I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire clinic is spotless which was noticeable as soon as I walked in!!! The reception, nurses and doctors were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My concerns were all addressed and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs prompt, efficient care.

Friendly staff, Clean Space, Fast Process!!! This is a safe space for men and women to come to for preventative and urgent health care. There was no judgement for my reasonings for coming in. They accept most insurances and they are very efficient with what they do for you!

Did my annual physical wellness examinations and labs here on Monday 7/8/24.It was a fast, straightforward, and easy process.They do a lot of stuff here (image attached).And they were pretty nice and very professional.I highly recommend them

Speedy clean and efficient. My 1st time here and I have to say that they focus on what your ailments are, talk and walk you through your visit. I was in and out in no time. The wait time was exceptionally fast for a Friday afternoon.But I can honestly say I would come back. They make you feel like family!

Still figuring my way around Illinois. Needed to get some quick test done before i flew back to Texas. My father is not in the best health, i wanted to make sure i had a clean bill of health. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist greeted me with a smile. She was very kind and caring. They got me back pretty quick the nurse that took down my information took time to listen and not just write what she wanted to move me along to next step in my visit. The doctor came in and explained a couple things to me and listened to what i was needing. I would Most definitely recommend the location at Portage Park. Thank you for making my visit pleasant.Ella

Amazing experience. Very professional and caring staff. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and even a follow up appointment also. Both providers who I saw were phenomenal. The facility itself was very clean and welcoming. I’d recommend this urgent to everyone

$120 out of pocket up front is a great way to make sure you dont leave when they keep you waiting for over an hour when there are only a total of 2 patients in the clinic. After all that waiting all I got was a nurse entering my symptoms into a computer and then doctor giving me a script based on the computers diagnosis, total time with a provider was less than 5 minutes. Apparently Midwest clinic is only 1 step above asking Dr. Google. Will not return.

Been here twice and both times they been great. Everything from front desk to nurse and doctors are great. The place is clean. Quick in and out. No crazy wait times. Thank you for being Great!!!

Went for a B12 Shot. Less than 5 minute wait time and all the staff was super friendly and outgoing! After taking the B12 shot I feel amazing and it was only $10 without insurance. Definitely will be returning

The whole experience was amazing, I went in for a Pap smear. It was super easy to make an appointment online, answering questions about your health and insurance prior to coming in is a huge time saver. Receptionist, nurse assistant, and practitioner were all so pleasant. I was in and out in an hour.

Amazing service. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. I didn’t get in right away but that’s fine cuz they’ve already said that reserving a spot is NOT an appointment. I didn’t wait TOO long though. The doctor — Estera Alexa— was AMAZING. I liked her vibe and she pinpointed what was wrong with my hand + gave me a recommendation to a proper institute. Very nice person and knows what she’s doing.I’m def gonna be coming here again. Thank you!

Great clinic took my 2 year old daughter as a walk in patient And was treated very well her pediatrician wasn’t available soon so this was my fastest option and I am glad I found them. The front desk lady was very nice as well as all the medical staff. The doctor was able to determine what my daughter had and even gave her and my son treats.the clinic is very clean and modern.

Amazing clinic! I had an emergency and couldn’t get in to see my pcp until the next week of; they took my insurance no problem and were very friendly. This establishment is very clean, beautiful and has a wonderful staff that is so nice. Destinee was the one who helped me and she was amazing and friendly. Overall this experience was just great and would gladly come here again!

First time here. Literally Googled walk-in Clinics and it was the first one that popped up. I went and the clinic is a very descent size. It was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff, nurse and doctor were very polite and kind. I will definitely return if needed. Thank you all.

I had to go in and get stitches and I was very nervous since I’ve never had stitches and I’m from out of state. The staff was very comforting and assisted me right away. I came in around 7:20 and left around 8:05. They closed at 8 but the dr waited for the numbing to kick in which was very helpful. Great experience.

Literally they made me feel at home. I was definitely in and out so they definitely understand the “express” concept. Sooo friendly!! Made me laugh continuously. I had such a great experience. SUCH friendly people who work there.

Reception area was clean and very kid friendly. I was able to schedule a time slot same day and within 2hrs of looking for a time. The wait was only about 5mins upon arrival and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use their services again.

I needed a drug panel for my nursing school clinical rotation and was able to get one done very quickly at midwest express. The staff is incredible and so helpful!! The cost of testing is affordable and they let you know the cost upfront. I would highly recommend coming here if you need labs done for school or work!

This place was fantastic, from the front desk staff that laughed at my jokes and were understanding and non-judgmental to the Nurse Practitioner who was so kind, patient, and gentle. Went on a walk in and my daughter got attended right away loved it it’s also so nice inside and everyone was friendly I would definitely recommend and they excepted her insurance another plus in my book!

I was very impressed with the service we received and how professional they were both times that we went there with no appointment and one hour before they closed !!! The place is clean, nice service and very helpful people!

The wait is never more than an hour to be seen. The staff members are very nice and personable, never rushed and caring. The clinic hours have been a saving grace for me to actually get care after work instead of having to miss a day of work.

The childs temperature rose in the cage and we went to the clinic. We were received very quickly, examined, and prescribed medication. Our appointment took us 1 hour and 10 minutes. it is very fast and professional. Thank you Dr. Susan Bagdade!

Overall clean and fast. The staff is very patient and understanding of children. They make you feel like you’re going to your personal physical rather than an in and out restaurant. The only issue I have is that they’re online system makes you renter everything despite being a repeat patient.

Update: Came again in June 2024 after calling ahead to check wait times. Had a good experience. I think this may be a good option when it isnt flu season.Been waiting here 3 hours and still not done. Other two times, was in and out in less than an hour. I registered online and thought that meant I would be seen at the time registered for but that was incorrect. No wait times listed in the lobby or clarity about timing. I unfortunately wont be back.

Appointment was very easy to make and was seen earlier than the appointment slot. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Medical Assistant was helpful and informative. Provider was super nice and also explained everything appropriately I recommend anyone to this location.

Great doc. But the front desk lady (medical assistant) was very rude to my foreign exchange student who was just trying to fill out a form. She then yelled at me as well. Ill never go here again.

By far the best urgent care experience I’ve had. The front desk woman was super nice and helpful. She was so quick! The assistant was personable, patient, and kind. The dr was also super kind, quick, and thorough. She double, triple, and extensively checked my eye to make sure she had the best diagnoses. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care.

My son needed a sports psychical and we couldnt see his doctor on time. Went here in stead. Amazing staff all around.

Have never used a urgent care clinic before. I couldnt wait for Drs office to re6in evening. I so so pleasantly surprised at the leof care and great staff. Turned out I had pneumonia and was able to get rx quickly.

The service was terrible. I came in to get my lingering cold evaluated. The person who evaluated me told me I didnt look like I had Covid or the flu, so I didnt need to be tested. I had to advocate for myself to get proper testing. I wont be coming back to this location.

Really great staff, friendly, informative, and didn’t make me feel like they were trying to rush me out of there like so many walk-in clinics do. They were able to do blood and urine testing and an ultrasound all in-house with results ready within 24 hours. Scheduling was also very easy, so I was able to get all of that testing with results and get three visits scheduled all within three days. I was very impressed with my experience!

I had a great experience every time we have been here. I have gone in for my kids and myself. The FNPs there have always been very kind and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the experience at all!

I must say I was so impressed with all the good service that I received on this past Saturday, December 30 I was completely satisfied beginning with my call in the Morning with Urterria .. she was so sweet and comforting and patient with me and that made me feel so very comfortable from the beginning of the call Jack practitioner was amazing as well very loving, very caring, very patient and provided me with all the information that I needed. I loved his bedside manners and the office was very clean and I was very impressed again I will definitely make sure that I recommend and refer Midwest to all my friends and family I just made another appointment for a follow up. I am super super happy that I have this convenient office nearby in the community.

After trying 5 different immediate/urgent care places this place actually did what the website said, take walk-ins. The staff was very nice and helpful and the service was pretty fast considering there was about 6 to 7 people waiting. Thank you for doing what you advertise. My 6yr old was able to not suffer from an ear infection for long.

Sent my 5 year old here for an ear infection and discovered his oxygen was low. They gave him a nebulizer and oxygen which didnt help him so they sent my Son to the ER where he was admitted to the ICU where it was discovered he had pneumonia. I am so thankful for the staff here, you all saved my Sons life. They also called a few days later to see how my Son was doing. Thank you again.

Clean and moderate speed of care.Billing is an issue. They will mess up your payment method, billing address, send you to collections without the courtesy of e-mailing or calling. I could see how they would ruin someones life, avoid if possible

I have been to another location a couple of times previously, and I definitely prefer this location on Milwaukee, which is a lot newer and nicer. Love that they accept walk-ins and the lobby area is open and transparent. Encountered three staff members on my visit, and they were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend unless you have low or no copay for sick visits. The office is clean and the staff are friendly. However, follow up care did not meet my expectations. I called back because my symptoms did not improve after several days on antibiotics. I wanted to know if I should continue to take it, as well as the results of my throat culture. The receptionist said that I’d have to come back in, incurring another visit fee. Getting care when I’m sick shouldn’t be this expensive.

My experience in this Express Clinic was amazing. The staff at Midwest were very kind and very friendly. They show me great concern for me wellbeing. I even got a call later in the evening to see how I was doing. This made me feel that I matter. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Terrible service. Was asked to leave 2 additional urine samples after they couldnt figure out what happened to the first. Why would I leave 3 samples. Im suppose to take time off my day and drop something off to someone who cant do their job right the first two times. I was left on hold for 40 mins having to call back 2x because the provider needed to ask me for another sample, why did I need to be on hold for that? Not to mention my other concerns were disregarded and I was given advice opposite of what a previous provider here had given me. Seriously guys, get it together.

From the time I walked in to the time I checked out, everyone was super friendly from the receptionist Who greets you to the Nurse practitioner That treated me everyone was super friendly. I will definitely refer this place to my friends, family, and go there again for urgent needs.

Love this new urgent care in my neighborhood! Went there for a follow up yesterday, along with my partner who caught my illness for an initial appointment. Everything was great. Xia who works the front desk was absolutely amazing, and helped me and my partner out so much, by getting us registered and in our rooms very quickly. Doctor Estera Alexa is a gem in the healthcare industry. She listens wonderfully, and is obviously there to treat and help the community during this cold season! She actually cares and is very knowledgeable! Highly recommend for anyone that needs help quickly!

This location was amazing! They just opened not to long ago. I came in with breathing issues and they were super sweet and took their time with me and I didnt feel rushed or not listened to. I dont remember the name of the staff that were there that day but I was thankful for them.Edit: 8/3/23 (3:10pm)While I still love the service I received at this clinic last week. I dont know who the heck just answered the phone right now when I called to cancel, but she was incredibly rude and hung up on me! Not ok. I was not rude with her at all. There was no need for an attitude from her what so ever. Had my actual service not been as great as it was , that would have brought my review down to 2-3 stars. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!! Especially if you want people to come back and recommend you to other people in the neighborhood. Please train the personnel answering the phone to not be snarky and more kind. Please and thank you.I really wish I remembered the Drs name that helped me that day because she really and truly was amazing. I just know she was Latina(I think 😬) and simply amazing and I cant say enough nice things about her personally.

The clinic is a nice clean facility its not a long wait its faster in if you register on line.

I came into this location earlier this week and was coming based on the positive reviews. I arrived at my appointment time and still had to wait 45 minutes to be taken back (they were not busy at the time of my arrival). When I was brought back, my vitals were taken and then I was put into an exam room. The doctor/physicians assistant left me in the room for 45 minutes, came in and said Sorry, I forgot about you! and then glanced at my issue that I came in for (she did not properly examine me, truly look at the issue, or ask me any questions)-- and said sorry, theres nothing we can do for you. It was very unprofessional, specifically of this particular person. She didnt even introduce herself to me-- I never found out her name, due to how dismissive she was. I would never, ever recommend this clinic to anyone. I sincerely hope I was just a one-off situation, because I have never been treated so badly at a medical office in my entire life.

I always use Midwest Express for emergencies and they are so helpful . I would recommend this clinic

I am the type of the person that normally just goes somewhere and never leaves a review but after going to the Midwest express clinic I felt obligated to leave a review because of how amazed I was with everything. The entire staff was very nice and very professional. The whole place, starting from the moment you enter the front door to the barhroom was very clean and well kept. You can tell the whole place was brand new. They took care of me and helped me with what I needed to get done in the fastest way possible with the highest quality of treatment possible. Ever since Covid I noticed that medical staff in a medical setting in general no longer had that vibe of wanting to help you or actually caring about their job. Here its a completely different story since you feel that the treatment you get from everyone is too good to be true.

This place is awesome! We waited for about 20 to 30 minutes in the room for the doctor, now some might say this is a long time but truth be told if any doctor isnt willing to hear you and give all the time you need then you must find a different doctor. Our doctor was Adam Del Conte and I really appreciate him taking his time with not only us but the person before us. It shows me that he really cares and this country really needs more like him. To all of the staff keep up the great work! We will never go anywhere else.

Great place I would encourage everyone to stop in if you’re in need not to mention they were open on a Sunday and I had a swollen gum they’re not even a dentist and they helped me out right away. Every staff person we encountered was so warm and welcoming. We were traveling, away from home, and our son ended up getting strep throat. The receptionist, nurse, and physician were kind and professional and my kiddo was able to get in and out in no time! Thank you!!

Dr Delconte completely made my daughters day! She came in miserable with strep, was crying when she met him, and he made her laugh (for the only time this week), and was efficient and friendly and so kind. We are so grateful for care like this, and I wish we could make him our primary care pediatrician forever! The whole staff here is wonderful and we are so impressed. Thank you!

After 2 visits for 2 different medical reasons in the last 3 months, I really enjoy using this location as our urgent care facility. Always fast and friendly service. The facility is clean. Highly recommend! Will use them again in the future.

I have honestly not been more disappointed in the care provided at this location. I arrived visibly ill and suffering and was told by the doctor on site that I had an infection but to go home and drink mucinex. I was not provided much in the way of home care and not given any medication to help me with my illness. I have never gone somewhere been told I’m sick but not given anything.

Easy to sign up for an appointment and the nurse and doctor I saw were both very kind. They listened well and made me feel comfortable despite my medical anxiety.

I came in sick and i couldnt get any help because of some problems on their side with insurance. i came back home and wasted a lot of time. Visited another clinic and all was fine in 5 minutes. Im sorry guys, but you should help people, and dont advertise you accept most of the insurances to just find out at the front desk that something is wrong. healthcare system is one big trash here.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. Everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Many places I have been to will give you this same level of care but with an undertone of sarcasm, judgment, or irritation.. Not this place. Id give 10 stars if I could.

Appointments dont mean anything here. Once I arrived receptionist said you have to wait for an hour and half because these people walked in ahead of you and if I let you in, these people would be angry ! 🤣 But... wait I got my appointment last week and they just walked in !!!The staff are good, the place is clean. Came in with a fever I had for 4 days. Got checked up and prescribed anti virals. Felt great the following day. Great service and friendly staff .

Walked in 15 minutes before closing. I was welcomed and seen right away. Doctor took time with me. My prescription was called in and I was on my way. I will be back if I get sick again.

My wife and myself went to Midwest for covid testing. First of all on entering the facility I was pleasantly surprised at the pleasant atmosphere. The person who greeted us was very helpful and had a lot of patience with us old timers. Dominica supposed to see me for follow up but i waited 40 mins after all she wasn’t there, I left message at the receptionist she never called me back.
