I’ve waited over 3 weeks before coming here. I usually don’t write negative reviews but felt like I needed too. Waited over 30min on the zoom meeting with no one joining the meeting. Called the office and the secretary reschedule for the same to happen. I’ve been calling for the past week and nothing has been done. I’ve asked to be rescheduled and the secretary advised not to bc same will happen. Asked for a refund and they said they weren’t able to do it, Dr Garcia is the only one that can refund but he is not responding, I have no option other than disputing the charges since I cannot complete an appointment. I’ve tried everything I could before writing this review or disputing a charge. On the website slots are still available and they keep taking appointments knowing it’s not going to happen

Extremely disappointed. Paid for an appointment. No one showed up on Zoom. Eventually got a phone call from the doctor. Was given an Rx. Ive been unable to fill said Rx as Dr. Garcia does not respond to texts or phone calls from me or his office. Ive spoken to Deloni in the office multiple times over the past few weeks. Complete waste of time, money and energy. Go elsewhere for your medical care. Only giving one start because zero stars is not an option.

Communication problems with IcareVip are the worst, I can never get in touch, they dont answer the phone and they dont return calls! My pharmacy has been trying to speak to the doctor in 3 attempts and has never heard back! Lack of attention to customer needs.

Scam!!!!! They barely answer the phone call also they let u book an appointment then they disappear!!!!! Then when u can finally talk with someone they said that there’s only one doctor and he doesn’t wanna do his job but in the meantime they are getting money with all the appointments that they let people book!!!! DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND THE DR CALLED MY PRESCRIPTION INTO THE WRONG PHARMACY. Dont waste time and money. I scheduled an appointment, they received the money and no one called me on the scheduled day and time. I sent an email, called several times and they never responded to me or refunded my money. I hope no one loses money with this clinic anymore, they are a scam, they just want money.

I loved the way the Nurse Practitioner took time with me and helped me . She made the whole process very easy for me . She ordered the medicine I needed . And the Pharmacy worked well with me. She was very knowledgeable and I felt very safe with them . Thankyou

Dr Garcia and his staff are amazing! They are always available for myself and my family. They are so knowledgeable and understanding. One of the greatest compliments I can give them is that not only do they listen to you but they hear you! My husband had swelling in his leg, called the office and they brought him in right away, did an ultrasound and found that he had blood clots. Intervention was started right away and I truly believe they saved his life. My 3 adult children see them as well. They are great about calling in refills and are so easy to talk to. They always follow through and I just cant say enough great things about him and his staff. If you want a doctors office that cares about you and your needs, this office is the BEST!!! Dr. Garcia.... thank you for everything you do for me and my family!

They take your money and NEVER CALL YOU BACK. I did schedule a online consultation and the doctor never called me to my appt. I called the clinic 3 times, Besides they Berber return your call , they refuse to refund your money. It’s the second and for sure the last that this happened. Careful it’s about their culture their habit of take your money or not being honest at all. I do have all the proofs.

Don’t lose your money they suppose to give 6 months prescription they only give me 3 months they don’t answer they call they don’t return call they just want get your money and run way not answering the phone

Ive been a patient of Dr. Garcia’s for 12 years now and his dedication to his patients and the level of care never ceases to amaze me. I am in the executive protection business and work crazy hours which makes making and keeping office appointments difficult. Now that hes added iCare to his services, my appointments are easier and faster and I can meet with him when it’s convenient for me. Thanks Dr. Garcia and staff for doing a great job!

Absolute abysmal experience and worst customer service experience I have ever had.Three separate times they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and now that I no longer need the prescription, they refuse to acknowledge a refund for the inconvenience (a refund I was promised by two separate employees).Instead, I keep being told to wait for a manager to contact me, which has not happened yet - and it has been over two weeksI’ve been on the phone with this very unprofessional company many times and they simply hang up once they run out of excuses to not honour a refund.Unfortunately, but to little surprise, I have come to understand that many of the positive reviews left for this company are indeed dishonest and forged.I would give zero stars if I could.

From the comfort from work or home I can chat with my doctor or any person in charge from the office to follow up my results, questions, anything. Safe the time for driving. This is so perfectly well thought. The staff and my doctor are super! Friendly, caring, and they are making sure I understand everything.Thanks so much for making my life easier

I just stared going to Dr.Garcia in Jan 2018 when I got insurance. He was Recommended to me buy a lady at the counter at the DPI imaging place in Oakland Park. Said she did her research and he was a great guy. So I went with him. I’ve been to the office about four times and many times to get Referrals which is all new to me. His girls in the office are all very efficient and kind. His lovely wife told me about this online doctor visits. She set my iPhone up for the Appointment. Wow It was the easiest thing ever and I feel that he had more time to spend with me. I would highly recommend this to future people. I like it because I’m going away to Michigan and I can speak to my doctor online and still get my prescriptions etc. Thanks you all🤗🤗🤗

Dr. Garcia has been my Primary Care Physician for many years and his standard of care is exemplary. He genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients. I highly recommend him. I am also a health care professional so I have a lot to compare him to. He’s also a heck of a nice guy.

I havent seen Dr Garcia or any other doctor at the Fort Lauderdale office in over 2 years! Is anybody in charge there anymore? Just a couple office clerks and a couple of women who are wannabe nurses but nobody even remotely resembling a doctor. Ive had to resort to Urgent Care places to even get my prescriptions refilled.

The office staff is very friendly and courteous. If I have a problem and need to talk to them they call me right back within a few minutes. I get the best care from Dr. Garcia I absolutely am satisfied 100% with him and his wonderful staff. I highly recommend this medical office .

My husband is sick with covid and had an online appointment with $55 pre-pay. The doctor never called in his prescriptions. The doctor even promised to call right back if he had any problems calling the pharmacy. I’ve called the support number, and the person who answered the phone was angry, saying the doctor calls in prescriptions after appointments, which is when my pharmacy is closed. So I hoped the prescription would be called in within 24 hours but still no prescription, and we had to go to urgent care. So disappointed and anxious at the same time, especially with a sick loved one.

I was Dealing with Covid and being pregnant (at the same time) during the holidays ; I couldn’t function even less get out of bed !! I called the company and in less than 2 hrs The physician was at my home to assist me ! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all they did for me .They were also able to bring a tech and do an ultrasound to check on my baby . VIP service for sure !!! I highly recommend! Totally priceless.

Terrible service! Had an appointment last week to have RS refilled, but those havent been sent to my pharmacy yet. Called 4 times on Friday, Twice today, and nobody from the office has ever called me back. It is unbelieve. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I have been seeing Dr. G since my insurance stopped accepting my old physician about 4 years ago. I was referred to him by a friend and it was the best referral I ever received! I have never given a positive review to any doctor or specialist I have seen and that is simply because it wasnt warranted/deserved! Dr. G is truly awesome! Upon my very visit, he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, caring and had a great sense of humor. I still recall my 1st visit to him many years ago as I waited in line to check in, I overheard a patient in waiting room say to another patient how much she loved Dr. Garcia and what a great doctor he is and then another patient said they totally agreed with her. Never being a big fan or impressed by doctors I remembered wondering if these were staged/fake (LOL) patients planted in waiting room because it was almost like the entire waiting room had chimed in to agree how happy they were with him!Well after being his patient for about 4 years it is apparent to me why all those patients were saying positive things about him.Also, Dr. Garcia has implemented remote appointments. This has been such a time saving blessing for me personally. If I do not need to physically see him I can have my appointment with him over the phone with video where we can see eachother..and even on Saturdays! It has saved me so much commute time and is such a seamless process. Even with my remote appointments, it is almost like I am at his office. He still gived me the same service since my very 1st visit. When I tell my friends about my remote appointment they usually respond with Huh?, thats weird, but wow I wish my doctor had that option! Just another reason why I am spending my time and effort to give him a positive review, he is innovative cutting edge doctor on top of all the other positive qualities I mentioned. First time engaging with a doctor via a virtual app. Audio / video were both outstanding, not too different from a traditional office visit. Dr. Garcia was a pleasure as usual and no lost time due to travel / waiting room.

Theres really nothing like the convenience of your doctor coming to you for your appointment, and that is what I have with Dr. Garcia and iCareVip. Since my initial visit back in March 2019, Ive only needed my phone to meet for appointments. The service became extremely useful in an urgent care situation where, instead of taking time out of my day, I virtually met with Dr. Garcia the same day without worrying about taking time off work and the commute. Excellent timely telehealth visit and sent prescription right to my pharmacy. Was able to get right in whereas local doctors and clinics are overwhelmed and couldn’t see me for a week. With Covid, early treatment is a must and this place helped all members of my family and is very affordable.

What a great development for us as patients and the medical staff at Dr Garcia’s office! Now I don’t have to take time off work, look for parking, sit in a lobby surrounded by people who are sick. This is a total WIN ! I have no words to describe the service provided to IcareVIP!!! The Physician came to see me in the Hotel I was staying in Miami 30 mins after called requesting the service, and it was around 8:30pm. Very sweet and professional. To be honest, I don’t want to spend my super valuable time driving to medical offices anymore since I can count on IcareVIP! Why driving to medical offices, wait there in the lobby full of other patients waiting to be assisted, if I have the convenience to be in the comfort of whatever place I am at, having them coming to see me?! I just needed a simple thing: blood test request translated from Portuguese to English. I paid and had the appointment, and it took almost one week to get the request sent to my email. But the request came missing some tests and codes. I asked again and I am still waiting on their feedback. I.e., 2 weeks later I do not have it as the way it should be.

DONT TRUST THEM ! Works like this: you get an appointment and doctor should send your medication to the place you choose. For the third time Im having the same problem. They have prommised to my wife 12 months refil of her contraceptive. In her second refil, the pharmacy said she needs to talk again with the doctor, and they cant give the medication. OK, then you try to contact them by phone. I have called 16x times and no one is there to talk in the phone. As I said before its my third time having the same problem with them. They always have a different excuse. In last time they told us on fridays they just work until noon. but today is wednesday. Do you want to trust some doctor you cant reach when you have a problem ??? Now my wife needs to take the contraceptive and we have no options and no solution. It seems to be a VERY dangerous situation, dont you think ?

This clinic has become a joke, I have already paid for my appointment and rescheduled it more than 3 times because the doctor doesnt want to answer, and I have to keep running after the doctor calling his private phone number to see if heAnswer me, my money was not returned nor did I receive assistance.This clinic has become a joke, Ive had to reschedule my appointment more than 3 times, because the doctor has no responsibility and doesnt want to see patients, every time on the day of my appointment I have to run after the doctor and call him on his phone. and he doesnt answer, my money wasnt returned nor was I answered.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Many months ago, I would recommend it, but in the last 3 consultations that I paid $55 just to request medication, I had a terrible experience. First time, the doctor didnt show up or call me, second time and third time, he requested the incorrect medicine. You send a message or call to complain, the secretary says I already gave this information to the Dr (but the doctor NEVER gets back to you or solves your problem).My friend is also having the same problem.

I have already filed my complaint. I called again yesterday and they scheduled it for May 20th at 5pm and nothing. I called yesterday, complaining and Barbara informed me that the doctor knew and would call me today, the 22nd at 9:40 and nothing. Scammer! BEWARE!

Like some other people here, I also believe this company is a SCAM. These other positive reviews must be fake. Why do they only respond to positive reviews? Ive been calling for a week and no one answers despite the place appearing to be open. I tried to consult online twice and the link didnt work. Cheap is expensive. I want my money back.

Bad experience, it was quick to schedule an appointment online, but my exam requests never arrived. No one answers or returns your messages. I feel robbed by people who speak Portuguese. That was the only reason I looked for this company...Dont use it!!!!

I like the Clinic but I was seen by a very harsh person, a woman with no patience at all. Talking nervously with anger. I think she answered a phone call before and must have had a fight lol because I called and her voice was angry and very rude. I always make my appointments when I call, there was always a very polite guy, Junior, who helped me with everything! Its a shame he left. I hope the owners see this complaint and speak to this girl. She speaks Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese and I didnt ask her name but it was October 21, 2022 in the morning! I hope she improves her tone of voice, when speaking to people, speaking with respect, without mockery, putting herself in our place. She made me quite irritated and nervous. Please do some training with her at the very least! I was sad to have a professional like that.Why was she so angry and impatient? The purpose of this evaluation is more to inform the way I was treated. I hope she reads this and does a self-evaluation.

I paid for my daughters first consultation with the psychiatrist, I spent weeks waiting for the first consultation and when the day arrived the doctor simply disappeared and after I insisted on contacting her, she sent me a message telling me to reschedule because of the time difference, but when I paid for the consultation, they were aware of the time difference and were not able to try to reschedule in advance, I thought it was a lack of respect for the patient because if they need a consultation it is because they are certainly weakened by some situation, a tremendous disregard. I preferred this clinic because it belonged to our Brazilian community... but I regretted it and Im fighting to get my money back, which was $75.00 for just one consultation that hasnt happened yet...

I gained courage after a long time and decided to seek help from a “PROFESSIONAL” who could help with my weight loss process.Through someone I follow on Instagram, I discovered the Icare profile and was happy to see that they offer a remote medical care service.I booked the appointment and made the payment to see Dr Mirella Matos 4 days ago and looked forward to the day.I followed all the instructions sent by email for the virtual consultation and at 2:55pm I entered the Zoom room, waiting for my appointment at 3:00pm. I waited until 3:10pm and no one showed up.I decided to call the number and only on the third attempt did someone, Mr. Junior, answer the phone. I introduced myself and was very surprised by the way this person approached me. He said that he tried to call me several times in the morning to say that Doctor Mirella had something unforeseen and that she could only see me at 4:00pm.I mentioned that I saw a different number trying to call me, but since I didnt know the number and I was in the middle of my work, I couldnt answer it and because I didnt leave a voicemail, I didnt care.To my surprise, Mr. Junior said he didnt leave a message because “Brazilians dont have the habit of looking at message boxes”, so he decided not to leave any message. I would like to say that I did NOT receive any other type of notification or email requesting a change to the previously scheduled and paid time.How can you trust such a service?What justification was that for not leaving a message?Very sad and frustrating.I expected very different behavior.At no point did I hear an apology for the situation.I wrote a message on their Instagram page and to another surprise, they deleted my message and blocked me.In other words, wasted time.Next time, they should be more professional.

Today I had my first remote consultation, the service was virtual, easy to access and very punctual. Dr Garcia was very attentive, willing to listen and help with my needs, always very friendly. I cant help but mention the excellent service provided by your assistant Aline, who always looked after me very well, even before I scheduled the visit. Always explaining and being available to help.

My family and I are very satisfied with the service. Dr. Garcia is very attentive, explains the treatment and medications very well.The medication prescription goes directly to the cheapest pharmacy near my home. The assistants are always available to answer any questions you may have about medications.We did all the exams, and now we are doing the camp.

Very bad customer service, I sent messages on WhatsApp or text messages and they took more than a week to get back to me, I consulted and the doctor said she would send me an email with contact information and I never received anything 👎

Dont save! Add a few extra dollars and get an in-person consultation. They do not send the prescription to you, they only send it to the pharmacy. In my case, its a problem at Walgreens and now I dont have the prescription and they dont respond to me. I requested support via Zoom in Portuguese. I received a service from a woman who only spoke Spanish and English, she was in a big hurry to end my service quickly and invoice my $55 dollars.
