I arrived on a national Holiday, and was so impressed with how friendly and helpful all of the staff was- even working a Holiday. Everyone took time to ask and listen about my symptoms and concerns. I wasn’t rushed as often happens at other places. Stephanie took time to cover all bases and consider different possible causes of my ailment. She found it with several tests- and immediately ordered proper treatment. Her follow-up was prompt and caring. Best doctor visit ever. Thanks Kristen and nurse practitioners for thorough and kind help during the intake process.

It’s great to have labs open after 4-5pm! Specially for busy moms like me who don’t want to pull the kids out of school for it. The staff was really nice, the Dr. very understanding about how scared children can be, everything went out smoothly and at the end they gave my girls a goody bag they loved.

Great clinic. Clean and quick. Chloe in reception was amazing. She was patient and kind. The Practitioner was also kind and receptive. The kids felt comfortable which is what I was hoping for. We will see you next time MEC.

I took my son in to the clinic today and walked right in, filled out paperwork and was out in 30 minutes total. Tiana was at the front desk and also took vitals - doing double duty - and still was kind and helpful! Then we saw Agnes, our practitioner, who was so helpful and professional in her care .The facility was super clean and neat. The outside facade needs some help. Looking at the outside of the clinic, I never would have guessed that it was so good on the inside.This was my first time visiting a Midwest Express Clinic and I was impressed.

I’ve been to Midwest Express Clinic - Elmhurst location a couple of times over the last couple months for a nagging ear issue, and every time I visit, I’m seen right away. The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and the medical professionals on site ask the proper questions to help accurately diagnose what’s been wrong with me each time I visit. This is the best urgent care in the Elmhurst area and I would recommend to anyone!

The waiting area was clean. The support staff was friendly and kind. I was seen right away. The NP was professional and very knowledgeable about my injury and knew the exact treatment plan

I was there today for a small cyst removal. The staff was wonderful. And Dr. Katie was very patient, kind and gentle. A very good experience.

They say that you’ll be in and out with an hour, and it’s true. In 20 minutes I was in and out with a prescription and I couldn’t be happier with the care and how fast I could get it I made a same-day appointment.
