I loved the first time clinic visit. It a really bi-language type of clinic. Awsome experience, got the job done and prescription my wife needed. Immediately. Plus, affordable clinic visit if no insurance provide. Add 5 more starts over 5 !! I’m so happy

THE BEST URGENT CARE VISIT EVER!!!!I went in today and found out my insurance lapsed. They were so patient and kind and helped me get the care I needed that I could afford. I was seen quickly and the provider was very good with my cranky two year old. The front desk lady was so warm and made the experience extremely pleasant!

My first visit to Midwest clinic, I was impressed with the cleanliness, how friendly the staff was, and the prompt service. My Doctor was friendly and very informative and knowledgeable with my issue. I recommend this clinic first instead of going to emergency room for non life threatening issues. It will save you time and a big expense. And still receive the help that is needed.

The staff at this clinic, from intake to the patient care, are top notch and I was seen so quickly and felt so listened to and cared for. The Care Provider explained my prognosis and prescriptions to me in detail and went above and beyond to ensure that I could heal as quickly as possible. This clinic and its staff are a stellar example of efficiency and kindness in care and I will most definitely be returning in the future.

I’m visiting from out of state and my asthma started to act up. It’s been years since any episodes so no meds were on file.I simply walked in and was greeted with welcoming warm attitudes and attention.After a fast signing of forms and proof of insurance, I was taken to see someone. The wait may have been 5 minutes.After the consultation, they said the RX would be at the local requested pharmacy within the hour.This location was so new and bright, but the staff was just the best. It’s hard to find someone let alone the time spent waiting. A great find and addition to the neighborhood.

I was taken care of so quickly. I practically had no wait. Every person I came in contact with was super friendly and polite. No one wants to end up at an urgent care but I was so pleased with my entire experience here. Dr Sherri Lynn smith was precise and super helpful!

Their service is marked by efficiency and punctuality. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. I went in with so many questions and left with none they are very nice and welcoming! Jessica the manger there was super helpful and made me feel super comfortable Such a sweet person to have taking care of you A++ in my book

Went to have a bacterial infection on my lower leg looked at. Courteous and friendly staff. The provider was wonderful diagnosed me and set me up with a course of treatment. Im feeling much better and I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic should you need quality professional care.

The service here was excellent. Everyone from when you walked in to leaving was extremely helpful and professional. The facility was clean and I was in and out, it was very efficient. I would definitely come back if I needed to see an urgent care provider again.

Brought my daughter in and saw the NP. Amazing bedside manner and did a thorough exam. My daughter felt comfortable and said “Mom she was so nice.” Great service from the young woman at the front desk and the one who took her vitals. Thank you!!!

Went in for daughter’s sports physical and was extremely satisfied with this clinic. From courteous greeting to prompt service, very professional and friendly service making my daughter and me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend and definitely would return.

This was the first time I’d used the Midwest Express Clinic. I was extremely pleased. The location was immaculate, the staff courteous and friendly and with no appointment needed my wait time was very reasonable. I came home with several prescriptions which, once started, took care of my problem with my eyes in a couple of days. What a relief!

Staff are very friendly! Nice and clean 👌. The doctors, as I have seen 2 different ones, both were nice, attentive and listen to your concerns. Instead of spending more than 2 hrs at UI urgent care on wood st. I would be coming here instead.

This new location is great. The staff off the top was super friendly and welcoming. I walked in 15 minutes before they closed, after a cat bite and they still took the time to see me and prescribe medication, all with understanding and smiles on their faces. I’d definitely go back

Took my kid in for a strep test.The culture came back positive was told if I wanted a script called I need to go to a second visit pay the copay again so they can tell me in person it’s positive before they can call in antibiotics.

Very impressed with the service here! Visit went a lot faster than I expected considering the same day appointments available. Jessica, the manger is also super friendly & had no problems addressing my concerns. I’ll definitely be recommending them to family & friends.

I really enjoyed this clinic. The reception was nice and friendly. It was clean, and the service was quick. The nurse and the doctor took their time to explain things. I will be coming back.

Well first of all I’m so glad that you are in the neighborhood we needed an urgent care here, this was my first time going there everyone one there was so nice the doctor is great I’ve coming back to see her for my sore that she’s taking care of and she’s always been so nice to me , if I ever need a doctor where I can’t get to my doctor I will definitely go there and I’m grateful that you’re open on Sunday’s, I hope you stay where you’re at forever.

The clinic recently opened near my home. My husband and I have been coming the last 4 weeks to get our Lipo B12 shots. Everyone is very attentive, friendly and quick. We are in and out in less than 10 minutes. I love how easy the whole process is.

Walked in and seen immediately. Front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. Med staff was quick to help and I was back home in under an hour! Very clean facility as well.

I’m giving this review a 5/5 starts due to how friendly and fast the staff work on this clinic. Apart from being close to my place, they don’t keep you waiting no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

Upon my visit to this urgent care I was told my pharmacist to go considering it was really close in distance was a plus for me then the receptionist was very welcoming and very professional I didnt have to wait long before the doctor seen me .I left very satisfied got treated for what I went in for and out .Thankyou for your great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a very good experience visiting the clinic. I actually encountered the manager Jessica in which she was very helpful assisting me with concerns I had.

From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor everyone was on point no line no wait!And they got straight to the point!I’ll recommend anyone who’s needs assistance
