I am writing this review late ! Because I had my procedure done some years ago .. But Its been on my heart to tell my story of how horrible this place is. I opted in to physical abortion rather than the pill, they are supposed to give a sedative, I guess, but because they are so eger to kill as many babies as possible, mine had not set in by the time they started … I felt and heard the dismemberment and suction of my unborn child. I can remember this experience like it was yesterday. I don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy…. By the time I felt like the sedative had finally kicked in , I was wheeled in to the room , and shortly after shaken awake and was told I have to leave now.. my comfort was of no priority. This place is something out of a horror movie. It has taken me years to recover from this trauma … I know abortion is a delegate topic and I know if you are reading my post, this has to be a tough and vulnerable period in your life. But I encourage you to keep your child as it a Blessing !!!!!! But if you are still content on terminating, I highly suggest Do not go here …

One star is far more than this place deserves. My girlfriend went in for a procedure that was not done to completion causing her to be violently ill then having to have emergency surgery 24 hours later. With all due respect, the doctor seems a bit elderly to still be practicing and obviously very negligent. Seemed like he was more interested in commenting on her tattoos saying she must get around and rushing to the bagel shop next door than making sure he completed the procedure. If walking is a difficult task it might be time to not perform medical procedures. Also, I could over hear the staff members, who were the best part of the clinic, speaking about trying not to upset the doctor in any way which seemed unsettling. Find a better clinic.In regards to your response, unfortunately your office was contacted and we were givena recommendation to wait until going to the hospital ending in 3 different trips to the emergency room, surgery and countless rounds of antibiotics. Theres a reason your practice hasnt received many positive reviews in the past several years. Instead of wasting your time trying to defend your offices incompetence, try fixing it. Just a thought.

I honestly don’t even know why I even went here in the first place . You don’t gotta tell a person numerous of times the cost of the pill and procedure when I clearly came in to know how many weeks I am, they ASSUMED I wasn’t going to keep it. The doctor was an hour late, didn’t say good morning. Doctor was on his phone as if there was 8 of us waiting. They rushed me out the room without telling me how many weeks I am and my due date. Will not be coming back, should’ve known by the reviews.

Just don’t come here. You can spend the same money if not less somewhere else. And you will not be treated as badly as you are treated here. They do not care for their patients, they just care about the money.

Everybody stop reading the reviews! This place is great. I came in with reading the reviews and was terrified to go in, but i was wrong!. The staff is kind and supportive and I highly suggest anybody to go here. 5/5 stars, thank you guys!

I don’t recommend coming here at all I went to the place I told them I didn’t take a test yet but I was 3 days late on my period and they took the pregancy test and I went to do my ultrasound she said she didn’t see anything. Thag it’s too early to tell to come back Thursday and I asked her if she can double check if test was positive and she went to go check and asked someone and someone told her that it was positive so I’m over here thinking I’m pregant a couple days later I get my period at work I’m freaking out because I’m thinking I’m having a miscarriage turns out they lied to me I just took a test and it’s negative I called the place the lady on the phone was nice she let me know that they have no records saying that the test came out positive or negative so I’m going to get my money back tommorrow don’t come here they scared me and tramatized me I didn’t take a test at home because I thought they would have better tests there it’s crazy how there was chosen no records of me being pregant at all the stress I have been going through has been horrible and for them to try to steal 480 from me it’s terrible DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT COME BERE

If i could leave zero stars i would. they are very money hungry and do not care about their patients. My mom went there to get an ultrasound and see how far along she was, and they told her the baby is fine and just asked for the money only to find out she was having a miscarriage. i would NEVERRRR recommend anyone going there. they are very sketchy.

This place has been the only thing there for me when I was in a dark place & needed help, besides my fiancé of course. All of the women do care, idk why people in these reviews are so sensitive. I was very early, 5 weeks 3 days, no baby was found in a sonogram. I’ve seen reviews of people complaining the nurses didn’t take them seriously & didn’t think some of the women were really pregnant, and that’s NOT true. Like i said, no baby was found in me because of how early I was, the nurse asked questions like “do you feel pregnant, are you experiencing symptoms such as…”. That is their JOB, and honestly I am impressed with how efficient this place runs. Short, sweet, to the point. Thank you ladies and the doctor for helping women

The staff was awesome and very nice. They made me feel very comfortable because deep down I was so scared. I was able to get a last minute apt. I would have given a five Star but what through me off was the doctor. When he was sedating me he wasn’t using a glove. However the process was fast I didn’t realize I was done. I just woke up on the chair clueless. The doctor came to the recovery room bleeding I guess he suffers from skin problems. I just hope when he was doing my procedure he was using gloves.

I came here to get the procedure a week later I found out I was still pregnant THEY DIDNT DO IT RIGHT!!!!!!! Do not recommend this place worst experience ever doctors excuse on to why the procedure didn’t work was “ you have one fighter of a kid in there” like um hello ok? I didn’t want to hear that and I didn’t wanna have to walk back into that place and re-live the trauma.

East Cypress Womens Center made my experience much easier than I ever expected. I was very nervous as I was waiting, but the staff were so comforting and professional that I soon felt I was in the best of hands. Joan is so kind...she listens so well and explains exactly what is going to happen and what I would experience. She and her staff provided excellent after care and answered all my questions before and after the procedure. I walked out feeling so well taken care of.

Receptionist at the front was incredibly unprofessional. My girlfriend and I were experiencing what we thought was miscarriage about 2 days prior to the appointment.Throughout the entirety of us being there, she was questioning the information we were giving her and doubting the fact that she was pregnant in the first place. For us, this was a delicate subject and while we were there, we felt rushed and thought as if she was being very insensitive about what was going on. I’m not sure why, we would pay money to come here just to lie about something this serious. For all the traumatic experiences that they must deal with, you would think that a women’s center would have the forefront of there establishment staffed with someone that had even a shred of empathy.

I went here for an ultrasound so I can get the pill, they told me I was 9 weeks 2 days. Though I was fine to take the pill, I wasn’t 100% sure if I wanted to do it. So I came back a week later (7 days later) I knew at this point I was pasted the allowed time to do the pill and had my mind set up on getting a surgical abortion. Once again I did an ultrasound, and they put me at 12 weeks and a couple days! On top of that, 3 different women came in the ultrasound room to do the ultrasound, none of them even said hello. What sense does that make? How do you go from 9 weeks to 12 weeks in just 1 week? The lady told me it’ll be more expensive because I’m way further along. I explained to her that the last one said I was 9 weeks, she basically just shrugged her shoulders. Anyways though that happened I still decided to do it, and began filling out the paper work. One lady enters the waiting room to tell me that the doctor, Dr. Michael Loss was going to do an emergency c-section and couldn’t come in today. Ok fine.... I understand, but then another lady came in the waiting room to tell me that he can come but he will have to cancel his cardiovascular appointment. Excuse me? Is he about to get into doing a c-section or does he have a cardiovascular appointment? Ridiculous. For me, the red flags were just there for me not to do it. The ladies here are not very friendly, the rooms are unorganized, dusty and looks like no one could care to clean a thing. They put me 3 weeks ahead to get more money out of me, they lied to be about the Dr. the entire experience was insane

I loved everything about my experiance with this clinic. The ladies here are very comforting and emotionally support you the entire way through. The doc who performed my procedure was very soothing and made me feel safe. It was very quick and easy for me to be with these people during this tough time. Thank you to everyone in this clinic for being there for me

TERRIBLE STAFF AND DOCTORS ZERO STARS!!!! They are very negligent!! They failed to inform my cousin of an ectopic pregnancy which couldve killed her ! They kept claiming everything was fine, however she ended up being 11 weeks with a leaking fallopian tube that couldve killed her (PROFFESIONALS SAY 9 WEEKS IS WHEN IT SHOULDVE BURST). It couldve been detected at 6 weeks ! They claimed she was 9 weeks !! Thank God shes here with us today. It saddens me, because she no longer has a left tube and remains highly depressed. The doctor didnt use gloves when giving her anesthesia through injection and they attempted to perform the procedure while she was ectopic!!!! I woke up in the middle of the procedure and felt everything.I cried out stop, it hurts she said to me. After the procedure they said they dont know how they missed it , it just happened.THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !NO REMORSE & NO COMPENSATION!! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY.THEY COULDNT EVEN DETECT AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY OR HOW MANY WEEKS SHE WAS AT THE TIME !! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

The nurses, oh, they were so amazing. All of them were so great and caring. They take so much time to talk and explain everything to you that there is no way you coul ever feel rushed. They take GREAT care of you. I had an amazing experience so I will recomend this place to all my friends and I would go back any day.

Do not go to this clinic! Pay more and go to PP. This clinic was disgusting..very unsanitary. I felt rushed and unwelcome. An abortion is a traumatic experience in itself..the nurses should have been supportive and comforting which didnt happen. I was told the medicine administrators was going to put me to sleep and I would remember nothing! which didnt happen at all. Once I entered the procedure I saw no sterile tools out and ready. Its wasnt until I was loopy from the medicine I heard tools on placed on the table. The doctor didnt communicate at all what he was doing before or during. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

This place only steals and lie. The most insensitive people I’ve came across. They spent minutes questioning me stupid things and my eyes red like lava on volcano they still went on and lie about saying I’m 6 weeks and I was only four weeks and they only care about money okayyyy . DONT GO . It’s been over a year now and I’m so traumatized. I go through this terrible experience every month around my cycle

I went for an abortion and they did not wait until I was unconscious to the procedure. I was given anesthesia but it barely did anything. The Dr. and Nurse just ignored my cries when I was begging them to stop because I’m not asleep. They should’ve given me another dosage or something, instead left me emotionally and physically traumatized.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I thought the negative reviews were fake but I’m sure majority of them are REAL. This is the worst set of staff I’ve ever dealt with they are rude and really just want your money. They don’t care about the women who are coming in and they violated my HIPPA rights by trying to have me answer questions at the front desk! Treated me like I was a plague and unprofessional.

If you are in an unfortunate predicament, East Cypress Womens Center is the answer! Trina and Dee are exceptional medical professionals whom make your difficult time at ease! These beautiful and outstanding young ladies exceeded the call of duty! They are non judgmental, patient and extremely understanding. The entire staff will ensure your safety and comfortability. I would highly recommend their services.

No one wants to go to a womens clinic. However, if its necessary, East Cypress is the one to go to.The staff members/doctor made me very comfortable, and were extremely knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this center to my friends and family.

The doctor is nice the staff are friendly to but baby he don’t give enough medicine I felt that entire procedure I screamed so loud and he did not stop the nurse was nice afterwards but baby never again!!!!

I went today! I loved the energy. I just went for blood work and a ultrasound. I will be coming back when I need too! I appreciate them so much for helping me figure out what’s wrong with me. Thank you.

The doctors are so kind and caring at this womens clinic. I felt really comfortable and safe on my visit. They gave me excellent advice and guidance also.I would highly recommend this clinic to any female who needs their service.

This place was amazing ! Highly recommended, the staff is amazing and so helpful. First time Ive gone and I can honestly say they made me feel so comfortable through the whole thing from start to finish !

Awful people... they dont care if youre on pain. She was crying and the nurse told her that if didnt wanna do it she should go, but she couldnt get her money, and then my girlfriend was not fully at sleep and the doctor didnt care. Just go to Planned Parenthood. They care about the people that go go there

Most polite and nice people ive actually ever delt with even over my owm regular doctors office . TRENA will go above and beyond to help get you in and out of there but all in all the whole staff made it a plesent visit

More expensive than the other places Ive been. Theres free ultrasound places like Hope center. $100 for ultrasound is not worth it, waste of money and rip off.

Absolutely traumatic experience, please don’t go here. I trusted these reviews. They’re fake. I was so frightened by this place I left crying with no prescription and they wouldn’t even refund me. Absolute thieves.
