The front desk staff are all wonderful. I was always greeted with a smile and they were very helpful with getting prescriptions refilled. The nurses was fantastic i was able to get detailed information on the reason that I was visiting the clinic. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I became a patient in May/June of this year and I still haven’t had an opportunity to met Dr. Parmar. This facility has a warm and welcoming vibe. Also very clean -which is always a plus.

Great medical clinic, it’s really close to my house and work so I am able to schedule appointments during my lunch hour and make it back on time. The staff is really friendly and can always get me into appointments really quick. They are very understanding if I ever need to reschedule my appointment as well.

My mom is from Spain and she came to visit me for the holidays. She seemed to have an infection so I took her to this clinic and I’m glad I did. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, respectful, and really paid attention to our concerns and took care of my mom. I would consider coming back for myself if I ever needed to see a doctor.

The staff are all really nice and professional. I also like that it’s easy to book an appointment. I’ve had good experiences every time I come here. I would definitely recommend coming here.

The girls in the office are very welcoming and make my doctors visit enjoyable. They are very punctual and hardly any wait time for your appointments. Doctors listen and take their time with you.

I see Dr. Parmar as a primary care physician. He is lovely, kind, and professional. I have full confidence in him and his abilities. Even though I found him by accident, I will definitely be staying on a a patient. I would definitely recommend him.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. First of all, the place was not clean or properly sanitized, which was very concerning. I also had to wait nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor, which was unacceptable.When I finally did see the doctor, the appointment was very basic, and they couldn’t provide a proper diagnosis for my issue. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the necessary equipment, like X-rays, to investigate further.Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this place and won’t be returning. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility.

No complaints. It’s a small client but efficient. Called and got an appointment scheduled within a week. They were able to text me/send a link to fill out paperwork so I didn’t need to do fill anything out the day of my appointment.

Great Clinic! Front desk are always friendly, dont usually have to wait for too long to get my name called. Was attended by a great practioner. Very kind and informed me my lab results and the recommendations to take to have a healthier lifestyle. Overall highly recommend it

Techs were rude, unprofessional and were not patient with a non English speaker. Mocked to my face when asked to slow down. Horrible treatment. Dr seemed to be aware of the conflict as did majority of the staff but failed to intervene. Won’t be back.

I was new to the area and was in need of a good Doctor Josey Medical Clinic was the perfect choice the Doctors there really do care about your health and they also have a great staff always polite ,courteous and go above and beyond with their service to meet your needs if I could give them 100 stars I would I highly recommend this medical clinic to anyone that’s in need of great service.

I’ve been doing my best to be patient with this office but they are truly the worst professionally, it’s obvious they couldn’t care less about patients and only care about collecting money. Each time I’ve come for an appointment, they never know why I’m here and I have to Re Explain reason for coming because “ no one took notes”, they’re rude and show no common courtesy, came in for a follow up showed up on time, and was brought back 10 minutes later after the short leprechaun blonde hair lady behind the desk says “she has your clipboard” and when I was brought back I get told can you tell me why you’re here again I can’t find any notes and oh the doctor isn’t here he’s at the other office and idk when he’s going to be here! So frustrating!! And last visit the NP don’t recline name older Caucasian lady barely wanted to greet me and gave me the most unpleasant hand shake and made me feel uncomfortable she only pretended to want to shake my hand because when I came they weee having an office meeting on how the staff needs to do better at patient care and making patient feels comfortable

I went in for blood work this morning. The woman that tried to take my blood (didnt get her name but she has a turtle tattoo on one of her wrists) dropped one of her gloves on the dirty floor then picked it back up and put it on. She went to touch the medical equipment to draw my blood but I stopped her and asked if she wanted to replace her glove. She looked at it for a moment or two as if to inspect the dirt that may be on it before telling me she didnt remember which one she dropped and then changed her gloves. Does she not understand how bacteria works?Not to mention that, right next to the seat they put you in to draw blood, theres a huge open box with tons of bloody tubes and equipment from other patients. I mean, it was totally uncovered and exposed to the air. If you move your arm over the side of the chair, it would be resting inside of this box.Ive been to this clinic a couple of times, but the hygiene standards here could end up making people deathly sick or worse. Not proper practice for a medical facility.

Ive been very pleased with Dr. Parmar and his staff. Especially his nursing staff. They are fantastic.

I really enjoyed my first visit to this office. The staff were all super nice and informative and seemed to really enjoy their jobs there! Doctor was amazing as well and really took his time listening to my concerns and giving me options. GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE.

Needed a PCP quickly, due to insurance change, to stay on time with some testing. Got an appointment within few days of calling. Very curtious and friendly staff. Wait time to see nurse practitioner was just a few minutes. Very good experience!

When I called for the first time they didn’t have an appointment for that day and they still squeezed me in, nurses were super friendly and nice. Girl in the front could’ve been a bit nicer and smile and have less attitude she asked my son are you sick? Of course he’s sick why do you think we are here? Other than her… this place is great! And if needed we are definitely going back.

This place is amazing. I had been calling around all day looking for a physician to see me the same day and could not find one. Josey Medical Clinic was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. They are very professional and kind.The NP listened to me and addressed my concerns. The front desk service was also very pleasant to work with as well. There were no seats available to sit down at the time when I arrived and one of the front desk girls went and got a chair from another room for me. Ill definitely be going back there for my future appointments.

I have never been a fan of going to the doctor however the time came where it was necessary and I am so grateful I found JMC. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The doctors are incredible and make you feel as if you’ve known them for years. I was extremely comfortable and will now go to every appointment with ease.

I love Josie Medical Center because they sincerely care about the things I am interested in concerning my health. I have addressed more things in the last four months of going there than I have five years with another doctors office. From an infected toe to my hormone levels, they address my concerns and find a solution. It is a small office, but they get the job done.

Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They really listen to your concerns. Cynthia is always so friendly.

The person who answers the phone calls, she has blonde hair. She’s really rude and disrespectful when it comes to getting an answer from her. She should definitely change her attitude before a lot of customers won’t come back to this clinic.

The doctor I saw is kind and helpful. The reception staff are absolutely incompetent. I was placed on hold four times, then they hung up on me after waiting about fifteen minutes each time. By the time I finally got connected with someone (on the fifth attempt), so much time had passed that they gave my appointment to someone else. Trying to communicate with this clinic has been a nightmare every single time and Im just going to start new with a better clinic.

Great service! I had called 3 other clinics nearby and was on hold for over 10 minutes with each one before the call just hung up. When I called here to see if they were taking new patients, not only did they answer right away but they got me in the same day. The Dr. took his time with me as well. Thank you and to all your staff as well!

DO NOT GO HERE! I am appalled at how they take advantage of families here. My mom has been going here for 8 years with a severe case of eczema and they gave her ointments for rashes, she never thought to look up her prescriptions until I got her to see another doctor and were immediately told her current doctor here was giving her pills and ointments that weren’t meant to help her case. When she told the doctor here at Josey this she stormed out and sent a nurse in to tell my mom she can get the derm referral she’s needed all along. DO NOT GO HERE, they really are just after your money.

Great experience! I was sick and not feeling like going in so they set up a same day video visit to diagnose and called in my medication immediately. They also have the ability to text with a staff member texting you back immediately. The communication was awesome throughout the whole process. Dr. Parmar has a great team.

Gave this review because Ive been texted and harassed everyday nonstop to leave one. I left a bad review already through their portal and it still spams me. The message even says if I left one I can just ignore all of these. The front lanes receptionist have one job, to answer phones. They are always on lunch and fail to do so or get back to anyone. The doctor will just come up with non medical advice that he just pulled out of his..well you know. I could tell he had no idea what he was talking about. Everyone that came in was just getting blood tests. He probably has something set up with the labs to make money. The place is as ghetto as it looks. Stay away. I immediately switched doctors and Im still dealing with this circus. Worst decision I made all month was going here.

I absolutely love this Clinic. I love all of the doctors and nurses and could not be more happy and more proud to be a patient here. They have taken great care of me through high blood pressure, degenerative arthritis, neuropathy and cardiovascular problems. They are painstakingly thorough in their exams and questions and do their best to resolve or to make me feel better. In 62 years I dont think Ive been in better hands. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone for anything.

This was my first time going to this clinic. The people were nice. The only terrible experience I had was the lady taking my blood for lab tests. I am diabetic and use to needles and shots but when the lady took my blood it was a horrible experience. She pushed down like drilling and it hurt so bad. I told her that it hurt and she said she was inexperienced and forgive her. She needs more practice but not on me.

This was a Televisit to review blood work that was done. The office called promptly at the appointed time and the review was completed. The test results were explained and my questions about the results were answered. They also discussed renewing my meds and placing the order. Everything went smoothly.

I enjoyed my visit. The provider was attentive to my needs and took time to explain everything that would be done. I highly recommend!

Requested medications on April 19, 2023... its May 15, 2023. I get a response that it has been received, Name of Medications, Pharmacy couldnt reach them the past 3 weeks to get a Approval. Im also on my 3rd day without my life threatening medication. 2 stars because Im still alive. By days end Ill have to head the the ER just to get a dose of my Life Threatening Medication.

Like any doctors office some times the wait is longer than others but they have added new processes and procedures since I started using them and the experience has only gotten better! All of the front office staff and nurses are very kind!

This is my second visit the first he is my new primary care physician and man he made me feel right at home and he took care of me off the top as well as the ladies in the office this would be a great doctor for anybody thats needing a primary care doctor and the ladies are absolutely fabulous all of you

Should have read these reviews. As stated in other reviews, the customer service is worst. Your reports are not accessible to you until you try calling them 100s of time and even after that they dont do it. They say they will call you back but never do. They would even say they have patients waiting on call, as if, the one who has called is not a patient. There are dozens of clinic out there, please value your patients and provide the service they need else surviving in the business would be a challenge.

The staff was so helpful and made my first visit easy. Will differently make this my general doctor.

All I could say it was a good experience, the staff the nurse n doctor very nice they treat my son so good specially when he is afraid of needles, the diagnostic was fast! All I could say we have a positive experience in of course we will be back!

Friday, 09 - 08 - 2023:Good Morning Friends, I am posting a Positive review on my experience to JMC. My visit was on Wednesday, 09 - 06 - 2023, I was experiencing flu like symptoms. Upon entering JMC, I was greeted w/a warm smile from the receptionist. I didnt wait long to be called in. An intern nursing assistant took my vitals and started to triage me. He was very compassionate & patient w/me. I then saw Norma, the office manager, she was training him. Immediately, I knew he was receiving a First Class training experience from her. Then Uma, nurse practioner, entered, examined me. She ordered a COVID test & Strep test. As always, she was professional, kind, & patient w/me. It took over 15 minutes for the tests to be done, right then and there, Norma courteously informed me they were running behind schedule.Cynthia, member of the staff, had called in sick. Needless to say, Norma was training two nursing assistant interns plus running the office. Just another example of how organized the JMC staff communicates & performs their duties efficiently. As it turns out, per Uma, results of my tests were negative. Uma discussed my treatment for my symptoms.The JMC staff is a terrific group of professionals who really care for the well-being of their patients.Yes, I would recommend JMC.Blessings to All of Them‼️‼️🫂

They did everything quickly and efficiently. I will be going back to them. I just wish they had put a gone to lunch sign on the door so I didnt think they had forgotten about my appointment.

Changing to a pcp Dr was easy and the staff was highly qualified. Its a small place, not fancy but so thats not important, the care was.

Dont go here.1. I asked them repeadidly if they took specifically my insurance plan and they assured me they did. Since they were listed on my insurance providers site, I trusted them and both my husband and I went to visit the dr. After receiving a billing noticed i contacted the office numerous times and was reassured it would get fixed and theyve had issues with billing and never heard back from them. Called their billing department and their line is always busy. Called insurance and low and behold, they didnt take my plan2. They said they would make a referral and after 1 and 1/2 months and 3 attempts to contact them about it, I finally had to go find a dr on my own.3. I was supposed to go in today for a follow-up visit (before I called the insurance company so that I could issue a formal complaint and when I found out they did not infact take my insurance) and they hadnt even called into the lab for my 2nd round of blood work to get done.If you have any chronic issues - DONT GO HERE! They have no interest in treating you!!!! Even though their clinic says Josey Medical Clinic, it is infact Health Express and is meant for basic issues.

This place is a joke I’m always running out of meds (depression and anxiety) they never answer the phones and if they do they are rude! I’m sick of never getting my meds on time! I have the doctors number and she told me to text her when I needed meds. I texted her august 14th…. And nothing!!! I hate it here and VERY disappointed this is NOT how you run a DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!!

Dr Parmar is an excellent doctor. My health has improved tremendously . I highly recommend him. His office manager Tina Parmar took care of my billing issue at speedy manner. I recommend him and his staff.

This place dont even need 1 star because its one of the worse customer service here and theyre all very close so even if you complain youre making it worse for yourself and remember its about your health! This is probably the worst clinic I have ever been to, payed 80 dollar co-pay instead of my usual insurance co-pay of 20. Reason for that was because the “owner” set the price. Which is completely wrong. The PA knows little to nothing about insurance, kept telling me you can’t hit your co-pay if you haven’t met your deductible. Even if your co-pay for a clinics/doctors office is 20. Whole establishment was completely uneducated and last but not least sent my prescription to a different pharmacy 30 minutes from my house. FIND ANOTHER CLINIC THIS ONE IS TRASH TRASH TRASH
