Dr. Immanuel is extremely caring, The best, reliable front desk person to interact with is Alondra. Unfortunately I have had too many issues with getting my medication on time. So I am going to find another clinic that functions more efficiently. The staff needs to be more polite and respectful. I have left the office crying because of the STAFF. Today I called the office to explain my review only to have the staff screaming at me over a speaker phone. Im done with the unprofessional, and misdiagnoses. My new doctor has said based on new lab results that I dont have hashimotos! I am being better cared for at another doctor office and I am happy!

The staff, nurses, and physician here are all spectacular! Easy to get an appointment, quick to be seen, and simple to get refills. Thanks Immanuel Clinic!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. AVOID being a patient in this clinic. Provider is extremely unprofessional and will discuss about religion. The first thing you learn working in the medical field is DON’T discuss about religion with patients. As somebody who works in the medical field I never met a provider who is so unprofessional and rude as her. I literally cried when I got to my car due to her comment about religion and not to mention how forceful she is on doing what you DON’T want to do. Came in wanting BCP and was told “oh no it’s too expensive insurance won’t cover it, it’s $200” okay?? Are you paying for it? If it’s an issue than give me another option that isn’t brand name! Not to mention, I didn’t even get the prescription of what I wanted because I have to come back when I’m on my cycle for what??? That’s ridiculous. ALL they care about is money in this clinic. The last time they’ll EVER take my money. Literally walked without making a follow up appointment. Now I have to explain my situation all over again to hopefully somebody who is more understanding and PROFESSIONAL.

Everyone in this clinic is extremely empathetic. From the young man up front to the ladies that check you in, they are all very attentive. If you meet Dr. Fernando, you will understand what true compassion for the patient really feels like. Whatever you go in for, you will leave feeling healed and blessed. Shell call your pharmacy and referrals until she figures out what works for you. I have called her with health issues and she patiently treated me over the phone, asked me to come in and see her the same day. She ran tests, called me at home with results, called my pharmacy etc. My entire extended family and I are so blessed to have her and her team as our health care providers. We are so relieved to finally have a health care team that we can walk in the same day and get our issues resolved the same day. Thank you so much for what you do for the community. Don’t recommend this clinic. Staff couldn’t find my insurance. Asked me multiple times for info I already gave them. And took to long to see a doctor.

Came to learn about this place through a friend of mine, and it honestly couldn’t have come at a better time since I had gotten tired of searching around for PCR testing. The entire process took maybe 5-10 minutes, and the clinic staff was highly professional. The man who swabbed me was also very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience thanks to the efficiency and atmosphere of this clinic.

I needed to get a COVID test urgently and came across this place online. The man working was very friendly and professional. I got my test and paperwork done quickly and I was on my way. Results also came much faster than expected, I definitely recommend.

Great experience. Quick drop in for rapid covid test, 15min before closing, and they were very accommodating. I am not a regular patient. They used my insurance and made the process quick and easy. No charge for rapid test. Highly recommend.

This clinic answers the phone! 🙌🏻 We had to get a Covid test. I looked up several places and either the staff didn’t answer the phone or I couldn’t book an online appointment for days. We tried the free drive through testing in Frisco, but the line was so long it was going to be a 3 hour wait and we could not wait that long with a baby in the car. We were told that vehicles start lining up 4am in the morning! I finally found Immanuel Family Clinic and I was blown away that someone answered the phone close to closing hours! 🙌🏻 We did not have to make an appointment 🙌🏻 and they assured me that we could be tested as long as we got there before 5:30pm. We ended up coming in the morning and there was hardly a wait for testing. The staff was ready and lined up to swab patients. We received our test results before we even left the parking lot! 🙌🏻 What I was also encouraged by was that they were kind and friendly. As I was waiting the doctor and staff actually had a conversation with me. With how busy medical offices are right now, it was refreshing to be treated as a person and not feel like a number. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk, but he was also so kind throughout the process as we had to call a few times to work out some insurance issues. He was on a long call when I arrived, but I was so encouraged by the way he handled himself by being so patient, kind and helpful during the whole conversation. I respect that knowing how busy and demanding it is to work in the health industry right now. Thank you Immanuel Family Clinic for being there for our family when we needed it and for how easy and fast the process was to get our Covid results! There is no other place I have found like it without paying a $300+ Emergency Room copay and exam/lab costs. They offer Covid testing for free with insurance! Thanks again. We will be coming back for Covid testing in the future.

Jeffery was so helpful with setting up the appointment, furthermore he helped me and advised me that he will be open one day before Christmas wonderful service great team. God my PCR test very quick within 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to Immanuel clinic I highly recommend it

This was not a good visit for me. Dont get me wrong the people are really nice there but it almost seems like they are not very knowledgeable in what they do? I had went in because my wrist was painfully hurting, and I wanted to get a referral for an x-ray in which I did end up getting because my wrist hurt to the touch. Anyways, my thing was the questions the doctor would ask me had nothing to do with my wrist! Lol he would ask me if Im breastfeeding or doing formula, if my birth was natural or not, if Im on birth control. I took my baby so I guess...? Idk really what was the reason but we took a long time with those questions that had nothing to do with my dang wrist! It made me uncomfortable to say the least. Also this place needs to be updated, he was triaging me by paper, their machines and equipment are old.

We all know how busy the medical field is right now. And we’ve had long wait times, poor customer service, unreturned phone calls, etc. but Immanuel has been a breath of fresh air for COVID testing. They are working tirelessly with a smile on their face and incredible responsiveness. My whole family and I were refreshed by our experience with them and will drive the 20 min (passing all the other clinics along the way) next time we need a test! An easy 5-stars.

Jeffrey is great, this establishment is excellent. Went in for my covid test got seated for less than 10 minutes and was helped in no time. Professional, clean, friendly establishment. Thank you to the clinic for being so on top of it. Will be coming here again!

Amazing! Super fast covid test. Walked in without appt. Signed in, got swabbed, got rapid results in 15min. They text you your results so you don’t have to wait there. Super nice staff, too! It’s so difficult to get rapid testing nowadays. So come here if you need one!

The anxiety around potentially having an illness or even COVID is very real. So I was a bit stressed when I visited, however I was promptly greeted by very energetic and friendly staff who seemed to actually care about my health (unlike many clinics/hospitals I’ve visited) which really made by day better. I needed a PCR COVID-19 test and they had me in and out the door in under 10 minutes. Very professional and fast service, I received a call within 24 hours after with my results.

I thank God for the Immanuel Family Clinic. Everyone there is wonderful. They are thorough, and kind, and I always feel better about my health when my appointment comes to a close. Highly recommended!!!

I had to go here for covid testing, and quite frankly, this has to have been one of the best medical visits of my life. The man behind the counter greeted and treated me as if we had been friends for years (despite this being the first time I had ever been here). He then proceeded to help me through the process of getting a covid test, all the while being patient, friendly, and kind. I have a distinct feeling that I will probably start using Immanuel Family Clinic much more often, for my medical needs going forward.

These heroes working here deserve the world. I came in for a free rapid test (the only free spot I could find) and I was welcomed and treated as if I was I was a part of their family. It’s hard to express how much better they made my day, even after sticking a q tip up my nose. Lol. I recommend this place to everyone. My only wish is that they were closer to me because I would love to have these heroes as my primary care physician. Please give Immanuel Family Clinic a chance. They won’t let you down.

Open Saturday for both rapid and full COVID tests. Excellent fast and friendly service. It’s great to have them nearby and I’m sure we will use them for the various sundry minor issues our son has (sinus infections etc)

Horrible service, unprofessional doctor, unprofessional stuff. The stuff doesn’t know what they are doing!It actually reminds me of college where you have biology lab when you don’t know what you are doing you asking question one another, and be all over the place. That is the exact kind of environment you will see among the stuff!!Omg this is the most very disorganized, disrespectful, and unprofessional place I have ever been.The first time I came, I saw a bunch of very young people at the front, they each look like they have know idea what they are doing. I was very hesitated to even fill out my form. The dr came to the room took my blood then went outside straight to the front holding the blood she took on her hand at the same time helping the girl that is seemed to have issue finding my information on the pc rather she has no clue to what she supposed to do. The dr still holding the blood she took on one hand the other hand trying to help the girl on the PC I was so scared she is going to drop the blood she took on the floor. I have never seen any kind of disorganized clinic in my life.Today they called me to tell me about the lab results. The dr said she is going to do few test like annual check, liver, kidney, HIV, diabetes, and cholesterol. I asked the dr what are the result, she said I only tell you the one came ubnormal the rear you will see it on the pdf form we are going to send it to you.They sent me the PDF result for my blood work. I only saw two test done. No HIV, no Tyroid, no, liver, no kidney, no STD test resultsWhen I spoke the dr how’s my liver, kidney, HIV and specially wanted to know about my Thyroid result she confirmed everything came normal.I called back to asked the dr again, I confronted her you told me everything came normal for these test but you didn’t even do any of these test. Her answer was not explaining to me rather telling me her care about me wasn’t about money and which is completely different topic than what I asked and she hanged up the phone on me. She didn’t even explained to me why these rest around showing on the lab result you sent me.If you want someone to play with your life or money then go to this place.They might be good on Covid test but if you want real dr with real professional people then don’t even try to go to this place.

My experience with this clinic i went on may 11,2022i was had allergies and I ask the to write this medication that i want they write different medication. I ask them i want to do blood test they said we will call you when we got your results. after a week no body call me. I call them the guy name Eric he his the one who answered the call he put me on hold over 5 min then he tell me sorry we dont got your test results yet. i keep call them every week i got same answer it been a month still tell me we dont got your test results. they are rude and scam dont visit this clinic.I will never ever go back again.

Didnt want to leave this but here it goes. I took my daughter in for a checkup before school started. Just wanted to see if she needed to be updated on shots. Due to HIPAA this became a nightmare. Had to fill out a form to get them released so we could see if she needed any. Next the doctor came in with blood testing supplies to take some blood. I ask why and he states to make sure her organs are working properly. Then proceeds to take her blood with no gloves on. I have never seen that before. Very unsanitary and dangerous in my opinion. This was back in July 2022. Its been way over a month and have heard nothing on shot records or blood test. This place reeked of unprofessionalism and insurance scamming. I will report them to the medical board and if needed take legal action. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was searching around the area for a quick COVID test and was given extremely long wait times from pharmacies and urgent cares until I came across Immanuel Family Clinic. I was in for the test and was given my result quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this clinic!

Almost 7 days now from the day i had my covid test done in this clinic. I still haven’t got my covid result. The lady told me that she’ll text my results the NEXT DAY via pdf. I’ve been trying to call the client and always no answer. My point is be professional if you know the result will not come out anytime soon be honest. Don’t give false information to your clients. Iam counting on that result because I am trying to make a living. They are not even mindful of their customers. I feel bad giving you a 1 star because you don’t deserve any star at all.

Second time here and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and knowledge of me and my body already. Night and day difference compared to my previous clinic. I’m so happy I made the switch. I would recommend Immanuel Family clinic to anyone!

This clinic was so great!!!!! They were closing when I called about getting a COVID-19 test for my husband. It was Christmas Eve at 5:00pm.The doctor waited for us to get there! She was AMAZING!! I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor and her clinic!!

I called them on a Saturday afternoon to get a rapid Covid test. They answered the phone and instructed me to come in ASAP. Spent 10 minutes in their office and they texted me the results. Super friendly and super easy process. I’m going to try them for my primary care physician.

Everyone at this clinic is very nice and empathetic. The wait time is not very long, plus they always send you reminders for your upcoming appointments.

This place is being ran by kids. Literal Children. Not sure if this clinic was bought out or what as I have been to this clinic before where I was greeted by an actual professional staff member. Went in Yesterday to get a Covid test and there were a bunch of plain clothed teenage boys behind the desk, arguing as they were clearly unorganized and under pressure. The plain clothed kid who came out to do the actual swab wasn’t even wearing a mask or gloves! We were supposed to get our results today and haven’t heard back from anyone!!

For your mental and health reasons, stay far away from this clinic, they are not professional at all, the girls spend all their time talking, they dont send the prescription soon, you have to go around talking and asking for the test results, everything is very bad, nothing is serious and professional.
