The receptionist was friendly, and expedient, the CNA was knowledgeable, communicated clearly and ran the tests I needed ( Covid and strep) in a kind and professional manner. Lastly,, the nurse practitioner came in without a long wait and explained the results clearly and my options. Overall, an excellent experience well worth the visit!

Let me just say, this is the best urgent care clinic! Im so thankful for them. I went in really sick from pregnancy and was able to get fluids and meds. The nurse and everyone working there was amazing tonight. I hope you all get raises, cause youre all angels and amazing! My son has also come here and they took care of him so well (:

My family and I have been to this clinic many times. It is easy to reserve a spot in line online. Staff is always very friendly. The nurse practitioners that we have gone to are always attentive and kind. We have received great care here. Highly recommend!

This is my first time at this location and should I need to go to urgent care at any other point in time I will be returning to this location. Every single staff member I encountered from the front desk, medical assistant, nurse practitioner, and X-ray technical was amazing. They have great bedside manner, are quick, and efficient. I highly appreciate their level of great service!

Although super busy at 6pm, receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Danelle was so energetic, compassionate and caring. Received great service with a smile. Walked across street to pick up prescription and home in just over an hour.

I had pain and numbness in my left arm, i didnt know if it was a heart attack or a pinch to nerve. They do EKGs here. It was quicker and cleaner than the emergency room. The nurse practitioner was great! She certainly was not as rushed. They do a lot of different services here, I will be returning here rather than going to hospital, if possible, from now on.

All the ladies were very pleasant.. I got in fast and the office was very clean .They made me feel very comfortable. I was in a lot of pain and they were very understanding. I recommend this office 🏬 to anyone. They were Friendly,Kind, welcoming and had patience .

I have nothing but good things to say about Midwest Express Clinic. I will never forget how kind and compassionate their staff was when I came in a week postpartum for a blood pressure check. They ended up discovering I had preeclampsia and probably saved my life.

The pre check in online process was smooth and very self explanatory. The staff was very pleasant, and I couldnt have been happier with the level of care and attention to detail the provider gave me. She treated my concerns and everything that came up delicately which helped me to feel comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Suffice it to say I think I have found my new go to.

Great customer experience! My son needed a required PCR test for a medical procedure he needed done. The clinic helped to make sure we received the results in time for his procedure appt. They went out of their way calling the lab before the office closed for the night. Just a really great customer experience.

Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and explain everything. Plus they made sure I completely understood all directions and what to watch out for. Good experience all around!

I loved everything about the staff, and the clinic!!! Especially Ariana (I hope I spelled her name right), but give this woman a raise!!! I am terrified getting swabbed or having my blood drawn but she made it so quick, easy, and PAINLESS! When I tell you I am so happy I found a place where I can get checked. The next time I go for a checkup I’ll make sure she’s there lol! Also, to the NP thank you for checking me, and I truly appreciate everything that was done for me. I highly recommend this clinic!

Everyone from the receptionist to the MA to the nurse practitioners is amazing and incredibly sweet at this location. They try their best to accommodate you in the best way possible. It’s a really clean clinic and i would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Easy check in! Only waited about 7 minutes to be taken care of! After finishing my check in with the assistant, I was seen by Danelle. She took her time examining my rash, and prescribed the medications I needed, and after 2 days my rash is clearing up! I’m so happy that I went to Midwest Express Clinic, and avoided the long process of going to the Immediate Care Clinic!! I will definitely go to Midwest Express for non emergency situations, also it’s less than 10 minutes from my house!!! 😀

The consult with Jorie Thompson and the procedure with Timothy Roth and his assistant both went very well. All of those people were polite, professional and organized.The process of booking these appointments was a little more challenging though. In particular, booking the actual procedure. There were a few times that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Some of which were due to my requests, but some of which were due to mix-up by the Northwest Medicine administrative staff. This was the only area that I would say could be improved.

We have always had great experiences at this location. From the moment we walk in to when we walk out the staff, nurses and doctors are very pleasant, understanding and helpful.

I was visiting from out of town. Came down with a fever. Midwest Express Clinic just opened near where I was visiting. Went there on a Friday afternoon. The wait time was about 20 minutes. Everyone was courteous and really helpful. NP diagnosed problem. I would definitely use this clinic again.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Izzy at the front desk was so nice and welcoming, and although I was nervous to get a check up for my ear infection, she made me feel understood! The doctor explained everything thoroughly and I picked up my prescription the same day.One thing I was worried about was Medicaid and if they would accept it and be able to prescribe to me. There was no trouble at all, and the visit and prescription were fully covered under County Care.A HUGE thank you to the whole team! I will be visiting this clinic again and will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

I didnt know what to expect this is the first time I ever went to a clinic rather than going to a doctors office. Everybody was so nice and helpful patient as well. The doctor was nice took the time to listen to me she was empathetic to my illness and she reassured me the medicine Im taking would be helpful and she also wanted to see me again the following week to make sure that Im still okay this is what I call number one care for a patient. I will highly recommend this to anybody who is sick or just as I need to go see a doctor for some odd reason.

I was looking for an urgent care in my area and of course that will take this insurance and walk in, this facility does both and with such much great integrity ! I was wondering why I just found them now.. they are amazing from the front desk to the triage nurse to the doctor and the helpful staff that I encountered. Amazing crew!!! This was my 1st time at Midwest Express Clinic. The NP Danelle was excellent! She was a top notch practitioner, kind and compassionate. Im a nurse too and I know a good one when I see one. The front desk person was wonderful and very knowledgeable about her job along with being so sweet. Thank you for an all around good experience. The clinic is so clean and well organized. If I need urgent care in the future, this will be my 1st choice.

I’ve been here with my kids 3 times and every time it’s been a pleasant experience. I love that it’s close and they test for strep and the flu on-site. During our last visit, my son had strep and threw up in the office. The nurse and staff there were so kind to him as he was having a rough time.

First time there yesterday and everyone was more than welcoming! From start to finish they were the nicest immediate care I have ever been to. They took amazing care of my daughter and we were in and out in no time. I love that you can save your spot in place at Midwest because some places are first come first serve. I would highly recommend anyone to go there and now that I have found the perfect immediate care for my self and my daughter I will be coming back here if we need to! Thank you Midwest! I first had my visit there and had a great experience. The staff was great and friendly, doctor was amazing and informative, wait time is quick compared to other walk-in clinics. Nice and clean inside. Due to having a great experience here and building that trust, I was comfortable enough to bring my little one when we needed a quick urgent visit.

I took my 7 year old daughter here when she was sick and NP Jamie and his assistant, Monica, went above and beyond to make the visit pleasant for both of us. I cannot thank them enough. The wait was short and the NP was very knowledgeable and helpful. Monica also was able to make my daughter very relaxed and less anxious. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic due to the quality of their care.

I recently had the occasion to visit the Midwest Express Clinic on York and Butterfield. They were kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. A few months ago I took my son there after he cut his finger. We had a similar good experience with a capable staff. I’m grateful to have them so close to home. They are a very welcome addition to the community.

This is the best immediate care in the area.Our six year old son had pain in his ear. Easy online check-in and registration, friendly front desk staff, gentle and knowledgeable nurses, kind and smart doctors. My son walked out of there willing to go back and felt immediately better.Fast forward one week and I had some awful symptoms. Great and easy online registration, friendly and welcoming front desk staff, great nurses, knowledgeable and kind doctors. They came up with a great plan that within 12 hours has put me on the right track to wholeness and health.

Made a last-minute appointment to get my daughter a physical for camp and it was so quick, easy and convenient.

Both visits were great. I was properly greeted and my wait time was short. Staff was courteous & professional. Dr. Lee was great. My only issue is when after my last visit I called back the next day for a Rx for my cough. They responded quickly enough but after getting home I found the Rx to be a duplicate of what I already had. I told the dr I was already taking Mucinex so I don’t know if she didn’t put in my chart or if the prescriber didn’t read my chart. Either way I spent my lunch hour & my money for nothing. If not for that I would have given them 5 stars.

I come to this location a lot as it is convenient but today I wasn’t able to as I was working and my daughter needed to be seen. Christina was in the front and my husband took my daughter never since I’ve been to this location had anyone asked for a physical copy of the insurance card because they ran it through the system and she has the audacity to be smart mouthed and then say she’s doing her job. That be the case everyone shouldFollow the same protocol. Which again I’ve never had this issue before because I will simply show the photo I have or provide numbers then goes to say I can pay out of pocket okay how much is it for out of pocket cost she then still speaks on the insurance if I’m willing to pay out of pocket since I don’t have the physical copy of the insurance what’s the problem… this location is a hit or miss and today it was definitely a miss… they need to keep people within the company that loves their job and not just there for a check. I work for a hospital and use insurance systems and if a patient doesn’t have a physical card it is ran through a system check and we always advise them to bring a copy if they can because our system will show rather if its active and or not. POV her attitude and tone is not needed at that location where they have plenty of nice people there who love their jobs

The front desk person was super nice even though I could tell she had a lot on her plate. The nurses and doctors were thorough and friendly. Wait times were probably the weakest part of the visit but there really is little anyone can do about that.

Very nice people. I had some kind of lung infection and couldn’t book a doctors visit anywhere. The process was very simple and was done all online to check in. They all took the time to listen to what I had to say, and they all asked many questions. They covered all bases, and I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend.

We couldnt get in to our regular doctor for the sports forms needed in time for the sports season, so went to Midwest clinic instead. And although we had to pay out of pocket, services were reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them!

Everyone has been extremely nice and knowledgeable since the first time Ive gone. I take my kids, my husband and myself there all the time. Danelle is excellent, just amazing. Extremely smart and caring.

We ended up going to the MEC Elmhurst location and it was one of our best experiences with urgent health care. We were looking for a location that did x-rays because my son had hurt his finger. We arrived and luckily there was virtually no wait that day, they got our x-rays done, AND they were even able to get a radiologist to read and send the report while we were at the office! The whole team was so kind and gentle with my son and the Nurse Practitioner had such a wonderful demeanor. I live in Oak Park, but I may come here from now on.

The staff at this clinic are great. Wait time wasn’t long. They come to your room to check on you as well . Communication with nurse and Doctors is great also . Very clean in the waiting area and in the back. I recommend this walk in clinic if you live in the area.

The nurses and NP were very kind and attentive. They answered my questions and did all they could to help me get better. I feel better now. I’m grateful.

Very nice place, friendly and professional staff, had 2 good experiences previously .However, I would like to make a complaint/suggestion. Last night 1/2/24 we went online to make an appointment for our son. There were many appointments available so we assumed it was not too busy, we picked one that was in 15min as we live close. It was around 5:30pm.Unfortunately when we got there it was full. There was no available place to sit and we were told it would be an hour.I am not complaining about them being busy, or understaffed as I completely understand this happens....but it would have been nice if they blocked off their appointments online.Just a suggestion for the future, we will be back....thank you.

Great experience. I couldn’t get an appt at a minute clinic and needed to be seen asap. This clinic (Elmhurst location) took me as a walk in, signed some consent forms and was called back just as I sat down. The doc was very friendly, even when delivering the news that I unfortunately had covid. The tech was super friendly as well! Both gave me exceptional care and I was in and out within less than 30 mins!

They were super efficient and all the staff were very gracious.

Registering online was easy and the triage experience was efficient. All the staff were kind and sincere with their care. I would definitely come again if the situation arises.

I was very satisfied with the visit: great stuff, patient, kind, helpful. The nurse very kind and understanding, the doctor very competent and truly caring. Finally I was able to have a visit right in time when I needed it!

As many have said, the check-in process is easy and staff were friendly. However, I’m taking away a star because of an unsettling experience I had with the provider: he walked in and introduced himself as “doctor,” however from the embroidered degrees on his jacket he is not a medical doctor (MD or DO), but rather a DPT and NP (doctor of physical therapy and nurse practitioner). While I do not dispute his doctoral degree and his right to call himself “doctor” in a physical therapy setting, it is extremely misleading to patients to call yourself “doctor” in a clinical setting unrelated to the area in which you received your doctoral degree. It leads patients to believe you have advanced medical training in medicine, which he does not. He also offered me viscous lidocaine and prednisone for a sore throat, neither of which I consider appropriate given my level of discomfort or safe given the potential side effects.Unfortunately, this is not unique at these immediate care center, and I know enough to only use them to get rapid testing (respiratory illnesses, UTI, etc.) NOT for actual care, but I could see a situation where someone with less medical knowledge trusted this person thinking they were a medical doctor. It is quite shameful and should be criminal to mislead patients this way.

First let me say I don’t like doctors. It’s not personal, just a chicken with white coat syndrome. That being said, I loved the doctor I had there . Was there for a Covid test (negative, yay) and the visit was quick and simple. But the doctor was a bit concerned about how high my blood pressure was. She advised me to take my BP at home through out the day but to not smoke or drink caffeine for an hour before, and if it doesn’t go down or gets higher to go directly to the ER. I could see she was concerned, but she talked to me in a calming way that didn’t leave me freaked out and I totally appreciated that! I would definitely use this place again in a heartbeat and not fear going.

Go to the MIDWEST minute clinic in Elmhurst. The whole experience was excellent. I was in and out within less than an hour and the nurse practitioner answered all my questions and didn’t rush me like your doctors office usually does.

I have been to the Willowbrook & Elmhurst locations. The staff is wonderful @ both. Both offices are extremely clean with nice decor. Elmhurst has a new construction feel. I have white coat syndrome & they were wonderful to put me @ ease.

Took my son for his school physical. Office and exam rooms are very clean and orderly.Jaime, our PA, was extremely kind and professional.

I came in for a pre-employment physical test. My experience was phenomenal. Dominique, Monica, and Jamie are radiating with kindness and uplifting energy.

Staff was friendly and professional, wait time was short. Overall very pleasant experience, great option when unable to see primary md.

Terrible service, I left work early and came in for a follow up appointment that Midwest set themselves, then when I arrive they tell me I’m pushed behind the 4 people that walked in, and that they have no idea how long it will be. Why set up an appointment for me that I can’t even attend?
