They always have a positive attitude and smile on their face. Dr Kansal and Dr Milhouse are extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had a Vasectomy with Dr. Kansal and I was extremely nervous, but during the consultation he gave me short examples as to how the procedure would feel and be done. The staff Rebecca and Debra were extremely nice and knowledgeable through out the Vasectomy and made the experience a-lot better knowing I was in good hands. Down There Urology has exceeded my expectations. I do not live close to the main office, but I was able to schedule telemedicine appointments that fit into my busy schedule. We have given this office a month to correct a problem with our insurance. Dr Kansal said this procedure wouldn’t be covered by our insurance. Turns out, it was covered. They are dragging their feet to submit paperwork to our insurance to refund us. My husband has spoken with the Dr regarding this matter a few times and we have called their office as well. Definitely double check with your insurance before you pay this office any money.

I instantly felt comfortable with the staff when discussing all of my issues. DR. Milhouse really took the time to answer all my questions. Normally, you get that feeling where doctors are trying to get you out in 15 minutes or less but NOT here. She even drew a diagram on her white board to better explain my issues.I am so happy that I found them and if you are looking for a urologist then you’ve found them!

I never leave reviews but I have to for this one! I came to dr. Milhouse after being dismissed by another doctor. She saw me for 5 minutes then told me to come back in a month if I was still not feeling well. I felt really hopeless. I was so refreshed by Dr. Milhouse. This was my first visit to Down There. The waiting area is like a hotel lobby. They even have healthy snacks and things for small children to do while visiting. It was a very comfortable and welcoming feeling.Instead of a nurse greeting me. Dr Kansal came out himself to bring me back into the treatment room. Dr. Kansal was very highly recommended by my urologist as the best Dr for male urological issues.Dr.Kansal was very thorough. He listened to me. He took the time to review my medical chart prior to my visit. He gave me a plan to follow and set up my next appointment. I could go on and on.In summery, I highly recommend anyone needing treatment to make their appointment with Dr. Kansal and Down There Urology. I know that they treat men and women. Down There Urology is a great practice that has shown they care about my personal health. Dr. Kansal and his team are very supportive of their patients and do a great job communicating about pre-approvals and other important info. He recommends the best treatment plan and will make sure you get what you need. They’re also always available for questions - much more than other practices in the area. It’s not every day that you can text your doctor and have them respond to you immediately. I travel a long distance to see them and it’s worth it to me.
