I came here for a pregnancy test and sonogram. The staff is competent and caring, they made me feel comfortable in which ever choice i decided to make. And sonogram was done. There is a small fee but its only 10 dollars if you write a review for the office. Would recommend

I felt extremely comfortable here. The women here were very respectful and made me feel at home. I didnt feel forced with anything, I felt comfortable talkingtabout my issue, and I was informed on everything that I needed to know. I would definitely recommend coming here for a pregnancy test or just to get a good check up or information on your pregnancy or your body.

Great staff made you feel really comfortable and gave you more then enough information. Only down fall is I was not told that I would have to pay $20 for STD testing. Which is not a problem until you show up with no money. Would have liked to known that when I called 2 days prior. Other then that I recommend this place to any one looking for other pregnancy alternatives.

This place is so helpful!! Today I went there to ask a question and they ask if I needed their services such as offering me baby supplies and I was given 1 box of pampers, 8 organic enfamil milk , and baby clothes. I was shock and soGrateful. I nearly cried because I wasnt expecting it. I highly recommend coming to this place.

When I came into this place I was welcomed . The energy of this place is great . I had to wait a bit long until I got my check up but the people that work here was great and super friendly and understanding .

There services here are fast and thorough, I was recommend by my aunt who brought her daughter here and she said they liked their experience, everyone is super nice and friendly they explain everything you need to know, I was told I would like it here and they were right I would recommend this place to anyone looking for free pregnancy tests or abortions.

Customer service on the phone is unhelpful, he kept cutting me off, although I was asking a question but complained of not understanding my question, then tried to brush me off with an answer that he couldn’t possibly have for me as he’s not a Dr. then hung up on me. If your mission is to save children it should first start with someone who’s warm, empathetic and professional please somebody go get the grand uncle off that phone!

Dont name yourselves Free Abortion Alternatives and then give a potential client an attitude over the phone when inquiring about said Free Abortion Alternatives. Abortion is a touchy subject, and plenty of women are in a vulnerable state of mind when they are trying to get an abortion. Surely, we are all capable of doing our own research when it comes to the abortion laws in the respective states we wish to get an abortion from, but when a client calls you to simply ask about the services, do not speak to us over the phone like we are incompetent. Its already awkward as is trying to figure out what questions to muster out when talking over the phone about abortion services, do not make it any harder for your recipients over the phone. You do not know who your potential client on the phone is going through or what got her to be in the position of the unwanted pregnancy...The least you can do is speak to her with the dignity she deserves during her very vulnerable and puzzling time.

This place is veery safe and trusting. The staff is nice and professional. They try to help given the circumstances you might be in. Also is very clean

I came in with a friend who wanted an abortion and she was 17 weeks. Her family was pressuring her and she really wanted to keep. The staff workers listen, showed compassion and encouraged her in ways her parents should have and even gave my friend referrals to places were she can get the supplies she needs for the baby. They even offered to refer her to a maternity home so she doesnt have to live under her parents pressure.

Everyone was very respectful and really want to help. They made me feel so comfortable and understood my situation and want to make sure I have a safe procedure.

This place made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They ask for your social security number and ask about you religious beliefs. The older womans jokes are hurtful. This place just looks weird. It looks like an rusty, old apartment. The doctors do not even look like doctors.

Greeted once I walked in, there’s a ladies who I believe is there to talk to you for help if you need any psychological help. And nurse was very nice and helpful with other exams.

I wasnt sure what to do, my boyfreind was pressuring me so I found Free Abortion Alternatives in The Bronx and Brooklyn, the woman who answered was really nice to me, she didnt talk down to me. I came in for the free pregnancy test and they really listened to me about my abortion questions. I feel like I have support now and resources and real help! Thank you!!!

This place is ran by anti abortionist that try to discourage you from your choices with lies. April who pretends to be a doctor there said Planned parent hood steals your DNA, uses a hanger and chargers $2,500 first of all what doctor who didnt even wear scrubs came into the broken down house themed office with old couches and dirty walls wearing jeans and a sweater and a jansport backpack makes a pregnancy joke about hangers??? They ask you for all your information including your social and other weird personal information like when was the last time you attended church services.

This facility lies to patients about abortion access and does not give all options counseling

That clinic showed me a scary video of things that might happen to me if I get an abortion and was telling me I shouldnt get one and I didnt feel comfortable there at all. I wouldnt recommend nobody to go there.. It look hidden and small
