Dr. Park was absolutely professional and kind. Overall, the practice was clean, and thorough, however, I didn’t like the fact that I was sent paperwork to fill out the day before and got to the office and was asked to do it again! Most of the staff were pleasant but there was one who was stand off ish. Nevertheless, I will go back for follow ups, etc.

I have been coming for years to this clinic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The best part is the timely manner they operate I was in and out in 45 mins.

Dr. Brian Park has been an amazing doctor! The office is always clean and love the plants. Everyone in the office makes you feel so welcomed. They are Fast and always friendly. Thank you for everything!

1000000% recommend this location (despite a slight hiccup in communication during the first visit).For context : I scheduled an appointment online and when the day came, I called to ensure that my Insurance was accepted and was told that it indeed was and that all Id have to pay was the $75 copay. I called beforehand because I knew Id have to book a round-trip Uber and didnt want to risk doing that for no reason. I showed up to the location and everything was beautiful and clean and all staff members from the entrance to the upstairs desk were absolute sweethearts. I spoke to the woman at the desk who told me there would be a (pretty hefty) charge that I was, in no way, anticipating and when I inquired as to what I was told the morning of about my insurance covering my visit, no one owned up to speaking to me/telling me this. I wasnt a fan of this part.However, the woman I was speaking to was very apologetic and even offered information of other locations that might be able to offer financial assistance which I appreciated.Cut to todays visit : I ended up having to come back because the provided places didnt offer any assistance after all and ultimately, I just felt the most comfortable at Dr. Emilys office considering how they handled our previous encounter. The women who took my blood work was INCREDIBLY informative, the woman who provided me a quick exam before seeing the doctor was AMAZINGLY comforting in my concerns and fears and Dr. Park was the ABSOLUTE sweetest in how he walked me through everything, what to expect and even gave me a care package.I couldnt have had a better hand to hold through all of this and recommend them highly.

I’m very impressed and happy with the care that I received from the healthcare team at Dr.Emilys. The waiting times are not bad of course depending on the day you go in. I love the aura of the waiting room on the second floor! The plants brighten up the room and give you a sense of peace. I love how they always have a good show on. As for care, they get the job done well with their patients in mind. I also like how consistent they are with aftercare wanting to make sure the patient is doing well and updating me on steps I needed to take if any. Another thing I loved was that I didn’t have my physical insurance card but was able to email them a picture with ease.

I never had a bad experience here except for today. I called at 10:45 AM to reschedule my 10:45 AM appointment and the rude receptionist who picked up said “ we don’t have anything scheduled for you. “ I replied and said I got a confirmation call and email confirming my appointment which she then replied “ well you want to reschedule right? “she then proceeds to give me a date and time that I did not ask for and when I told her I didn’t ask for that time nor date , she replied “ then when did you want to reschedule? “ I told her next weekend the same time and she replied there’s only an 8AM. All this to say , if you hate your job, then don’t work in something that requires CARE AND COMPASSION. I then hung up and called back and someone picked up and hung up on me. To whoever that receptionist is, GOOD LUCK! You will lose out on clientele and women because of her dirty attitude.

I think that Dr Emily health clinic is one of the best most comfortable professional clinic I have ever been to in my 35 years of living.. y’all are appreciated In everything you do.

The staff was respectful and the process seems like its long but its really a in and out situation. The most your sitting in that chair waiting for someone to call your name is about 10 mins maybe 15 minutes top

My visits are always pleasant and quick. Really nice and helpful staff. I came here many times for many different reasons and they have been consistent with my checkups and responsive about any information I needed. I like that they can accommodate my appointments. They dont do breast exams. What is the point? They also charged me $25 for an exam but called me after my appointment because they accidentially discharged my Urin. Disappointing expirience.

Im going to Dr Emily Womens Center since when I was 19 years old. Up to today, De Brian Park and Vivian are taking good care of me to solved the issues I have inside my body. Trust me they know what theyre talking about no matter what issue you have they will make sure youre doing well. I also happy the receptionist let all women take pregnancy test before you see the doctor for safety. I want to thank them for everything. Im grateful.

I dont usually leave a review, but going here was a horrible experience. I went in after an hour of waiting was made extremely uncomfortable by a male gyno and in the end never got my results for what I went in to check up. I called them and they said they lost my results because of a mix-up. Terrible service, terrible experience, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would went for an appointment today the staff there was very rude arguing with a young girl there calling her out her name me as well I also gotten kick out because I was trying to defend the young lady very disrespectful doctors told me they would not see will complaint about do not go unless you was too loser your mind

Horrible do not recommend unless you want to be traumatized for lifeWhether I would’ve went or not the outcome was still the same, your reports were CERTAIN you did your job but clearly didn’t. When I would’ve went back and found out my issue with DR EMILY HEALTH CENTER would’ve still been the same you just would’ve had to deal with me in person! Comprehensive care is assuring you do your job correctly immediately after, not 3 weeks to confirm.

The exclusive privacy & womanly feel to this. place is top tier. You can tell this is a FOR WOMEN establishment. A judgement free zone. The waiting room is comfortable. You can watch some trending shows while you wait. And the Doctor is my favorite, im not a girlfriendy person but the doctor and her staff are warm & kind. You dont feel rushed during the visit. And the decor is the cutest! They offer so much. Birthcontrol consults and more! For anyone feeling uneasy about going to women clinics- that feeling stops here!

Hello, I would first like to start by sharing my experience with you viewersI first heard of this place from a friend who recommended me for their servicesI made the appointment and from that time I knew I made a good decision on choosing this place. As soon as I made the appointment they called me and made specific instructions before getting my procedure done.Upon entering they have you fill out some basic information about yourself and for insurance purposes, they then have you sit and wait patiently for a nurse to call your name.I waited about ten minutes as it wasn’t too many people there for someone to call my name and take my vitals and or other medical records. After they have you wait for a doctor and change into the proper attire for a procedure.The procedure I was having was either with or without anesthesia which I chose to be awake as I don’t really like the feeling afterwards. However they numb you in the areas needed so you feel little to no pain and some pressure. This was my first time getting a procedure like this done and as you can imagine I was so scared and my anxiety was through the roof, but they made me feel so comfortable. There was a nurse holding my hand and by side the whole time although I can’t remember her name I was so thankful for her because she literally saved me from having an anxiety attack. During I felt no pain at all and very comfortable throughout the 10 minute procedure.It was so fast I couldn’t believe when they said we’re done.After that they put you in the recovery room to assure that you are safe to go home and give you pain medication along with questions to make sure you’re ok. They then give you some snacks as you wait for a medical script for prescriptions and medicationsThey made sure to properly instruct me with specific details on each medication they were giving me and how to take them properly. They give you a follow up visit to make sure everything went well and finally send you on your way.I went to the follow up with ease knowing I was in good hands and was sure everything was done correctly which they confirmed was.My whole experience was by far the best I’ve had in a long time because of how compassionate they were and understanding of my needs.I would highly recommend to friends and or family if needed for their specific services they can provide.Overall I would like to thank each person who helped me through that difficult and scary time in my life and how I was able to overcome this moment in my life.I will never forget what they did for me and how I felt afterwards knowing I made the right decision for myself.I am greatly appreciated to the dedicated staff and specialists and forever grateful.Thank you

I was given an 8am appt, I get here at 745am. A nurse or whoever she is, a staff walks in at 8, never even says good morning, and says, oh I hope ya know the Dr wont be in until 12! How unprofessional and inconsiderate! Then she just walks away. I took days off from work and spent almost $30 on a cab, for nothing. No apologies, no solution but to either wait 4 hrs or reschedule. No phone call was ever made, no emails were ever sent out. My last time going to this place.

I love this place to handle all my Feminine Needs. They are very organized and Well-Mannered. They are also flexible when It comes to certain situations. I been going here for about 3-4 years and I have a good experience every-time. I also love my doctors. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate about any situation you may be having. Prior to seeing Dr. Park, I saw several other doctors, none of which were able to properly help me. Dr. Park was able to give me the best service ever! He is efficient, attentive, and kind. My review was a pleasant one. I went there for GYN services and the staff was very helpful. They scheduled me at the earliest appointment they had. I like the office visit , nice , clean and comfortable. It was definitely not crowded like other clinics. I would recommend them and give them a 5 star.

I visited this clinic for the first time yesterday. Making a new patient appointment was fast, and EASY. After making an appointment online, someone called me right away to confirm my appointment time/date. They sent reminders through email, and text (With my busy schedule I highly appreciate this).On arrival I checked in, and wait time was roughly about 10-15 minutes (Not bad). Now the environment is AMAZING. It gives me calming vibes lol. The office was nice, and clean. During my appointment I saw Dr. Brian Park. He was great and made good conversation.

I have been a patient at Dr.Emilys clinic since I was a teenager. I get fast results from knowledgeable professionals. I have not had a problem with service. I like the new location. The clinic was super clean, the atmosphere was warming.. staff was very friendly no judgment zone which was a plus. The doctors were very informative and constantly checking up on me and was with me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

I was upset about the wait but everyone is so friendly!!! Dr Perks is sooooo amazing!! I really like it there. I had to delete my last review because I was writing it while I was in the waiting room, but besides the wait time everyone is sooo sweet! Like I think it is worth the wait. Your emotions are high so u want in and out but I guess other than that everything is perfect ! They even called me to check in on me a few days later! Love it but please wee fix the wait!

This is my favorite clinic ever, I usually visit is every 3 months. It is always clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Brian Park is very professional, dedicated, attentive and receives his patients with a smile on his face. He always cares about his patients and kindly addressed their issues. He patiently listens and tries to make his patients comfortable. Dr. Brian definitely demonstrates passion and love in what he does. Good day all! I visited Dr.Emily’s women center for the first time last Friday and was greeted by warm reception from the sign up representative in the lobby, the front desk ladies in the center, the technician, nurse who did my triage care, the doctor and patient care worker. I was supported all the way through and everyone answered my questions thoroughly and gently. I even had an issue with a “3rd party insurance” that was blocking the use of my insurance at a different clinic that I called before calling Dr.Emily. I was going to have to pay for my visit at this other place. But, when I called Dr.Emily’s clinic, somehow, someway my insurance went through on their system! Going to OBGYN for any purpose is often nerve wracking and can sometimes be an unpleasant experience, unfortunately. But not at this clinic. I went for a follow-up appointment and saw some new faces and some old. Different day, different people, but still the same result of professionalism, respect and genuine care. Thank you to all staff at Dr.Emily’s clinic.

Very helpful and nice conversation dr park answered all my questions previously with male gynecologist they tend to come off weird talking about periods or anything like that and I’m glad dr park wasn’t like that and made me feel comfortable. But overall my experience here has been so great I never been to a gynecologist before prior to coming here so I’m happy I’m able to schedule appoints and be seen so quickly the staff is amazing I even recommended my sister here she loves the experience as well. I also really like the Consultations I have with my doctor really helps with options and alternatives. Hopefully I am able to stay here for years.

It was a long wait. Staff was ok for me. But i did feel very mis treated. I was the last person there for the day getting my procedure. My blood pressure was a little high afterwards, and i felt very uneasy. I explained that to them, but i was rushed out of the back door of the building because the nurses wanted to go home being that it was the end of the day. The person that I was supposed to leave with wasn’t there yet, and it wouldn’t have taken long for her to get there. I also had a few questions i needed to ask but they rushed me out of the building. So I had to stand outside while kind of dizzy and with high bp until someone came for me. I actually ended up having to go to a hospital for my blood pressure because it was still high. They didn’t call to check on me or anything. They just walked me out the back door because they were ready to go home. They didn’t care about my health.

To start, ladies at the front desk are very welcoming & handle me with care. Customer service is key 💕. Dr. Vivian Roster answered all my questions & assisted me with all my needs.I’m coming from NEW JERSEY to retrieve the good treatment & service of all the women here.Thank you all for being great in treating your patients.I look forward to seeing you ladies again for my routine.

Another year, another visit to Dr.Park and as usual nothing but a fairly quick and most pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I will share this: every time I went to a GYN for a PAP prior to going to Dr. Emily Womens Health Center, procedures were typically painful and uncomfortable from start to finish however, with Dr. Park, I have never had any pain or discomfort which makes me want to make my annual appointments and actually go get my necessary check-ups to take better care of my health.

I came Dr. Emily’s for laser hair removal a month ago, even though I have not seen the full results yet, Im happy to report that after my first session, I have seen a significant difference and my hair regrowth is very minimal, which is impressive! Also the staff was lovely, this is one thing I appreciate when I pay for any service. The owner is such a lovely person, and very knowledgeable. I cant wait to see the full results!!

As one who works in healthcare i must say Dr. Park is very friendly and approachable. You are able to tell him all of your concerns and feel like hes listening and doing his best to figure out the problem. Office is nice small and clean and they have beautiful plants 😊 highly recommend

Their office space is bright and clean (especially the second floor which has nice colors and decor) and the staff moves with efficiency without neglecting kindness in patient care. The lady who drew my blood was proficient and thoughtful and I felt comfortable throughout my visit as a first time patient to their location. I am learning to be proactive and curious about my health but I don’t always realize what questions to ask. For example I asked about the urine sample so found out it was for a standard pregnancy test. I asked about the sonograph so understood they were checking for fibroids but I didn’t remember to ask about the results so I guess no news is good news? I was very grateful for everyone’s patience and clarity when answering the questions I did have (especially Dr Roston 🙌🏿). Still, I recommend more unprompted explaining at each stage of care so that even when patients don’t remember to ask questions, they’re getting the full details about their health. Overall great experience, thoughtful and competent care, clean and bright office.

My experience was good did not have a long waiting time it was super easy to call in for an appointment and the doctors and nurses are very respectful and understanding

It was this heavy set girl of color in the front desk. i dont know if she was hispanic or non hispanic the day i came I came in. She wasnt too nice, Nor welcoming, did not smile or say much, handed me a clipboard with paper work aske ned to fill it out. The sonogram lady was nice. The medical assistant was ok. Now, the doctor !!! The anesthesiologist!!!! and the two ladies in the recovery room!!!! were awesome!!!!!Keep up the great professional work ! I will definitely come here again. lt was smooth from the check-in to check out . the only thing was the girl in the front could use some help4 starts because of the front desk experience but it was early maybe she hadnt had breakfast or something I dont know.Other than that great place.

Dr. Park has been my doctor for the last 11yrs and I have followed him wherever he goes. He is an exceptional professional physician and I would never look elsewhere. The office is beautiful, personable and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have recommended this place to many of my family members and friends looking for a great place where you can feel comfortable and a place that meets your gyn needs. Dr. Park and his staff is greater that a five star rating!!!!

Dont go. The front desk are liars about insurance coverage and completely wasting patients time. The worst service ever met. For any women who want to take care of themselves, go and choose another clinic.Replied to their response:We did give our detailed insurance information via phone call when making an appointment and the front desk said YES, that was covered. Then we got up early and took 2 hours to get there and the front desk said NO it was NOT covered. They did NOT do their job and treat customers badly.

The doctors here are patient and I never felt judged or rushed. They take the time to talk to you and address all concerns with kindness. The wait time is a bit too long for my liking, but the care that you get at Dr. Emily’s makes it worth it.

Great place to go very friendly and helpful only issue i had was getting a needle told the doctor i had rolling veins she put the needle in and had to move it multiple times leaving a bruise and then finally found the vein on my hand but other than that never have a problem.

The doctor was amazing very patient and understanding . Even down to the front desk downstairs . I was greeted, welcomed and help every step of the way . The staffs upstairs was amazing . One of the medical assistant was fantastic she informed with we enough information . She deserve a raise thats how good she was . I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Park for various years. I live in Brooklyn and will travel to wherever he is working because the care is excellent. His new location in the Bronx is very clean and the staff is very professional. I also like that it is accesible by train.

It saddens me that I had left a 5 star & good positive feedback,I even recommended my friends to Dr. Parks when I went back in January. I genuinely thought he was understanding & trying to be helpful with my situation to where I felt good & hopeful the first two times I left the clinic.. he told me he was gonna send something out for me that can help with my situation. the next day I called to see if my insurance could accept the prescription, I Also wanted to know my pelvic exam & the Pap smear results just to at least get a peace of mind. Front desk told me they’re gonna have Dr. Parks give me a call & I haven’t gotten a call back. I’ve tried calling for a week & gave up cause I kept getting told the same thing with no call back. That proves me that the healthcare system doesn’t care about their patients

Nurse Tyerr & shantel were simply Amazing they went above & beyond to make sure I was serviced correctly. I couldn’t have thank them enough. These nurses deserve a raise.

Arrived early and waited almost 2 hours past appointment time. Theres a sign saying review on Google, thats why theres so many random 5star reviews... The girls at the desk were snobby. The doctor/ office had me pay out of pocket for my exam when I thought my insurance paid for it, and said I had a deductible. Only agreed because I drove all the way out there.. Called my insurance later and they said my exam was actually fully covered. . Never coming back to this office. Yall really some bumbs lying about insurance. Never thought Id get scammed at a womens health center.

I didn’t wait long at all, everyone seemed friendly and inviting , Dr Vivian Roston is wonderful! She really gets into details , patient , sweet and really talks to you. This clinic got me in and out fast and easy . Also the place is very clean and you can tell it’s kept very tidy, a very calm environment. I would definitely recommend any female to visit this clinic .

My wife has been going here for the past couple years and loves Dr. Park. The staff is kind and very efficient even when they are extremely busy. I got laser hair removal on my back for the first time and was really impressed with the results. My wife says it looks much better and is growing back much slower and less thick than when she shaves it I will definitely be back!

I booked an appointment they did not ask me what insurance they take over the phone so I end up going there. Traveled for a hour. I wait 30 minutes downstairs then they told me that they don’t take my insurance and if you want to do a service is $100.

WOW! I walked in to what looked like a newly renovated office. Staff was super friendly. I was called in for a sono first which I wasnt expecting but I love that they do this because most offices dont do this. I told Dr. Park what I needed and my concerns and he was very attentive, the sono tech was super thorough, and the nurse was also super nice!. Clean space, quiet and great staff!

Entire staff was very respectful and professional. Office was very organized and clean and I was seen at my exact appointment time and had little to no wait time after I was registered. Highly recommended!!!

I was happy to see Dr Park after 4 yrs. I was a former patient of his in Manhattan and was glad to reunite with him once I knew where he was practicing. He is personable, kind and warm. I am a long time patient of his and would recommend him highly.

Definitely a place that I won’t ever recommend, those people are rude from the front desk to the doctors, they all rude. A place that I won’t ever go back. The advisor that was supposed to answer all my question talked so fast I couldn’t even understand her. No one is able to help you or be nice with you... feel so discriminated by those people. I wish no one has ever go to a place and feel the way they made me feel. Came to my follow up appointment because I feel they did something wrong and came 20 minutes late they just throw me away just saying what time was your appointment and saying go like I am no paying my money. At least they could be nice and say you have to reschedule they just say no. Really bad place.

I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical about coming here for my first time. I was seen by a male Dr & he was actually great. Very professional and answered all my questions. The receptionists could use a little attitude adjustment but overall my experience was great and I’ll be returning.

The doctors & nurse practitioners are very nice & kind, however, the receptionists when you first enter & the ones that answer the phones are rude & have disgusting attitudes. They are dismissive & a terrible representation of the facility. If what they spew is what you have to encounter & endure upon arrival, I don’t see many patients returning. I myself am currently seeking a new doctor because of them.

Went in for laser hair removal for my legs, arms and underarms. Marlene was so sweet and asked me what my comfort and pain level was at every step. The process took about 20 minutes total, 5 minutes per area, where she applied a cooling gel on each area then went over it with the machine. It was barely painful. I had a great experience and would recommend going for laser hair removal! Also the place is really clean and all staff is so nice!

I very rarely write reviews when I go places, EXCEPT when I get either very BAD customer service or very GOOD customer service. In this case, it was good, beyond what I expected. To start, ALL the women at the front desk were VERY, VERY nice and polite. Ive gone to other doctors offices where the people at the front desk were very rude and thats the LAST thing you want to walk into when going to the doctors office. Besides them, the doctor was also very nice and the whole procedure I went through was (I want to say) as painless as possible. Im glad I was asleep both days BUT I havent recieved a call yet to check up on how Im doing (which I was told Id get a week after the procedure) so Im disappointed to know they didnt do that AND the following days after, I was in a lot of pain so a phone call wouldve been reassuring. Over all, I would recommend this place to others !

I tried giving this place another shot but it went even worst this time. The nurse is rude and dismissed my concerns completely. Then thats when they realized they forgot to put me on either doctors schedule so I was sitting in a room waiting and no one knew I was there. Just incompetent and rude.

I had bad symptoms of a yeast infection so I went online on a Sunday and made an appointment for Tuesday AM. I got an email stating that the appointment was set for Tuesday morning and I took off work to go in to be seen. The staff was very friendly, but told me that the appointment was just a request and not an actual confirmed appointment. They told me my appointment was not confirmed and that there was no availability to stay and wait for a slot.I understand the not waiting because of COVID-19, but I dont understand why you have an online system that allows you to request an appointment for a Tuesday and NO ONE CONTACTS YOU to tell you that you dont actually have an appointment. PLEASE RECTIFY HOW YOU SCHEDULE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS (particularly over the weekend) because this is just not professional. Since the office is closed on Mondays (so I couldnt reach anyone to confirm), it is imperative you let your Tuesday AM patients know somehow about their appointment status.I lost half a day of work and had to go into an urgent care clinic, which cost me way more.I cant speak to anything else but this experience.

I called to express some concerns about a contraceptive I am using, I was given a prompt appointment so I know my concerns were taken seriously. As women it can be hard to find a place where your health and comfort are their top priority , at Dr. Emilys you find that here along with great reproductive education and discretion.

Front desk staff were rude upon arrival they look like all they do is smoke weed after work. I came in for a routine Gyn appointment Dr.Brian was sweet but seems as some marbles are missing my opinion. Furthermore they encourage you to download the patient care portal which I did to find out that my lab results were not put up, it actually said something about being canceled which I was confused about. I decide to call for assistance when I was bounced around from receptionist to receptionist explaining the situation to them over and over which was very annoying. Finally the doctor comes on apologizing for their mistake in office while I learned one of my labs were never sent out. Of course they couldn’t explain what happened. As healthcare practitioners I just expect better ! Tidy facility though.

Ive visited here years ago and came back as returning patient.Everything was done very promptly. However, No one had even followed uo with me or has called for additional bloodwork.Things like this can lead to very serious matters. Luckily I work with a physician who can help. But this is a VERY SERIOUS MATTER.

They take walk-ins or at least they used to Im not sure whats happening in 2016 and if they dont take walk-ins you can definitely go the following day/week which Ifyou dont know, finding a female GYN that fast is absolutely great! They accept most insurances which is perfect and offer many services. First time I went I felt pretty rushed and she was a bit rough but the second doctor I saw was a dream! She Was a Latin lady, I dont remember her name but if she still there go get her!

Came to this clinic October 16th for a Surgical Procedure to come find out December 15th that they never completed my Procedure i am 15 weeks pregnant then the receptionist tells i have to pay 400 dollars to get the procedure done again. I have been calling to talk to a Supervisor and the only they tell me that there isn’t anyone to talk to everyone is busy why do i have to pay for a mistake they did so never again.

Dr. Emily Women’s Health Center was a great experience. The Doctor’s and the staff helped me with my health needs. I would definitely recommend this center to a friend or family member.

The clinic was clean, accepted walk ins for termination I went on a Saturday morning and it’s wasnt very full maybe about 5 other women. I was done within 1hr 30-40 mins. They had white noise machines and pretty professional. The nurses didn’t talk much, could be because they’re trying to be respectful of the situation but I would’ve had no problem if they would talked through the ultrasound a bit more and at least greeted me as I was passed from each nurse. Only thing is, I wasn’t sure how many weeks I was pregnant so when I was in the ultrasound room and she asked when was my last period she said it was too late for the pill but I reiterated I wasn’t sure my period could’ve been sooner- I have irregular periods so I had no clue I was pregnant- After she did the ultra sound she didn’t inform me how far along I was and if I was still eligible for the pill. I had to ask the nurse that took my vitals after the ultrasound.

Dr. Pak is great, he truly tries to make you as comfortable as possible and actually explains everything in a way that you can understand. So happy that I found this place so close to home

Do not go to this place waste of time , nurses are rude & rush you ! Supposed to be a judge free zone but they are not .I HATE THIS PLACE LITERALLY LEFT HERE CRYING, they’re very nonchalant. They do not take pride in what they do .

Great service, Great staff. The only thing is I wish the facility had more staff. Because it can be a very looooong wait depending on what your getting done so free your schedule. The nurses was very detail about my 2 Day procedure. My 1st procedure was 7 mins long with anesthesia ( First time ). They dilated my cervix and etc.... afterwards I start to feel cramps, it just felt like the first time getting a period with no bleeding that small achy feeling you get, afterwards I took medication that they gave me and ONLY Tylenol. The 2nd day procedure my surgery went well. They gave me anesthesia again, I instantly dose off to sleep and before I knew it, The nurses woke me up in the recovery room. When They helped me to the chair I still felt dizzy, I had no pain, just a lot a lot !!! of bleeding which was normal from my procedure. Just know it’s normal to puke, I did both days 😂 10 mins later I was fine, I was clear to go. I didnt feel any pain, just a little minor cramping. For a reminder everyone pain tolerance is different and there’s nothing to worry about there really good at what they do, I would recommend this place to everyone. They take most health insurance including UnitedHealthcare. A lot places don’t especially around were I live, and I live in rockland 58 min travel time even longer because endless traffic and I commute all the way here for my procedure. Thank you Staff!!!!

I expected more from them. I went there before and didnt have an issue except for the long wait time. I called a week ago to ask if they took my new insurance, they told me yes they did. I took the day off and sure enough they didnt take my insurance. The lady was rude. It is upsetting, I had planned this accordingly, they should be more knowledgaeble and specific. I would never come here again.

This clinic provides efficient service. Waiting time is 30 minutes or less, they’re pretty quick. They make sure to answer all your questions and let you know what’s your options.

Very clean very friendly. I just hate the people who at times stand in front of the clinic trying to stop women from entering. The anti abortion gang lol. Not that they bother you , but some women are going for abortions and they do a good job on making others feel guilty. To each its own but other then that , I love this place and the waiting is never to long.

Clean Place Very CleanBut very small and the receptionist there are too young and lazy.... You call and they will give you any answer just to get you off the phone. All they do is sit and talk on their phone ALL DAY... If you call for information the front desk people are so lazy they brush you off or give you the wrong information.... They are a bit racist because they are predominantly Hispanics so being African American I don’t feel the same care and concern they give the other Hispanic patients... But the office is very clean and very small...

I have been a patient at doctors Emilys clinic for 3 years the first time I started going it was at one of the old location which was in a fair condition now that the clinic has changed location its much bigger and has made some great renovation improvement staff has always been pleasant and polite and very greeting and as far as my comments on Doctor Heather Mitchell she has always been great at answering all my questions and concern and she gives me her best advice on everything that Ive come to her for shes very easy going and open to speak with about all my concerns and worries the place is always kept very clean every visit Im glad that I found this clinic because It is very important that i can go to a place and get the best effortless service and understand the answer to all my health concerns coming from a doctor and I am very grateful that Ms.Mitchell is the doctor that get the work done that she set out to do plus she black African American sister so she understands everything I go through thank you.

I went to this place in desperate need of a abortion because Ive been non- stop sick. I called in and asked if I can get a appointment, I should of none by the non welcoming voice that it was going to be a mess. When I arrived the place was very small. I was told on the phone that the abortion is $425 and includes everything. When I was doing filling out form I was asked by a lady does this one have insurance now as a human being i felt like she was talking down on me does this one your working at a establishment and thats how you talk to people. I moved on to getting a sonogram and lab work, I also had to pay 100 before hand for that which is part of the 425 it made me feel as if they didnt trust me. Now I had a abortion before at a clinic in Manhattan. No men were allowed where patients waited , in here forget about it there were several guys in the waiting room. To fast forward to recovery time most importantly I did not feel welcomed at all. The bathrooms were dirty, the staff were talking about Florida and how bad the economy is while Im trying to recover. To my surprise at the end I was told here you go you can get this antibiotics , I said wait you dont have that here oh no sweetie excuse me !! I have to go to a pharmacy on my own ( THEY LET ME LEAVE ALONE I COULD OF FAINTED IN THE STREETS) . I had to pay more money because I needed to buy my antibiotics. I do not recommend this clinic even if you have insurance. They didnt give me any water after my procedure nothing just rushed me out on my way. PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS MUCH BETTER FOR ABORTIONS. This is not a review against abortions IM PRO ABORTION AND TRUST ME THIS ISNT THE PLACE TO GO

The older pale(White)skin lady that keeps her hair in a bun is soooo rude it’s unbelievable. She hangs up phones on people, she goes back in forth to the store all day and she has a attitude every time I go there. If not for the gyn doctor ms. Heather I would never go here. That lady needs to find a job she is actually happy doing. Having her at the front desk and answering calls is going to drive this place in a dry hole.She legit hung up on me when I called to ask a question about the gyn times then she kept picking up and hanging up.

Went for an annual visit had to call the doctor a few times for giving me the wrong medicine and they didn’t even do a breast exam I was told they don’t do them anymore
