Dr. Kumar and her staff are amazing! Dr. Kumar has been by far one of the best doctors I’ve had. As a patient, I feel blessed to have a doctor who is professional and makes me feel comfortable with asking questions. She is empathetic, great with communication and compassionate! Her medical assistants are so sweet! Definitely reflection of their doctor. So happy I found her!

Great doctor’s office. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I tend to get very anxious with anything medical related, but everyone here is very kind and gentle. From the moment you walk in, until the time you leave, you can tell you’re in great hands!

I had a wonderful experience at Physicians of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. The staff was incredibly nice and informative, making me feel valued as a patient. Nurse Practitioner Kiara was especially amazing, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations. The medical assistant was also fantastic, contributing to a smooth and comfortable visit. Unlike other doctors I’ve seen, they truly listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Their willingness to help made all the difference in my care. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and attentive healthcare team.

Let me just say from the EXACT MOMENT you step into this place the vibes are so welcoming and happy! I am someone that DOES NNNNNOT! Like going to clinics, hospitals, or any kind of doctors and I was very in the mood of canceling and not coming but I am glad I did! I feel so good and left with a smile and ready to see my doctor again she is amazing!!!!!!

Best medical care my mother has received thy far! She’s been so helpful, the Dr and her MA’s are wonderful! They go above and beyond for their patients every time. I will eventually switch and make her my primary care doctor as well!

As a new patient, I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kumar promptly assessed my situation, established a care plan, and initiated my healthcare journey. He took the time to ask questions and get to know me, ensuring a personalized and attentive approach to my treatment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS. I have tried numerous times to call about my prescription and they have not picked up any calls for THREE WEEKS, it goes straight to voicemail and they do not return calls. I have also tried to have my pharmacy contact the doctor and they did not pick up.

From reception to the personal care I received on my appointment, it was a very swift yet welcoming experience! I was given a lot of helpful information to treat my concerns and have plenty more to work with thanks to the help and advice of Dr. Kumar. Thank you for the personalised treatment and help! This was worth the commute for me coming all the way from Chicago.

Visited plenty of doctors, nobody came close to Dr. Bhavya Kumar.Dr demonstrated high knowledge/expertise, wait was not long, always is accurate with diagnosis and perceptions, and visit did not feel rushed.

Short wait time, plentiful reminders. Everyone was very friendly and I felt listened to.

Dr. Kumar is the best! She listens to the patient and then uses her expertise to create a wellness plan. She is always available and she and her staff go out of their way to make sure the patient has everything they need. You are in good hands at this office and treated with care and respect!

The entire experience at Doctor Kumar’s office from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor Kumar was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns for my daughter. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care my 7 yrs old have received.I have been seeing him from past 1 year. Now that he has his own practice I am definitely going to bring all my kids to him.

She does not address any of your concerns, brushes everything off and gives you pills. When you are persistent about the problem she will ask you if you need pain management. No bedside manner, no compassion and walks in and out in 2 minutes. Dosnt even look at your file long enough to know your name.The nurses are more caring then the Dr.

I had a very good experience . Everyone attend me nicely . I am satisfied to keep her my Primary as they listen every problem with patience and give solutions and always keep in touch. Half of my sickness goes away just by talking to the doc and the assistants.

After an overnight stay with diverticulitis at Ascension Alexian Brothers Hospital I wanted more info about my diet. Dr. Kumar took more than sufficient time explaining what foods and regimen to follow. She is most warm and friendly and I felt much better just from her calmness and her sharing. She is truly a caring professional.

I have seen many doctors being into Pharmaceuticals’s. Dr. Kumar is the best physician i know. She take cares of all patients as of her own family.Very through when prescribe medication explained pros and cons of medication.Receptionist, she knows all the patients names provide comfortable zone to all the patients. Amazing, professional and one of most curtious doctors I have met in my some 15+ years. I have known Dr. Bhavya and Dr. Ratnesh for less than a year and contacted due to shoulder pain for my mom’s arm recently. I have heard people saying half the pain is gone when you talk to right doctor, that I have felt after meeting Dr. Bhavya. I would definitely recommend all and anyone to see Dr. Bhavya and Dr. Ratnesh for any need, I am sure you won’t get disappointed.

Very nice office staff, DR Kumar and Keira took the time to listen to my concerns and make a health plan with me. The office was small, comfortable, and not crowded. Im very glad I found them as my primary doctor.

Dr Kumar and her assistants are always kind and helpful. I never feel rushed while trying to explain how I am feeling. It is not easy getting old and having COPD, but having a good doctor certainly helps. I would recommend her to anyone.
