our test around 10:30am and got our results back around 9:22pm. The service is great and the nurse is very nice and gentle when swabbing my children which really helps taking into consideration the nasal swab test can be a little uncomfortable. I had a good experience yesterday morning at the Ft Lauderdale location. When I arrived I was greeted outside by a woman who explained the services and then asked to wait in a line. I only waited about 10 minutes and when I was next a lovely lady (Jessica) took me into an exam room where they drew blood and did a nasal swab. I was there for no more than 15 min and all of the staff was kind and helpful. As I was paying my bill they handed me a paper that confirmed my blood test was negative. This morning (less than 24 hours later) I received an email and learned my nasal swab was negative also. Quick, kind, helpful service. I highly recommend this lab. Ask for Jessica, she was awesome! The worst part of being sick is needing to get lab work. The lab is usually over crowded, dirty and the staff is burned out. I went to Lab Doctor in Fort Lauderdale 08/04/22. I went to two Quest Diagnostics Centers to find 20 to 30 people waiting in a room for 10. I walked into Lab doctor and I within 5 seconds and someone was asking me can I help you. She explained the easy sign in with your own phone and said you can wait and we will call you. No more than 5 minutes and I was called. The facility was lso clean and it looked like I was at bank. I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I was gettin my results (Less than 12 Hours) I couldnt understand the download. Instead of explaining the steps again the company emailed me a PDF file of my results. Just spectacular service.

I have a trip coming up and needed a Covid swab test with prompt results. I did a little research and decided on Lab Doctor on 17th street. An excellent decision. I completed the forms on line and brought them with me. I was treated by a professional staff in a clean and well run lab. My results were emailed to me less than 12 hours later. If in need another test I will go back to them.

I just had a Covid nasal test October 28.I had to travel outside of the state I am a caregiver it was imperative that I get the results immediately. The results came within 12 hours . Gratefully I was negative!!It’s not the end of the story I’ve been seeing Dr Hill since 2015.Dr Hill save my life in November 2016.I had several blood tests, He called me the next day and told me that I was dangerously anemic. Like many, my husband and I needed a Covid pcr test for travel. The staff at Lab Doctor were very accommodating and friendly. Their location was as one would expect from a medical lab practice; clean with all staff using proper ppe and following infection control guidelines. The best place in Broward to get PCR testing for travel. Yeah, it’s pricey at 179$, but it’s well worth your sanity and security in test acceptance at travel destination. These guys are the only place in Broward, who can provide results within 24h, not 12h-5day window, or even 12-72h. You can buy your tickets well in advance for decent prices, since international destinations require a negative test 72h prior, be responsible and self isolate, not catch covid lol, get a test and have results fast and guaranteed. I’ve done a test at 8:30am and got results at 4:50pm. Staff is very polite and caring, explained everything I had questions about and I’m absolutely satisfied. When i have to travel next time - I’ll come back 100%.

This is by far the best place to get a PCR Covid test within 24 hours. I needed to get a PCR test done before my upcoming international flight and tried to contact another company to schedule an appointment. After getting no response for days, I gave up and found the Lab Doctor. Not only did I NOT have to schedule an appointment to do this test, the cost of this was a lot cheaper than the other place...AND I got my results early the next morning!

Need a COVID Test? Come here. Dont even think about it. Walgreens literally hung up on me and their openings were not convenient once I tried their website. This place took less then 10 minutes total (I did pre-register online), and they gave me the exact form needed for my trip to Japan within 1 hour. Could not be happier with the amazing service.

I been here five times to get tested , all due to testing to travel internationally for work, and the girls in the office, have never failed to disappoint me , and I have always received my results in 24 hours. It is a little pricey, but worth it. I need it a PCR Covid test to travel within 96 hours and Lab Doctor service was fast and excellent costumer service. I went to get the test done on 10/1/2020 around 10am and the results were ready by 18:00. I can travel tomorrow intertaionally without problem.Thank you Lab Doctor

The testing process was fast, very fast….practically bum rushed out of there, due to the long queue and we received our PCR results around 7am the next day.Would like it if the price came down on the PCR test, but they were the same price as CVS and we could simple walk in, no appointments necessary.

I needed a COVID test done immediately and I came across this facility. At first when I arrived there were about 15 customers outside waiting. I said to myself I’ll be here all day. But I was amazed how all these lab technicians were swiftly getting customers in and out. I wasn’t even there 10 minutes and the tech was calling me to get serviced. Yvonna did the COVID text and was very detailed in explaining everything. All these lab techs rocks. My results were promised in 12hours but I received them in 9 hours with a follow up text informing me my results were ready. Lab Doc+or you rock.

This is by far the worst run medical office Ive ever dealt with. The office staff doesnt know the prices of any of the services offered and they run around asking the next person, and the next.....common theme here: Youre staff cant address the simple question of cost. The manager is rarely there which reflects heavily when you open the door. I was charged $129 for blood panel work 3 months ago and came back in today for the SAME work and it took them almost 45 minutes to get the manager on the phone (OFF SITE) to inform me that they made a error on my first visit and incorrectly charged me $129. If I wanted the same panel work to be done I would have to pay $1500- I will never step foot into that office ever again and I will refer friends and colleagues elsewhere. My time was wasted and the manager pretty much had an oh well, too bad attitude. The explanation provided was weak and made no sense at all nor gave any justification to a price jump of $1371. If youre reading this review I advise you to close up shop for a day and educate your staff on all services provided and have a master list of all costs associated with each service and most importantly......SHOW UP to you the business you manage. I went to a business a few miles away who did the EXACT same blood panel work I needed for the same price, STRANGE. I really hope this review lights a fire under you to fix what needs to be fixed because this shouldnt have happened in the first place. If ZERO stars was an option I would have selected that.

Dr. Hill and his staff are very professional, caring, and fast. He is the last of a dying breed of doctors who actually treat and care about their patients. I’ve never thought of the doctors office as a pleasant experience, but this place is as good as it gets. I have nothing but good things to say, and I will be coming back for as long as I live in the area. I would recommend to everyone.

Quick, easy, reliable. They open at 10 am on sunday for covid testing, got there at 10 and there was already a line outside. You fill out paperwork on a clipboard and take a chair in a line outside the building. Waited maybe 15 min, they move quick. Did the same day/next morning PCR however if testing on a sunday, the actual lab where results are processed is closed on sunday so you wont get your results until Mon 8pm. I liked how they sent a text saying your results are in your email inbox. Will use again and would recommend

After 10 years visiting this office Im very disappointed. Due Covid situation this doctor in short story just kicked me out because Im not worth patient anymore.. Covid people giving him more easy and fast money by testing them so he just stopped care at all about his previous patients. The team he have there now think just because they left University they are already doctors.. Became doctor need few years of experiences and than they (maybe) can say Im doctor. I will never ever go to this office anymore and I do not recommending to anyone if looking for doctor who take care of you anytime. This is NOT the Dr. Hill what was couple years ago. It was pleasure to go there and I was very happy but this is history. Sad how he changed so much and keeping now team who is very rude and very unprofessional.

So the government offers free rapid PCR swabs however none of those sites were doing testing because of it being columbus day, I got a cancellation email late sunday night leaving me high and dry for hopes of a COVID test AND result by the time I had to fly. THANK JESUS I found this place online, mostly the reviews were letting me know, yes they do CPR! yes they give results within 12-24 hours! The price is of no concern to me as I havnt been able to fly back to the middle east since february. Seems the concept for a fast COVID PCR nasal swab result isnt hitting home yet. For those that need to travel internationally a 48 hour and longer result wait time DOES NOT WORK!!! Thank you all so much for doing what your doing. Telling people borders are open but then dont make it easy to get a rapid PCR is almost equal to torture when familes have already been kept apart for months!!!

There was a bit of a wait to get in to take the test (30 mins) but it was worth it. Took the PCR test at 11a and got the results by 7pm same day. Needed it for travel 3 days later to China and it was approved by the embassy. Thanks. Will definitely recommend.

This was a really stressful time for our family. Rushing to get my inlaws back overseas as they have a lot of health issues and we are in the hot spot for COVID. Their country required serological and PCR testing within 48 hours of their departure. Not the results within 48 hours but the ACTUAL TIME of blood draw and nasal swab within 48 hours of departure. They needed to fly to NY first then catch the flight Saturday at 7 pm overseas. We went Friday morning at 8 am. Not only did the line move fast but I got the results at 4 pm the same day doing the $75 extra for expedited. Everyone there was very friendly and understanding. Thank you so much!!!

I arrived just after 9am for a PCR COVID test, no appointment, and I was done by 9:15am. The staff were friendly and efficient. I got my results back exactly 9 hours later! I will be coming here again for any future travel related COVID testing.

Having been let down by CVS I needed a quick PCR test to let me fly to Europe in the following days. I turned up tag Lab Doctors door at 4PM and explained what I needed. I was ushered in and led to a comfortable cubicle were a nurse explained what was needed and what I had to do, $145 for PCR test and 24hr turn around. The swab was taken, forms filled and I was led through my instructions in a friendly and professional way. I exited the building 15 minutes after arrival and this morning at 5AM my results popped into my email inbox, negative, phew! I can fly!!!!! Nurse blew a simple butterfly and the doctor had to come in and wiggle the needle around on my arm to collect. Then staff entered the wrong phone number into their system so I couldnt get my results. Staff is impossible to contact so now I paid and there are results... but I cant get them! I will have to go in again tomorrow to correct their mistakes...What should be simple for every doctors office in America is a big hassle for this group.They made me wait in my car because their waiting room is so small. The doctor definitely has a type of nurse he likes as they are all good looking 25-35 year old Hispanic women....The only good part was it was easy and cheap but hey i guess you get what you pay for....

I highly recommend this facility.I have always gone very early (06:15 arrival) to be one of the first in line for testing. However, I just started going in the late afternoon with no lines......in/out in 10-minutes.

I was told to go there for a faster test results from COVID 19. I went Monday and the lab was suppose to return the results 24 hours later. At this time I don not have any answer and they don’t answer the phone calls. The lab doesn’t accept insurance and it is very expensive lnowing the test that is free in other places.I don’t think they deserve a good rate overall

We called in advance and they told us to come. We drove 1.5 hours and then they made us wait for almost 2 hours. When we complained, they suggested we come again tomorrow.

They are putting out false times for Covid-19 test results. They clearly tell you 12-24 hours but fail to produce the test results in that amount of time. DO NOT use them if you need the results in a timely manner for travel. From what I understand this is happening to quite a few people.

Pretty fast for not needing to make an appointment. You walk up, fill out the one form that is displayed outside. Get in line on the green dashes on the side of the building. And that’s it.I waited about 20mins and the COVID test took about 7minutes once I was inside.Only bad thing is they really work that Qtip in the nose waaaaay more than any test I’ve had done. My wife and I took a half weekend trip to Ft. Lauderdale to spend the night and get a pcr test for our trip to Aruba. Showed up Monday around noon and about 20-30 minutes later we were walking out the door on our way home. My results came in at 10:18 pm. Still waiting on my wife’s but expect them shortly. I would definitely come down again for another test if this is still a thing on our next vacation.

Avoid this place if you are a new patient. Like the plague. I paid for a Full Comprehensive STD testing panel online on Sunday. I was in the office on Monday, and after waiting about an hour a nurse took me back to take blood samples. I never even saw or talked to a doctor about symptoms or anything. Not a huge deal to me, but would have nice. All I needed were my test results. Which I received (in full) by Wednesday. I tested positive for Chlamydia and called back the office to get their voice mail so I left a message. I emailed both doctors and of course received no response from either one even. So I called the office again and the lady assured me that the RX would be called in shortly and I would be able to pick it up by the end of the day. (Wednesday) I called Publix and they had no record of a call for the RX for me. So, I called back the office, and they said they were busy but assured me it would be taken care of by the end of the day. (Wednesday) That never happend, so I called the office AGAIN on Thursday (6/28/18) and they once again assured me that the RX would be sent over. I waited about 5 hours and called Publix again, and once again, they had no request from the doctor for the RX or whatever. So I called the Lab Doctor office again (for the 5th time I think) and they assured me it was sent over and it would be ready soon. So I called Publix again, and they told me it was sent over but somehow the people at Lab Doctor got my birth date wrong!?! Thank God they (Publix) looked over that one minor detail but it should never have been a problem. I was finally able to pick it up about 15 minutes ago. The only reason this place is not getting one star is because I think the price for the type of testing was OK and the results did come in as they said they would. But if you have anything, good luck on getting it treated. I will never go back to this place.Moral of the story - DONT TRUST REVIEWS, Id say this place had a ton of fake good ones to get people in the door but never again for me.

Very efficient and caring at the same time. Good staff and usually doesnt take too long to get the test done. Results are within 24 hours. Would recommend.

The patient and friendly staff is working non stop to give covid 19 tests to the general public. They are doing an amazing job as front line workers. Organized, professional & friendly.

On point, super quick but equally expensive. out of half a dozen COVID tests to date the lady giving this one stayed in my nose WAY longer than than any preceding test. I also think she used the same swab in both nostrils, which is super gross but I cant be sure about that one.

Very bad - I would not recommend at all and personally not return! Unhappy I went in the first place. I felt very rushed, being ushered around by five nurses/assistants. No attention and care was taken when consulted - the doctor was looking at his phone and standing at the consultation rooms door while I was trying to explain my medical concern.

Great Lab testing office. VERY clean and the nurses here are GREAT!!!!prices are very cheap i dont even know how they can have such low prices. i got my results within 1 day instead of waiting more than a week from my doctor.

Went there to get some bloodwork done and a covid test before. Amazing staff, very fast results, and I have not found anywhere with better pricing for the bloodwork I had. Also, Dr. Hill was very kind. Highly recommend!

If you need a Covid test just go here. I got tested at 17th St. facility and everyone was professional, courteous and even with a line of 15 people waiting 10 minutes before they open, from beginning to end I was out in 15 minutes.

The Lab Doctor is the best place to go to get your blood work done. They have the fastest results and are the cheapest in the state! The nurses are very nice and are swift with drawing the blood. I wouldnt go anywhere else for blood work!

Dr. Hill is amazing but his staff of beautiful exotic weomen are ding bats. They have messed up on my prescriptions many times. Send them to wrong pharmacy or wrong amount . But besides that im happy with HIS MANNER and the PRICES. I feel bad for complaing but ive had enough.

No one answers the phone and no one gives any explanation or apologizes, they act indifferent about it And this new girl, not a nice blonde one, but a little on the chubbier side tan one is rude. She doesnt apologize just gives excuses, acts appalled that you would ask about no one answering, barely makes eye contact and acts all ancy. Not the usual great Dr Hill employee.

It goes without saying Dr. Richard Hill is a stand up guy, professional, caring, meticulous and he`s a great Dr. on top of that. His one and only bad review was without a doubt a misunderstanding and/or a poor judge of character and most definitely mistaken. I`ve known Dr. Hill for several years but to keep my review short and make my point... I wouldn`t take my business elsewhere and neither should you because it would most definitely be an error.P.S. I spoke with someone that works at the location and she was incredibly rude to me and refused to give me her name - I will go back in and speak to every single employee there and find out who I spoke with. She should be fired for being so unprofessional. She hung up on me because I asked for her name at the end and she refused to give it to me. I am shocked that Labdoctor has employees that behave like that. I will update this post when I have her name so I can let everyone know to steer clear of this woman, hopefully she will not be working there for long.

If you are in need of a fast PCR test this is the place to go. I had my test at 10:00 am and my results were emailed by 9:00 pm. No waiting and so easy.

Dr. Hill, and his staff, is the only doctor Ive been to that treats me like I matter. He has an old school way of taking time with his patients. He makes a plan, orders the tests, and follows through with the results. It is rare to find that today. He actually investigates. I would strongly recommend Dr. Hill to anyone looking for help with their medical needs.

Worst experience ever. They gave me a false positive test that completely messed up my trip. I had to go in another 3 different places to get negative results and have piece of mind. Be aware and don’t wast your valuable time.

The process was very efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Got my PCR results in just over an hour.

Test 07.31.21. The Lab Doctors procedures are well organized, and efficient. Questions were replied to professionally, and in timely manners. Overall, a good experience.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but do not go here for your USCG medical. The first visit the main Doctor couldnt find a vein to draw blood. As his assistant was attempting to assist him, he kept talking down to her saying focus as she was communicating with me.Then he said my blood pressure was a disqualifier for my license which was false as I called to check with the NMC.I get called back because he said I had either kidney problems or they didnt draw enough blood for a sample. Back peddling with some bullshit excuse, mind you he barely took any blood the first time.Finally get my blood work back and send in my medical to NMC only to have it sent back again saying they didnt fill out the readings for the eye exam.This is my 3rd trip which should be a quick in and out. They ask if I would like my blood pressure check again, well its high because I have to spend my time coming back for you incompetence.

The Lab Doctor on 17th Street, Ft. Lauderdale is THE BEST place to get tested. The staff is friendly, efficient, just totally awesomeand the results come back as promised!!!There is no better place to get lab work done than the Lab Doctor 17th Street Ft. Lauderdale!!!!!
