Cermak Immediate Care - Chicago

I highly recommend this clinic; they turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.The friendly atmosphere and expert care made all the difference during my visit.I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the doctor was thorough in addressing my symptoms.The teams prompt and friendly service helped alleviate my worries instantly.

Waited 25 minutes in the lobby, they made me pay $100 upfront for only the consolation that lasted less than 5 minutes. They then made me wait another 35 minutes in the doctor’s office, before telling me to treat it myself at home. I feel scammed. Avoid if you need help

I’ve never been to a better clinic. What an amazing staff! And if you need to get in and out- u will, lickity split! And they take almost all insurance. What a great place. I’m gonna c bout changing providers to Cermak immediate care if I could. And it was all women so that was cool too! We need more places like this. Very kind folks!

Very clean facility, was seen immediately and the PA Luka made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I was able to make an appointment right away in the evening and get started on my treated. Will def come here again in the future if need be.

I went inside cermak immediate care and was seen as soon as 10 minutes ! The doctor Jacob made sure he treated me with care and was very quick ! They also gave me the app to sign into their portal to check my own results. Thank you for treating me today ! I will definitely recommend all the times especially for quick walk in visits !

Made an appointment on the app. Very easy to use. You can even upload your insurance and ID before arriving. Once I arrived they took me in and I was out within the same hr.

Took my daughter to get immediate Care. Facility was clean and very friendly she got treated and the doctor was very professional my daughter was very comfortable with the doctor and she explained everything to both of us will recommend this place and definitely will go again in the future.

Feels like a scam. Was $430 just to walk in. When I called their customer service, I was told it was due to complexity and time (it was 20 minutes for a strep swab that I didn’t even ask for). Service was slow despite the clinic being empty, but the employees were friendly enough

I was told not to come here by friends and family because they got misdiagnosed here. But I gave them benefit of the doubt , I didn’t really feel like I got a straight answer- I came in for SOB and Pleghm the two main things wrong / and I was being looked at like I was crazy. Doctor had attitude, and was just giving me the run around - advice, that I appreciate but I know that’s not the problem. Here I am with the same feeling of wondering what could be wrong with me. Waste of money.

Highly would recommend brought in my daughter who is 1yrs old she had been pulling on her ear. Showed up with no appointment they treated my daughter with much care🙏🏼 if i could make this her primary care I differently would!

The only takeaway from this experience is that the door was open during triage while I was discussing my symptoms. This time should have been when I had the most privacy and comfort in their facility.

Very convenient and don’t have to wait 6+ hours like the Emergency room! My go to place from now on!

Everything went well. I just forgot to ask the doctor one question about my daughter Visit.? And see if she could provide another medication for her.

My experience here was fantastic; the doctors really took the time to listen to my concerns.

This place was clean!! It was extremely hot inside, the temperature outside was high 70s & it felt like they had the heat on 🔥 I stood in the doorway waiting to be seen, other then that the staff was polite Ill give it 2 ⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience at this urgent care. Friendly front desk staff while checking in, medical assistant had proficient bed side manner with a positive friendly attitude, and the Physician listened to all my concerns & gave great care!Not to forget the whole process was less than 30 minutes!I would high recommend to everyone!

Felt like they only cared about my insurance information, they couldn’t answer any questions about the visits cost! Never got a follow up call(they were supposed to call about my results) do not go here if you arent spanish

Definitely recommend this urgent care!Went in for rapid covid testing was in and out within 20 mins! Staff was very friendly & helpful; Provider listened to all my questions and concerns will be returning :)

This place has roaches in the rooms and bathrooms. The triage room smells like piss. They charge for a copay or a 100$ consultation fee again just to recieve your labs. Ridiculous.
