Dr. Mike has become like family. He and his staff go above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Dr Mike handles my every need with care and attention to detail. He is very thorough and gentle. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike for just over 4 years now. He’s delivered my 2 babies and held my hand through a few procedures. I couldn’t see myself trusting any other OBGYN, he is the best there is.

Everybody is very nice and friendly there.At the front desk , they rescheduled my appointment , and they were actually very open to do that when I asked. Dr.Morgan was very professional , and nice. She answered all my questions and explained everything. Highly recommend to everyone!

My first visit was a great experience. The front desk staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Doctor was very informative, patient and professional.Not a fan of blood work, but she did very well taking blood from me. Barely felt the needle, and she was fast. 😊😇Im glad I came here!

Dr Awad was the only doctor that was able to figure out why I was experiencing my ongoing pelvic pain that I had for over 2 years. He’s very knowledgeable and truly cares for the well being of his patients. His staff is also great and always ready to help as well. My only regret is not becoming a patient of his sooner because the discomfort I had really took a toll on my body. Alyssa at the Med Spa is also great! She’s very informative and knows what she’s doing. I’m looking forward to more medical treatments with her.

I’m a new patient and the care I received there from all of the staff really impressed me. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Mike and I cannot recommend him enough! His review of my (and my family’s) medical history was so in depth that we actually covered more than I ever have with my regular doctor. He went above and beyond to say the least. His approach is preventative, instead of just waiting for an issue to arise. Needless to say, I know I’m in good hands there.

I’ve been going to this practice since his father was running the business in 2001 and I was still in high school. I was scared when his father retired but Dr. Mike made it very comfortable for me when he took over the practice. He’s very kind, caring, and extremely intelligent. The rest of the staff is nice but will never compare to Dr. Mike and the amazing energy that pours out of him. I trust him with my life and body.

I am so glad to be back with Dr Mike!!! I used to come to this office 10 years ago when I was pregnant and unfortunately had to leave do to insurance change. My appointment today was very informative I am so Grateful I made the change and am back. I know I’m in Great Hands.

Dr. Mike was the first doctor in over three years to listen to me (on a Saturday after hours) and told me to call the office on Monday so he can see me. True to his word, I got in Monday afternoon and he FINALLY was able to help me. When he told me he could help me and what the next steps were needed I literally broke down and sobbed and thanked him. I am beyond thankful for him being so kind, compassionate and, for above all, listening. Now I am scheduled for the next step, which is a procedure and then proceed from there. I walked out of the office with years of worry lifted off my shoulders about my woman’s health. There is finally hope.

Dr. Awad far exceeded my expectations. After a negative experience with my previous OB during a previous pregnancy, I wasn’t very optimistic whilst looking for a new doctor . Dr. Awad was patient with the 100 questions I had to ask him, he was reassuring but also didn’t sugar coat anything when it came to my concerns, and actually made me understand what he was telling me without all the doctor terminology. I have a high risk pregnancy, but I feel confident that Dr awad & staff will supply the best care possible . Everyone was also very friendly, warm & welcoming . I’m so happy to have this team to support me through this pregnancy journey & hopefully, after.

Please be cautious when considering this office. Despite positive reviews, it seems negative ones may be deleted. I received a diagnosis of Bells palsy from this office and was referred to a neurologist with an 8-month waiting list. Despite multiple requests for a new referral, my calls went unanswered. Now a year later I am being charged a fee for a no-show appointment that was never confirmed with a new provider. The lack of empathy shown by the office is unprofessional. They claim appointments are confirmed upon scheduling, yet why do we receive texts, calls, and emails to confirm an appointments?

This was my first time going to the Womens clinic and they made it a very comfortable experience. They took the time to listen to me and explain everything to me. Im so happy I started going here.

I’ve had the absolute best experience here at Women’s Health Group. I often get anxious when visiting doctors, but Lexi and the team here have always made me feel very safe and relaxed. I had to get some blood work done and they drew my blood on-site at the clinic, which was super convenient! I was encouraged to lay down and rest afterwards for as long as I needed, and I never felt rushed. I’ve also gotten an IUD here and it was a million times easier than I expected. Lexi is just fantastic and talked me through the whole process! The team here will do everything in their power to help you receive the care you need, and I highly recommend this clinic.

AND YOU DELETE BAD REVIEWS?!FOR THE 2ND TIME:scheduling with this facility is ABYSMAL. care from the lady doctor and the techs is great.3x I have had this place reach out and ask SAME DAY for a time change or whole different appt date. I work with a rigid schedule & they have me confirm appts 4DAYS prior and call to change it the day of. They call last minute for unexpected same-day appts. This place is putting my job security at risk. WILL BE FINDING A NEW OB-GYN DUE TO THE SCHEDULING MESS AND STRESS.--- your response does not address the issues listed. MY SCHEDULING NEEDS are not the issue, YOUR FACILITY trying to change confirmed appointments and push me into same-day unexpected appointments is the problem.

I have been a patient at Women’s Health group for over 20 years. I have been seeing Dr Mike since 2012. He is an amazing physician. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough and I always feel like family when I’m in the office. He listens to me and allows me to be a part of my health care. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. The check in process is easy and quick, the office is clean. The wait time is minimal to no wait. I believe Dr. Mike is unique in the way that he’s a younger doctor with “old school” knowledge from practicing aside his father for many years. Dr. Magdy delivered my first child and Dr. Mike delivered my second. They both have a special place in my heart.

Ive been coming to Dr. Awad and Dr. Mike for over 30 years. Never had a bad experience and actually look forward to chatting with them both.I was a little sad and nervous when I was told Dr. Mike was unavailable today (delivering babies!) so I saw Dr. Lexi. I should have known Dr. Mike would only hire the best to work with him. Dr. Lexi was kind and knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and was very gentle. Great staff as well.

Dr. Michael is an amazing doctor. He is not just a OB, he is also very good at doing surgery. He helped me removed my large multiple fibroids and I get the very good recovery. I was looking for a new ob/gyn as I had some recent new health issues arise. I drive past this facility all the time and I decided to make an appointment. My experience was beyond exceptional. Lexi PA listened to me, gave me excellent education, and explained everything thoroughly. I could really tell she wanted to give me the best care. The medical assistants and front desks were also beyond helpful and friendly. I am glad I found my new healthcare provider!

I am extremely satisfied with my visit. I had a great time and left feeling knowledgeable and empowered.

Dr. Mike is outstanding. When I was pregnant with the 1st born all of my questions and concerns were answered and I thankfully had a smooth pregnancy. Pa Lexi is also amazing. If Dr. Mike wasn’t available I definitely felt very comfortable with Lexi. When I’ve sent messages on their message board, I’d hear back fairly quickly. We’re pregnant with baby #2 and we knew Dr. Mike was going to be our go to Dr. He really makes you feel comfortable and you can tell the confidence he has in his work which definitely eases one’s mind. Dr. Mike and Dr. Lexi have been amazing throughout my prenatal experience. When I first found out I was expecting, I was overwhelmed with finding a new OBGYN, but after the first visit at this practice, my husband and I both knew we made the right choice. Both Dr. Lexi and Dr. Mike take the time time address any concerns and answer all of our questions at each visit and everyone at the office has been friendly and helpful. I have a little over a month left until my due date and I am confident it will be a positive experience because of these experienced and knowledgeable doctors.

This place is amazing! The staff treats you like family, and the Care Dr.Awad gives is amazing, so family orientated, best care ever! I have been going here for 30 years, I was in the care of his Father who also was an amazing Dr and now he is also so amazing.

Dr. Mike is hands down the absolute best!!!! He takes the time to explain everything to his patients so they have a complete understanding of their diagnosis. He went above and beyond with a recent surgery that I had to have and words cant express how thankful I am for his thoroughness. He always knows how to ease any worries I have and I know my health is his main priority. I recommend him to all my friends and family. The staff here are also very wonderful, Bobbie and Agnes are so professional and always make my visits as pleasant as possible.

When I switched insurance providers, I needed to find a new OBGYN. Dr. Mike is soooo personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. As are all of the staff.When it came time to replace my IUD, I was really nervous. Nurse Practitioner Lexie made the procedure so fast, as painless as possible, and made me feel sooooo much better. They even let my boyfriend come in for emotional support. Women’s Health Group is totally worth the drive down to Summit. 10/0 recommend!!!

I never write reviews but I definitely need everyone to know how amazing this place is. First the staff is very welcoming and very understanding. The doctors are phenomenal, I’ve been seeing Dr. Lexi since September .She always answers all my questions, made me feel very comfortable and is very helpful since day 1. I recently met with Dr. Awad he definitely cares a lot about his patients and doesn’t push away anyone, he made me feel very comfortable the day of my procedure as well. 10/10

In short, Dr. Mike (Awad) is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable on pelvic disorders and made me feel so comfortable. He has a caring attitude and has good bedside manner. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s very funny. I’ve had some pretty bad doctors in my life and it’s refreshing that there are still some good people out there.Making an appointment is very easy to do online and they had plenty of appointments available. Dr. Mike is awesome! He makes you feel so comfortable. He treats you like a person, and not just a patient. I’m so happy, I found this clinic. I made my appointment on a Friday evening and was able to see the Dr. the following Monday. My other gynecologist was always overbook and you had to wait over a month for an appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would! Starting with the office and staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the office was very clean. Dr. Michael Awad was amazing. He had the BEST bedside manner, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that non doctors would understand. I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. He truly cares about his patients and will take the time to treat you with the utmost care. Dr Michael Awad is so attentive and knowledgabe; my only regret is not finding him sooner. The employees are very nice. The Drs especially seem to genuinely care about their patients and show a lot of support. I personally have had a really good experience and am glad these are the team of people walking me through my pregnancy journey. I have gotten great advice and attention personally to fit my situation and I have to say they have really been there for me making sure I am doing well and keeping on track, as well as doing everything they can to assure a healthy pregnancy for myself and baby.

I have been going to Michael M. Awad for at least 5 years now. With just general appointments and some more compicated situations. M. Awad always explained to me everything in details and always makes me feel comfortable and gave me options. I appreciate him and everyone in the office.

My sister was a patient of Dr. Awad (Dad) then Dr. Mike and she loved them both. So when I was ready to begin my pregnancy journey I met Dr. Mike and that was it for me! He was my Go-To Doc! He basically held my hand through a miscarriage and 2 very complicated high-risk successful pregnancies. Her presence alone is calming and reassuring! I was at the point where I needed to make weekly visits to the office and I actually looked forward to them!! The staff is just the most welcoming bunch of ladies!!! You feel at home from the second you walk through the door! I didnt even mind the constant bloodwork cuz that Elle sure knows what shes doing! If I was physically able to Id have 100 more babies just to see Dr. Mike, Dr. Lexi and their wonderful staff! But Ill just keep recommending them to anyone and everyone for now.

Horrible experience with them. My wife got a procedure done, they said they preferred to do it at their location so she wouldnt have to go to the Hospital. The amount of money we ended up paying was ridiculous and we received a separate bill a couple months later from the Anesthesiologist that they never disclosed with us. Would definitely never go back to this place again.

First time here and I had a LOVELY experience! I would definitely recommend this practice. I saw Lexi the PA-C and she was very knowledgeable and it was like we established a great patient PA relationship she was so understanding and was great! There are not enough good things that I can say about Dr. Awad. He has been my Dr for over 20 Years. He is my mom and sisters Dr. he has delivered all 4 of my children and all of my nieces and nephew. He has a calmness about him that when he walks in the room you just know everything is going to be ok. He genuinely cares about all of his patients. Has called me just to check on me during my pregnancies or after deliveries. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous when he recommended me to see his son with my last pregnancy. But the Apple did not fall far from the tree. Dr Mike is a shining example of the teacher and Dr that Dr. Awad is! He has the same gentle touch, and calmness that his father has. Has the same compassion and care for his patients that his Dad has. He too has called to check up on me after visits to make sure I’m taking care of myself (I’m a mom of 4 and a business owner so that often doesn’t happen). I now switch my appointments between the two of them which is so convenient. I could honestly go on and on. There are not Dr’s out there anymore like these two men. They are definitely irreplaceable!

Personally I found that finding a doctor so personal, such as an OB-GYN, was very difficult. I’ve always been very particular and went through a couple before my step mother recommended me to Dr. Mike. Both her and my younger sister also saw him. I can definitely say I’ve never felt the instant comfort that I did with Dr. Mike with any previous doctor. All three of us, and even my boyfriend, absolutely love him! He’s everything you need in an OB; patient, understanding, a great listener, funny, kind, very knowledgeable and especially very caring. Dr. Mike and his lovely staff helped make both my pregnancy and delivery of my son such a wonderful as well as easy experience. I have finally found my perfect OB ☺️

Dr. Mike Awad and his staff are very professional and amazing human beings. I met Dr. Awad just a few months ago. He knew my diagnosis since the beginning. In February 2022 he did a Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, and the results were beyond my expectations. No one should live with pain. I will be forever grateful for him and his staff for walking me through the process.

The professionalism was great! Everybody was nice and informative. Dr. Alexis is so nice and actually cares about you’re concerns she took the time to actually talk to me and I appreciate that so much!

I’ve been going to Dr. Awad(dad) since I was 17 and his father delivered 2 of my 3 children. When my 3rd pregnancy rolled around, is whenDr. Mike started at the practice. I was asked if i wanted Mike or the dad to see me thru my pregnancy. I decided to give Mike a try, and im soo glad I did! He is one of the kindest, sweetest, funniest doctors i’ve ever gone to. He makes you feel soo comfortable and relaxed and will answer any questions you have no matter how dumb you think the question is! They are excellent and both are exceptional in their field!!! Both Dr. Awad’s are fantastic and i would not want anyone else to deliver my children or care for my female health other than them! I would recommend them to everyone!!❤️❤️

I have been going here since before my first daughter was born. Almost 8 years ago. I absolutely love this practice and feel so comfortable with Dr. Mike. Dr. Magdy Awad was my first doctor. Very caring and understanding. Told me what I needed to hear, and thoroughly went through my medical history. He was also very comforting and I did not feel a thing. I love how the office is organized and you go in and out. He didn’t give me a million appointments to follow up or do any unecessary testing. Location and parking were a plus as well.

Before Dr. Awad, I always chose women gynecologists. The thought of a male doctor terrified me. But I started to reflect and realize that the women doctors were always so rough with me. This review is for the disrespect and lack of caring for the front desk to their clients.I was a patient in 2011 and had a good experience there. Dr. Awad is a very good doctor and always very kind to me. My issue now is that the front desk specifically Debbie is very rude and did not help me at all during my visit.I checked in and she said I had a balance from 2011. When I scheduled this appointment, the receptionist did not inform me of this balance so I was very unprepared. I explained this to her and she was not understanding at all and did not even reply when I asked her why I was not informed of my balance at the time of making my appointment. Nevertheless, I did pay half of my balance and sat down for the doctor.After waiting an hour, I asked her how long before my appointment would begin because I needed to pick up my aunt at the airport by 5. She said there are two appointments ahead of me and I should not expect to be seen soon- all of this with no eye contact or sympathy. I personally work in a medical office and this is not the way we treat our clients! It is bad service to not inform clients that there will be a long wait.After that experience, I elected to leave and will not be returning. When I left, there was still a full lobby of patients and I felt bad for any of them that had to continue to wait that long.

DR AWAD SR IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!! I mean this from the bottom of my heart!! He has been taking care of me for over 20years and delivered 3 out of 4 of my children. I went to dr Mandy Awad 8 years ago he is an amazing dr hands down the best Ive ever dealt with and we are military and have been all over. He delivered both my daughters first in 2008 second in 2011 and my first daughter was 9 weeks early with a lot of complications as Im a type one diabetic for 20 years. Because of him and his staff I know my eldest daughter is alive today. I was heart broken when we moved because I loved him and his staff so much.

I have been to another gynecologist before Dr. Awad; and lets just say.. always get a second opinion! I have always had female doctors (unintentionally) so I was nervous, but he never made me feel uncomfortable! 28 years, 4 babies/3 deliveries ago, I met the only OBGYN Id ever need or want to see. He delivered my twins (1 hour, 45 minutes apart - NOT a C-Section!) and still talks about that adventure - almost minute by minute - 14 years later! This Dr. LOVES his work! Every girl has her hero’s... mine: Dad, Hubs and Dr. Awad (Sr.)! So truly blessed to have shared four of the greatest blessing of my life with this man and his outstanding team!

Before finding Womens Health Group, I was never very comfortable with me previous OB/GYN office. It was always a different doctor and none of them made me feel super comfortable. Then last September we found out we were having a baby! At the time I knew I didnt want any of those doctors to deliver my child. Thats when I found Dr. Mike. Let me tell you. I have never in my life felt more comfortable in a doctors office, and my husband agreed. The nurses, receptionist, everyone in this office makes you feel like your at home with them. Dr. Mikes bedside manner is out of this world. As a woman who has a ton of anxiety, he put me at ease throughout my pregnancy by telling me exactly what is going on, what to do, and was available in case I needed something. I didnt have any complications, thank the Lord, but God forbid something did come up I would put all of my trust in him to make sure my baby and I would be healthy. I am now 3 months post partum and they are still there to answer questions I have or need to be seen for something. Not sure I can rate Dr. Awad as a doctor, but I can rate his office staff as terrible. We booked an appointment early morning on Dec. 21st for Jan. 3rd. Then ten days later on the morning of Dec. 31st my fiancée got a call with a voicemail saying they won’t be in on the 3rd and we have to call to reschedule. Also the woman on the voice mail said she’d only be in the office that morning another hour so if we didn’t call back by 9:30 we’d have to call back on the 4th to reschedule. No apology or time of possible reschedule date was left on the voice mail and since we were out shopping we missed the woman’s call back window. Since there website said they had no availability for at least two weeks we felt the need to find another doctor sooner. So basically, 3 hours later, we found a different doctor if a competent office staff that was able to fit us in early the following week. Mind you we spent hours online researching doctors before settling on Dr. Awad and now it feels like a waste. Totally incompetent office staff and I’d never recommend scheduling an appointment here if you want to feel like you matter.

Everyone at the office is so nice. I have been seeing Dr. Awad for 18 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Both Dr. Awads are so personable and make you feel so comfortable about any issues you might be having.

I have been a patient of Dr. Madgy Awad for almost 27 years. He has brought me through 3 pregnancies and deliveries. In my child bearing years I just remember there were times when I just felt yucky, fat, swollen, tired and down in the dumps... Id come in for my appointment and he would just make me feel like I was the most wonderful amazing women and tell me, youre bringing a new life into the world how could you not be beautiful. Dr. Michael Awad is discriminatory, condescending, and unprofessional. My two experiences with him were absolutely traumatic! I was referred to this office I now suspect because of his fathers good reputation. Michael Awad should not be allowed to practice medicine in my opinion.I went in for my first visit for a check up driven by extreme symptoms during menstruation that had been a recent development. He was quick diagnose me with PMDD, and to prescribe a depression medication without doing a pap smear. I was scheduled for a follow up visit that I was told would include a general check up, including the pap smear (i immediately thought, why 2 visits, is this guy milking my insurance company?...but he/his family practice was recommended so I second guessed my scepticism). To my surprise when I arrived the second time the nurse began to prep me for a surgical procedure! I thought maybe this is what they do for pap smears here....so I didnt question it.He came in with the second twenty something beautiful young female intern. Like the first visit it seemed he was showing off for her /them. But that is bedside the point.He told me that he was going to take a biopsy of my uterus to check for cancer! IN THOSE WORDS! I had no one with me cause I thought this was a pap smear/standard check up! He cleaned the entire area with iodine, including surrounding areas. I previously told him of an acne issue that was one of the new symptoms I was presenting (later found out it was because of a major hormone imbalance in my adrenal glands) ....as soon as he noticed it he rudely and loudly said WOAH in a disgusted tone.He then opened me up like in a pap procedure, and began trying to get the instrument used too take the biopsy through my cervix. He tried several times unsuccessfully, stating out loud that something is really wrong with the thickness of my cervix!! As if I was not scared to death already!! I was alone cause I wasnt informed of this procedure in the first place, he sprung a cancer biopsy on me last minute, and now my cervix!!! He finally got through and began cutting a piece of my uterus out while I was screaming bloody murder. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE WORST OF IT!!After he finished mentally torturing me, he left the room without saying a word! I waited about ten minutes and realized no one was coming back. I was covered in iodine and blood from the waist to my thighs with nothing to clean off with!!! As I scrambled to find a paper product worthy of the job I stumbled upon the surgical instruments he used....they were in an open filthy metal container that was partially rusted out!!!Thoughts of terror filled my mind: do they sterilize these, how are they cleaned of human biological matter, why do I see rusty devices!????I got dressed despite still being covered in iodine and blood remnants!I cried the entire drive home. I am still disturbed from the experience and infuriated that this punk is still practicing.I switched docs immediately, and upon further research learned that the proper procedure that SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE was a hysteroscopy! Because a hysteroscopy allows the doctor to actually see which area of the uterus the biopsy should be taken from.I also learned that it is common to take misoprostol the night before to relax the cervix for ease of entrance!!!!DOCTOR MICHAEL AWAD NOT ONLY TREATED ME LIKE A WORTHLESS HUMAN BEING, HE ALSO DIDNT FOLLOW CLEANLINESS PRACTICES OR FOLLOW STANDARD MEDICAL PROTOCOL!HE SHOULD HAVE HIS LICENCE REVOKED!

Love Dr. Awad - him and his staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure Im informed and comfortable whenever I have a visit!

Made an appointment and says on their website that they take blue cross blue shield. No where will it give specifics as to what type of blue cross so I assumed all types of blue cross are taken there which I feel anyone would since it the literal website?? Make an appointment online for 9am. The next day(today) in my car driving there get a call from a woman working there. she asked me what type of insurance I had so I said blue cross blue shield community health plans. And she reaponds with “we don’t take that insurance” so plain and dry no empathy whatsoever. Me: “what do you mean? It says on the website broadly that you take blue cross blue shield and it didn’t give me an option to look further to see if my specific one was taken.” “You don’t take the states provided insurance that so many people have?” If you’re going to state what insurances you take, if it’s only specific ones, LIST THEM. And you could also be A bit more nice on the phone. There is such thing called empathy.
