Bigger, healthy, safe, and permanent. Dr. James Elist has the audacity to constantly take criticism while offering a procedure most men secretly want. Dr. Elist does not give into mens unreasonable demands, but instead prioritizes mens health. Thats the type of doctor I want.

I got the implant in March 2017. In 2023 I emailed Dr. Elises office. Since I recall being told I could get the XXL after having the XL for 3 years.First of all in hindsight I wouldnt have got unless it was the XXL. Anything less is a scam unless youre correcting a medical condition. Ive been with 6 women since the procedure. Out of those six: one woman was literally loose. Hardly not impressed by the XL. The one woman that was in her 30s but petite only about 5 foot and about 100 pounds it was slightly wide for her but I think that might have been possible even before the surgery.The doctor says he doesnt offer a large size cause nobody would want it. But the same in reality goes for the XL. Again, unless youre just correcting some medical condition which I wasnt.They ended up saying no to do the larger XXL. So, Ill warn those thinking of doing. First there is a chance youll end up not a long as before the surgery. The before and after photos of being longer rarely happens. The surgery is practically exclusively for increased width.I really got a bad result cause I have a scar in front and supposedly Dr. Elist fixed that for all present and future surgeries theres no scar in front anymore.Of course Dr Elist gets away with a lot cause most men don’t want to write a review about this which is so personal.Part of the reason I want to try get the XXL is so he could perhaps do a scar revision surgery in front so its not as visible cause its dark line probably could have it cut out and sutures shut to show a thinner or lighter in color line.The pain when they remove the drain several days after the surgery is horrible too.Bottom line of during the consultation they say anything less than XXL. Run away cause after 3-5 years you’ll realize it’s not big enough. I didn’t spend about $15k to still have a woman feel loose still.

I had a implant procedure done in another city and doctor before I went and seen Dr Elist and it did not go as well as it did with Dr Elist and his staff the staff explained everything and the steps I need to take and the reason why all of them very professional to the tee Jessica at front desk made things so easy for me for steps prior to surgery. (She was awesome) Dr Elist straight up is the guy to go see you can tell he still is very enthused on what he does.

This procedure has been a life long quest however, there hasn’t been a suitable means of accomplishing my goal. Dr. Elist and his entire team was outstanding, professional and very reassuring! The procedure was extremely successful and I am very pleased with the results

Dr. Elist always spends a lot of time with me and provides very helpful advice. I learn something new that improves my health every time I come in. I can see that he really cares about his patients. He has a good team of medical aides in the office who also care and make you feel welcome.

Honestly, the most awful procedure known to man. You will meet Dr Elist before, on the day of your surgery and following days after. Then you’ll never hear from him again no matter what the complication is. You will hear from his “Medical team” none of which are doctors. They will tell you every bit of pain, swelling. Disfigurement that you are experiencing is normal. I guess that’s the truth. You will be in pain, most of the time, and you’ll be swelling, most of the time early on, and you’ll probably end up disfigured. The 5 star reviews they have on here are fake, (I mean c’mon, women reviewing a urologist???) read phalloboarda, reddit and whatever else you can find. Look for complications, and don’t make the mistake thousands of us have.

My experience with Dr. Elist and his staff was stellar from day one. I had been looking forward to my life changing surgery for several months and they made me feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped into Dr. Elists office and throughout my follow up appointments. Their professionalism not only gave me piece of mind that I had made a great choice but that I would be in good hands during and after my procedure. Its already been two weeks since my surgery and Im very happy with the results thus far and elated to know that things will only get better in the next 6-12 months to see the full results! Very happy patient here!

Horrible horrible experience. We agreed to a procedure of a removal and implant all for $15,000. The implant was never performed and I never got the procedure I paid for, the Doctor will not respond and I wanted a refund or the operation. Neither of which he wants to communicate about

I know Dr Elist has tons of patients and doesnt remember everyones faces but whenever I visit him for a check-up, he makes me feel that he remembers me. I had a procedure done by him and very satisfied with the outcome as of now.

I had to flew in and out of town to visit Dr Elist and was unsure what exactly to expect.. I was extremely nervous all the way up to the procedure, however they were really nice and made me feel at ease and did their best to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I am recovering now and I am very happy with my decision.

I count my blessings that I found Dr. Elist. Ive contacted at least five other physicians to discuss penile enhancement, and quite honestly, I was very uncomfortable with the procedures they offered. Dr. Elist and his staff were professional, courteous, and very clear with me. I also did a lot of research into Dr. Elists background after I read about him in the GQ article. Hes the real deal. Its been about 6 months since my procedure, and Ive gained a little over 2 inches at this point. I had some very mild pain right after the procedure, but it was gone within a matter of days. This is truly the boost of confidence I had always been looking for. I cant recommend him and his staff enough

He is my doctor for more than 30 years and I can not describe how nice and intelligent and kind he is. I am proud to have him in our community and he will be my doctor to the end for me. God bless him and his family.

This man ruined my life. I had his penis enhancement surgery 5 years. Long story short... lost most sensation, became totally impotent had another surgery to restor erections... the Elist surgery and removals reduced my length from 5.75 to 4.5 inches and the sensation has never com back. I have a very difficult time having and orgasm. From time to time I get severely depressed and sucidal. Before doing this surgery research until you find the location where there are a LOT of negative reviews. Google phalloboards 2.0.
