Never have I been more disappointed with a doctors office. Waited two hours and still wasn’t seen but got to listen to them all talking up a storm in the back while eating. This office used to be great but now it has gone extremely downhill and the main doctor is not even doing annual exams anymore. If it was her I would waited a century to see her but to have an assistant or nurse practitioner make you wait that long, is just ridiculous. Time to move on just like everyone else has told me to do.

Dr Osman is always pleasant and friendly. She takes her time and make sure i understand what is being done. She is very approachable and I am always comfortable with her and can ask her anything. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is the best.

Great doctor and nurses were very nice. However, it is impossible to get in touch with the office and the front desk lady was very rude. She was so impatient at the fact that English is not my first language and seemed to get very upset when I would ask her to repeat something. At the end of the visit I had a question for her about my next appointment and she quickly dismissed me and did not even try to understand my question just told me to ask about it next time. It’s so unfortunate that such a great team of doctors and nurses is ruined by such a terrible service done at the front desk.

Dr. Osman is an integral part of a magnificent team of some of the best healthcare providers in Broward County.I highly recommend her to any female and I applaudher excellent gynecological expertise. My hats off to the entire McKenzie Associates team.

Dr. Osman and her office staff are amazing. Dr. Osman takes her time and makes you feel at ease. No question goes unanswered. You dont find her level of care very often. Truly a gem in the medical field. Her office staff is extremely efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Overall an A+++.

She’s the best. She knows her stuff and she made me feel comfortable. I like that she continues to converse with small talk while doing my pap to distract me from the pain lol. I recommend her to anyone

I never look forward to a gynocologist appointment. But Dr. Khadra Osman and team made it as pleasant as possibly providing warm and positive interactions and genuine care and attention. It certainly makes it easier to return; I recommend them highly!

Ive been to many Gyn doctors in the South FL area and every year after my anual exam, I would choose another Doctor until I found Dr. Osman. She is just the best Gynecologist Ive been to.She cares, listens and is very professional and kind at the same time. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and to explain her answers to your questions. Her office staff as well are very professional and kind. Her ARNP Shalonna Battle as well.I would like to congratulate and recommend the whole team of professionals Doctor Osmans office has.

My first vist to see Dr Osman and she was friendly, welcoming, cares and actually takes the time to talk to patient and explain the treatment.

Im biased because I love this practice! I was very concerned after meeting with a new ObGyn practice in Lakewood Ranch, FL having moved to the West Coast in 2020. I called Dr. Osmans office the day before Thanksgiving. After seeing Dr. Osman on Tuesday, I was no longer worried.

Hands down, the best GYN ever. Dr. Osman and her staff are not only professional, they actually CARE about their patients. During my visit I felt nurtured which let me know I was in great hands. I 1,000% recommend this practice 💛

OMG she was so nice attentive and caring. She took the time to listen to me and my problems I was having. Ive been going to my previous gynecologist for years and hes been recommending a hysterectomy for years based on my BRCA results and never recommended I have genetics counseling and she did and that did it for me.

Dr. Osman is a fantastic physician with a heart of gold. I love her dearly. She cares about me as her patient not only about my physical well being but also about my emotional well being. Her staff is friendly and the service is great. I have been a patient of Dr.Osman for many years. I never had a complaint about anything at all. I highly recommend her service to every woman.

I have been her patient for over 15 years. She is very caring, knowledgeable, experienced and attentive. I rarely wait for more than 15 minutes. If I wait longer, it is because there is an urgent matter she is attending to that requires immediate attention or longer than usual attention and I understand.

This doctors office is great, the staff are professional, friendly, I didnt have to wait a long time to be called. The doctor is conscious of your needs. Shes very good at what she does. Shes very nice. If you want a good gynecological doctor I suggest her!

Dr. Osman delivered my Son in 1997 and my best friends baby too, 3 months apart. I have never went anywhere else this whole time. Dr. Osman is the best lady doctor out there! She makes you feel at ease for sometimes, uncomfortable visits that need to be done. She is very knowledgeable and cares for you and will listen to you. Go check her out! 5+ star!! Office staff is great! Very caring.

I havent been able to see my doctor in about two years. I continue to be scheduled with the nurse. And I still have to wait long even when I have an appointment. Its definitely time to search for a new provider.

Dr. Osman has been my doctor for over 27+ year, she delivered my daughter almost that many years ago. She is a great doctor...knowledgeable, excellent bedside manners, personable, warm and very caring.

Dr. Osman truly cares about her patients. She is very caring thorough physician. You never feel rushed or your medical concerns are not addressed or meet. However it may be tricky to get appointments, but she goes above and beyond in patient care. Plus her Office staff are friendly and pleasant..

From Dr Osmond mouth “45 minutes wait is not that bad, if I don’t expect to wait around 45 minutes then maybe this is not the place for you.”your damn right it’s not I’m not begging you a service you’re getting paid to do it! Stop overbooking and wasting patient time because when we show up 15 minutes late you cancel us, your office is so unorganized so sort that out before you wanna get fresh with me!

I absolutely love Dr. Osman! I have had a nightmare condition with my periods for the better part of my 30s and 40s. She suggested a procedure that ended up changing my life! I no longer have any issues. Dr. O is amazing. Her bedside manner is second to none. The entire staff is great. I LOVE Dr. Osman and have been a patient for years. She truly cares about her patients! However, ever since covid its impossible to reach the office to schedule an appointment. Ive left messages and waited on hold for over an hour. At this point, Ill be searching for a new gyno.

Dr. Khandra Osman has been my doctor since 1886 so obviously I think she is the best by far. The nicest doctor ever, very knowledgeably and remembers each and every patient.

Dr. Osman is excellent! You feel comfortable in speaking with her. You feel confident in the advice/recommendations that she provides. I will definitely recommend Dr. Osman to friends and colleagues.

I cant speak to the doctor, but I can speak to her office staff. This doctors staff will call and email 10 times to confirm your appointment. Then after youve confirmed each time, travel to Dr. Osmans office, and show up on time, you will find that they have left for the day without even calling to let you know. These people are some of the worst people we have ever dealt with.

I had an appointment with this office and I received 6 confirmation emails before my visit, asking if I was coming in. I replied ‘Yes’ to each of them, to then receive a phone call the night before asking if I would like to change my appt to the morning because time slots opened up. When I said I would like to keep my current time slot, the rep on the phone tells me that I will need to then come in an hour earlier (because I was a new patient, even though it states on their website and portal that new patients need to come in 20 minutes prior). The day of my appointment, I received another confirmation, and saw they changed my appt to 30 minutes earlier without my consent. When I got to the office, no one was there and a rep for the office building told me they “went home early”. I took time off from work to make this appointment and I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism that I had to deal with through this experience.

If I could give this office negative stars, I would!This is the WORST doctors office I have ever visited. Besides the fact you have to wait hours for your appt, they have no idea what idea what is going on. The staff makes excuse after excuse why they are so disorganized and oblivious to what is going on in their office.You wait in the waiting for for a minimum of an hour at which time you ask why you are still waiting, they apologize and say that you are next. Then you wait in an exam room for a longer than average time, at which time you get the same excuse she will be right with you.You arent told any information that you need for your appointment when they supposedly confirm your appointment. And then you get an excuse, oh, i wasnt the one who called you or I wasnt here. You wont get your test results for months and then when you call to get the, you get another excuse oh I thought someone has called you already.Do yourself a favor, if you need these services, go anywhere else but here!

I love Dr.Osman and shes the absolute best and shes the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Getting in touch with office is a complete nightmare!!! Ive been calling for over a week now and have left multiple voicemails and no one calls me back. Ive called back @9,10,11 and even at 2:15 on the dot when they get back from lunch and NO ONE answers!! Ive never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism in my life. Im about to start looking for a new OBGYN

Dr Osman and staff are the best , I’ve been her patient for well over ten years , I’m never disappointed, she’s very knowledgeable and personable, caring , I wouldn’t see anyone else . She changed my live forever, it’s always a joy seeing her ,, a very Loyal Patient !!

I Always feel as though I have had a complete physical, not just a gynecological exam. Dr Osman treats the whole person. She and the support staff in the office are lovely

Never on time, if I have the appointment at 2 they can take up to an hour and a half more, is always like that.

My experience was time effective and my patient care was excellent .

She is amazing, great Dr, very sweet and careful.

Last 2 times waited an hour after app time to be seen.
