This place have gone to the dogs since doctor .B. passed away And this new doctor that took over is the worst. The doctor has no manners very rude, very impatient for a doctor... The workers are the worst. They know nothing about the system. They dont know how to do their job. Its like they hire anyone that knows nothing about medical Charts. They cant find your chart. They cant find a lab thats in the system that needs to be done. They do your lab work and give you results of someone else. Then saying, oh, Im sorry, this is not yours. How can you make such a mistakeSunriver health, you need no stars. Minus zero stars should be your rating

Im greatly pleased with the growth this company has had in the past few months. Its under new management and the staff is great!!! The wait time to see the Primary Dr is not that bad and Dr Thomas is awesome!!!! The medical assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk girls are also very helpful and resourceful. I would recommend this Medical office for all your medical needs as they offer a variety of specialties such as: Primary Care, Gastroenterologist, Cardiology, Vascular, Foot Dr, Dentist, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Its your 1 STOP SHOP for excellent care!!! Go show some love ❤️ I know there are multiple locations.

There are 2 clinic sections one is for pain management and psychiatry and the other for basically everything else I dont recommend going to pain management or psych that section is always packed and not to mention that Dr. Bailey the psychiatrist never comes in Im always stuck seeing him through a computer and lets not mention that new lady for pain management but if u go to the other side of the clinic the other doctors are great the primary care doctor is very careful with his patients and the therapist I have is the best and the podiatrist is very nice. Be careful who u see is what Im trying to say

I have multiple back problems, several herniated disc, several deteriorating herniated disc, a bolt herniated disc nerve neuropathy carpal tunnel in both hands and now I have to walk with a cane and Dr. Salma Alam refuses to give me the proper medication and I came here with no liver issues or any other issues except my diabetes and my back and my neck and now I have issues with my liver from the medication that were prescribed to me by Sunriver health so now I have to get a chance to check on my liver. I also have scoliosis of the back and she’s refusing to give me my pain meds I brought in my medical records from previous doctors that I was at. And they wrote in my letters in my medical report for all the medication‘s that I was needing and I’m still being refuse to be given the proper medication so I need to go through all the channels to find out why I’m not being prescribed a proper medication and it is a opioid, but my medical record shows that I’ve taking nothing else but my opioid and marijuana no other illicit drug, so why am I being refused by his doctor to get my proper pain medication?

June 13: Im running low on my three medications, so I call All Med, but dont have time to wait on hold more than a few minutes. On their website they have an email address for prescription refills, so I send an email. They have another address for scheduling appointments, so I email that one, too. No response.June 14: When I get off work, I have a missed call from All Med. No voicemail, so I wait for them to get back to me via email. They dont.June 17: After my pharmacy confirms that All Med has not sent over a prescription, my partner calls them for me. They say I need an appointment before they can refill the Adderall, and he tells them that I already tried to schedule one via the email address. They tell him that they dont have an email address. He tells them to check their own website. In the meantime, they schedule an appointment for me over the phone.June 18: I send another email to ask about the other two prescription refills. No response.June 22: Earliest appointment I could get. They have me see a different doctor than the one from my previous appointment, but shes great and sends my three prescriptions over to the pharmacy at the end of our meeting.Jun 24: Pharmacy lets me know that two of my medications are ready. When I arrive to pick them up, they explain that I cant pick up the Adderall, because the doctor isnt licensed to prescribe it. Three phone calls to All Med. They say theyll have another doctor send the prescription over.June 28: I email All Med again. No response.June 29: The pharmacy texts me to say that All Med sent a new prescription, but its now pending insurance approval. My partner calls AllMed.July 6: Its been a week, so I call All Med to ask what the hell is going on. The person I talk to says something about needing authorization for the insurance, and says shell work on it.July 8: My partner calls All Med, and they tell him that a new prescription was sent to the pharmacy two days prior. So I stop at the pharmacy. Where they tell me that this new prescription is dated July 13.Why would the doctor have dated the prescription a week in the future when its the prescription I was supposed to pick up three weeks ago? My pharmacist doesnt know, and neither do I.My partner and I try to call All Med to ask for yet another new prescription, but now theyre closed for the weekend, so the soonest I can speak to them is July 11. At that point, I might as well wait two more days. And if, by some miracle, I actually do get my medication on July 13, it will be exactly one month from when I first asked for the refill.I just cannot believe that they can be so irresponsible with their patients medications. Because of this offices incompetence, I have been off Adderall for an entire month. It has been awful. If there are medications you depend on, do not attempt to get them through All Med. I cant find a new doctors office soon enough.Updated to add: Same thing happened with the August prescription. Tried to pick it up, was told the doctor isnt licensed to prescribe. After ten days and five fruitless phone calls to All Med, I just decided to go back to my primary care doctor and ask her to fill the prescription instead. This office is incompetent and dangerously negligent. Do not put your health in their hands.

They have helped me get my health BACK in order when other Bronx doctors didnt care and Im a CANCER Survivor. Now that they have merged with Sun River health their service is worse than ever. Ive left and found better Care. I was missing things and came to find out it was because one of their doctors didnt send it in nor did she notify me about it . Service is horrible if you really care about your Health. Mixing up peoples records and lab work. Not giving proper medical attention to the patients and the area is not at all being cleaned out in a safe way except for wear the nurses are behind the desk.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I waited here twice for over 3 and a half hours just for them to say that the doctors dont provide the service that I need,not only that they arent licensed the biggest kicker was that I told them I have to travel almost 4 hours to get there yet they gave me a 10am appointment just for the Dr to show up at 1:30pm and he was on a COMPUTER I HAD TO LAUGH BECAUSE CLEARLY I WAS BEING PRANKED!!!not only that he used vulgar language during the conversation and tried his hardest to deny me service I mean clearly Ill NEVER COME BACK but for everyone else dont come here its horrible they just want money.

I had to get my annual physical and a friend referred me to all med, upon arriving to the location I notice it was very clean and the staff was very nice and kind when it was my turn to see the doctor the medical assistant was very friendly and informed me of all the other kinds of doctors and services at the location which immediately I thought great to have one location and do all the service. Then what caught my attention more was how the director came out and said hello to everyone and made sure all was running smoothly, that there is amazingly unique to have a place with all kinds of specialties and wonderful attention and service I would recommend all med medical to all my friends and family. So please definatly check out All med medical they rock👍🏼

So where to begin, I needed to change doctors due to my insurance and after doing some research I found All Med. Well it was a wonderful experience. All the staff when I walked in the office were very welcoming and that is so refreshing. I saw the Primary Dr and some sub specialty and all I can say is WOW!!!! I have now made this my primary Dr office, and I will be highly recommend to all I know.. Oh its so CLEAN I loved it....

Excellent Facility with Excellent Medical Staff. Office is super clean with Super Friendly Staff! Thank You for treating my family member and making them feel better! Plan on taking the rest of my family and friends. Also thanks to the nurse for explaining everything clearly to my mother who is hard of hearing, she was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!

My first visit was horrible I waited 4 hrs to been seen and I had an appointment.. that’s crazy.. they had a new Doc and it seems like no one helped her settle in. She was trying to figure out the computer program. I’m going back one more time because the provider was great. If I have a long wait again I will not be going back to this place and I’m going to update all of you here.Update after my second: if I could give then no stars I would.. don’t come here unless you have nothing to do all day. I’m telling you now if you book an appointment you won’t be seen at that time. You will be waiting in the waiting area for 3-4 hours. Then they take you in and you wait another 1hr before you are seen for 15 min. No patient should have to wait more than an hr after their appointment time and no more than 1hr and 30mins on a hectic day. The front desk and entire staff is nonchalant because this is an everyday thing for them. This place is poorly managed and they do not care about their poor work ethic. They aren’t open on weekends either so if you work a 9-5 request the whole day off because you will be there the whole day. I will gladly not return.

The women in the front are absolutely NO help. They give out wrong information all the time, have disgusting attitudes, and answers you with sarcasm when you ask them why are you waiting so long to be seen for your APPOINTMENT.I’ve had good experiences with the doctors but the people in the front needs thorough training or needs to be replaced!

Avoid this place unless it is your ONLY option. I went for an appointment there and had to wait over 4 hours. In addition, the was a problem with my prescription and insurance that required them to call my insurance company. They never called. I had to wait a week without my medication and then f eventually ended up having to pay for it out of pocket as I could no longer wait. I called them every day for updates and was completely given the run around.

I am a cancer survivor and have been to many different clinics and doctors,but no one made me feel like all meds. Excellent services,Vicky the receptionist is awesome with multitasking and going above and beyond even the young lady doing blood pressure is great,Dr beria is also amazing always remembers my name and medical condition with no chart in hands. These things that are really inportant to alot of people.. they rock!

This was so wonderful. I work with the group but never ever received care. I usually go the bigger place in the Bronx. I am so so so happy I went to get checked by Dr Biera who is kind and compassionate, I had a follow up and went to Dr Ferstenberg (GI) who was so thorough and spot on and kept me calm and finally a trip to Dr Delfin who was just amazing and in one day I was able to have all of the much needed testing that had been neglected for over a decade and I am just so happy. The outcomes are good because the care was excellent. No stress, no crazy waiting and the enntire was helpful and took time to explain everything tat was going on and anytime I called or stopped in I was treated like I mattered. I will also say that there was follow up to address anything that I thought did not go well. I honeslt believe I received the best and it was on Par with The Big M Thank you and everyone on that team should be proud. I pay attention to everything and I will refer friends and more important family

I went there for a routine visit and they noticed my blood pressure was high. They took very good care of me and I was confident in all the staf as they were ready and prepared to help me feel better and treat me right away. The staff is courteous and amazing. I recommend it.

This place upgraded a while lot in the last 2 years. The wait to see a doctor use to be over 3 hours, and now its much quicker since they have expanded thier offices on the main floor. Its much better organized.

There is only one reason I go and its Dr Richard bier heart of Gold other doctors are just as good the staff is a completely different story RUDE OMG I get referrals from my doc which I take home to make my own appointments there frequently makeing appointments on any date and any time they see fit I cant make it stop also I had documents that needed to be scan on both sides the staff member did not do it right my doctor mention to me that I wont need a appointment to just bring them in and he will be able to do it I dont want to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen just for documents to be scan the lady then told me I wont be getting my documents the same day I need to return I cant walk im struggling so the back and fourth its too much for a mistake the staff did really !!! I have been going since July were heading to Sep I walk with a cane I need either a moble wheel chair. Or a motorized one Im in severe pain and they made a pain doc appointment a month away this is just insane get it together also the waiting area is clean but dont go to the bathrooms there nasty urine everywhere garbage all over the floor and the floor was wet !

1 month waiting for ortho appointment and when I arrive on time I am somehow scheduled with a podiatrist. Front desk acting as if nothing is wrong wants to reschedule me 2 more weeks out. Very incompetent staff.

They have no problem getting you hooked or continuing your addiction however if they dont like you they will strip it from you and treat you like a dog me and my wife have 3 children I cant go into detail but they ruined our summer vacation there ruthless I mean they will tell you call a lawyer if you have a problem but God will deal with them in the afterlife

Like others have said, seeing patients is extremely slow. I was there for 45 minutes before my name was called. I was at the clinic for 2.5 hours total - 45 mins of which we’re doing something other than wait. Not a fun time.

Had to see my Primary Care Physician and he noticed an issue with my Blood Pressure and was sent right away to see their Cardiologist Dr. Jenny and they did a complete work-up the same day - great place for total family care!!!

Horrible place of business, worst clinic ever!!!!!...Filthy dirty place and very nonprofessional staff. The staff all are very rude. They dont provide all the services they advertise on there board. Never will I ever RECOMMEND anyone to that location. Plus the wait time to see a DR. more than 4 hours even if your on time. So damn pissed.... Please stay away.

Editing because the doctors that seemed okay is gone, if youre thinking about going here for pain, the only thing they care about is billing your insurance company*, the new doctor I seen proved to me that he can bearly understand or read a MRI or x-ray and was more interested in his cellphone and billing my insurance than the pain Im going through. I wish some of these pain management doctors would get just one of my spinal ailments so they would have a hands on experience with what life is with chronic pain. *Also no knowledge of current CDC recommendations. I see why on independent websites this place average between 2-3.5*s

I came here when I was having psychiatric issues with depression and anxiety the wait times are long but it’s worth the wait I didn’t go back for a while but now I have returned and so far the place has improved a little more I don’t care about wait times as long as I get treated well I’m ok

Very good I have nothing bad to say about allmeds the doctors and staff are outstanding workers in the place is always nice and clean I go there because I have a friend that goes there I take her there for her doctors appointments and I have nothing bad to say about the good place to go.

Gave me two appointments when there was no doctor on call and I was told 3 different lies as to why and how it happened on 1st occasion, second time they made appointment at wrong location.When you contact the call center they won’t let you lodge a complaint.

Doctors there were great- they took their time with me and explained what was going on! Place was neat and clean!! Great service I recommend All Med to everyone!!

Spouse contacted this CV company for expedited medical review. Person named DEA gave return call denying claim stating physician reviewed file but could not confirm specialty of reviewer. Dea could not give specifics on reasoning for denial.I have performed medical chart reviews and companies I have consulted for always give reason for denial or approval and my name is on the letter sent by company.

AllMed providers and staff are very professional and attentive to patient needs. Medical Director Dr. Beira provided great medical experience!
