They take care of you all the way, i was scared first but they are very welcoming and open minded, its great for first timers specially who struggling in this aspect. Kudos to Brittney! She fantastic social worker and the rest who works there

I’ve been going here since 2000s. They’re very knowledgeable and I have actually skipped the trip to my actual doctor because they have more resources and info than them. I’ve even gone here while I was pregnant and got better answers than my own doctor. You get better help too because it’s their specialty. I never really had to wait king ever but then again I’ve only gone in the morning. Since the pandemic, then changed some things, like they are more safer with COVID and there is social distracting practicing in there. You don’t have to sit anyone, which is actually comforting that you don’t have to Sit next to anyone. The chairs are all 6 feet apart. Confidential and reliable. It’s a clean place and informative. There’s a TV while you wait which gives even more info. Pretty good.

I was there today and I loved it. Every single person who assisted me was super friendly and professional. I am so glad I decided to go to this location and not the one I was going to go to in Manhattan. Getting there from where I live in the Bronx was super easy and like I mentioned every single staff at this location was super great and yes I was there to be treated so I am not just writing this review to be nice or anything like that. I wish I had their names but to everyone who assisted me at this location on 03/06/18 THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Keep it up!

My second time here and my experience has been great. Staff here is friendly especially the doctor I forgot her name but she is great. Today it was a quick visit however the other time did take some time.

Ive come here like 4 times and brought my ladies here several times. My throuples dont happen without a negative battery of tests. So this place is great. And Ladies make ya men get tested so they cam shoot up the club all day. Lol 😆

Respectful and professional staff, wait times are reasonable and the care received was excellent. Overall a gem for the neighborhood. Also youll get a kick out of the free-roaming roosters in the block, too cute :)

This place is amazing with amazing staffs. I recommend everyone to this location. The NP Elizabeth is very patient and kind and ofc knowledgeable.

I’ve been going here since about 2015 and they’ve always been the best in my opinion and I travel from Brooklyn. They are quick respectful clean and the staff are very well educated on their jobs at the facility. I appreciate them

One of the best places to get tested in the Bronx. You’re in and out and the staff is professional. And you can come here if you don’t have insurance they’re really for the people !

Best clinic ever hands down I been going here for years the only down fall is the wait time is very long and can be troubling sometimes so make sure you come early also the doctor I seen is very friendly and make you feel at home

Been coming here since 2000.Sometimes a wait but very confidential.The 1st time I came here they scared me.Told me to call back for my results, when I did, they said they couldnt do it over the phone, I had to come down...oh you know I WAS FREAKED OUT...I went down and they told me my test was negative...RELIEF.But the person explained to me they did it that way to make you think about your choices, and REALLY give you an idea what it would be like if your were HIV+....I understood, but it scared the hell outta me.Good thing I have a strong heart.Going today to get my annual test.I recommend this location to ALL.

Just horrible. Trying to call to make an appt or even speak to someone in general the wait is 11 min or longer. They have you on the phone waiting for 20 min straight. I called around 12noon trying to make a same day appt been on hold off and on until 1:30 by time I got someone there were two spots left she put me on hold for 23 min and they hung up. I called back waiting another 11 min to talk to someone and they told me the nurse was on break call back at 2:00 😡 I called back at 2:00 waiting another 9 min to speak to someone and there wasnt anymore appts. UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!

The place was overall neat & clean, the staff was friendly & courteous. Yet the number listed does not ring at all there.. the TeleVox/ LabCalls # & website does not work at all which means im gona have to go in person to get results, which will be my 2nd time doing so; my sons went 6-7 months ago and still cant get thru the website or 866 #.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BRUCE IS AMAZING WITH HOW THOROUGH AND INFORMATIVE HE IS ABOUT THE STDS AND HOW TO PREVENT CATCHING ANYTHING AS WELL AS PROVIDING RESOURCES AND INFORMATION. THE ONLY PLACE I COME TO IN NYC TO GET TESTED !!!

Great place to get tested, very relaxed and no judgement. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and actually care about this community.

They did a full screening and gave me a pap smear. Clean and the staff are nice and communicate well. Only took 2 hours for everything.

This is my favorite place to go for any std or hiv testing, they are fast private, professional and free!

They kick me out the clinic when I asked to be checked. The manager told me she doesn’t care about my mental health or anything. I’m really hurt and feel upset like commiting suicide.

Wait time is ah bit long but this place is honestly amazing. Very nice ; very clean. Worth a visit.
