The staff here were friendly and prompt. I didnt have to wait long. The nurse Natasha did a fantastic job when it came to drawing blood I didnt even feel it. She was super helpful and kind which goes a long way. Highly recommend this place.

My experience here was amazing! Natasha was so so kind and she helped me a lot with my concerns. She really looked out for me and made sure I wasn’t nervous and made sure I was well during my visit. Bianca was so nice and really explained everything well so I wasn’t left clueless and she made sure I understood everything during my visit. I felt comfortable sharing my issues with no judgment. If it ever occurs that I have to come back I will definitely come here!!

Walked in and my son was seen within 5 minutes. The medical assistant and doctor were great! Thank you 🙏🏼 I felt like they really did a great job. And the next fay they followed up to see how my son was doing. Something not even his primary doctor office does.

Every visit to urgent care the facility is always spotless. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. All staff members are always friendly and attentive. I refuse to go to a different urgent care.

Dr Cynthia is a ray of sunshine she definitely has an excellent patient doctor communication relationship. I got tested right away. Dr Diaz explains EVERYTHING in depth and answers All my questions. This urgent care is the best including the staff grateful to have a decent urgent care in the neighborhood

The nurse, Natasha who drew my blood made sure I was comfortable prior to doing so and made sure my needs were met. A very good nurse. Hope she does well throughout her career.

Dr.Cynthia is the best doctor ever. She’s so kind and caring to my family and me. She explains everything to the tea. I wish she was my primary doctor. That’s how much I trust her.

I had the best experience yesterday. The nurse Carmine was literally amazing! She made me feel so absolutely comfortable and the female doctor that prescribed anti nausea medicine to me is God sent! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent doctor and staff. They were professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. The intake was smooth and fast. The vitals were done by a kind and friendly lady. The doctor listened to me and evaluated my problem with concern, and answered all of my questions. They sent me off with a very professionally written patient summary and promptly sent prescriptions to the pharmacy. The doctor also gave me plenty of other suggestions on how to address the problem. Easy 5 stars.

The staff and provider were very courteous and helpful. The provider was excellent. She was caring, pleasant, thorough and took her time to explain everything. I did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

The nurse is incredibly kind. When she noticed I had a bad runny nose, she provided me with facial tissues. In the end, she also gave me several masks in case my phlegm stained my mask. I truly appreciate her help.

Shirley is very approachable and you can definitely sense she has a good heart and exhibit professionalism.Overall, staff is very helpfulIt’s best to visit early in the day to avoid the line.Call first before coming in to make sure they have the radiologist tech available if you need an X-ray done.

Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. Some of the doctors are wonderful and some are outright awful. The front staff is always kind and efficient. However, today I went in for both my son and I. My son had a full exam after which the Dr. was about to leave when I asked if he planned to examine me as well given Id been sick for 6 days with a horrible cough. He chuckled and said you look fine, he looks sick after which I had to make him give me an exam. He acted as if I was being dramatic whereas my son was actually sick? I trusted nothing he said after that and now need to make an appointment elsewhere for a second opinion after paying a co-pay for both me and my son here.

For some reason or another this sites patient services are getting worse by the day. 30 something minutes and no answer as when my son will be seen. No patients ahead of him. I asked what was the held up and she looked puzzled to my question.....

We were in and out in a little over one hour. It was honestly not bad. The place was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and we were overall happy. The physician Cynthia was wonderful; personable and had great bedside manners. We came on a Tuesday at 3:30 PM. Hopefully we won’t need to return anytime soon, but if I’m in the area, I would choose this place for urgent care.

There were nice, for the most part. Super clean facility! Some of the receptionists seemed new (because she needed a lot of help booking me in from another receptionist) which was a smudge off-putting. Another thing, I felt that the doctor came into the room with too much energy and spooked me a little But he did eventually got me to open up and talk honestly. The nurse assistant (Jackie) was really sweet and comforted me throughout my whole time there. I highly recommend them!! Just remember to call to follow up with them about any test results you may have.

10 always you all are amazing Yes I came there for the first time with no appointment and I was in pain . And your staff from the lovely lady that registered me to the amazing doctor I seen . You all took great care of me and I am completely happy. You all are better than the doctor I had for years . And a plus in my book you all have the forms I needed to give to my job . On April 13, 2022 I went to the Urgent Care Kingsbridge clinic because I was concerned that I may have fractured a rib during a fall three days ago.I was immediately impressed with how spotless the outer office was. The staff that treated me, Devon, Cynthia, and Nicholas were all professional, pleasant, and reassuring. There was no delay and the news about my injury was good - it was a muscle contusion and no bones were broken.An ointment was prescribed and I was relieved due to both the good news and the quality of care.I will definitely return in the future if the need arises.

The location is awesome and their hours are a definite plus! There was barely any wait time but wouldn’t mind waiting if I had to in that waiting area, beautiful and spacious. The rooms are huge, bathrooms are spacious and very well maintained. I like the fact they have a separate room for procedures, they have a huge in-house lab area (got my results within 6 minutes) and it’s definitely cool to be able to have an x-ray done and have the results within minutes as well.Staff were very friendly and the Doctors were great, he really made sure I had a great understanding of what was wrong with me and how I needed to go about to get better :)This will definitely be my go-to spot if I got sick again!

I have issues with my right ear ….. from cancer… every so often, I have to get it drained since my ear can’t exfoliate naturally….This time I had a real bad issues… more then usual…I went to AFC Urgent Care Kingsbridge… from the moment I walked in, until the time they took care of me, it was a pleasure…everyone was professional and more then that….. were extremely nice….Cynthia was Marvelous, caring and attentive…. A real professional…my whole visit from when I walked in until I was treated and left, it was less then an hour….People have to understand….. when you see these negative reviews. That’s was Covid. And everyone had problems including big hospitals. Don’t listen to those reviews. This place is a great addition to our neighborhood. Thank you AFC URGENT CARE KINGSBRIDGE….. and the whole staff…. Especially Cynthia Diaz …….🙏🏽👍🏽❤️ UPDATE….. once again. Since my first visit in June 2022. To 9 months later March 2023 . I had to go in…… and take care of the same issue….. and again……. This place is amazing. I prefer it over my Dr. Office. Clean, efficient, pleasant, quick. These places are normally very unfriendly and cold. Not this facility. Tee drs. Nurses and staff are kind , warm and make you feel liked youve known them forever. My kids LOVE it there too. Thank you for opening a urgent care liked this. I highly recommend it!

I came yesterday to the urgent care one hour before closing time, the representative in front was very rude and had a terrible attitude, and she informed me that Ill be not seen, because she stated they were almost closing. As a patient I deserve a high quality of care, and I come to this urgent care, because I trust the staff with my health but after today, Im very disappointed and wont be back! To those who hire the PCR, consider well who you hire, and implement more on patients rights and be more respectful!!!

A Katrina was the most amazing and professional person ever, I walk in for a covid test for me and my kids and she make my children feel so calm and relax, her cheerful and positive personality make you forget you are in an urgent care. Love the fact that she was very gentle while doing the test that my toddlers didn’t even cry. Thank you all for your hard work and thank you katrina for the amazing service you provide during this difficult times.

If I could give less I would’ve. Their customer service was horrible. I am an asthmatic and there was no service given to me, I waited a long time and there was no movement of patients for them to have me wait so long. When I asked the front desk clerk (only guy there) he was very nonchalant and did not assist. I asked for to see manager and he said he wasn’t there and just gave me an email. Very poor service

This is the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Everyone here is on top of their game and this place runs really smooth. Extremely happy to have found this gem.

They do not know how to work in this place. Not only do you have to wait 8 hours to get seen . There is no organization of any kind there is no compassion . One lady had to use the bathroom after 5 hours of waiting for COVID test and they denied her the bathroom and she came out crying. People waiting with no chance of food or bathroom use . People cutting in line that cops had to come because they don’t know how to be organized . Numbers should be given to each person by turn . It ridiculous and the need more professionals there.

They are horrible. I went in complaing I still had a horrible cough, chest discomfort and difficulty breathing and headache. I had tested positive for covid 10 days prior. They shrugged of my concerns. They had me take a rapid test and it was negative . Then was told its just lingering symptoms you can go back to work. A week later I am still coughing and its getting worse. So I finally went to the ER and was told I have pneumonia. They are only good for testing. Stay clear!!!

I do have to say from the get-go there was a sense of urgency and professionalism. I first called and spoke to Frank over the phone and he was professional and went over pricing with me. When I went into the facility I was amazed how clean and easy to walk too. The paper work was quick and the service was quickly. Adina checked for the vitals as necessary and was friendly and professional. Finally Branch Jr, PA, was the highlight because he was professional courteous, and knew what he was talking about. I want to go back everyday and speak to the new family that was come to the vicinity. Thank you and keep up the phenomenal work you are doing.

This review is based on my second visit to this location (January 2020). The front staff and the medical assistant were consistent in being courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. Although the wait time was much longer than usual (approx. one hour before seeing the PA) I was then seen by a provider named Esther Cohen.Esther’s disposition versus the rest of the staff’s disposition was like night and day. She was unwelcoming from the moment she walked into the room and diagnosed me before doing a physical examination. She appeared disinterested in listening to my follow-up concerns/questions. It is as if she already made up her mind on what I had and did not want to bother doing a physical examination. That’s dangerous for ANY medical provider to do. Never just assume based solely on prior knowledge and discount a patients concerns, especially before even completing a physical examination. This provider should know this. It’s called having bedside manners.When she finally got to my physical exam, she noted a symptom she did not originally blurt out in her initial “diagnosis” before even physically examining me. She offered a treatment in office and walked out of the room before I could even ask a follow up question. I was just left with an uneasiness that no patient coming into an urgent care should be feeling on top of their initial discomfort and pain.She also raised her voice at the MA outside of the room when the MA followed up on what comes after the initial in office treatment and what I was being diagnosed with (since she walked out of the room without giving me a treatment plan or any clarity whatsoever) and that’s when I knew I had to leave.Esther, your bedside manners are in need of serious improvement and I hope no one you truly care about will ever have to experience a provider like you.Based on reviews left by prior patients online, this is not the first or last time she will treat patients like this and I hope corporate follows up on this situation in the appropriate manner. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I will take my health concerns and my insurance to a company that employs providers who are competent in treating patients and their coworkers like actual human beings.After over an hour wasted I went to another urgent care and was promptly treated with kindness, respect and professionalism all the way.

I went to this urgent care yesterday evening. After waiting over a hour a gentleman came out to the waiting area and stated that we was lucky that we were going to be seen because they are already closed. I just ignored it because not once did anyone come out and say I’m sorry we can’t take any more patient throughout the entire time i waited. The front desk staff was nice. However they assumed i was just there for a Covid test & dismissed me. I told them that i wanted to see the doctor. So i wait few minutes and someone comes and basically tells me i have Covid without asking me my symptoms or any other key questions. In addition that he didn’t even evaluate me...i still had my coat on. What annoyed me the most that he came in and didn’t introduce himself, i had to ask him his name and if he was doctor. He was also dressed in regular clothes and seen like he was just a staff. Then before i leave he continues to tell me how lucky i was to be seen because technically they are closed. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

My experience with AFC was nothing out of the ordinary. Their customer service was great in terms of answering my questions and seeing to my needs for an urgent matter. Sunday was my first time visiting the center and I can honestly say Latoya really helped me in terms of my testing concerns.So Latoya, if you see this and I get a call from you guys tomorrow, a million thanks! I really had a hectic week so to be able receive some type of possible good news would be very much needed.Anyway, very surprised at the negative reviews lol probably old management, but overall, had a good experience with the staff.

Excellent service, they are quick to let you know if they take your insurance so, youll know ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. If you want great service l recommend this place a million times.

Overall, a very good experience.The night before I went, I had a severe sore throat, difficulty breathing, swallowing, and talking. I couldnt sleep. First thing in the morning, I went to urgent care -- a 5-minute walk from my apartment. I was the first person there at 8 a.m.The man at the reception desk (Frank) was very friendly and efficient. He also seemed like a real person and had a good sense of humor, which I liked.I gave him my insurance (that was the first thing he asked: if I had insurance; I dont know how my experience wouldve differed if I hadnt), and filled out some forms. (My co-pay was $50 up front.)I waited maybe 10-15 minutes before being called in and seen by a medical assistant, who weighed me (standard procedure, I guess, so they know how much medicine is appropriate for you), took my blood pressure, and asked some basic questions.Richard Branch (not *officially* a doctor, according to his card, but a RPA-C physician assistant --- which basically just means he cant perform surgery, but is qualified in all other ways) came in, and he was also super friendly, human, and funny. Asked questions, looked at my throat, swabbed it to check for strep, and stepped out to test the swab.About 5 minutes later, he came back. I was negative for strep, but had tonsillitis and uvilitis, which had started out viral and then turned bacterial. He prescribed me antibiotics and prednisone, which he sent to the pharmacy before I left, gave me a printout explaining my diagnosis, the medicine prescribed, and other recommendations (drink water! rest!), and sent me on my way.I think I was in and out of their office within 45 minutes.The next day, funny human Frank called to check on how i was feeling and ask if I had any questions. I appreciated that level of attention.Im very happy to have the option of walk-in urgent care in my neighborhood (I dont have a regular doctor).The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that when I went to get my Rx, my insurance wouldnt cover one of them -- because I was prescribed 5 days of 500mg of antibiotics, and insurance would only cover 3 days.I feel like that is something the Urgent Care people should know, or find out, or at least warn you about before they prescribe the medicine -- so that I couldve called my insurance to find out what theyd cover.It turns out 3 days was enough (I started feeling better shortly after taking the antibiotics), but it wasnt fun to have to wait longer and deal with the pharmacist while I was still feeling really awful.Oh, also! They gave me an official doctors note to excuse me from work that day, and the next two days! I didnt take all the days, and my job didnt *require* a note, but it was nice to have it.Again, all in all, a great experience. Almost 5 stars. Really, 4.5.

My 3 years old son had an injury in the face. The Dr. Robert D. Branch that assist my son was amazing. He was so patient with him and my son didnt cried when he put the stitches in his eyebrow. 100% recommended this urgent care.

Today I decided to pop up at the urgent care at Kingsbridge. I like the location and its cleanliness and the VERY handsome and nice front desk very professional, his name started with an I, but dont really remember his name. I wasnt seen because there was too many people in the waiting room and did not stay but I will certainly come back to encounter Mr. Front desk.

The Staff is EXTREMELY friendly, courteous , and very helpful. They took care of all my issues and had a clean and inviting waiting area. A very big thank you to Katrina, Latonya, Ramia, and PA Blackwood all the staff were great and made me feel welcomed and safe!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The staff were amazing!!! And I felt all my complaints were addressed by the physician on duty in a warm and professional manner. I would definitely recommend!!

I am a Canadian presently in Ny on holiday when I suddenly ( a ridiculous accident at home ) hurt my hip- thigh area I didnt know where to go having only been here for 2 weeks. a quick google search brought this clinic up . Not only were they EXCELLENT in terms of service they were unbelievably friendly and accommodating with my Canadian insurance papers . The doctor was excellent, the support staff was excellent and they even gave my son ( a toddler ) two packs of stickers . Parking in the area is also decent which is a rarity in NY. Cannot recommend them enough!

Tecshana Blackwood was a great PA. This was my second visit to the urgent care and honestly it was a pleasure meeting her. She was able to treat my complains and was able to explain eveything to me and even the proper way of taking the medications. She made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and willing to treat me.Honestly, she made my experience much better than my first visit. There was also a wait, but because of her great service ill give it a 5 stars.

DON’T HESITATE!!! I found this place from just walking by and let me tell you it was way better than any other visit I have had with CITYMD. My wait time was 5 min. Frank at the front desk made sure I was seen very quickly and Jackie took my vitals and made me feel so comfortable. When Dr. Batiatto came in he was very professional and genuine with talking to me about my concerns. I appreciate the assistance from the team! Keep it up guys!!!

Love the caring and patient staff. Convenience, close by. I when with my 11 year old daughter and f/up two day after. Since then I been taking it sending everyone that needed urgent care. That are truly a blessing!!!!

❤❤❤❤Today I walked into Urgent care feeling down and worried until I saw a friendly face at the front desk...I spoke to team member about my issue. Team member was so helpful and kind...which is so important in the Medical field. I then made my way to the examination area and encountered another Team member that listened to my concerns that also made me feel like I have been coming there for years, shortly after that Dr. Geevarghese came the room listened and took action and solved my Medical issue and less than 10 minutes. I have never experienced such professionalism from every single Team member at any Medical facility in My life and I am 46 years old. Dr. Gee and her Team are absolutely awesome!!!! and I welcome them with open arms to my neighborhood. Thanks so very much.

The wait was short and the staff was very friendly! The doctor was awesome -- definitely made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. My xrays got done on the spot and I had help booking a referral appointment. Definitely reccommend !

Friendly and fast BUT they obviously don’t listen to the reason you’re visiting. Went in for a PCR and told them it’s for a surgery coming up but instead of putting THAT in my Clinic Summary, they put that I had been exposed to someone who tested positive for covid. IF I were to submit this report to my surgeon I would be ineligible for a much needed surgery. So, as I first stated, whist they may be friendly and fast, it turned out to be a waste of my time for their falsification of the document. Been going here since they opened but this experience has changed my mind and I will find another company to go to. 🤬🤬

I had to bring my son in for some care asap and got turned down all because i couldn’t pay a co pay fee. i feel like hospitals/clinics etc shouldn’t turn ANYONE down regardless of their financial issues, especially if they have a baby. i’m choosing to send my son elsewhere, a better urgent care, cause this ain’t it

Came in for the COVID test feeling quite sick after having a positive result with the home kit because I needed a proof for my employer. The place was empty but I still waited for about 20 minutes to be called in. The technician used a swab on one of my nostrils for about 2 seconds and said that it was all thats needed. The test came back negative. I didnt believe that and went to a nearby CityMD (a few blocks away) where the test was done properly (both nostrils, about 10 sec each) and surely came back positive and I was prescribed to isolate myself for 5 days. If I had just trusted the AFCs results I would gone to work the next business day and spread the virus to other people. I work at a school.

MA Katryna made my experience smooth and easy. She was informative and walked me through the whole process. She was sweet and kind to my toddler- even went above and beyond to entertain her while I took xrays. Radiologist tech Ian was fast and thorough. Excellent experience overall.

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had from a physician. I went there early in the morning so yes I was first to be seen but the professionalism of the doctor that I saw was so uncomfortable that I wanted to cry. When I was there and told of my diagnosis without testing or swabs, I could not believe my ears. So when I left here I went to another urgent care provider who actually did testing and now I know that the diagnosis the physician originally gave me was wrong. He gave me medicine for something I didn’t mean luckily I chose not to take it. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT. It sucks that this is what I have to deal with in my own neighborhood.

I waited in line for 6 hours, 6 HOURS to get a rapid covid test. They have the most inefficient service I have ever experience. I was number 56 and after 6 hours decided to go home because I had a high fever. My friend was at another facility at the same time as me, she was number 72 and after a couple of hours she was done and home.

Words cannot describe how much I appreciate AFC kingsbridge. I just was given the covid 1st dose and I would start off first by saying, WOW. This is my first visit to a different afc than the one near me and only at afc, including both the rockland and now the kingsbridge location, have I had such a great experience. some talented people. Lawrence and Umar took care of me, as well as a nice young lady who did my shot. She was so good at giving the shot it, i literally felt NOTHING! She did it so smooth and quick i didnt feel anything! Which for a person like me who is scared of needles means a lot. The level of professionalism and quality is incredibly impressive.I have nothing but good things to say, I would reccomend afc kingsbridge and their rockland location anytime! Thanks for the awesome service!

Go early in the morning if you dont want to wait long outside due to Covid 19. They move very slow in calling you to see a doctor but they seem to be some what faster than CityMD. The key is to go in early. They claim they open at 8:00 but did not open the door until around 8:12/8:15am and by then the line starts growing. I was first in line and they put other people ahead of me. They should be taking people in the order that they are in the line. It is not fair, right , or professional. You cant claim you open at 8am and staff is just coming in at 8. The male rereceptionist was getting an attitude because people wanted to come in because it is going on 8:00am. Only one staff said good morning as they went in the office.

Staff shows up late and leaves the line of people out in the coldest of days not even letting them wait in the waiting area outside of the office. Opened doors at 8:20am the worst experience with an AFC location. All the staff rolled in with an attitude and late locking doors behind them. BE CAREFUL! If you go in for a COVID test, they claim its a doctors appointment and scam you/your insurance company. I received a letter 5 months after the test claiming I owed a co-pay. They claim I was seen by Dr R Gupta but this is a flat out lie. I called to sort this out but their customer service reps are incompetent.

I cannot express the professional conduct of PA Blackwood, Re:Rania, and MA: Katryna. THEY made me feel like I mattered as a walk in patient their professionalism was AWESOME!!! They take care of you better and quicker than the emergency room. THEY checked my vitals,and xrays THEY are extremely clean and sanitary. I would recommend anybody to come to Urgent Care I rate THEM an A+. PA:Blackwood RE:Rania AND MA: Katryna were Outstanding!!!!!!!!!

Worse experience ever, dont get me wrong the MA was a sweetheart, but the PA had a nasty attitude her name is Esther Cohen. I dont know if she was having a bad day, but that dont give her the right to have such attitude towards your patient. Plus shes very unprofessional unlike the MA, the MA was very professional, place was clean but the PA needs to fix her attuned issue.

The wait was long but that’s not surprising, more surprising was how the doctor rudely questioned why I wanted a COVID test, as if I were wasting her time. When I told her, I wanted to be sure - she continued to question and then walked out of the room as if bothered by my responses. She was “convinced I was hiding something from her”...

Excellent service all around. Robert Branch and Katryna were great and made my daughters experience painless and smooth. From start to finish, we were out in less than an hour. Would highly recommend 100%. Thanks Again!!!!

Do not get your Covid test here. Went in on 3/18 for rapid test and I was negative and given my result in a printed sheet. Received a call the very next day 3/19 and told my PCR test was positive and I needed to quarantine. I had never requested a PCR and they told me it was up to the discretion of the nurse to run the PCR or not. Went and got retested that day 3/19 with a PCR test and got back my results 2 days later. I was negative. They didn’t want to test me when I went because they said the PCR is accurate. Luckily I also did another PCR in another location and also came back negative. I don’t know if it’s a mishandling of labs specimens or what but there is no way they can justify sending me home with a negative result, calling me back to say I was positive and testing the next day (at my insistence) to come out negative. This is not okay.

The service here is terrible, the nurses/MA act as if you are a bother . Went in today to get a Test and was told by the nurse I was wasting her time, when I told her I have a right to be tested she followed me out the urgent care while continuing to be offensive. They need to hire new staff

I came here and NP. Cynthia help me a lot and had a lot of patience with me. The girls from the front help me with my insurance although I didn’t have my insurance card.

The staff when you come in which was 2 young ladys they look a lil like was very patient explain everything to my mother what had to be done and the doctor in the back when she was cleaning my leg and finger she was very good told me I had to get a needle and it was gonna be like a pinch she was very good when it came to cleaning my finger it had a lot of puse coming out she was excellent

Times like this when COV Variance are spreading all over NYC . Urgent care needs to be more flexible with their hours waiting for 4+ in a 30 degree weather and not been seen for a cov testing. it’s not acceptable at all. This can cause hypothermia.

Bad service - closes at 5 but they will tell you theyre closed at 4. You wont get notified for your covid test, you will have to call yourself and ask. They wont send you anything that verifies you had a test done just a word from a person when you call, unless you go there again to ask for some proof, not even an email which is supposedly because of technical difficulties.

Definently unprofessional i went 2 times for the same thing totaly DIFERENT doc opinion i hade an acident on my eldow and my elbow shallow it was lik3 a golf ball attached to my arm and the doc say thats nothing go. Home dont examinate but it wass bithering me and i wen to a different doc and he gave alot of shut for the infaction i hade

12/27, short staffed due to internal covid woes, which is not the reason for my rating. Line management is non-existent, leaving those waiting in line for 6 hours w/ hope that they may be seen, but will not. Need to use a numbering system, and cap the line hours before close to prevent people from collapsing from the elements, as happened today. Disgraceful outcome but god bless to all those being affected by this spike.

Dr Salazar and staff were great. Professional. Calm. Saw me within five minutes. Out 45 minutes later ... on New Years Eve!

Do not go here! They totally scam you and your insurance company. I went last year for a COVID test and they are (in May) trying to charge me a co-pay. This is illegal.

Not a good system at all you wait eight hours and then they say they cannot see you to take a rapid covid test they even turn away pregnant women making line 9 or 10 hous very bad administration things need to be done better to take proper care of the patients I do not recommend the place to anyone.

I visited this location because I was hurt in the process of working. As soon as I arrive SHIRLEY was very attentive, caring and gentle with me! I truly appreciate her work here.

Went there twice. Both time wrong diagnose. The one seeing the patients is not an MD.

As a healthcare provider it is great to receive the quality care I provide to my patients.

They wouldn’t do covid and strep tests in front of me. Tested positive for covid. Went to 3 other places and all found me positive for strep and negative for covid. Stay away!

Physician refused to treat my wife didnt even acknowledge her asthma issues. This was a waste of time.

At times they good but today they kept me waiting today for hours and when I was seen waited some much more and for my high blood pressure pills they didnt said it to the pharmacy woo unbelievable

It just opened. You would think it be an amazing addition to the neighborhood. Just a great addition to have access to medical care when you need it. Unfortunately it seems they consider money a large factor into being able to be seen by anyone. Disappointed.

Dont bother showing up when they first open. Waited outside in the cold for over half an hour after they supposedly opened with a handful of other people. The one staff member present made several excuses all amounting to no one is here.

Went to get tested for Covid, horrible guy at the front rude and condescending. Was not wearing a mask and very disrespectful. My suggestion walk a few blocks down and go to CityMD.. such a difference.

I went to get tested for COVID and 3 people passed in front of me and when I asked the secretary why this happened, she only told me that maybe they were searched in the back so I sat down and waited. He didnt even bother to see why this happened.

Its very good but they should have someone who speaks Spanish and I know and they made me wait and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes and nothing
