St. Jude Medical Clinic

The front desk staff here have a bad attitude and do not really help, especially over the phone. And the doctor, he isn’t good. I should’ve gotten MRI scans done 4 months ago but was denied because the doctor forgot to send in the X-rays and PT reports when submitting the referral. When we filed a referral again 3 months later, the referral was denied and according to the front desk staff, the doctor is not going to waste his time doing a peer to peer appeal to get the referral approved. That to me is a very infuriating to hear, in other words they are doing this for the profit from insurance and people not for the right reasons.

Doctor and nurses are good but the receptionist is rude and has poor people skills and refuses to do basic eligibility search.

The wait wasnt too long the service was amazing they went beyond to take care of me it was in and out the Doctor was very helpful and professional.

Everyone is very nice and kind and very smart and intelligent doctor and nurses.

I visited your clinic, the receptionist was very rude, they made me wait 2 hours when I arrived first, they did not take an order, they went to consult whoever she wanted, the doctors were 100% recommended, very good and kind.

They have very good doctors. I do like to be cured there because they have excellent doctors and nurses. Its a shame that they have a receptionist who talks very rudely to the patients.
