Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos - Kindbody

I was just reading some of the negative reviews on Dr. Beltsos. Hmmmm. Well, all I can say is that my daughter is 6 years old and perfect - kind/loving, smart, funny, athletic and beautiful (she’s actually modeled for a children’s clothing store). I was an IVF patient of Dr. Beltsos. Oh, and I was 47 years old when I gave birth to my daughter. It was 100% Dr. Beltsos who walked my husband and I through every step of the way and to create this life. Our daughter is starting first grade this fall and is a true blessing. At the moment, our daughter wants to be a dentist someday…😃. No matter where life takes her, we know she will make the world a better place. We are so grateful to Dr. Beltsos!

An agency I was working with recommended dr beltos but also recommended me to go through a middle man since he gets discounts through vios. That middle wouldn’t even let me talk to dr beltos unless I pay. I tried to find dr beltos’s success rates but it was not made public which was concerning. That whole middle man, vios and dr beltos situation was so frustrating where I felt they were taking my money before doing anything.Dr Beltos actually called me after I pulled out to tell me to come back. That was disheartening since she wouldn’t talk to me unless I pay the middle man first.

I wish I could give a better review. I started the process in May 2019 with Dr Jeelani which is great and the only reason why I am still going through this process with Vios.The appointments are easy to get, but the communication is not great. Everything is done via the portal and if you fail to read it you could be in trouble very quickly. I asked to get a phone call instead of an email via the portal.I also had a bad experience with one of the nurses: Lacy, she was rude and missed informed me about a 3rd shot I need to take. I asked to get a new nurse and things improved. Until.. I was not getting a call with my results and I didn’t even know if I needed to trigger that night, so I called several times to try to talk to a nurse with no luck. The receptionist: Ally was super rude. I agree with other reviews that some of their personal don’t really understand or realize the amount of stress that patients go through with this process.After 4pm if you missed their call you have no way to call back or get someone on the phone because they close to the public.I have not gotten my retrieval yet, but this is what I have experienced so far.

Just met Dr. Beltsos, and 1st impression she is awesome . The whole Kindbody team is wonderful.

Very nice office. Doctor Beltsos is available if you need to talk to her. Great expertise.

We know dr Beltsos for a long time and i have to say she is a great doctor and a great person, she is the best ever!

Dr Beltsos is very calm and clean.

Worst experience. They dont know their job! Stay away
