Place has a virtual check in, staff was helpful, efficient and so professional!!! I walked in today in the late evening (7 pm) and was shocked that they were open late and that were so helpful!! They saw my child and performed all testing required to resolve our problem !! I am so glad this place is there !! Literally saving lives !! Filimon Ramos, PA-C and his team at that time were AMAZING !!!

Just left my appointment and I genuinely felt very well taken care of and true concern for my health and wellbeing! Ramos was very attentive and helpful in figuring out best ways to address my health concerns to get me on a healthier path. I have always had difficulty getting my blood drawn, but Isabelle (Izzy) did it so quickly and effortlessly! I can tell that she is very experienced and does a good job of being conscious and considerate to patient comfort and explaining the process of each procedure thoroughly! I would highly recommend working with them both. Cermak Immediate Care has always been my go to during times of health needs, and they’re very attentive to the local community.

I have always had good experiences at Cermak Urgent Care. Great option for when your PCP can’t get you in for a few days or a week. I recommend making an appointment because you don’t have to wait. They always have tons of appointment slots. Facility is super clean and everyone is friendly and competent. Overall, highly recommend.

This was my first visit and my experience was great. I was seen very quickly, the nurse and doctor were attentive, and I received treatment leading me to feel better a few hours after my visit.I don’t normally enjoy visits to urgent care, but I’m happy I have access to this location in case I need it in the future.

Your commitment shines through unmistakably, and I wouldnt trade you for any other doctor (only when youre super busy obviously).Dr. Matthew Vaughn, your hands-on approach and problem-solving skills are equally remarkable. You took charge of a group of sick individuals, including both children and parents, who were battling a severe virus. Personally, I experienced relentless symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, confusion, and fatigue. Yet, your refusal to give up on me and your thorough approach, even leaving me in a room for 20 minutes to monitor my fever, exemplify the kind of service and compassion our community desperately needs. Its high time we had professionals like you making such a profound difference.To both Dr. Ramos and Dr. Vaughn, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my family and me. Recently lost my wallet and also my ID and insurance card that was inside front desk was very nice and working with me and looking up my info for previous visits without having my insurance or my ID on me which is a lifesaver. I walked in I was there maybe 10-15 minutes before they called me in within 10 minutes I was in my car going home quick fast flight helpful

Although the receptionists were nice. The quality of care was not. I paid out of pocket ($350) for tests and a consultation. And they did not contact me for any of my results. I had to contact them repeatedly. They’re all inexperienced. It took 3 people to draw blood from me because the first nurse blew my vein. Not to mention they gave me a false positive test result.

Fast and professional service. Everyone was nice and respectful. The doctor who treated me was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say.

I had a fantastic experience at Cermak Immediate Care! I came in for strep/flu/covid tests and Vianney, Lupe, and Matt were all incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt well taken care of. Very professional and compassionate. I’ll definitely be back!

They helped me very quickly and they were warm and friendly. I felt taken care of properly and the facility was clean.

The actual wait time and front desk was fine and simple, but in the room the doctor was laughing/giggling that she could not find a vein in my arm and we had to keep trying. Not everyone goes to doctors or is comfortable with the process so just having a little more professionalism would have been better. I was also told a doctor would call ME to read my results but no one did so I called because I got them in my email and they told me I would need to pay again/schedule and appointment to discuss the results. So basically if you cant decode your results by numbers and lines in an email and decipher the issue via Google from there you basically paid for nothing. For $400 I could have just waited till my symptoms subsided.Update* I scheduled a follow up telehealth appointment, they never called, rescheduled into the next day and then posted the apppointment as done in their system or that I did not respond which is absolutely impossible

They were fast and efficient once you set up the appointment online. The doctor seemed tired and withdrawn though. Otherwise overall satisfied experience

I was a patience here on 10/30/2024, I told the doctor I need a certain medication for a certain condition. He told me he would prescribe the medication for me. He did not, he gave me a different medication for the condition (I figured i try out out first before I say something)but it did not work! Now I have to go to another doctor and pay more money for something I could have taken care of in the first place!! Now Im over a month now with this condition and its gotten worse!!!! Thanks for taking my money oops I meant taking care of me..

Everyone here was so nice and professional. It was easy to use my insurance, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was in and out within an hour for a work physical.

Great experience though I was feeling crummy, i dont remember the guys name... (my pill bottle says David Clark) he was a peach, it was 7 minutes til closing time and and he was patient, listened to me... even let me vent a bit 😄Got my RX right in, and enough so that I dont run out and have this issue again.Im really appreciative, its good to know I have a place to go that will take proper care . 🥰

Had a 4:45 appointment on 10/20/24 wasn’t seen until after 6 wasn’t properpy examined at all and then the staff were very rude and lazy especially the slim girl with the glasses nobody introduces themselves so no I don’t have her name but she needs to fix her communication skills and attitude. So I will be reporting this office to whomever I need to report them to. I went in for a work physical and I know I’m being charged for services that weren’t rendered and I’m reporting this.

The wait time was several hours for a 10 minute consult with a PA. There is an app to monitor when your turn is but several people were seen before me and my position moved away from the next patient to be seen. There was no doctor on site, according to the PA. The PA and other staff I interacted with were capable. If you must visit, set an appointment online first.

My experience was amazing. The stuff was super friendly and informative and I was in and out less than 20 minutes. I love this place will definitely go back 10 out of 10.

Dr Jacob Luca was very attentive and helpful, I recently had an accident cutting the back of my heel and him and his staff was very responsive. It was late and Dr Luca took his time to stitch me back up. Very friendly staff and most of all how responsive they were regarding my injury. Thank you all.

PA was nice and thorough, however wait time was excessively long. 45 minutes sitting in a room alone... I made an appt that same day and there were appointment times available every ten minutes, meaning not many people had an appt schedule. No one was in the waiting room when I arrived, so I don’t understand the 45 minute wait. When I left the waiting room was packed! So if you want to go to this facility I recommend the first appt of the day as mine was at 8:50am and I still had that long wait..

Bathroom was as bad as a truck stop. Literally forgot me in the room for 35 minutes. Forgot to give me a note for work so now Im not getting paid for those days and might lose my job. Wrote my referral wrong and now paying for one visit with 2 xrays I get to pay for 2 visits for 2 xrays. This place is a JOKE!

Good experience. They were nice its clean inside. The doctor really helped my little girl and called and answered my questions.

The staff is so great from the women upfront to the NP. I will say the bathroom is was not the cleanest but everything else was great. Will recommend them

Ive been having allergic reactions to some meds I was prescribed. 3 times Ive been in there in a week. Yesterday I pay the co-pay wait 2hrs just to get in the room and the doctor tells me shes pretty sure its not the meds im allergic to b/c Ive taken them before. If im telling you theres a reaction to me taking something who are you to tell me thats not whats doing it when its doing it?!!

When some bug catches you off guard and you find yourself not feeling well, this is the place I have relied to trust to take care of me. I make my appointment on line, and when I come in, its as smooth as no other clinic has been with me. The Dr. has been the same to take care of me so I honestly feel better when I see him see me or my family when we go next. Diagnoses you, prescribes you whats needed and recommends how to take care of you and your family members, all in possibly less than 10 min. Thank you Cermak Immediate Care.

I picked my teenage son from work and he had a massive pink eye amongst congestion etc. I googled an urgent care found this place saw they closed at 10pm I literally rushed there got there at 9:30 they saw us with no problem and we were in and out. I’m so greatful. The staff was really attentive and nice as well. I would recommend this place for sure.

If I have to go to urgent care. This is my go to urgent care clinic. Im in and out and very well experienced doctors staff is also friendly.

My experience was great, the staff was helpful and quick. My son went in for a sports physical and everyone was awesome! Hands down the place to go for a quick and easy checkup!

I just went to get a covid test and had to wait 2 hours to get it, have to wait to see a doctor when it is not necessary cause they had my results already but they force you to see the doctor . The doctor just check you ears and lungs to charge more to the insurance.. WASTING TIME !!!

I’m so sick of the process of getting things right whenever I come here. I have to constantly call to get the prescription sent, I have to go back and forth with the front desk about appointments, walk in was too long was told to book an appointment, came back the next day with an appointment vitals wasn’t taken until hour and half later, ended up booking at virtual appointment and that got cancelled only to be told they never cancelled it. Spoke with management and came in the following day and there were no notes under my name so they didn’t even know what happened. It’s something I dread but being patient just doesn’t work here it’s like you have to be aggressive to get stuff done!

This office provides many medical services to the community in a friendly, professional manner. I appreciate how easy it is to access care here.

Got a notification asking me how my visit went while I was still in the exam room. I’d been here 3 hours and I watched as they put other patients in front of me. When I complained about this they put me in a room all the way in the back and shut the door. And I had sat patiently waiting until after another 45 minutes of hearing several others being seen. So I went out to ask if they forgot about me because the doctor was going to every room except mine. I then asked how much longer before I saw him and they said 2 more people. Mind you when I first arrived at the clinic it was only 3 people in front of me. So that’s two more people on top the 7 people people that they put in front of me and the 3 that was ahead me from the beginning. At this point I’m asking how did that happen. I could barely say much because they kept cutting me off. Then the doctor started snapping at me and cutting me off numerous of times. I asked him to lower his tone and to stop cutting me off and he said “we’ll see you when we see you now go back to your area.” And I said “well when will that be because it’s been 2+ hours and you all are still bringing people to the back and ignoring me.” And he yelled “You are not going to get anything harassing the staff!” When I went back to the room one of the nurses came behind me to shut my door I asked her for all of their names including their physician and she refused then the doctor came to my room but not examine it was to continue argue with me, AGAIN! In a threatening way he asked me if I still wanted to be seen as if sitting there all those hours didn’t already show that. So after 3 hours waiting he came in my room for 2 minutes and said there’s nothing wrong with you. He didn’t try to examine me. This is a predominantly Spanish operated facility and the doctor was white. They were very unprofessional, rude, dismissive and lacked empathy. I don’t where they lost their humanity but my goodness they don’t have any unless you’re Spanish. The way they treated me was no coincidence, I’m left with no other assumption but I racially discriminated against. I do not recommend this establishment in fact they need to be investigated for their unethical practices.

The staff was so sweet to my child when doing the strep throat swap. My daughter was not cooperating, but the nurse was so calm and got the job done. The Dr. was also very kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Ill definitely keep coming back to this clinic and I definitely recommend it!♡

Woke up from a nap and my baby boy was very fussy and I went straight to google because I knew our urgent care was closed and I didn’t wanna sit at the Emergency Room so I saw that Cermak Immediate Care was open til 10 got him dressed and made it there by 8 something and was out by 8:45 and back home in bed my 10pm.!!!! I definitely will be back and I recommend 10/10

Dr Amos is amazing….anybody else will treat you very poorly if you’re not Hispanic.

I was disappointed with the lack of diagnosis of my wound or lack of. It was quick n not thorough enough for me. When I asked for more of an explanation. I got a lot of excuses and frustration that I challenged the issue.

Seems to not want to touch my 4 month old baby. As a doctor you should exam the baby close up not from a far distance. How can you look a a baby from far distance and say it’s an anti fungal so you going to send it to the pharmacy. I feel that my service was fast and only lasted 1 second.

The staff was very friendly.. the facility was clean… they took great care of my baby ! Izzy was great with making her feel comfortable and gave her a sticker for her great report card! She seemed to really care about how my baby was doing and it showed!

My experience at the clinic today was horrible. Doctor didn’t gave me a chance or let me express what my daughter was feeling. Doctor gave me an attitude and told me to hurry up because he had a bunch of other patients waiting for him. When there was no one waiting there. You could clearly see that he was having a bad day and he took it out on us.

My daughters school called me, as she went down to the nurses office feeling sick. I like that I can schedule a same day appointment and on-line. I scheduled the appointment for 5:50 pm, I arrived/checked in to the appointment by 5:45pm, wait time was about 50 minutes or so, and I left at 7:20 pm.The front desk staff could do a better job if they are assisting with check ins. Some how, while I created my daughters profile, my date of birth was used, instead of hers. This caused delays, once the MA called us in for vitals... the MA only called my daughters name: first and last, and did not confirm birthday until I pointed out that the appointment was not for me, but for my 10 year old daughter. There was also communication issues with the front desk staff and the MA staff, when my child was prompted for a urine sample. She was unable to provide the sample, and I told the MA, who quickly informed me to tell the front desk staff. I had to wait in line, and until I was acknowledged by the Front desk staff, who basically told me to tell the MA. Then the next MA proceeded to call the next patient, which made me feel like we were skipped or overlooked because my child could not provide a urine sample. Eventually, we get called back, and see the physician (APN) who was nice and took care of my daughters concerns. She asked if we could try to provide sample, I had to request a Texas hat for the urine collection. My daughter was able to collect the sample, and we placed it in their urine box, and when we attempted to return to our exam room, another family was placed into our exam room.

I would give 5 if it this wasnt the 3rd time coming in for shortness of breathe and they lack a sense of urgency an asthmatic needs. They do get all full waiting room everyday and they work them out fast, in the order they came in.. appt or not... other than that they do take care of you. They give you all that you need to get better with referrals and suggestions. Their staff is friendly and attentive. When Im paying my co pay or my balance from a previous visit I dont get a receipt that states the reason for payment. i.e. patient/visit day reference number or anything just a credit card receipt. The receptionist states the system is new and they do not have access to that. Like how can you charge me but not tell me the why and the when? I have 3 children then myself Im paying for. I want to make sure everything is in order but cant because a proper receipt isnt given. Now Im not asking for a detailed receipt, no a simple reference number to the patient and the visit Im paying for. I recommend you a lot.

I really had a cool doctor he had on Js 😂 and he know how to dress good with it . I love every moment I had here . Even the nurses was cool . I recommend this doctor office . Especially the doctor with the Js . 💯

I never had an experience like this one here, usually everything is great and that is why I always come here when I need to but today I had an appointment at 645pm but I was not seen until after 8pm. So. Whats the point of making an appointment if they see patients as they come in?? And I never had the doctor I had today but all he did was listening to my breathing that was it. It seemed he just Wanted to leave that he didnt really care. Disappointed for todays visit.

It was okay, I didn’t have to wait too long and my insurance covered the visit. I just dont know if I’m going to get the medication from the clinic or if they’ll sent me a link to go pick it up at Walgreens. The doctor was very friendly and he answer any concerns or questions that I had. The medical assistant was very informative and also made me feel comfortable when taking any test.

Not so great, they told me they didnt took my insurance, I have Blue Cross Blue shield PPO from my husbands job. they pretty much just wanted me to pay 100 for the visit Plus testing. I told them I took my daughter there before with no problem and we have the same insurance and they told me they must have did that by accident, yeah that makes no sense

Was seen fairly quickly and also quickly resolved my symptoms! Faster than my regular dr who is slow responding!

Got there wasnt crowded, registered and saw a doctor within 10 minutes told what I was there for prescribed medication and I was out. IT WAS GREAT!

I previously had taken my daughter to immediate care in Berwyn early this morning to be treated a little rude. I googled this location in Cicero and I had great reviews. I must agree with them, the staff and quality of care was amazing. Very friendly and kind. We were seen within 10 mins of getting there and there was a few others there. I am grateful to have came across this location. Thank you all.

Rude, unprofessional staff. They seriously need a cultural competence class. The front desk does anything possible to turn away patients. As if they don’t need them. Even if you don’t have a mask. Front desk will give you a full story about how they aren’t government funded, so they can’t give about free mask, when they literally receive government funds. Don’t call and need assistance, the call is rushed. And they basically are going to tell u they can’t help call back later. Very disappointing. I’m almost sure most of the 5 star reviews are made up. When I visited the office several ppl were complaining. They purposely leave portions of the physicals blank so you’ll have to come back and pay more to have the physical corrected.

My teenage son hadn’t been feeling good the last 2 days to the point where he kept missing school, I decided to take him in after work but most urgent care places close at 8pm. This was a 40 min drive from our house and we were able to make it there by 9:10 with an appointment. We were attended by our scheduled time and my son felt heard and that he was delivered exceptional care. There is a paleteria right next door as a bonus. We will definitely be returning when needed

My son came down with a cold which had got worse and couldnt get any appointments from anyone ASAP. I was able to got one here and quickly. Wait time was ok but thats expected. Staff was amazing and caring.

11/20/2023My 9 month old and 6 year old girls had a severe cough along with congestion. I didn’t want to take them to the emergency room and searched a urgent care near me. Needless to say the staff, the experience, the doctor, check in, wait time etc. was absolutely AMAZING!My girls got checked, they got tested for RSV, strep throat, flu, covid etc. all in one! The doctor was absolutely wonderful took her timelistening to their heart beat, breathing, checking their ears, throat etc. I DID NOT LAST MORE THAN A HOUR! Came in at 6pm left at 7pm. Results in 15 minutes! Way better than being at the hospital for HOURS or getting an appointment with their pediatrician! They also sent the prescriptions to our pharmacy! Such an easy stress free experience! 10/10

Love this clinic, all the management is very understanding and nice. It’s always not many people in here and probably one of the fastest places as I’m always in & out.

This is my first time at end of mediate care, and I was very pleased. It was a quick and helpful and emergency room is supposed to be for emergencies, but in immediate care is literally what it says immediately. I would definitely recommend them. I appreciate their services And will definitely go back

Efficient, compassionate, thoughtful, and educated care from professionals at all levels - receptionists, techs, nurses, and doctors.

Staff were pleasant, facility was clean and care was quick. We were in and out in an hour.

The cashier(Johana)did not help bag our items. They kept accumulating so my mom and my boys started baggingthe items themselves. All the staff were just staring and did not offer to help us bag the stuff. I have never had to bag my own item on a lane with a cashier there. I had a bad exercise today. 6/6/2024

We had a bad experience during this visit. I made the appointment for 8:06 am and my husband took my son and was not seen until two hours later. When I called to check on the status, Citlali was rude on the phone. I told her on the Solv app it showed their place in line and they were clearly skipped. I took screen shots. She said that app never works and is inaccurate. She said patients with appointments earlier than my sons were also still waiting. After she explained, I was thanking her for clarifyinf when she hung up on me leaving me talking. I still had another question. I called her back and let her know she hung up as I was speaking and she apologized. She was every rude and unprofessional. She also lied and said she told my husband there was a long wait and he said he was never informed when he checked in. Another issue they had is that they couldnt find my sons chart. I am disappointed and will be looking for another option after going here for so many years.

Staff needs to be trained about how to do their job. Their is to check people in and when or if necessary explain policies.  Not to lie to patients and family.  I have been suffering for 7 months with my spouse’s mental illness and waiting for his insurance to start.  When I wanted to accompany my spouse I was told I had to wait until after vitals were taken.  Then I was told to wait and the receptionist would tell the nurse that I wanted to be in the room.  When the nurse came out to get another patient I was told she’ll be back.  I asked the receptionist to go back she then informed me that since Covid, only the patient was allowed in.  I said I would wear a mask.  She said the rooms are small.  Then said that the consults were private.  Call me old fashioned, but there is not privacy when married.  Especially with regards to mental illness.   I got angry at being lied to.  If she had not lied to me three time and stated their policies, I would have said fine.   I would have requested to speak to my spouse and leave.  Told lie or try to manipulate people and they are less likely to get angry.  It can be very frustrating for family members to deal with mental illness of their loved and then be lied to by “professionals(?)”

Wait time for a walk in can be a little long based on how busy it is but that is expected as a walk in. The front staff is really friendly, all medical staff was very clear when explaining medical care. I felt very comfortable with everyone who came in to see me and i think that is a very big part of seeing a doctor, being comfortable. They listened to every concern i had about medication because I am 36 weeks pregnant and they were very understanding. I appreciate how professional they were but also personal to make you feel comfortable.

Such a convenient urgent care that provides so many services. Staff is extremely friendly, and the hours are amazing for those who work late . Took my children (2) for school physicals and we were in and out in a hour. We made 830am appointments. The waiting room was empty.

This is my go to urgent clinic. They always see you quickly and on short notice. Plus the doctors are the best. Very attentive and to the point. Especially Dr Ramos. He is too sweet and caring. In todays world its definitely hard to find genuine doctors who truly care.

Since Ive moved to Cicero 3 years ago, I have been coming here and I love the customer service and all the staff. The ladies are always nice and Dr. F. Ramos is the best. They take great care of you and are very professional, efficient, and welcoming.

I had to edit my review.Yesterday, i rated it 5⭐️ (I will purposely leave my review to be viewed, and hopefully they care to fix this error)I was seen yesterday for an ear infection. I leave satisfied it was nothing serious and were able to diagnose what the issue was. My prescription was suppose to be filled at Walgreens. I arrive to Walgreens 2 hrs later. Only to find out prescription had some issues that needed a providers approval because of insurance etc. (It happens) so this morning I call at 7am to adress the issue (Im in severe pain) hoping to get this adress immediately and get my prescription issue resolved. I spoke to the receptionist, she was going to speak to the provider and get the prescription resubmitted. Calls me back an hr later with an update. The physician that seen me was not in but was going to work on helping me getting the issue fixed. 5 hours later, I have yet to get an call back, update, anything. So I call back and try to explain the situation, grant it, I can barely hear at the moment, Sandra was not in anyway wanting to listen, very short with her words said, placed me on hold then recovers the call and says the Dr that seen me yesterday was with a patient to hold. I tried to speak in which she RUDELY placed me on hold ignoring me. So I went ahead and hung up the phone and called her, (Sandra)back addressing this incident with her. In which I said you rudely cut me off and cant even apologize and i was very bothered and upset with her service. No need for it. Her response? Its not bothering her it should. I have not been rude or disrespectful and there was no need for her to treat me or speak to me that way. So uncalled for. She did call back and gave me updated after she was rude. I did thank her for the call back as well as inform her that I was upset at her customer service. She was so passive in her response not caring whatsoever.3rd issue with prescription, wait time can be long most of the time. Despite all those issues i had rated them a 5⭐️.NOW? Because of Sandra, I rate them 1 because thats the loswest. As for the remainder of the the staff and physcians a 5. I hope they adress this incident so that it doesnt happen again and continue to provide exceptional service to ill patients.Love this place!Sometimes it can be very busy and the wait can be a bit longer than expected but the service the front desk, the triage and the physicians give are always a pleasant experience. They are caring and considerate. Not to mention, I appreciate their hours. Avoids a trip to the ER or waiting to see a Dr in the morning.

We were looking for an immediate care clinic that didn’t require an appointment for my daughter. The school recommended this location and we went in as a walk in on a Friday afternoon . We were seen within an hr which is acceptable for a walk in .The front office receptionist were friendly as well as the physician that saw us. The clinic was clean and they took good care of us.They also had an app that lets you see where you are in line. This app is helpful specially when you have a kid asking “are we next?” We had a great experience and recommend to anyone who is in need of immediate care.

Today (11/16/23) visitation was quick to me even being short on staff, they were on top of everything. I have to say that I been there several times and my experience continues to be the greatest. Thank you all for your hard work and for been so patient with rude clients!

Great service! The doctors are so kind and patient.

Don’t go here if you don’t have insurance! Paid $150 for a visit and to have a urine culture done. Had it done a 2 different places a day apart. This place told me negative for everything, so I stopped the antibiotics. The other place called back 2 days later positive for E. coli uti. I could have been finished taking the antibiotics and better. Glad I got a second opinion! This place is a joke. They tried to charge me for another visit just to get the results.

The visit was great! Short wait time for a 9pm appt, nice staff. The reason I took off two stars was because my visit was fully paid for under Medicaid, but the doctor who prescribed me the medicine isn’t licensed to prescribe under Medicaid. You’d think that the office staff would give me a doctor who can prescribe things to Medicaid patients so I could actually pick up my prescription. But no, I waited an hour at a Walgreens to be told it’s not covered. I’m very frustrated, and now may have to take even more time to visit another clinic if they don’t have a doctor licensed under Medicaid. To the staff, if someone is using Medicaid, please give them someone who can actually prescribe that patient something. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you have a copay on your insurance make sure you are aware of what your copay is for an urgent care clinic because they will lie and try to upcharge you. They will also charge you another copay just to get your results. Of your copay 70 well youre paying another 70 just to get your results or prescribed medication. If youre paying out of pocket, they will make you pay another $100 or $75 telemed (I dont know why it is not the same price) to get your results or an Rx refill. Youre better off going somewhere else. They never clean their vital carts. Always lose your paperwork. Receptionists are so rude.

I had a horrible experience here. I came in because my nose was gushing blood from both sides for over 30 minutes and I was beginning to feel lightheaded. My sister actually called before hand to ask if they would be able to help with this. They said yes. I get there and am waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to see me (nose still bleeding heavily). Finally, a PA comes in and says she was trying to call around to see what could be done??? She gives me an ice pack and tells me there is nothing else they can do. And that I should go to the ER. Why did they tell me they could help prior to going in if they actually couldn’t and just wasted more time while I was losing blood. I guess so they could charge $100 for doing absolutely nothing. Very disappointed by the “treatment” here.

I made my appointment Online fifteen minutes before come in and they took me right away. I was only there for a 1/2 hour. They were able to diagnose my symptoms and prescribe medicication. The staff was very nice.

Made an appointment online for 8pm on a Friday. I went to get checked for strep throat. Only had to wait 10-15 minutes to get called back for the nurse to check my vitals, and saw the doctor shortly after that. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. My time with the doctor did feel a little rushed, but I can’t really begrudge that at an immediate care facility, especially when everyone was probably ready to get home for the night! Overall I was in and out within half an hour. Great experience, recommended.

Longest part of the visit was the wait, but thats nothing compared to a regular hospital. Went in to get stitches for a wound and came back a week later to have them removed. Both visits went smoothly and the doctor/students were very kind and answered all my questions on the process.

My experience here has been absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in I was waited on right away, the two receptionist were extremely attentative to my needs I came on a day that very few people were in the lobby…. I’ve found a new urgent care office the young woman that took my blood pressure was so kind and professional and the attendee that seen me was very pleasant and courteous not too mention professional my waiting time was priceless thanks again everyone….. I recommend everyone get a raise im bringing flowers for the entire staff

I love coming here staff and doctors are wonderful and super friendly. My daughters ears were bothering her and she was seen right away the nurses made her comfortable and not afraid.

When I came I was feeling terrible and they assisted me immediately where I did not have to wait long. All the staff there were great and polite. Nicole is attentive and amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic for urgent services.

I appreciate this staff and facility so much. I’ve used urgent cares before however this was my best experience to date. First timer and I be utilizing them as needed. Facility was clean, they were very polite and professional. I was in and out in 30minutes. Although I only needed a doctors note for my toddler to return to daycare for what they assumed was pink eye. I’m thankful!

I’m so grateful to Mr. Ramos and the staff that recently treated my son for asthma. Mr. Ramos remembered my son from our previous visit, evaluated him, gave him the breathing treatment he needed, and had his prescriptions ready for pick up at our pharmacy in an hour. Highly recommended.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Usually when I come I have Dr. Ramos and he’s always the nicest most efficient dr I’ve had so I continued going to this place on the strength of him. But every time I have went there with a problem and Johanna was there she’s always rude and nasty. I came in there to get a urinalysis for a possible uti. Which should be a simple fix. I have a hormone deficiency and I take injectable testosterone weekly which is a (anabolic steroid). When talking to Johanna about medication I was trying to instruct her I can’t take ciproflaxin because it can cause permanent damage to someone on that medication. She completely cut me off with an attitude saying “well you don’t even know what I’m going prescribe you”. Everything was giving she didn’t wanna be there. And then when I get to Walgreens they tell me she prescribed Ciproflaxin!!!! I then call back up there to see if I can get a different medication they say they can’t do anything until my urinalysis comes back! And now it’s been 3 days and I’m just sitting with an infection. I love Ramos but I will never come back here again.

Ive been a couple of times for different ailments, and each time the staff were attentive, helpful, and approached me with empathy and understanding. I have left feeling well taken care of and understood. I will be coming back for sure should the occasion arise!

I have been here twice ,once for a walk in for my son and a scheduled app for myself ,both times every person there was very polite and professional The walk in took awhile but that was expected ,however I found out they were extremely short staffed that day and packed w mostly kids ,yet everyone was great ,I wish more office visits were this pleasant. On a side note my son was impressed that they had a water cooler available since the fountain was out of order ,and everything was clean as it should be in a medical facility, but is not always the case in some smaller places .

Great overall experience! I walked in with no appointment and was seen pretty quick. The nurses and doctor were all great, I’ve been to different urgent cares for a recurring issue of mine and this is the first place that I felt like really listened and a week later the medication actually cleared up all my symptoms. Definitely recommend!

Got an appointment online, very fast and easy. Once I got there the following day, the check In was easy and smooth. The waiting time to be called was a little over 10 minutes as I was seeing a doctor and not just getting tests done. Very respectful doctors and nurses. They actually ran extra tests on my daughter in order to give an accurate diagnosis on what she had.

Good experience everytime I bring my children- from check in staff, MAs and providers. PA Filimon is fantastic he is very thorough, straightforward and always makes sure my children feel at ease when they are sick. He always provides the appropriate care for them to get better. I always recommend Cermak Immediate Care to my friends and family.

Fraudulent, deceptive practice ! If you aren’t Hispanic do NOT patronize this facility. I was called by this office to relay test results from a visit at another location and they didn’t tell me it was considered an office visit and they billed my insurance. Had I known that I would’ve asked all of my questions, etc… I went to another location and they printed out an office summary of the “so called visit” and everything on there is false. On 11/28 @ 12:38 pm I called the office only to speak with an extremely rude woman that answered the phone. I do not recommend Cermak immediate care.

For my first time visiting this clinic, everyone was very welcoming, warm, and personable. They handled my situation beautifully and I felt very appreciated.

If youre LGBT l, dont go. They cant read a chart evidently. We made an appointment ahead of time, input all our information, arrived, and it is 45 mins after our appointment with no room available for us. When we arrived and handed over both ID and insurance, both cards say M but they put F on all the papwrwork - we dont even look or sound like women. The woman calling us back had the same issue even after they changed the paperwork.

Staff is nice and they try very hard to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Ramos is very friendly as is all the staff. My ear feel much better!

She was very rude . I can’t speak on the overall clinic, but she very much so turned me off from ever coming back.She was telling a man that “ his insurance won’t cover another visit” when the man was only seeking to ask a nurse/doctor questions about his medication- WHICH HE IS ENTITLED TO. She was very disrespectful, dismissive and rude to the man. He was spoken up for and she didn’t like that so she resulted on calling the police on 2 black people (the guy and the lady speaking up). No one threatened her or her safety, attacked her, etc. no one. She DID NOT like the fact that that woman spoke up with the TRUTH because during this, she got up and walked up (unprofessional and clearly can get overwhelmed- which doesn’t seem appropriate ins healthcare setting. ) . I attend the doctor often so I’m aware that you ARE ABLE to ask questions about what you were prescribed - no visit needed especially if you were just seen / still in the building.She is in fact the GRINCH . Her performance should be evaluated because this is healthcare . I’m not telling you all NOT to go here because I can’t speak on the health care service - BUT BEWARE of this woman giving people of color a very hard , inappropriate time . No one was screaming at her - or seeking to harm her. She just refused that man his healthcare right of asking questions and people like her is the reason people die in healthcare with those kind of stanking attitudes. She’ll get her karma through the universe, because GOD NEVER MISSES HUNNY ✨✨

It is seriously so easy to acquire an appointment and hassle free. All you do is schedule your appointment online it literally takes two minutes and you can upload your insurance on their website. When you walk in you just enter your phone number and check in and wait to be called. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be called and the staff is always so friendly. The staff will bring me to the back and tell me what test they will be performing, they are always so gentle and friendly I’ve never had a problem with any of their procedures I would definitely recommend. I’m usually in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes you usually have to wait another 20 minutes for your results but that’s in your own car and they’ll call you and let you know when they are ready for you

Excellent general experience! Without an appointment, I came in and was seen rather quickly. Ive been to several urgent care centers for a recurring problem, and this is the only one where I felt like they were really listening. A week later, the medication completely eliminated all of my problems. The nurses and doctor were both excellent. Definitely suggestable!!!

I was treated with respect and received all the information I needed for my recovery.

Not sure of anyone else’s experience here but I was solicited by a group in the doctors office and they offered a check for doing research and then they called me and told me that I had abnormal lab results.. it was very weird and the “abnormal lab results” were not accurate and they were very racist and just treated me bad. And it was not normal routine for a doctors office. Just here to spread awareness stay safe.

I brought my daughter in for a possible ear infection and they took us in and out in 30 minutes! The staff at the front were so welcoming and really took into consideration the pain my daughter was having. I went in with belly pain and they told me I had a positive pregnancy test, they me to the ER and found out I am actually not pregnant!! Whoever they mixed up with my urine they need to contact and let them know they are pregnant!

Im not sure how people give this place any stars at all. It lets you schedule a telehealth visit online. Which is what i did. Earliest appointment said was 7am. They open at 7a. So im waiting and waiting for someone to join. 22 min pass by nothing. I call the office and they tell me no one is in the office. Well when do they come in? She says i dont know. So i asked her why does it let you schedule an appointment this early if no one is going to be there? She puts me on hold 5 min later she says do you want to keep holding or reschedule? When is someone going to be in the office? Her response is i dont know. I told her to cancel and to make sure they dont charge my card or for an appointment i never had. Im not feeling my best and this isnt something i need at 7am in the morning. If you know u dont want to show up early then dont set up appointments at 7am when u know you wont bother showing up.

THEY DO NOT HAVR STRUCTURE , you will be waiting FOR ATLEAST 2 hours on an average CAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE DOCTORS . HOW DO YOU LOSE SOMEONES LAB RESULTS Twice .
