Centers Urgent Care of Hunts Point

I did not receive my lab results in a timely manner. I had to go to the urgent care after not receiving my lab results with in a week. After I went to ask about them they were emailed to me that afternoon. Overall the Doctor and medical assistants were very nice and accommodating.

I have no words to express my gratitude to the 3 angels that God put in that place to take care of me and help me in my emergency because I thought it was something simple but it was not. They made me see the reality of my medical condition thanks to them now I am sitting at home writing about them the young man who registered me the doctor who examined me and Matilde she is an angel God bless the 3 of you and continue with this treatment to your patients you have a true vocation and put passion in your work. Thank you, thank you, thank you. God will reward you. BLESSINGS.

The nurses and doctor was very pleasant and respectful. I needed stitches and the process was great. The doctor took very good care of me. She was also very helpful and informative. I loved my experience.

I have been here several times for both myself and daughter and have always been treated quickly and received lab results early the next morning. They are highly efficient and Natalie Zhou and her team of MA’s and receptionists are very kind and attentive. I wish it was closer to where I lived, since they closed the one on the Upper West Side, but I’d rather go here even though the Bruckner is a pain to drive through.Thank you for caring for us!

I had a pleasant visit at this urgent care. Staff were very nice and professional. The communication with the doctor was great. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again to staff im feeling much better :)

Staff was very friendly and wait time was reasonable. When the doctor came to see me and confirmed I had tested positive for Covid, she promptly prescribed several medsto address the cold like symtoms but never mentioned Paxlovid, never mind prescribing it. I didnt know of it till hours later when I heard of it from my daughter . It is only one of the primary treatments for Covid after all. Further she encouraged me to go to a concert that night and just wear a mask - I did not go

I came to the office not feeling good and are so sweet understandable if I can give them a 100 I would the lady at the front desk so nice the doctor cared she listened if you want get great care go to this office wait is fast as well

This is not a good urgent care to go to. One when I called I asked them do they do x-rays the receptionist told me yes. When I got there I was told they do not. Two my 9 yr old daughter was there to see the doctor same day and the doctor told me she just had a cold not something that required antibiotics I told her my daughter needed antibiotics from her symptoms. My daughter symptoms were the same I took her to another urgent care and they evaluated my daughter and gave her antibiotics. The next day her fever was gone . The doctor rushed and didnt give my daughter the proper evaluation & medication.

Great medical facility I felt very welcomed felt at home. The nurse at the front desk was very polite, kind generous answer the questions that need to be answered.

Best staff in the Urgent care environment in my neighborhood. Warming professional and efficient.10 out of 10 in a world of 5s.

Experienced, professional and kind staff! Excellent care! Honestly, couldnt ask for better. They took very good care of me and my daughter on all visits and we never waited long to be seen. Natalie and Robert were both very knowledgeable.

I had the best experience, first it wasnt overflowing with people which was the best part of walking into this Urgent Care as I get very uneasy to walk into any clinic and find it packed wall to wall with people who are coughing and visually ill. I was pleasantly surprised at how caring the health care employees were, I appreciated all the questions about my medical history and the best part was that they didnt rush me out. They took my blood pressure and my weight and were actually concerned about my well being.. Not like that other clinic nearby(will remain unnamed)that rushed me in and out and didnt even bother to take my weight and called in a prescription to the pharmacy that clearly wasnt for me.. Everyone was professional, compassionate and caring.. Thank you all at Urgent Care for your 5 Star treatment it didnt go unnoticed and I deeply appreciated it..Stay safe and BLESSINGS to you all.

This place is fast, clean and the staff is very friendly. I was in and out in like 30 minutes. I highly recommend this urgent care.

The nurses was nice I got out good timing but the doctors are not good I hurt myself falling down stairs the doctor did not look at my bruises let alone care this is not the first time it happened at that office the doctors dont listen

Came in sick, left without a diagnosis or treatment. Still sick, having to go to work sick without knowing what’s wrong is stressful to say the least. Waste of $80 copay.

I was there recently with my grandmother she had diarrhea, and the medical assistant Robert hernandez was there for us, he/she treat us super nice, he/she knows a lot about medicine, my grandmother has dementia and now she only talk about robert (she is driving me crazy), i feel really happy for the service there, also the front deskthanks a lot everybody in the officehehe saludos

A very comfortable respectable place, I do not know the attendees name but she was courteous and considerate and very thoughtful. Also the counselor that was on duty at that time was attentive.
