I’ve been to other locations and even this one as well. But the level of care was amazing today. Major shout out to Eltude and I forget the other young lady’s name but it starts with a T. They were amazing.

By far this one was the best place I’ve gone to get checked. Shout out to the sweet lady Ivy Who withdrew my blood ! Can’t tell yall how many times I go places and it takes them 5 good pokes to get blood. This lady was fast and good at what she’s doing. Thankk you💗

This is one of the very few and completely FREE clinics you can test at. The staff is friendly, patient, and the process is quick. You create an account , show ID, and get results within a few days. (Your rapid HIV results are given to you immediately.) The cheek swab and blood draw are done painlessly because the women on staff are truly talented! Everyone here is professional and kind, this is the only place I recommend you get tested.

The staff were very considerate in keeping to discretion. But very knowledgeable, very kind and guiding through the process. Very thankful to have these wonderful people to help us in our community to afford such amenities when we’d otherwise havent the opportunity. Shout out to everyone who works there. Y’all are a blessing.

Bad customer service, very poorly educated employees, very bad experience in this office... there are better options for health care... I DO NOT recommend coming here

Truly a step above any other healthcare experience Ive had. AHF continually impresses improves and expands into food/housing assistance, community outreach, festivals, activism and more. I cant say enough positive comments to explain what a relief it is to have AHF in our community

I got there at 630 and was told the were closed and last patient is taken at 6 that’s wild cause that’s not disclosed anywhere and I have to drive from Weston Area

Two months ago I moved to the neighborhood and after over 12 years with ahf north point I was referred to this location. 12 years of excellent service and brilliant support staff I was shocked by the downtown location. I walked into an empty office with no seating and there were 2 girls behind the Desk gossiping about another employee. After 2 minutes one finally looked up and said how can I help you. I explained I was a patient at north point and wanted to book a lab appointment. We cant do that! I replied I was told you could. They took my number and someone will call you. Over a week later I got a call booked the labs. The day of the appointment I called to try and reschedule to no avail the message system simply said theres no one at the desk. Keep in mind at my first visit the phone was ringing and they never picked up, still gossiping. Fast forward last week I needed to stop by to get a doctors note saying I had been there. We cant do that! Youre not a patient. I explained I was with north point for over 12 years. Well go back there! I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one there. I had such a great experience with north point for all those years, the staff at the downtown location are simply rude and obnoxious including their management! If you read their current reviews its obvious something changed 3 years ago, maybe management or a lack there of?

I always schedule the 1st appointment since the doctor is usually running behind. Today I arrived 10 minutes late and the doctor decided a telehealth call was more important then seeing a scheduled in person patient. I am still shocked by this experience!

Great clinic to go too. Free HIV/STD testing to help you stay on track about your health. Staff is amazing. Very friendly, warm & welcoming to make you feel comfortable about the quick process. Lots of people do go and it may seem like it will be a long wait but they’re quick getting you in and out.Stay healthy! :)

10/10 would not recommend! Cancelled appointments without any explanation. Then say you’re non compliant with services! Receptionist are rude, they hang up in your face when they finally do decide to answer the phone. Haven’t been able to see my doctor in over 6 months. They need to close this location down immediately!

The staff here is good but Monica Liy is a joke! First off shes NOT a doctor but a nurse practitioner. Saw her 3 times she has yet to give me a prescription to get the tests i need and to see doctors. Called me on my personal phone to wish me happy birthday? Today when i call her out about her inefficient care she says her name has to be on my insurance. Duh! I put her on after the first visit. She said she didnt like the way i was treating her and i was having a bad day. I guess shes a psychiatrist now. So she gets up and walks out ending my appointment. AHF used to give quality care. This one wants to be your friend instead of your care giver. Never use this place. She refers to it as HER foundation. No medical treatment from her. She just assigns the real work to the staff. I need a REAL DOCTOR not a girlfriend that is so sensitive she cant handle an informed patient.

Bunch of gas lighting going on here. Fake positive test results and violations of HIPAA. They release that information into the community. Owned and operated by the police.

Overall, Id say the supervising Dr. Debbie Davis DMD is very friendly and is quite the perfectionist to attain great results for her clients oral needs. Her two Latin dental assistances are warm and caring thru to the end of each procedure. However, the offices main receptionist, Michelle, seems to be more focused on herself which adversely, yet lightly, reflects upon one with a non-professional disorganized behavior and at times it also reveals her insecurities by being subtly abrupt etc.

I am very disappointed at this facility organization. This place pretend to care about people. This was my second time arriving to try and get tested and they send me away. If they are full in the facility it makes logical sense to take names of people who arrives and schedule an appointment that was not presented to me. I totally waisted my time. I will not return back due to the lack of genuine care. It needs to be better organized.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried calling in the morning, and there’s no one available to take the call. I wanted to call first so I knew there would be no issues since I was about 50 miles away. I get there at 5pm on a Wednesday (Hours are posted as 10am-7pm) and there’s someone blocking the door saying they aren’t taking any more tests for the day.So let’s recap: no one answers the phone, they advertise walk-ins, yet when you arrive 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING, they don’t accept you. What a complete *bleeping* joke.

Joseph outside helping people Register was a superstar. Very helpful very patient and make the Registering very easy. The line and wait kind of crazy. Got here at 940am and its noon on a Friday still havent been taken care of. Plan accordingly.

They get you tested, treat you and unless something changes, I believe they can get youb PreP / Truvada.People are usually nice and motivated. So its nice.Make sure you get early (10 am) to avoid long waiting lines.
