I really like this clinic, Daisy our front desk intake specialist is amazing, her smile is beautiful and she greets with that smile every visit and will go above and beyond. Dr. Honey is also spectacular, she listens to your needs as well as making suggestions based on those needs. Very attentive and involved. My first visit was filling out paperwork but Honey came from the back to still greet me with her beautiful smile as well. Also Dr Honeys assistant is Wonderful and full of joy, i failed get her name Because we immediately started conversation, but she was definitely team player, not to mention that The office is well maintained and the environment is comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs care.

APRN Honey is knowledgeable - I appreciated her taking the time to listen to my concerns & breaking things down for me. It was nice feeling heard. She’s very kind - it’s obvious she cares about the wellbeing of her patients.

Just had an unpleasant phone experience, answered with an attitude and everytime i stated something quickly interrupted and told that can be true or doesnt exist as far as appointments. Even though online it states these times. Fix your online booking and get better customer service because that immediatly stopped me from wanting to schedule anything with them!

I had a really good visit with Honey Philipose today. Everyone at this clinic was nice and genuinely seemed to care. I felt very comfortable and relaxed here and that is really saying something for me. I am so glad to have found Honey and the wonderful people at this clinic. I would definitely recommend.

Came here for a few months because it’s close to my home and I generally enjoyed the visits. Called ~4:20pm On Friday March 8 to get some clarification about my bill and the receiver was rude. I couldn’t hear clearly and I asked a couple of times for clarification and she responded “Oh my God…” called her out on it and she just rolled over what I said. I’m disappointed

Choosing Care Plus Clinic was the best decision I’ve made regarding my health. Honey, the head physician there, came in and didn’t just treat the problem I came there for, but she sat down with me, asked me real and important questions, and found and treated problems I didn’t even realize I had. Rather than just treating one single problem I was complaining about (like other clinics I’ve visited), she looked me over, ordered tests, and really got down to the root problems I didn’t even know were ailing me. To put it simply, she cared for me as a patient. She goes above and beyond to help me with all the issues I’m facing. She is absolutely wonderful, warm and loving. Not to mention, the nurses there at the front desk, taking my vitals and drawing my blood couldn’t be more professional and pleasant. They do excellent work, every time. I would, to everyone reading this, implore you to research this clinic and set up your first appointment. You will be more than satisfied with the outcome.

This was my first time visiting this office and my experience was great. I called that morning and had an appointment set for the same day. The service was beyond expectations as there was no wait at the time I was there. NP Honey was very attentive and caring. She took her time listening and made some recommendations needed to get my health right and resources for paying for my healthcare.The receptionist was polite and professional. Dr.Honey is amazing! I found this place last year when I was dealing with so many health concerns and I’m so glad I did because Dr.Honey was so patient and listened to all my crazy concerns. Forward a year later came again and I absolutely love how she listens and answers ALL questions you may have. Another plus is that if you have no insurance it is so affordable to pay out of pocket compared to other clinics. Overall RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND DR.HONEY TO EVERYONE! 🙂 & she’s super sweet!!

I had the best experience here. From the time I called in to make my appointment the guy on the phone was friendly and informative. He gave me a no insurance option that was better than my insurance option and helped me to save money. The nurse was friendly and sweet and asked all the right questions so that when I saw Dr. Honey she was well prepared for me. Dr. Honey answered every one of my questions with concern and immediately made me feel comfortable with her. She followed up with me and made sure I had everything. Im so happy to have found this clinic, its everything Ive been looking for. Ive never had a permanent doctor until now that is, Even if I move, Id come to town just to see Dr. Honey and staff. When I say I have never meant anyone as warm, caring, nurturing, as Provider Honey is. Shock in how humble of a person she is. provider Honey is so caring and patient with you she truly listens to you in what you may be facing she really does shows you empathy. I was losing a bit of hope in getting better but once I came here I found that hope again in provider Honey told me I will get better. From coming in I can say I am. Love Dr. Honey!! Started seeing her last year around October and changed her to my PCP right then and there. She is very professional, caring and listens to you.My brother also started seeing her and she is the only doctor I ever recommend.

All was good in the beginning. Went in for a check up and got blood work. Then I was told that in order for me to know my results I would need to go in to speak to the doctor. I was billed for my initial visit and blood work which is fine, but then I got billed for going in to view my results without even telling me. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Dr Honey is awesome, I decided to make an appointment with her based on her reviews and she was absolutely great! The reason for my low review is because I tried to schedule an appointment recently and the receptionist was very unprofessional, not only did she answer the call forcefully but told me she didn’t want to schedule me on a weekend because it would take too long, instead of trying to work something out she simply refused to schedule me and my fiancé. Dr Honey if your reading this, I think your great you made me feel good about attending a doctors office, so good that my fiancé was willing to go (he always avoids doctors) I hope you have availability on a Saturday one day.

I will absolutely NEVER be visiting this clinic again. The nurse who runs this facility, “Honey,” charged me full price for a service I never received. I scheduled an appointment to get a specific service, and not only did she fail to provide that service, she charged me full price for doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time. She referred me to the emergency room for something that was NOT an emergency, and I was informed at the emergency room that I could not be seen for the service she told me I needed.I will never be visiting this clinic again, and I do not recommend others come here, especially if you are in need of women’s services.Edit: I am adding back 1 star because I don’t think Honey was TRYING to hurt me. Nonetheless, she did. She could have told me over the phone to go to the emergency room instead of having me come all the way across town to her clinic just so she could charge me $60 for a referral to the ER (that I did not even need - at the ER, they did not even care to see the referral slip). If she could not provide the care I needed, she should have said that over the phone before charging me for a full appointment and wasting my time and money. I was not even seen for the service I booked the appointment for. I tried to work out something fair with her over the phone, but she would not even budge, saying that I was charged for her talking to me (even though another doctor disagreed with her medical advice). Unfortunately, the advice she gave me did not help me at all, and she was uninformed about new medical laws. If Honey can’t run her practice fairly, I cannot give a glowing review in good faith. The most I can give is two stars, with the understanding that Honey is looking out for her own best interests, even if at the expense of her patients’. I can’t fault her for wanting to make money, but I can’t give her clinic a good review after she charged me full price for my appointment without providing the service I visited her office for. And the advice she gave me was certainly not worth the full appointment price - the OBGYN I am now seeing (without the help of Honey) told me that I was pointed in the wrong direction and should have been referred to an OBGYN. At the very least, she could have written me a referral to an actual doctor, rather than send me to wait in the ER (which I tried to do, and finally left after nearly 24 hours of waiting only to be told I could not be treated there). Thankfully, God was able to guide me to a kindhearted OBGYN who was willing to see me without a referral. But again, I had to do this all on my own, while Honey just charged me and told me to go to the ER. That did not help me, and I do not feel it was fair she charged me full price for care I did not receive.

I absolutely love this clinic! I feel well taken care of and exceeds my greatest expectations. Dr. Honey is very compassionate, kind and takes the time to address all my concerns. The nurses and staff are amazing and make the experience more comfortable. I will tell everyone who needs primary care, 100% the best clinic to go!

I have been to different clinics, doctors and family practitioners in my lifetime and FNP-Honey is by far the very best. I’m so grateful to have found her. She is the realist, honest and caring person. Every time I go to see her, it is an always great experience. FNP Honey takes her time with me and listens to my questions. She wants to get to the bottom to find the root cause of my illness. Truly glad to have her as my FNP. The staff are amazing, friendly, very polite and my wait time is always short. I received excellent care when I visited this clinic. It is a newer clinic, so it is very easy to schedule appointments that work for you. Nurse Practitioner Philipose was very patient with me and listened to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed and when she was working with me, I definitely felt like a priority. Im so glad she works in my neighborhood now, I needed a good local physician to go to, and now I have one.

The most amazing caring doctor. I was experiencing horrible pains from an ear infectionAnd clogged ear from wax. Provider Honey Philipose was so Incredible with providing such profesional caring service. She saw I was struggling than most others with this and she took the time to figure out a plan for me to get it out. We booked the next appointment and had our Plan. Im here for that appointment and I come to see she has bought equipment to help me out and the care and attention I received was incredible. We got it fixed and I was so happy and relieved I had to give her a hug and the sweet professional woman she is, she was very true and amazing to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First time ever coming here. Everyone is incredible, front desk is so helpful, sweet and patient.

I found the clinic on a Google search so wasnt exactly sure what to expect. By the time I left I gave them consent to transfer my paperwork from my current PCP to them as they would be my new PCP going forward. The office was very clean. The staff were very calm natured. That was relaxing to me. The Dr was very thorough, concise and detailed when examining me. Even made sure I had a follow up appointment that I could cancel if feeling better. Very pleased even though I felt miserable. So glad I took a chance and went there!!!

Great atmosphere and experience! It’s very difficult to find clinics with actual people who take the time to evaluate everything about your health. At Care Plus, Dr. Honey makes the effort to go above and beyond by making you feel like family/friend instead of a money bag. Not only that but they also have affordable prices for those who don’t have insurance, unlike other clinics that charge over $160 for just a check up. Additionally, Dr. Honey was able to help me get inexpensive medicine by providing me with coupons, which helped out a lot! I almost would’ve paid over $100 on medicine but thanks to Dr. Honey I didn’t have to pay no where near that.Overall, I am very thankful that I found this clinic and thank the staff for all their hard work and kindness.Thank you!

I am new to Texas and just googled the closest clinic near me and Care Plus popped up. I have them a call to see how not having insurance works out here. (Cali you might as well die it’s insanely expensive) A nice man answered the phone and was just polite and said they would even wait a bit for us to arrive since my bf works late. (That also NEVER happens in Cali) we showed up and we’re seen within 5 min. Our doctor was so great. She took her time. Was super thorough and I’m telling you was so soothing. The pricing was super do-able. It’s a great family run practice. Also it was super clean. Overall it’ll definitely be our go to clinic when our family is ill. 10/10 🎊 - Thank you Care Plus

Update: I gave the office about 4 chanc4s. They messed up on my inital prescriptios. After having to change doctors, i need medication refills. NP Honey sent meds with for 3 months. My insurance does not cover 3 months. Only 1 month at a time and trying to get this office to understand was frustrating. I had to call the office several times and still did not get my prescriptions changed. I had to change again.This was my first time visiting this office and my experience was great. The service was beyond expectations as having to choose a new doctor after 4 years. Dr Honey was very personable and caring. She took her time listening and made some very great recommendations needed to het my health right.The receptionist was professional and polite and professional. I hope this service continues.

I decided to check out the Website, Doctor Info & Specialties I liked everything I read about. So I scheduled an an appointment & went in because of my Pain to the Left Shoulder. No waiting around; I was seen ASAP by a very concerned & caring Staff. I took the next step to make The attending Dr. my Primary Care Dr. in Texas; so any of you that are need of a very caring Staff or Dr. Please stop in & visit them; theres no age or Insurance Restriction. I hadnt been to the Dr. in over 7 years,so I was very nervous. I was recommended this place by a friend, since the office visit is only $50. Being so close and scheduling is always the easiest(Even for last min rescheduling)! I have never been more satisfied with visiting a medical practice. Everyone is very genuine, caring and happy to be there(Dr,nurses,receptionist). Clean room,waiting area & bathroom! Quiet and overall professional in every single aspect! Dr.Philipose is the best Dr. to go to. She listened to all my concerns,addressed them all individually, explained everything to me in detail so I can understand. Didnt leave me with any further questions or any type of negative feeling. I was nervous about blood being drawn. She was great about helping me relax and distracting me during. I felt comfortable,when in the past Ive always felt anxious when being touched/examined in certain areas. She really cares for her patients and if youre worried about money. She offers various cheaper options and advise,when possible. I went in for an initial visit due to concerns and my 2nd visit (recheck) went just as perfect,if not better! Just tried this newly opened clinic out because its near my home. I was glad I did. Appointment was easy to schedule and I waited all of 3 minutes once I got there. She was very thorough in her questioning and explanations. I dont go to the doc often but this was a good experience.

Im the kind of person who never really had a regular doctor to go to when needed after my first time going here I now want have a doctor to go to when needed The 2 ladys in the front are very nice and fun to talk to and are very helpful from when I walked in and out today and the doctor they was so nice and answered all of my health questions even for things I didnt even go there for she gave me good advice and helpful tips I will now be going here on a regular basis for my doctor needs.
