Had a great experience so have to let people know!Had a hard time getting in touch with and setting up my test through the 800 # on website..Googled and called this location of the company; so happy I spoke to someone here!Chase reviewed information on test, got me scheduled and sent my appointment information to me right away.Went in for my appointment and was shocked, the person I spoke to was there in the offce to do our testing. He set up appt, took payment, collected our samples and did it ALL!He explained the Holoday shipping delays and all, results still came a day before I was expecting them.I would definitely say this location was one stop great service!Calvin K.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would , but I was obligated to at least give one star but by no means do they earn it . So first of all , I did the non invasive paternity test for my unborn baby, the women whom I connected with was slow at her job I mean she seriously had no idea how the new system operated throughout the 3 weeks I kept calling her for information . She also didn’t put my email in correctly so I was not receiving absolutely anything regarding my test from the start. She probably asked me for my phone number about 7 times in one phone call. I was told we had to pay in full before getting the results so I made sure the money was ready and mind you this test is over a thousand dollars . The test was done October 23rd and it’s currently November 14th . They told me this was going to take a week but I never got the results let alone a single email since my scheduled appointment . They are quick to take your money but just as fast to not take you seriously.Do not choose this company .

I was on hold for over 20 mins and never got through to speak to someone about my missing test results. slightly frustrating.

So, theres a lot to go over here, sit backI did find a few things annoying about this company. The person who set my test up was semi pushy and rude, I found out later all these companies use sales people.I had a Non Invasive which was pricey here, but I found out, it was really worth it. I went in for my labs at a Labcorp, was easy enough and quick. 3 days later I find out there wasnt enough fetus DNA in my sample. The person I spoke to was quick to try and get me rescheduled and on my way. I was definitely feeling a little defeated and started researching this some more.It does happen and I was roughly 8 weeks, so early on it is more common.So I called back to reschedule and their system was down, still feeling a bit on edge about the whole thing I researched some more. I decided to call around and just ask some questions. I called this place not realizing they were a part of the same company I was dealing wit.The person I spoke to explained the whole process and was pretty nice and when I said I was 8 weeks; there it was!He gave me a general low fetus DNA procedure and I still remeber; If this happens, it doesnt mean anything is wrong with the fetus, you or the pregnancy, we just need to wait a week and recollect your blood.I called back the next day to schedule my recollect, discovering I could go to this location. I went and never brought up I had called before. At my appointment I got the same explanation, the same overall review of testing and I really felt like this person had understanding for ME; I felt 110% better by someone just hearing me and reassuring me.Chase was the person there I dealt with at this location and he was to the point and genuine.I am having a Girl ❤️

Amazing experience! Chase explained testing in detail to me. I had a few followup questions and he replied to an email right away even though my person who paid for test was in another state. Got results in 2 weeks.

We scheduled an appt for today 11/18 @ 8am thru DDC for a non invasive dna test and the place they sent us to, Optimum Wellness Center, was closed so when we called they said they assumed our appt was for the following Saturday and they weren’t going to have anyone in the office today. We called DDC to see if they could send us anywhere else or if we could reschedule and nobody is answering our calls. Very inconvenient and upsetting.

Came here for Kenya Immigration cases for my CRBA Cases. Chase explained the process in detail and helped me each step of the way. Highly recommended.

It was a lot. We came in for a paternity test on a Thursday..was told that the results would be uploaded that Monday. Monday came and went with no results found. Gave it a day. Called and the rep told us that she couldn’t find our samples or email address. We were told the next day that our samples were lost. Which is unnerving and honestly kinda scary. They sent us an at home test next day which is what we didn’t want..we could’ve saved a trip up north if that’s what we wanted. We got results a few days later but the whole experience was unprofessional to say the least.

I was so happy with this place! Chase was amazing, he explained everything and I got my results privately and confidentially. Highly recommend when you need professional and private DNA testing.

Worst customer service ever!!! My case was started in May, had to call the office today because I called and sent email to the person who been working on the case never responded me back! They said they never received the letter that I sent to out 2 months ago!

Chase was very helpful, friendly and professional! I took my newborn for DNA testing and the process was easy and fast.

Chase was incredibly helpful in explaining the process & the time frame for immigration testing! The whole process was seamless thanks to him!
