Ive been seeing Dr. Augustino for over 27 years. Left for a couple of years (my mistake) and went back again this year to happily find that he is only handling GYN type of appointments. My only complaint is the person who is responsible for prescriptions. I have left 4 messages advising my prescription for my mammogram is missing a code and that I cant make an appointment without it being corrected and have not received a call back yet. Its been almost 1 month since I had my yearly checkup. Not sure how to get the prescription person to return my calls. This is my reason for not giving 5 stars. I will continue trying and hope this review will be seen by someone in the office and that person responsible is spoken to. Hopefully I can get my mammogram done this year.

Dr. Augustino and his staff are true professionals. My check-in process was easy and the Dr took his time explaining how procedures work and gave me a pamphlet so I can do my own research at home. I decided to move forward with labs at their office and the phlebotomist took my blood and I did not feel a thing. This is exactly how visiting a Dr’s office visit should be!

I’ve been doing HRT with Dr. Augustino since 2017 and it’s been a complete game changer. I just turned 55 and I’ve never felt better! My hot flashes and all my other menopause symptoms have all but disappeared and my libido has made an incredible comeback, which both my husband and I are thrilled about. It’s like being back in high school again! I highly recommend bio identical HRT to any woman dealing with annoying menopause symptoms. I only wish I started sooner. I usually dont take the time to do reviews, but with my two recent appointments, I feel it deserves me taking the time. : )I love Dr. Augustinos office. They are always considerate of my time. I was scheduled for blood work last Friday. I was in-and-out in about 5 minutes. I was also, during that time scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound for the following Wednesday.....in their office. When do you ever get an appointment, especially an u/s, within days? My appointment was scheduled at 5:45pm, so I did not have to miss work. : ) I arrived at 5:40pm, signed signed in, sat down, and immediately was called to go back from my ultrasound. The ultrasound Tech was so professional, and took the time to explain everything. I was back in my car by 6 pm. That kind of efficient, professional service is unheard of these days. If you are looking for an Doctor, and office staff that cares, make yourself an appointment!! You wont be disappointed!! : )

Dr. Augustino was kind in person back in 2018 prior to the birth of my son. My wife worked in the area and they were able to accommodate her last hours at work to service her. The staff was friendly as well.Things started positive but my review drops for the following. When we would go together to see Dr.Augustino he wasnt the only doctor attending my wife. He would have his 2 other colleagues service her which always seemed odd. I would have much rather stuck with one then been tossed back and forth between the 3. One notable thing was that Augustino always pushed for a C Section. We were not clear as to why when both my wife and son were healthy.It came to the point that we were never certain who would be at the delivery of my child .Fast forward to the night of my sons birth. Neither Dr.Augustino or his colleagues arrived on time.The hospital staff delivered my child.Augustino arrived only in time to stitch up my wife.Lastly six months later my wife went for a follow up. Paid her balance of $600+ but was told by the office staff that the account at that point was closed apparently until 1 year later after the birth of my son where we have a bill for almost 2,000.What a nice surprise that was.

Very good experience, the staff was really nice and kind, the doctor took time to listen to me and answered all my questions the only thing was I had to wait almost 2 hours. Although I highly recommended.

My regular doctor recommended Dr. Augustino for what I was looking for so I thought itd be fine but Ive had terrible experiences with this office every time I try contacting them.1. I called to make an appointment and when I was giving my insurance information I was kept on a hold and eventually the call ended. I called again and kept getting hung up on. I figured somebody was having a bad day or were new and not sure what to do so I just made an appointment online.2. When I finally talked with Dr. Augustino, although he was nice, he wasnt able to truly explain to me the difference between the different birth controls (diff. IUDs v. the rod, etc). I left the office with more questions than when I entered.3. I was supposed to receive results within a month and never got a call, when I called back 6 weeks after my exams for the results, I had to call back 3 times (after leaving messages throughout the week) to finally get results.4. When I asked again about the different IUDs, the woman I spoke with made it seem like I was inconveniencing her so much by asking what the difference between hormonal IUDs and non-hormonal IUDs. When I asked what the hormones do, she answered: The hormones keep you from getting pregnant. So, the non-hormonal IUDs do... what?5. I was supposed to hear back in the next week about pricing and its now been 2 weeks and Ive tried calling Millie (thats who I was told I was supposed to speak with), but she has been out to lunch or Ive been kept on hold for 15+ minutes before getting transferred to a mailbox without getting a call back.I hate leaving negative reviews, but other than the Dr. being a nice person, all of my interactions with this office (Weston) have been incredibly poor.
