Horrible. Please do not give them your money, it is daylight robbery. I was going into sepsis unknowingly. I called to ask for an appointment because I did not know what was wrong, I described my symptoms very thoroughly (so it should have been very evident to a DOCTOR what was happening), the doctor told me to take an advil because it just sounds like cramps and that she “doesn’t know what else to tell me to be honest”. She is horrible!!!!!!!!! Would not be surprised if her license is fake.The psychiatrist, Dr. Bha, said I could not have a diagnosis because I graduated college. Then proceeded to compare me asking question about the side effects of a medicine to him taking his car to the mechanic and asking the mechanic too many questions. I am not a car, I am a human being who is entitled to proper medical care. They are all jokes.The receptionists at adult internal medicine & psychiatry are sweet hearts & maybe the only competent employees in the entire building, but every provider working here was hired at this clinic in specific for a reason. Inept doctors perfectly fit for an unprofessional, inattentive, and joke of a clinic.

This place is so unprofessional the worst doctors they just want to charge your insurance. Dr. Calderon the director is running a clinic scheme to charge your insurance with no regards to your health.Very ghetto all her employees are unprofessional do not trust her with your health they do not care. Find a good doctor also their pharmacy sucks

I had the worst experience here a couple years back with the GYN. Last week I got a call from the receptionist and she was so kind she convinced me to go back she let me know the other GYN was nice and she was the sweetest GYN ever. I had to come back today for a sonogram which I didn’t even end up getting because the radiologist GENESIS thought I wasn’t listening when she said I was “getting on her nerves” to the other receptionist because I was ready to be seen.Than she tried to lie and apologize saying she was talking about her student, I was standing right outside the door I heard everything and she tried to lie in my face. So unprofessional, never coming back here.

As a new patient today all I can say is “ I was very impressed and amazed on how compassionate and professional the staff was” I am so happy I found this office.The front desk staff did a wonderful job assisting me as a new patientThe medical assistants and nurses were so kind and patient they didn’t rush the process and definitely took the time to meet my child’s needs. They made sure all the paperwork was accurate and done properly and of course I had to save the best for last… the DOCTOR WAS AMAZING MAN !!!Dr. Jorge Corneille is literally the nicest doctor I ever met, he was so knowledgeable about everything and reassured that this is his purpose in life. Idk how people can still go to see Dr. Calderon, she’s the worst. I took my father today and she was no help at all, me personally would not attend this clinic for service, idk how she got her license, was it gifted to her.

I’ve loved this place since our first visit over 7 years ago. The building offers a variety of medical & social services. They even hold events for the community. One of the clinics best characteristics was how well staff dealt with excessive crowds when they offered walk in services. However Phone lines are messed up & Walk-ins are no more since the COVID outbreak. So appointments only and I have to come in person to make certain appointments.

Overall negative experience in terms of treatment from staff. Keep in mind Im recalling events from when I was a kid but based on the other reviews it seems not much has changed.I went to therapy here and while I do have a few nice memories, many of them involve the staff being really judgmental and inappropriate, making negative remarks about me and my struggles as a kid. When my mom and I would have conflicting ideals they would side with her completely and treat her opinions more valuable than mine in a dismissive manner (Because she said so, Because shes your mom). On top of this, often times my depressive symptoms such as not being driven enough to leave my bed on most days and take care of myself and my body, got me labeled as lazy by both my therapist and the interpreters she would bring in when my mom was in the room. I was also always scolded for certain behaviors and traits like rarely smiling, performing poorly in school and not showing interest in mundane activities such as chores or tasks associated with minimum wage work.Now as an adult with diagnosed ADHD and autism I can recognize these things as a result of not having proper accommodations and treatment rather than just laziness. Dont bring your kid here for therapy, these staff arent trained to deal with behavioral problems in a mature manner and will end up just making them feel worse.

This places is horrendous… if your not Spanish, they treat you real messed up… Smart mouths , especially the Pregnant short doctor, they double book, for appointments, your waiting for years… They keep sending you back and forth to same doctors, never correctly diagnosing you…, I advise all People go to where they care about you and your health!!! Never answer phone, workers walking around cussing on personal phones, this place needs to be investigated!!!

No stars because I haven’t been able to make an appointment for a month I’ve been calling non stop on my days off and I cannot afford to take off of work to make an appointment in person. This kind of service is what is wrong with the health care system in NYC especially in the lower income communities. Fire the staff and start fresh because clearly even the mangers aren’t managing.

I come to this location because my GYN is amazing. The one star is not for her, its for the lack of answering the phones. I have been calling for 3 days to make an appointment. I should not have to take off of work to go to the facility to make an appointment. Its ridiculous. Whomever manages this location need to hire people to answer the phone! Unprofessional

I went here a long time ago and I was thinking of coming back because I loved Jasmine from the mental health clinic. however to make a appointment over the phone is impossible. they dont pick up the phone and if they do they put you on hold and hang up on you. I tried three times and didnt have any luck. They arent busy on a Wednesday morning so idk what they doing that they cant pick up a phone. Please try to look for another option.

I been coming to this clinic since I was young I’m 24. Even before COVID the people at the front desk of the gyn department DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. I always have to call another department to complain for them to answer or call the gyn department repeatedly to get an answer. The doctor is good but as for everyone else. I think they need to hire people that don’t ignore the phones especially in a medical facility at 9:00 AM

This medical facility is horrible. The wait time is 2 hours or more. The most bothersome part of my experience is the ineptness of the staff. There are several times Ive been left on hold and they change policy putting patients in danger. My daughter was out of medication and like Ive previously done, made a trip to pick up prescription because she was given a date to get a new prescription that was over half a month away. Im told she needs to see her therapist twice a month. Although Id never experience this before, this facility had no problem denying my child medication even though she had already made one visit and was scheduled to make her second visit two days later. This incompetence was the last straw. If your child needs mental health treatment I implore you to find another location. The doctors nor the staff have the patients best interest.

The staff at pediatrics department at Boston Road Medical Center is very unprofessional either on the phone or in-person. Every time I brought my child there, we had to wait up to 2 hours even though we had a scheduled appointment. When you call them to ask for copy of medical records, unless you speak Spanish, they show little willingness to help; They just transfer the call and no one picks up the line after transfer. If you value your time, dont ever go there!

Im forced to give this place one star just to warn you guys not to come here. Dont waste your time. My mother was referred here three months ago and she still hasnt met her doctor. Her first two appointments we were told she was running late. We waited an hour and a half each time and she never showed. Now were sitting here and again shes running late. If you value your time dont even bother. Im taking my mom to another doctor where they are more considerate of the patients.

Horrible experience. If the phone gets picked up after a dozen or so rings you get put on hold, and then get disconnected most of the time. Takes multiple attempts to get through. My psychiatrist emailed in the wrong prescription and after i emailed and left messages for a whole week, she never returned my call and then went on vacation. When I spoke to her supervisor I was told they were unsure when she would return and that there was nothing they can do. If i have an actual emergency I should go to the emergency room. 6 weeks later come to find out the psychiatrist is gone for good and now they want to make an appointment for me with the new psychiatrist. I told the supervisor I thought this whole situation was very unprofessional to which she said I dont understand their policies, therefore i am incorrect. Well I am now going elsewhere, good luck to anyone who is still going here.

Staff is rude. Called on the phone to change prescription, the lady that answer said to come in the next week because doctor was on vacation. I come in and they refused to see me without an appointment. She said there is no exceptions. If I needed an appointment why didn’t she say so over the phone instead of wasting me time and telling me to come in person.

This place is excellent! Everything you need under one roof! The staff is great and I still get to say hi to my childhood doctor DR. Cornielle ! So many negative reviews on their page and they are honestly the best pediatrics and doctors in the Bronx!

My son has autism nd even after I tell them he cant wait too long they still make us wait a long time while I been seeing other people coming after me get inside to be seen in less than a minute. Today I went there because there is a chance that he has the flu. Well.... after 2 hours there I am now in an Urgent care because they told me I had to wait a few days to know if he has flu or not. Wow!

BEWARE: Doctor David LaZala is an inappropriate doctor. I do not recommend this doctor for women patients. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. Receptionist don’t have people skills. The nurse and person who drew my blood were great people and workers but it doesn’t make up for the time and dignity wasted here!

Horrible place they don’t pick up the phone and if they do they hang up on you. last time I went I waited 2 and a half hours to see the doctor & to get a form I left a week before for the doctor to fill out. I gave them a star only because they aren’t rude very nice people but this place needs to learn how to manage their time & pick up the phone

This used to be a good clinic but not no more . They always changing Doctors, when ever i have an apointment i never get to see my Doctor is alwayd someone else. Plus this random Dr gave me a prescription which he never sent to my pharmacy and i been calling the clinic for 5 days straight to get in contact with someone about it and no one picks up the phone at any hour of the day. I am so disappointed

This place is pretty bad. Ive waited hours upon hours for a simple physical examination. I arrive 30 mins before my appointment just to stand around for much too long. The staff are not bad but theyre not good. Either way they have to fix whatever system theyre using to make it more efficient.

I just called to make an appointment for my children, the nurse told me to hold to have a conversation with someone and had me on hold for 4 minutes. The conversation had nothing to do with health, just gossiping. SMH!!!! That is really unprofessional!!! Im looking for a new clinic for my children because their service suck and they should have well English speaking nurses.

Ive been going there since Im 15 and it was amazing at that point but right after I had my daughter everything changed , doctors changing , no pick up calls and the wait annoying , Recently I had a bad experience with my daughter at the pediatrics, the nurse was very rude to be working with a child and I felt so bad I even cried after I left . You guys need to talk to your nurses and if they not capable to work and have patience with kids then DO NOT TAKE THE JOB !!!!

This was the nicest clinic ive ever been to, the staff and doctors are so nice and professional. I needed paper work filled out and they got it done for me on the same day unlike the last clinic I went to I would recommend for people to go with their kids they also have different specialties DR CORNIELLE IS THE BEST!

Ive been going here since i was a 2 but the service is just terrible on the phone and in person as well it just gets worse as time goes by. Theyre unorganized and very unprofessional. I bring my 3 year old here but after today I will be going to another pediatrician

Horrible ( I Called and couldnt get thru to anyone )waiting for almost 2HRs was told by my insurance company thats this clinic does prenatal care , it doesnt I have to be referred to the clinic which I just found out the OBGYN clinic is right upstairs, but if that was the case why do I need to be seen by this internal medicine clinic , shouldve just sent me right up to obgyn to do a prego test and then got a prenatal appointment. Finally once I got seen after waiting almost 2hrs , I had to then wait some more to set up a OBGYN appointment , but still have to come in 2 days to get a blood test read to see if Im prego or not, which the pee test came back positive 🙄 Hoping the OBGYN clinic is more organized then this clinic

Horrible service at the dentist, they make an appointment for you and then when you arrive on time they tell you that you have 4 people before you and that even if you have an appointment it is on a first-come, first-served basis, my child should have extracted his tooth before the other one comes out

This place is so racist. If youre not hispanic you wont get the proper service. They NEVER answer the phone and the doctor always screws up my monthly prescription. One of the doctors even misdiagnosed me and tried to make me take meds before the actual test resulst even came back. Definitely finding a new doctor.

5 starts for this place the Doctors are great Dr.Franco is the best he resolve your problem in the first visit very professional as well as Doctor Cornielle his always very kind and excellent person some people complain about this place because they want to be seen as soon as they enter the door like if they just went there to buy groceries people need to understand specially parents that their child health is more important than anything every where you go you have to wait because you are not the only person waiting everytime I go there is always want parent talking rude to the staffs those people are just doing their job they do the best that they can it may not be easy to deal with does disrespectful parents every day they always treat me great some of the staff are very friendly .

The staff is rude, the wait time is extreme and is just a waste of time. The doctors are gold but the staff is just disorganized. Two times they have given me documents that belong to other patients.

This place is horrible, you wait HOURS to be called just for them to check your weight, etc. Then they send back in the waiting room to wait more HOURS to be seen for what you really went to go in for. Horrible they need a better system.

Made me wait over an hour to get my results of the physical that I was supposed to pick up. The service is not in order here, it depends on how much you pressure them, theres no organization, no order, no numbers. Dont expect anything form this place

I love the best pediatricians for my baby 👶they are all very kind and there is very good service they have always treated my baby and me very well 👏🏻since my baby was born I have taken him there and I have always been very satisfied ✅and when It has made me sick, they are looking for a solution with the excellent treatment of my baby 🥰😇✅✅

I dont recommend it. First of all, its super disorganized. I have to have a sonogram and I have to go without eating from 10 in the morning and I had to go home without doing it. There were supposedly three patients in front of me from 10 in the morning until 1: 30 I had to leave and I couldnt do it, thats an abuse... Or and most importantly, the secretaries or the department to make the appointments are very rude and they close the phone and dont let you do what you want. you need... The doctor gives me a date to return and when I want to make appointments like the doctor, they tell me no... I dont understand anything... a mess...

Cardiologist. Cardiology. Unimaginable: I book an appointment a month in advance, Nov 10/2021, when I go the girl does not register me in the system, I make another appointment in two weeks Nov 24/2021 I come back, I call the office to tell them that I am delayed looking for parking that Im going to go up, Unfortunately its One Fifteen (1:15pm) I mean, unfortunately, its there but those who arrive after one in the afternoon 1pm dont attend.

I am very satisfied with the service. My son has been treated by Dr. Franco since he was born, he is already 6 years old and so is the one-year-old baby. He feels so comfortable with his Dr. That if it is not with him he will not be treated. My son feels so comfortable that every time he goes to the clinic he talks a lot with them, especially with Carolina. Excellent in pediatrics, as is the entire team. They always help me with my concerns, they treat me with a lot of respect.

Doctor Manuel Franco Cornielle is the best pediatrician in this clinic, kind and concerned about the well-being of his patients. Because of him, it was discovered that my son had autism and hyperactivity in time and I was able to give my son therapies and today he speaks two languages ​​fluently and is very intelligent, without his help I dont know what would have happened to my son. Thank God there are still Doctors who love what they do! 🙏🏻

This place was once a clinic that provided very good service but for one season now; going, calling or getting a referral is a nightmare. They send the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies, you call and they dont answer or they put you on hold while you speak or without you saying a word they hang up on you; They make appointments with specialists without your availability and say that they send referrals but that is not the case. Im not just talking about pediatrics, internal medicine is worse! Dont settle for having a full office, provide good service too; Many of us go where they treat us well and we feel like family; others remain full because it is close or because of the language. After giving so many opportunities for me, enough was enough.

Very bad service, they send you the wrong medicines to the pharmacy... and it bothers me because many times they dont send you referrals to the pharmacy. Because they dont do it, you have to go to the doctor, who you have to wait 3 hours and to make matters worse, when you go to the pharmacy they give you the wrong one, I mean wrong because the doctor didnt see the patients history... I mean, they take money from your insurance because they are irresponsible, they are not able to see in the history what was the last pill he prescribed or saw you. In person I do not recommend this clinic....

I have never been lucky enough to communicate by phone, they transfer, wait time and never offer the desired information, apart from the fact that the dentist along with her assistant, while they treated me, were more aware of the novel and internal gossip from their workplace than the service they offered me. Terrible customer service.

To dr. I give it 5, but the service from those in front is terrible, when there are two girls in particular that I dont know the name, its a shame, to put here they were uff 100%, after they started to change I understand that they have many patients, but it cant be that one has to go through so much for them to give a note to the doctor
