At first I was very irritated at the wait time for the office. But even after I became slight passive aggressive with some of the staff they were still kind and patient with me. After I got into the room for my procedure I began to cry and the nurses held my hand until I was under sedation and woke up in the recovery room where I was well taken care of. The staff and doctor are extremely patient, organized, and very sweet. It’s a great place to go and the wait it worth it.

When I went in I was a mess.... leaving I felt like a superstar... this place is SO good. The nurses, the director, the doctor... they’re all so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Don’t ever go anywhere else! The waiting is lengthy but 100000% worth it. I felt no pain and that was my biggest fear.

Worst experience ever, took my wife to have a procedure done and it was a pretty bad. She was having a panic attack and they wouldn’t let me go see her. They were like: You want the procedure done or no?After she was done they wouldn’t let me go see her, They said she was with other females, so I wonder how private was this? Do they put her to recuperate with other people? What kind of recovery is that? Never seen that, I was so mad, i almost when in there without permission. I needed to see her and make sure she was ok with my own eyes.Do not go to this place. Very unhappy with the experience, bad place

This place is amazing. The staff is awsome i was so scared and confused and the staff took very good care of me they were awsome the only problem is the wait it take you at lease 3 hours just to see a doctor but other wise it was amazing thank you staff for your help you were awsome keep helping young ladies like my self i will be coming back to see the doctor for other things but thank u again.

During this very difficult time when a medical decision had to be made the staff of BSSI was caring compassionate and knowledgeable.The Director Ms.Diamond was supportive and warm hearted.We are so glad that our Doctor refered us to BSSI.God bless the staff and Doctor Benjamin.
