DOT EXAM: Highly satisfied! I was in Chicago for a layover, and decided to get my DOT Examination taken care of. The staff was highly efficient, and took the time to explain my results. Medical Examiner Adrienne went above and beyond to also give me suggestions on staying healthy, which is pertinent as a truck driver. I visited this clinic for urgent care and was pleased with the experience. Check-in was quick, and prices were affordable even without insurance. The cost for my breathing treatment was reasonable. The staff was attentive, prescribed the necessary medication, and truly listened to my concerns. Highly recommend for prompt and compassionate care.

Came in due to a flare up with my asthma and was seen right away. The nurse who attended to me was amazing! She was so kind! It was a busy day but everyone handled it with grace! Props to the receptionist, she was slammed with so many patients but was able to keep a steady flow. The practitioner who took care of me was so kind and supportive! Thank you again!

My 1 year old daughter was there yesterday for ear infection. She was seen by nurse practioner Eric Flowers. What a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the process was smooth. Eric Flowers was very informative and thorough. We were so happy with our service.

My provider Mark made sure to check in on me after a while to apologize for the wait, which I thought was very nice. During our talk, he also made sure to explain everything to me. The person who checked my vitals whose name started with an L was also very kind and the receptionist as well. Great bedside manner and great place overall.

100 percent recommend this place! The doctor was extremely professional and front desk staff was so polite. We seen Doctor Cha. My son had hurt his back And I needed to go somewhere where we were going to be able to be seen quickly. We were in and out of the place within forty five minutes and the doctor Was able to diagnose him and give Him his proper medication and treatment. We have a follow up appointment next week and and I didnt have no issue scheduling for the time that I needed. Big thank you to the doctor And I definitely recommend and will be coming back here for future appointments.

Every single time Ive come to this clinic, it has been a great visit! It does not matter what nurse practitioner is there ,they are ALL very good in getting me the help I need, the referrals I may need the refills, I feel extremely comfortable being seen by any of them,the staff at the front desk are always sweet ,thank you all so much on making my visits worth while! From the time I’ve walked in up until the time I left I felt appreciated. The nice young lady I believe her name was Lanyae treated me with care and kindness, answered every concerning question I had and alleviated the issue at hand. It’s a blessing to have people like that in the medical field. She made me feel family.

I would like to say I wasnt feeling well at all so I went to the cicero location and the girl behind the desk was very nice, I was called in and the nurse was really compassionate and was put in a room to wait for Dr. For less than 10 minutes. I then met with Dr. Mark Cha who couldnt have been any sweeter he had so much compation and was informative of my situation and even when I left to get my prescription one place didnt have my medicine I called him back to ask if he could call in somewhere else he called in less than 5 minutes and helped me find a place that was open and I was able to get the medicine and go home for some much needed rest. I have a physician but was never treated with compassion and the fact that he listened to me Im not used to that so I would go back anytime and refer to everyone .

Dr. Mark and the staff there was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I recommend going to this location. Stay away from those Physicians Care places they are horrible especially the one located in Elk Grove Village, IL. Midwest Express in Cicero, IL you wont be disappointed.

Every time I’ve come in, the visits have gone quickly and pleasantly. The clinic itself is a clean, cozy environment. Today I had to bring my toddler in because he hasn’t been feeling best the last few days & Dr. Mark was amazing with him! He made the entire visit a breeze with his kindness and reassurance, my toddler felt comfortable during the whole visit. Would definitely go back when I’m in a pinch and can’t get in to see his regular pediatrician. Special thanks to Dr. Mark

Very affordable and all staff members were so nice. I was in and out in less than an hour and the provider was so thorough and informative. The medicine I was prescribed was effective and I feel completely better.

Not a long wait. nurse was extremely kind, and got me to laugh and smile through the pain in my lungs. provider was awesome as well, i don’t have insurance, so they warned me fairly before every test. provider attended to me with kindness, got me all set up with my meds and had me about my day in under a hour and a half.

Quick services! Staff is super friendly and caring. This was my third urgent care visit after feeling like I was not being heard and getting the proper treatment, After seeing the provider he listened carefully and finally gave me the proper treatment I needed and I’m finally feeling better.

Went in first thing in the morning. Very pleasant and fun front desk staff. Made a few jokes and they were met with laughter and jokes back. Nurse in the back actually listened and documented everything. Doctor came in and actually knew my complaint unlike most offices were you have to repeat it 100 times. Did a few quick tests with hands. Cant remember the last time I was in a doctors office that actually touched a patient. Received an actual diagnosis and scripts in hand and they were sent to the pharmacy as well.Was a very nice experience. Walked out with sunglasses and a lollipop, made this 40yr old man smile ear to ear. Will definitely go back next illness.

Been to this locations a few times now. They’re pretty fast, at least a lot faster than some other immediate care locations. They’re pretty fast treated me for an abscess and my son for an ongoing bronchial infection or problem. The staff was so friendly and helpful.Would definitely come back if my primary care doctor can’t see me soon enough and if it’s something I can avoid an emergency room for.

Eric was absolutely amazing. The wait was short and he made sure i understood the test results and aftercare.The Staff here is always nice. I will always come here over any other clinic near by.

Dr Mark is outstanding! This is the second time I bring in my son and he always takes care of him, he is very attentive to every detail and very professional. Overall I’m very happy with the whole staff from the receptionist to the Doctor.

I truly love this location! The doctor handled my child with such amazing care. When your child is hurting you want the best care for them. My child left with so much peace after his injury. He is still confident even after a face scar because of the care he received!

I was fighting a bad good and did not know if it was Covid or the flu now debits next to impossible to see my primary doctor, I walked into Midwest Express. From check in to seeing the doctor, my experience was top notch. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff from beginning to end was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a doctor visit asap.

At this point I’ve been waiting on the doc for 20 minutes sitting in the actual office my appointment was at 11 am I arrive early so maybe I’ll be seen on time. If I can come In early be on time why can’t the doctor see you at your scheduled time and not make you wait in a cold room until they decide to come in. Not being rude but we have other things as well to do

Ive had a few visits at this office. By far this has been the worst. The staff refused service for walk in patients at 6:40 pm although the hours of business state they close at 8 pm. When asked why they stopped taking patients. I was told, they are busy and only accepting appointments. I asked for a clinical coordinator and the two young girls started talking about me in the waiting area. I questioned the manager and told her about the behavior, and she seemed irritated that I said anything about it. I will never come to this office again. Reason for the visit was that my child had pink eye. (Also, the office can be cleaner )

This is always my go to for any health concerns for me and my boys. It’s close to my home and surrounded by a lot of restaurants so it’s really convenient. You’re able to check in online to make the appointment sign up quicker. The hours are flexible if you get off work late and they are open 7 days a week. A lot of times they have cartoons on for the children. They always provide stickers and suckers which my kids are always excited to get a handful of. Service is always great from the providers and receptionists. I recommended this location to all my family and friends and it’s always better than going to the er which the long waits. They always assist me and my family and i have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.

I can not express enough how wonderful the staff is! The place is super clean and very efficient. Made me and my daughter feel super comfortable. Doctor was very kind and knew exactly how to diagnose my daughter. My daughter is usually not comfortable at the Doctors office, but this place her made her feel at home! Absolutely recommend it!!!

I took my son to urgent care for an infected wound. They were very gentle with him and understanding. I’ll be taking him back there in the future

Needed a sports physical done ASAP for my daughter swim team and our pcp wasnt available till next month. Midwest express clinic saved the day they had walk in available and on a weekends too. The receptionist was sweet, helpful and very accommodating. The Dr was super cool and they got me out of there fast. My daughter got her physical and is ready to go swimming. The attention one receives from the receptionist is very bad, because for my first time I was there and I did not receive any guidance on how to register and how to do my process for the first time and I had an emergency with my baby. Bad attitude and lack of empathy

I went to this location for pink eye got there at 9am Sat in the lobby almost 35 to 40 minutes. They finally call me to the back took all my vitals and sat me in one of the patient rooms. No update was given to me after that. Never advised me that a doctor would be in soon to see me. I sat in that room from 10am to 11am. I finally asked the nurse when would I see a doctor she tells me there are a few people In front of me. How is that possible when I walked in there were only two patients waiting to be seen.

The staff here had amazing service! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Doctore Mark was awesome, he took care of all our needs with simple explanations.

Girls in the front desk are unprofessional. They were gossiping about an elderly woman who was there before me. And making rude comments. Made me uncomfortable. Like couldn’t they have waited until patients were gone.

I have taken my kids to this clinic and now myself. Very clean and the staff are friendly. Was not busy when I arrived as a walk in filled out the paperwork and was seen soon after. Definitely would recommend this place for medical needs

For once and I hope it continues, the respecionists welcome me with a smile and were attentive. I hope it continues. When your sick, you want to be received with a warm welcome. I was seen right away to take my vitals, but waiting for the actual doctor or nurse practioner took longer than expected. I hope this time wait changes. Not to end on a bad note, she was the only one there, but there may have been another patient before me though I didnt see any. All in all, it was good. I was attended to by the doctor or nurse practioner very well.

Came in recently because my daughter was not feeling so well. The receptionist was nice and attentive. The waiting room was clean. Dr.Cha saw my one year old daughter. A one year old is not very fond of being examined so naturally she started crying. He was very rude when I sat my daughter up because I wanted to console her. It’s a mothers instinct to calm their child. He didn’t have to snap at me saying he was not done examining her. He lacks patiences and is very unprofessional the way he talked to me.

Went there and they were clean. They take insurance and the receptionist was very nice. The doctor listen to all my concerns and checked my daughter. He prescribed the best medication’s. And even scheduled a follow up visit for the following week. At the end of the session, the doctor gave my daughter stickers and a lollipop she was very comfortable and he made her feel better. My first visit with this clinic was March 21, 2024. First thing stood out was, they had quite a few patients. But the clinic was very clean and the staff was amazing with checking us in. And getting us called to the back to seeing the Dr. I love the fact of how they were In tuned with your purpose of your visit. Made sure all your needs were met, and explained every thorough detail to your satisfaction. I give this place a 5 star, you dont have to take my word. Please Please Please, by all means. You should definitely check this place out for yourself. You will more than likely pay them a second and third visit. Along with bringing a friend or two.

I went in to see about my eye that had been bothering me for 3 days and constantly progressing. I was prescribed eye drops for my pink eye symptoms and I am so thankful for the staff and Dr Loretta because not long after my 1st use, did I begin to feel better. By morning & my dosage, the pain was gone when I blink & some of the redness as well. My new Go To Clinic!!

There are times when you walk into a place and truly feel like your needs have been met and this clinic is one of those places. From the time I walked in, the receptionist was enthusiastic and polite and very professional. She took my information and got me and my daughters seated right away. The nurse was authentic and genuine and made my daughter, who was being seen, feel heard and comfortable while her labs were being collected. She saw my daughter was uneasy and helped her feel more in control of what was happening to her. That is a nurse with a heart for the trade if anyone has ever seen one!!The doctor came in in a timely manner and even though I could tell that they were busy, she acknowledged the short wait and the examination went quick and thoroughly. She recognized the issue, communicated quickly and sent us on our way. The very essence of an express visit done in excellence.Ive been to many urgent care facilities and Midwest Express Cicero is by far the best. From their professional staff to their clean and inviting atmosphere, I was pleased above and beyond the expected.

No appointment necessary, nurses and doctors are great.

I was recently here to treat my 3 yr old son. He had unfortunately come down with a sudden ear infection and I needed to get him seen quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, I was able to do both that day. Dr.Mark went above and beyond to make sure that my child was comfortable throughout the checkup. He also, gave me the proper prescriptions to make sure that the issue was addressed. Sometimes this is hard to get because some providers would rather let things run their course or do a wait and see. Meanwhile as a parent you know how difficult this can be. I would definitely return if the need arose. I will say the only downside to the clinic is that they can sometimes be inundated with clients and that obviously adjusts the wait time greatly. (Cicero location)

I have a great experience everytime I come to midwest express clinic for my families medical needs. They are reliable, friendly, and have great service. The provider Mark took really good care of our needs and answered all of my questions and concerns, he was overall phenomenal!

The doctor had zero patience for small kids. I took my two kids ages 9 and 4. The four year old was very antsy but I have yet to encounter a toddler that is not. She was trying to check his ears and throat and no he was not cooperative but as a medical professional she could have handled the situation better. I have had other medical professional deal with his restless way better than she did. I dont recall her name but she was a slender Caucasian female with light and dark blonde highlights in her hair. Overall I would not recommend this location nor will I ever return there. I am sharing so that hopefully in the future this does not happen to anyone else and the root cause of the problem is determined. If short staffing was the problem please provide more staff so that better customer service can be provided. I dont want to be billed full price in return for sub par customer service.

I love coming to this Urgent Care. They have great staff working. I have been to 3 previously and doesn’t compare at all. Would recommend for any member I took my 1 year old last year and now my 11 year old. They are amazing and all my questions answered. No need to go to the ER and spend hours waiting.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Front desk girl super friendly and helpful. Doctors really take the time to explain to you and you can just tell they all really care. I also go to get my b12 shots there they have really been helping me with my energy level.

The malfeasance at this location is quite shocking. Instead of treating patients, they send them home and tell them to follow up in two days, essentially requiring you to make another appointment, and thus charging you again.After visiting this location twice, with subpar service, we have decided to seek care elsewhere.Im implore anyone who is considering this location, to reconsider. The standard of care falls well below national standards and its perplexing how they are allowed to stay in business.

Great service!!!! I call my kids primary doctor and he didn’t have space for them and they had a really bad eye infection!! I went to this clinic and they checked them right away!! My kids are now better thank you to them!!

Employees are nice and welcoming! I did not feel uncomfortable. Brought my daughter here because her dr was booked 3weeks out and i usually go to ER and wait to be seen. My sister recommended this to me. I wish i would of known of urgent care clinics!! No long wait times. Very Thankful 🥹 they gave my dtr a crown, stickers, and lollipop not even her Pcp does that.

I was so sick, turned out it was the Flu and this clinic was so convenient b/c it allowed you to make an online appointment and they were open until 8pm on a Friday night and they ask you to arrive 10 minutes before you choose your appointment time and I only had to wait in waiting room for about 3 minutes before I was called in. Everyone was so professional and kind and the facility was modern and super clean. They also have Primary Care Doctors there so I will definitely be switching my Primary Care Doctor to a new one located at this facility all because of the great experience and attentive care I recieved from there!

Very unprofessional. You are treated as though you are interrupting a friend hang out. From front desk to medical assistant I felt really uncomfortable. I called also to ask if my labs were available because I was supposed to go in for a follow up and received an email that the labs were “collected”. The person who answered the phone was annoyed that I asked and stated you can just cancel if they aren’t there. I repeated I want to go if they are there. The appointment was canceled. An hour later I received an email that stated they were there. So I called back and the lady said “no new appointments only follow ups.” I stated I already had the appointment for a follow up she said “you did but you canceled.” When in reality it could of all been avoided if they actually did their job with professionalism and double checked. I work in healthcare and hate coming across people who do not have any compassion when it comes to this field. People need to remember that when people are worried and coming to check up their health it maybe “another day for you” but it’s something that’s been weighting on/ stressing your patient I.e the visit for labs and a growth on my damn neck. This review will probably be disregarded and laughed at by the people in the office but hopefully it’ll save someone a trip from a bad experience from people who should not be working in healthcare.

I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to wait very long even though I was a walk in. The staff were friendly and the facility was nice and clean.

I was so surprise that It didnt took that long . The doctor right away diagnose me what I have. She gave me medication and I feel much better. I really recommend you guys to come to this urgent care very professional and clean. Very nice. !

I appreciate the fast friendly service got in and out within 30-45 mins no long wait time I seen dr Mark Cha, who gave me a lollipop after my blood test, lol he was friendly and not rushing me or made me uncomfortable. I had lovely nurse to check my weight and blood pressure and another lady who took my blood very sweet ladies. Also they take take county care which many places don’t that was lovely as well THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.

Was initially put off by the rude receptionist who had a major attitude at the front desk. But the MA and the NP who took care of me were great! The MA took me right back (no wait in waiting area) she did a quick swab, then I waited in a room for an acceptable amount of time, and the NP came in to confirm the swab was positive and prescribed me an antibiotic. She apologized for the wait time, but it honestly wasnt even that bad. The NP and MA were very professional and quick. I suggest they address improving attitudes at the front desk (because if it werent for us patients you wouldnt even have that job), but overall the clinical staff is great so still giving 5 stars because I appreciate the quick quality service near my home and want to recognize them for their efforts. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting Midwest Express. Registration was fast and easy and I was seen right away. Great service

This place is clean, efficient, quick & you can be seen the same day even without making an appointment. The reason for the 3 stars however is because today I came in because I believed I had strep. When the medical assistant was writing down my symptoms she asked would I like a flu, Covid or strep test. That was a alarming to me because usually a doctor is suppose to make that decision after seeing their patient. That choice shouldn’t be up to the patient. After testing for all three It came out negative & I then gave the recommendation to be tested for Mono because I had it in the past & the symptoms felt very similar. Sure enough the mono test came back positive. I just feel like my situation could of been better handled & after having a negative test results the physician should of given some type of other recommendation for tests / blood work to be done.

First time here and I already love it! Same day appointment, easy check in online & super fast service! Got to the clinic , medical assistant was super nice and quick to check me in and do some tests I needed! Provider SherriLynn was so sweet, listened to what I had to say and prescribed me what I needed in no time! Thank you both so much. Will be going back. ❤️

Wait time to see NP is horrible. Came in for physical and waited for an hour to see NP.Was then informed that my lab work results and to obtain Dr signature could take up to a month to complete. You will also n have d a follow up appointment to go over results and get paperwork which is another $40 dollars.During my follow up, I was not seen for over an hour. Office didn’t have a lot of customers.I don’t recommend for quick results or timely attention.

I am very displeased with the lack of knowledge. I went in for std check due to some pain I was having and unfortunately they used an incorrect method of collection for my specimen sample. After several days waiting for my results, the test I specifically went in for wasn’t even done. When I called the receptionist was very passive aggressive and told me I didn’t need to come back if the provider didn’t ask me to. Now I am still dealing with the pain and have gone elsewhere, I received my results and am being treated. Thanks for nothing Midwest, what a waste of time.

Love this place! I’ve came here a few times taking my parents or myself. the girls were fast and so efficient you can tell they work as a team. The manager daisy juggled so much and knows how to run the place. She took my blood and made me feel very comfortable. The provider yessenia was the sweetest ever and also made me feel very comfortable. i will be going back ! 10 stars.

Took my daughter in the person at the front desk had a terrible attitude and gave me false information. Never had an issue before until this time that I took her in. Will not be going into the Cicero location again. Customer service was not a thing with this receptionist.

First visit for my husband. They were down two people and everything went smoothly. Great staff and very professional. Prices on physicals are very reasonable for cash paying customers. Office is very clean.

I went her for a school physical, was told that they only accept out of pocket payments for this service. I paid $76, thinking that was that. I received a bill in the mail a few weeks later for $126.22 for the office visit that no one mentioned when I had my appointment. I do not appreciate being led to believe the service was being paid for in full only to get billed twice the amount later I would have gone elsewhere.

Very clean and staff was very polite. Took my 7 yr old daughter to get check out and I was in the the clinic for no more than 15 minutes. This will be my to go place anytime my kids dont feel good or just in general. Thank You for the quick visit and for hearing out my concerns about my child.

Midwest Express Clinic had open appointments. My son was seen right away and the doctor was compassionate. Definitely, will be back for the quick and very good service and hours, seven days a week.

I took my little one to this urget care and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the Dr. was very sweet. The prescriptions were right and my little one is doing so much better!

Went in today to take my daughter for a physical , the front desk was so kind and my wait was no more than 10 minutes. I have been here a few times and the people are so nice. Daisy took care of me and was so kind and gentle with my daughter, they have great prices and have created a safe environment. I will be returning.

After two months of having issues that my doctor couldn’t fix and a trip to the ER couldn’t either, I went here and was prescribed some medicine and I can say that it fixed my problem. I finally can say I can breathe thru my nose again! Thanks to the staff here. Took a whole 30 minutes at most and ten minutes at CVS to get said medicine. I definitely recommend this office!

Well I took my son the nurse was super rude , she didnt take his vitals, and after I went to get a b 12 shot. I was there waiting to check in for a nurse, for 30min and all I heard was them laughing on the back. No one was in front. Plus when u call the did something to the phone that the call will drop. I went to the location in Cicero and honestly it was great. The next appointment that my primary doctor had was 3 weeks away and I didnt feel well and knew I couldnt wait that long to see a doctor, so I made this appointment because the Target and CVS minute clinics were full. So glad I ended up at this one. The front desk woman who took my vitals too was so professional and knowledgeable and the provider herself was so nice, approachable, and helpful. Highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic, especially the one in Cicero.

This clinic is great took my son, he was having on and off fevers. Didnt want to go to the ER because it takes forever.... Went to Midwest Clinic and we were in and out in a little over 1 hour !! Turned out he had an ear infection. Service is good friendly staff I recommend this place good efficient quick service.

Very fast service. As soon as I was checked in, they took me back. I was seen and checked out within 30 min.. very friendly staff as well. I’ve been here a couple times and I am always pleased with my visits. Obviously there’s been times they take a little longer but that’s because there’s a lot of patients to be seen. But for the most part, it’s pretty fast and very convenient.

If you want to be treated unkindly and rude. This is the place. The girls in the front desk have attitudes for no reason. Not to mention they will argue with customers. They clearly hate their job.

Love that they provide B-12 shots, but their scheduling tool is useless. It requires you to select a time, and I went 10 minutes before that time, only to be turned away since they’re not doing services due to them being behind.

Dr. Kasey definitely took her time to make sure she had all the details she needed to diagnose me. She was very kind and so is the rest of the crew here. This is my go to location and will continue to be so.

I came in for flu like symptoms, receptionist was very nice and informative. This was my first time here and I only waited about 10 min. before I was called back into the room. The medical assistant also had good customer service. She was thorough in explaining what she was going to do and if I had any questions. This was a quick process and once done I was placed in another room. I waited less than 10 min. for results to be rendered on Covid, Flu and strep tests and Dr. Mark Cha saw me. Dr. Cha was attentive and even made sure I had a doctors note in case I did not feel well enough to return to work immediately. He also made it clear if I had any questions or concerns at all to call and he would speak with me directly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the wait time was exceptional. I would defiantly come here again.

Brought my daughter here for a strep test. Such a friendly helpful staff! Sherrilynn was fantastic! She is a very caring and compassionate person. My daughter had a few concerns about the antibiotics and Sherrilynn listened to her concerns and made her feel at ease! I would definitely return to this location if need be!

Service was great. We went in without an appointment as a first timer there. Their staff explained that we needed to fill out some forms. We were were there for about an hour including forms and exam. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Very good, I love this clinic I always get the help soon, they always have appointments and space to see people. I dont get that with my family doctors... they never have appointments until one or two months later.

The staff is very professional and kind. The service is quick and they get you what you need to feel better. I love that this place is an option for me when me or my kids when sick. And they are available evenings! Definitely recommend.

Recently visited MEC for the first time since they were close to me and accepted my insurance. They don’t do appointments for the first visit. You put your name down to let them know you’ll be coming in and at which time; it’s not a spot holder. However, for your follow up, if necessary, you will get an appointment scheduled. The morning of my first visit I signed up for the 8:30am slot and wasn’t able to get there until 9am. There was not many people in the waiting room so I went in quickly. The nurse took my vitals first and any important notes, then in the next room Dr. Smith was the one who diagnosed me. She was very friendly and energetic. Told me exactly what to do to get better and made sure to escort me out to the lobby when we were done. Realistically, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Fast paced and great service. The only thing that was an issue was getting medication switched from CVS to Walgreens. They don’t have a direct connection to Walgreens and that’s where my insurance would cover prescription.

Fast, friendly ,compassionate care. Even though there were quite a few patients in the waiting room , we were in and out in less than an hour!
