I have been seeing Christine Collins for over a decade and can honestly say she is the best doctor I have ever known in this field. She is extremely thorough and caring and listens to your concerns with genuine attention. She understands that a good bedside manner yields the best results, wastes less time in the long run, and creates happy clients. She is the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for well over 20 plus years. She delivered all three of my children beautifully. She is incredible, so efficient and educated, very knowledgable, and so in touch with her patients and what they need. She cares like no other doctor I have ever had. I am so grateful to have had her in my life as my doctor, such a blessing. I could not recommend a better gynecologist. She is the very best!

Ive been going to Dr. Collins for close to five years now. I cannot recommend her enough. Im always blown away by the amount of time that she spends in the room with me. She never makes me feel rushed. I always get to ask every question on my mind. She is so good at putting your mind at ease. She is so accessible and gets back to her patients so quickly. She is truly a remarkable doctor and I havent received this level of care until I started coming to Dr. Collins. I also wanted to mention that her staff is amazing. They are always so friendly and patient. The receptionist Faby, all the nurses, everyone gets an A+ in my book. I just wish she still delivered babies!

Dr. Collins has to be the best GYN I have seen to date. She is compassionate, listens, is thorough and cares. Dr. Collins is open minded to natural medicine which I love since I am a Naturopathic Doctor. I cant recommend her enough!!!

Dr. Christine Collins is amazing. She is super gentle and clearly cares a lot about her patients. Her bedside manner is fantastic. My cousin referred me to her many years ago, and I now refer all my friends and family to her for gynecological services. I love that she is highly knowledgeable in the medical perspective but also understands people like me who prefer alternative and natural healing when possible.

Dr. Collins office sent my account into collections after I informed her staff that I was unaware of the charges that I was billed for. Without notice, they sent my account into collections that put a huge dent on my credit, during the pandemic. Side note, I went in for my wellness checkup and was told that my insurance should cover the cost of the appointment. I I mentioned to her office, that I also lost my job. This was and still is taxing on me emotionally and mentally. I have talked to other doctors who were compassionate and understanding with the current times regarding any outstanding accounts. I would stay clear of Dr. Collin’s practice. I’ve talked to other former patients and they feel her practice isn’t ethical.REGARDING THE REPLY FROM OWNER: I diid call the office and told them I never received their messages or a letter. I was dealing with my mom who was ill and hospitalized in a different state. After I noticed my account was in collections during the pandemic. Who puts an account into collections for 139.00 so fast without communication with patient? Are they that hungry for cash? How Petty!

My regular OBGYN does not specialize in hormonal replacement therapy, a very specialized area, that should not be dealt with lightly. So I searched the internet and decided to try Dr Collins.Dr. Collins is extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She is also incredibly efficient and speaks from experience as she, herself, has gone through it. What she recommended started helping me within weeks and I feel like a brand new person. If you are going through menopause with all its unwanted side-effects (sluggishness, hot flashes, inability to multi-task the way you used to, etc), Dr Collins is a great place to start.

Not a review for the dr but for her staff. Dr Collins is great but her staff is really unprofessional and completely incompetent, their incompetency has led me to ending up in the ER over something they could’ve tested or gotten me treated for days earlier when I was in the office. Multiple times they’ll also refuse to leave a message for the dr, or say they will but clearly won’t, try to get you to do their job when it comes to insurance, and really don’t understand urgency at all.Dr Collins is great but until she hires new staff I think I’ll have to find a new obgyn

Dr. Collins has been my Dr. for almost 25 years. She is caring, thorough, open minded, and fantastic. I trusted her to deliver my children and I trust her to treat me as I age.

Had a first time appointment with Dr. Collins. She is kind, thorough, on time, and her staff is pretty nice, too. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.

Dr. Christine Collins tricked me in her office using the ​deceptive statement that she​ accepts my Blue Shield​ of California Gold PPO, and I decided to do my wellness check in her office. Before going there​​ I double​ checked if they accept my insurance​ plan with her personal(as I usually do). The office confirmed insurance acceptance​. They did not even take my $35 copay after my visit, saying that once a year a wellness check is free. Although, the ofice feels claustrophobic and unpleasant to be in, the visit was rather short to experience such discomfort. Later I received​​d a huge out of the pocket bill, and naively​ thought it was an error. When I​ contact the office, they lied to​ me about them saying that her office was out of my insurance network at the time I made an appointment. Not acceptable.Doctor made her manager call me and say that this is was my responsibility to check if Collins in the network. In fact,I did it.Coinsidently , I found on Yelp several people with 100% the same stories as mine starting from 2016 who are devasteted by Dr. Collins dishonesty. I wish I could read the Yelp feedback before seeing that doctor. As a result, I would not trust her. The office manager is a total cover up, who said the front desk person who deceived me confirming acceptance of my insurance didnt know and couldnt know if the doctor accepts my insurance, and actually that person no longer works for us.​In the meantime​, I am in a process of filing a complaint​ with the ​Medical Board of California.

Christine is amazing. She truly listens and doesnt make you feel rushed, talks to you as an adult and that you have a brain, and is very understanding! She is also able to think outside the box and bring in alternative thoughts and to listen to mine. So thankful to have found her!

I love my OBGYN. She is fabulous. She listens. She give great advice and she cares for your well-being.

The receptionist team is so incompetent.They charge a $100 reschedule or cancellation fee. I called to reschedule 15 min after they closed and left a message regarding the next day and it wasn’t good enough to wave the fee.

I love DR Collins. She has been my doctor for years.
