I give them five stars because I am diabetic and they on it like definitely on it. The only thing I don’t like is back to back appointments. I do not receive Medicaid and this is out come from my pockets so financially it hurts a little bit but as for the doctors, they perfectly great great, the only thing I said is back to back appointment for the same thing with different doctors but other than that, they absolutely great

I came here for COVID-19 testing only and it was pretty quick. I got there about 10 minutes before 8am (opening time on Saturday) and it opened 10 minutes late. The entrance to the testing area is a fenced gate next to the Spring Bank on Gerard Avenue. They have a priority line for NYC H+H and city employees (on the right hand window but the line to get swabbed is on the left hand side by the barricades). I pre-registered online so intake only took a minute. I docked a star for the late opening (on a cold, rainy day), one of the intake reps wasnt wearing a mask before she opened her window, and one of the swab nurses was on the phone completely ignoring that people needed to be tested (her fellow nurse in a different station wasnt happy lol).*Update*Hours as of 1/4 are Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm but check NYC H+H site for updated hours and holiday closings. You can grab one (1) free rapid COVID-19 home test kit from one of the representatives with a NYC H+H ID badge (you dont have to wait in the testing line). Only one test per person (you can not get a test for someone who is not physically there at the site) and you cant get a test if youre getting tested that day. The lines have been crazy long so its best to get there before they open so you have a short (less than 45 mins) wait. This site only does PCR testing.

Great place great customer service friendly staff Naomi in OBGYN Louise & Jackie in Pediatrics, Dr Arul is quick in responding to my chart questions , the Ultrasound tech is very thorough, the Wic staff is excellent, I go to baby cafe every Thursday Virtually for nuring moms & expecting moms & their supporters my baby is 5months. The place is kept clean, Clean facilities Decent health care kinda one stop shop dental and optometry Pharmacy & it is accessible. but make an appointment coz the place has a lot of patients so walk ins may have a long wait time esp now with covid.

Took my son here for the first time. My appointment was at 3, i sat in the exam room for an hour waiting to be seen! I waited so long a nurse walked by and didn’t even know i was still there! So she went in the doctor office and there she was sitting in her office eating snacks... on my appointment time! How inconsiderate!

DONT go to this Place. I Schedule am appointment with the pediatric for my Daughter for the first time. Once I Got too my Appointment I was told by the Staff that she has No appointment but I can wait till 2pm. Mind you my Appointment was 9:30 and these fools telling me to wait untill 2pm. I will never take back my daughter at this Place. I ask to speak to a Manager and I keep getting put of and on too the next Staff very No one have any clue what going on.

On of worst medical center in city. Staff are not helpful, behave arrogant. Specially in eye clinic. There are two doctor. When I go over there there is only one patient. After that patient took her treatment they are free but they don’t call me for long time. Because I didn’t have any appointment. But clinic had no patient that time and it was morning but they don’t care about to taking care me. I waited 1 and half hour and came back home without taking care. And I was only one patient that time.

It has gotten worse over the years, use to be a great place but all the good doctors left and now I’ve can’t even get a appointment anymore, they treat you like you shouldn’t come there if your sick and I’ve yet to meat my primary doctor in over a year, every time I make a appointment they cancel it. This place sucks. Don’t come here. They only treat you good if they like you.

I ve been three times , and I loved the way the staff treated me very friendly .only the physical structure is not entirely pleasant in some areas , especially in the area of laboratory test shot , it is something delicate and I should have better PRESENTATION and organization.But as for the people who work there, I really like.

The Security MR. DIAZ is very rude and Aggressive ...went in the clinic to inquire about something a staff member that works there told me about and I was rudely dismissed as soon as i asked the question so I went further and asked another employee which was nice and directed me to where he thought I should ask the question and then was followed by Mr. DIAZ which then yelled at me that I was not suppose to be in the area that the previous employee told me to go in when I asked him to please stop yelling at me he informed me that he wasnt and went back and forth with me still yelling he wasnt even told me i should fix my hearing, and there were several people that witnessed it as thus happen right on the first floor next to the administration offices I then went upstairs to make and appt and right there on the wall was the information that I previously inquired about the info that he dismissed when I first walked in ...The employee at the desk helped me and explained what the notice on the wall meant and why there was Confusion in what I wanted, but me as an outsider did not know that part so I realized why Mr. DIAZ said what he said as far as me going in line...then out of nowhere here comes Mr. DIAZ again on the second floor thus time where I was as if he was following me thru the building and when I saw him I tried to tell him look sir this is what I was looking for and before I could even finish my sentence again he aggressively yelled and cut me off and said Ms. You have to go online for what you are looking for ...I went in there with no malice or threat and this man not only yelled at me was very agressive for no reason and extremely unprofessional I did not deserve to be treated or talked to that way at all His supervisor said she would address it but his disrespect has to made public because this type of behavior is uncalled for just because we live in the ghetto doesnt mean we have to be treated that way. If he cannot do his job in a manner where he is not being disrespectful maybe he shouldnt be there especially in the front being the face of the clinic Gotham Health deserves better than that It was way to early in the morning for that if he starts his day like that I wonder what the rest of the day is like sheesh the other staff was great especially his supervisor..its not what You do or say its how you do it

Deserve no stars how is it possible i have been calling for 3 months for a pediatric eye appointment and nobody picks up the phone, i got through to one person and after half an hour on hold they hung up on me.

I went today to their Medicaid office and when I went to the counter and tried to explain I was pregnant and needed medicaid or prenatal medicaid the guy asked if I had medicaid (not listening obviously) I said no then he asked if I worked I said yes he said how much do I get paid I tried to explain its part-time and it fluctuates but I had papers I could show him he said I just need to know what u get paid (not listening again) wouldnt listen when I tried to explain again then the lady near him said do u have medicaid Is what hes trying to ask I said I answered that already he just was asking my finacials and was trying to explain....She interupts me and asked him if I told him he says no She says to him(there ignoring me now) to just give me a list of places to go instead. By then im pissed said forget it start to leave they try to give me a list but I left very upset and I have a high risk pregnancy

I have been calling SEVERAL times a week for a month to get an appointment. I called 4 times today and FINALLY got to speak to someone named Martha and again was left on hold for over 20 min before she hung up on me. Terrible customer service. They DO NOT care about the patients.

Its a great place. The pediatric staff is very nice and very professional. Love my kids pediatrician, Dr.flores. Shes a very sweet and caring person. I highly recommend this place.😊👍

Used to have walk-ins now when you’re sick they deny you and tell you that you need an appointment.

Clinic is horrible. Mother came in with head pain. Sat for 3 hours and turned her away. When people are sick or are in pain they NEED HELP! Horrible clinic in the area. They need to do better.

MashaAllah this office is nice. Unlike other Medicaid offices. This place is less crowded and the workers are very professional and polite unlike other NYC HRA offices. Hopefully it stays this way. InshaaAllah

Other then my child pediatrician she’s really the best she gives so much care and doesn’t have you waiting hours even on walk-in occasions

First time writing a review because the service has been terrible at this clinic...Two stars only cause their wic program and prenatal doctor which was an Indian lady were great but overall this clinic is trash had to change my daughters pediatrician cause the doctors are lazy and for general medicine even worst One of the nurses was terrible very unprofessional if u need a good doctor for yourself or a child PRESBYTERIAN 5 stars!!!

One day, I went to the Dentist,and the front lady Nikki, was bulling me. She was calling me pig. In my 30 years going to the medical center know one disrespect me like that.

This hospital is a joke the customer service was terrible waited on the phone for almost an hour to not even reach my doctor then when I called again they told me any answer to brush me off the phone plus while there I told my doctor about symptoms I was curious about he brushed them off to get done with me all they were good at was drawing blood and giving flu shots first and last time Ill ever be a patient at this hospital!!

I go to this clinic since I was born but now I have this problem from long ago and its like they dont care they dont fix it just give me cream after cream and when I call to go to the Lincoln they send me to the clinic 🙄 Im so tired of going its like they only want the money tbvh

The worst place to go.

I held off on writing this review because I had already had one negative experience with a pediatrician for my son before beginning to bring him to this clinic. Although I was uncomfortable with his pediatricians all wanting information and details on my pregnancy and birth despite him being healthy, all of the initial visits seemed fine. On the last visit before switching doctors the pediatrician hed been seeing was out and he had to be seen by a pediatrician named Dr N Maseda. Initially the visit seemed to be the same as the rest asking for details about his development and any concerns I might have had, when suddenly she asked my nine month old baby who mama was while doing a hand gesture around his head/body and behind his back that resulted in him pointing to her. When I noticed it and said did he just point at you when you asked him who mama was, she got surprised that I noticed and casually said yes before leaving the room and returning with a print out and a childrens book as a gift to for him. This was extremely disturbing and concerning to me and as a black single mother. I have to be extremely vigilant about people with my son and encourage all underprivileged single mothers of color to do the same. I would not recommend this clinic.

Bad organization, you always see the doctor two hours after your appointment time.Today I attended due to severe pain in my ear and after filling out the required forms and three hours after waiting, they only called me to tell me that they were a clinic, not a hospital, and that attendance was only by appointment, and they also did not have a doctor available. for emergency cases grrre! ! 😠😡😠😡

It is an excellent clinic, I and my family have been treating each other for 24 years and they have always treated us with great professionalism.

The worst service is the people at the reception who think they are superior to the others, all those old people, if they dont want to work, they dont work, let them put people who even want to roast it, try to improve people... it is better to have a private place than it seems like we are better off. to ask for as a gift 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
